Jula62, yes, the proportions are such, baked for an hour, immediately turned off the heating. She lined baking paper at the bottom. It was baked well and did not burn. Then she baked lemon-curd cake for an hour too, I think it was needed less, 50-55 minutes. Maybe the charlotte can be a little smaller so as not to dry it out. And then mine turned out rather dry, but I myself am to blame, I put very few apples. I put apples in large pieces on top and the top was gorgeous :-)

natasha_s, go to page 97 and read my posts. : rose: I had the opportunity to use both the 502 and 503 multicooker and I described the differences between them in great detail. Both mules are great: girl_love: the differences are not significant. I took 502 and took 503 for my mother. You will definitely not regret such an acquisition!
natasha_s
Thanks to all those who are not indifferent who responded! As a result, I ordered a black one, if it is force majeure - it is sold in St. Petersburg only in one place, I will buy a white one.
Jula62
Girls, and by chance no one baked when there is a silicone mold inside our bowl?
Katya_Katerina
Girls, I want to share a recipe for a delicious curd-lemon cake. I found the recipe on the Internet and tried to bake it in a multicooker, since my oven is weak.
250 gr cottage cheese
200 gr flour
170 g sugar
20 grams of butter (1 tablespoon)
3 eggs
1 lemon
0.5 tsp baking soda
Cut the tails from the lemon, cut into circles, remove the seeds and chop (I did this in a blender).
Grind soft butter with sugar, add cottage cheese (I pre-chopped with a blender, since I had it homemade, grainy), add eggs and lemon, mix. Add soda to the mass, the dough will boil (reaction of soda and lemon), wait 1-2 minutes and add flour.
I greased the pan with oil and lined it with paper, but you can do without it, the cake fell out of the bowl perfectly.
I baked on the PIZZA mode for 1 hour, but I think it would be better for 50-55 minutes.
The cake is porous, with a lemon aroma and taste, the cottage cheese is practically not felt.
I wanted to attach a photo, but I don't know how
Jula62
Did you get this tall cake? Well approximately...
Katya_Katerina
Jula62, about 6-7 cm, it is not airy, since there is cottage cheese in the composition, but also not as dense as a cottage cheese casserole.
Jula62
Yeah, I get it. We must try to bake. Have you removed the zest?
Katya_Katerina
Jula62, no, I washed and cut off the "butts" cut, took out the seeds and - into the blender
Larra
Katya_Katerina, thank you for the recipe, you have to try, otherwise I don't know where to put the cottage cheese, a lot has accumulated. Just by the way)))

I have another experiment today! Dish duet.
Turkey braised in cream and rice.
Since I was temporarily left without a second multicooker-pressure cooker, and I do not have a stove, I decided to cook turkey and rice at the same time. I risked terribly, because the meat was the last piece, and the husband asked for the bird.
Cut the turkey (700g) into oblong pieces, put it in a bowl, add the onion in half rings, 100-150 ml of 25% cream, salt and pepper. I installed a steam plate on top.

Next, I put a silicone mold on the plate (Izyskannaya Bakeyka magazine), poured 1 multi-glass of Mistral Indica Gold rice into it, put a piece of butter and poured 1.5 multi-glasses of boiling water. Salted.

I lightly closed the lid and set the Quench bird mode for 25 minutes, texture level 4.

The result is crumbly rice (a little undersalted), delicious stewed meat, but the cream curdled (although I expected this).

Py. sy. For the photo, I apologize - I was not going to make a report, I just photographed my friend on the phone in whatsapp, complained, asked to hold the fists for the dish!
Katya_Katerina
And today I again made lemon cake with cottage cheese, I had to use cottage cheese Differences from the first time:
the first time I beat the eggs, but today I just mixed them with cottage cheese,
for the first time I put butter, and today I replaced it with cream (the same amount),
baked this time without paper for 53 minutes.
I don't know what exactly influenced the result, but the cake turned out to be not so fluffy (4-5 cm), but softer and more tender (or juicy, if you can apply this word to baked goods). I think 53 minutes are left.
Larra
Elizabeth, a very interesting solution, you have to try, otherwise you always want to cook something "two in one", but what is the height and diameter of the silicone mold? I don't have one, I need to buy it, probably, it will come in handy on the farm.
Bes7vetrov
I’ll try to measure the mold when it’s free ... But it’s not very big, I think it will fit in an air fryer.
I measured the mold: the height of the sides is 7 cm, the diameter is 17 cm.
caprice23
Meatballs in sour cream-tomato sauce.
Onions 1 pc.
Carrot 1 pc.
Garlic 2 cloves
Tomatoes 2 pcs.
Tomato paste 2 tbsp l.
Sour cream 5 tbsp. l.
Water 1 mst.
Salt 0.5 tsp
Rosemary 1 sprig
Bay leaf 1 pc.
Pepper mix
Sugar (to taste)

Finely grated carrots, finely chop the onion. Fry on the "frying" (reduced the degrees) until the onion is transparent. Chop the garlic finely and add to the bowl. Scald the tomatoes, remove the skin, cut and simmer with onions and carrots for about 10 minutes. Add tomato paste and fry for 3 minutes more. Then add sour cream, salt, sugar, lavrushka, pepper, a little rosemary. Cook for a few more minutes, add water, as it turns out to be very thick. Put meatballs (I had rice). On the "extinguishing" mode for 20 minutes. Steam goes down by itself on heating. Delicious with spaghetti. I cooked the other day, I really liked it. Maybe someone will come in handy.

caprice23
Girls, Tell me, recipes I can only upload here or can I go to the section where recipes for a mulinex multicooker?
I just have a bunch of recipes just for our multicooker (I have a white one), I think maybe someone will come in handy
Larra
Bes7vetrov, Lisa, thank you very much, I don’t have one, I’ll have to buy it. It will come in handy.)))
caprice23, Natasha, of course you can (and should) upload recipes to the section for our multicooker, everyone will be useful and interesting. How to spread, I think you will figure it out, I just laid out just one recipe, there is simply no time for it at all. So let's wait for your recipes

Good day to all! Need advice. Pike perch with potatoes in sour cream. Layers of fillet pieces and potatoes, cut into circles. For 700 g fillet 5 medium potatoes and 200 g sour cream, and even a little milk and butter. Something like a casserole. Question: in what mode to do this in the black mule? Baking (or too much liquid)? Pizza? Once I did 140 * 40 minutes on a multichefe - it got burnt, and the mule obviously did not like it, it let water out of all the cracks ... Please advise!
Mariska
I would try it on baked goods and without milk.
Katya_Katerina
Frau_M, if 140 * burns on a multichef, then it burns even more on baked goods, there is 150 *. Pizza is more suitable, it seems to me, or multi-chef with a temperature of 110-120. I do all the baking on pizza, it bakes well and has a golden crust on the bottom and on the edges, so I think the casserole should work out.
Katya_Katerina
By the way, about baking. She made sour cream, which was not even bleached in a multicooker.
For the test:
4 eggs
250 g sugar
200 gr sour cream
200 gr flour
0.5 tsp soda
First I beat eggs with sugar, then add soda, beat more. I add sour cream and beat a little more. I add flour and mix.
I turn on the PIZA mode while the bowl is heating up, grease it with plum oil, pour out the dough.
For the filling, you can use everything that is in the house. I did it with raisins, nuts, frozen raspberries or currants, most of all with cranberries.
I sprinkle the filling on top of the dough, since the bowl has already heated up, the dough is caught from below and the filling does not burn. I will pour the berries on top, they fall almost to the bottom. Once I poured the currants after the flour and mixed, then into the mold - the dough became an ugly dark color from the juice. So now I spread it on top.Raspberries do not fall through and decorate the cake very nicely.
Frau_M
Thanks for the advice! As a result, I made it on Pizza, then evaporated the excess liquid on the Fry. Real jam!
760 g pike perch fillet, 6 medium potatoes, 200 g sour cream, 50 g butter, 70 g milk, salt, pepper.
1. Sauce. Boil the milk (in a mule on the Fry), melt the butter in it. Drain into a bowl, cool slightly, mix with sour cream.
2. Cut the fillet into small pieces, cut the potatoes into thin (5mm) circles. Salt and pepper the fish. We put in a greased bowl in layers: fish-potatoes-fish-potatoes. Salt the potatoes on top too. Fill with sour cream sauce. Pizza mode 30 minutes. (Mula collected her thoughts for 5-7 minutes, then turned on the countdown). It seemed that there was too much liquid left, I turned on the Fry 160 * 5 minutes with the lid open and then 5-7 minutes 130 *.
The bottom layer of the fish is fried to a crust, the rest is very soft and tender. I didn't have time to take a photo - they ate)). A source: 🔗

Girls, are your multicooker open or closed during non-use? After cooking, I always wash and dry immediately, then I collect everything and leave it open. All the time I am afraid that she will suffocate inside, or something ... well, + so that whatever smells remain - ventilated. But I don’t like that she’s wide open all the time.
Katya_Katerina
Ustritsa, I lift the handle and then open the lid, in this position it is not closed (I also worried that the smell does not appear) and not wide open
Mariska
I close it, it is often used by me, it does not have time to suffocate.
Florisimo
If I see that it is dry, I close it! It annoys me too wide open
Ustritsa
Thank you))

I also wanted to tell you about the yogurt - about the selection of the container.

I have a separate yogrut bowl (also moulinex), which I will now give away as unnecessary. I rarely used it precisely because of these jars. I was terribly bothered to wash and dry 10 cans and 10 lids every time (and the manufacturer recommends sterilizing them as well). We eat yogrut in large quantities, and in the end, I was only engaged in washing these jars and then collecting them in the kitchen. Then for a while I made yogurt in a liter bowl. This is also not very convenient - the sourdough is sold for 1.5-3 liters of milk. I had to use half the bag and do it often.

In the mulinex multicooker I got myself a set of ordinary 0.5 liters of glass jars and ordinary plastic lids. Just 3 pieces fit perfectly inside; I put a paper napkin on the bottom. After cooking, just cover with a lid and refrigerate. There are 3 such "adult" servings of yogrut))
Mariska
And I have four half a liter fit, only on the bottom and sides I put a large paper napkin so as not to scratch it.
Katya_Katerina
Ustritsa, I even have 4 jars of 0.5 liters. estates in a slow cooker, too, buy starter culture n 1-3l. milk, I want more, and so 2 cartons of milk just for 4 jars
Katya_Katerina
Mariska, no wonder they say, the thoughts of geniuses coincide already sent my previous message and saw your
Ustritsa
Katya_Katerina, Mariska, Thank you! I didn't risk it, but next time I'll try to shove it carefully)
Vishenka999
In M-video there is a discount for our cartoon!
Frau_M
Vishenka999, uh-huh, just like that it pulls another one to buy - for porridge and baking)) Although the silicone ring stopped giving off odors after about two months ... Well, if there was where to put it, I would have bought one more. Magic pot.

Yesterday my mule gave an error E0 for the first time, for some reason on frying: all the parameters are default, and when you press Start, it beeps. Closing the lid with the handle lock helped, then she started the program and I immediately opened the lid. As I understand it, this is the first alarm bell that the sensor in the lid starts to junk, as they wrote here, some wiring is being frayed. I already found out where we have a service center here, fortunately, next door, if it scares me again, I'll have to take it. (While I figured out how to help her, I turned the bowl over with fright, forgetting that I had already poured oil)
Frau_M
Nadin1234The eccentricities can go on for quite some time.I have had a mule for three months, if not more, it squeaks during frying and occasionally gives out E0, but calms down if you close the lid for a short time (without blocking). At the same time, it continues to fry and does not stop the countdown of the mode time. And it also beeps every 2-3 minutes (without E0), if it is plugged in, the lid is open and the mode is not selected (maybe that's the way it should be?).
Jugen
How can the temperature reach 110 degrees on a multichef with an unlocked lid (this is how stuffed peppers were prepared on the forum)
Jugen
Quote: formochka
Place the stuffed peppers in the bowl with the sauce. Close the lid of the multicooker-pressure cooker, but do not block it. Multi-chef mode 110 * 45 minutes
It will reach 110 degrees without pressure, if you do not block. I think the temperature was set, but it was no more than 100
Nadin1234
Frau_M, I would like to understand what the E0 error means, like a sensor, sometimes error codes are listed in the instructions for the pressure cookers, but ours does not. Here I have it written to the Brand 701 multicooker: E0 is an open or short circuit in the upper sensor circuit, I don't know if the codes match, I think there would be an open circuit, it would not work at all.
Katya_Katerina
Jugen, the temperature will reach 110, for baked goods and 150 with the lid unlocked. If there is not a lot of liquid in the dish, then everything is ok. And if there is a lot of liquid, there will be a lot of steam and the lid will simply swing open. I put water on a 110 * multi-chef, the lid just opens from a large amount of steam. And if there are peppers and thick sauce in a small amount, then everything can be ...
natallia.81
Here I am, like two weeks, the happy owner of this multicooker. There is no limit to my happiness. There are fewer dishes, more time. And since I have a baby, this multicooker is my salvation. I had an experience of using such a miracle technique, but it is simple with 8 functions and round, but I wanted an oval and more modern one so much that I dreamed of it for a week until my husband agreed to buy a new one. Long time to choose. I sat at night and every day I had a choice of different models. But in the end they bought Moulinex white (we don't have blacks anywhere). I will write a few recipes (I read the entire forum and did not find such), which turned out to be perfectly tasty, and most importantly useful.

Barley with onions and chicken

1. Soak pearl barley overnight (or in the morning, if cooked in the evening) any quantity.
2. Grease the bowl with oil, lay out the pearl barley (after measuring the volume of the soaked cereal),
3. Finely chopped onion,
4. Any parts of the chicken (I always take the breast),
5. Add salt and any spices (I don't use seasonings, except for bay leaves)
6. Fill with water (volume of soaked cereals) and set the rice / cereals for 25 minutes.

Potatoes with cabbage

1. Turn on the frying mode
2. Lubricate the bottom with butter, spread the finely chopped onion and after 1 minute add approx. 3 tbsp. tablespoons of water (so that the onion is not fried, but as if evaporated)
3. Any pieces of meat, minced meat, chicken (it is possible without meat)
3. Finely chopped cabbage. Stir occasionally to let the cabbage juice.
4. Turn off the frying. Put the chopped potatoes (if the potatoes are like a large egg, then into 4 parts)
5. Salt and add 0.5 tbsp. water
6. Stew or roast mode for 35-40 minutes.

Lazy stuffed cabbage

1. Fry onions with water (we don't eat pure fried)
2. Add minced meat. Hinder
3. Add cabbage. We are waiting for the cabbage to become transparent
4. Add 2 m. Art. rice (round), salt and pour 4 m glass of water. Rice / cereal mode 30 min.
Frau_M
Jugen, "frying" by definition without pressure (with the lid open), temperature up to 170. On baked goods, almost the same. See the mode table in the instructions or in the recipe book. It is believed that below 100 * and above 135 * it is better not to cook under pressure, and at the same time, it is better not to cook food without pressure at a temperature above 100 and a large amount of liquid. Something like that, although I continue to get confused about it.
Frau_M
Nadin1234, in my opinion, E0 is the wrong position of the lid (for example, during frying, the handle is turned halfway towards the "locked" lock, the lid is not fully open - it rests against a hinged shelf, etc.).But if the position of the handle and / or cover fully corresponds to the specified mode, then the upper sensor is odd.
... Interestingly, only my mule squeaks when the lid is open?
Frau_M
natallia.81, Congratulations on your valuable purchase! If possible, buy a replacement O-ring immediately.
Thanks for the recipes! Lazy stuffed cabbage rolls - how much of what?
IrinaK
Good evening, I've been reading this topic for several months now. Thanks to this forum, for several days now I have acquired a black multicooker.
First, I boiled water with lemon (according to the advice), there is practically no smell. Today I tried to cook corn porridge (1: 2 ratio) on the RICE / KRUPA mode. The pressure was collected for about 30 minutes (is this normal?), Then it was cooked for 10 minutes, steam was constantly coming out a little, then the program ended, the lid opened almost immediately. In my opinion, there was not enough water, I had to add boiling water and leave it on the heating for about 15 minutes. It turned out more or less then. What did I do wrong? Why did the pressure build up for a very long time and there was not enough water? After all, many write that for porridge side dishes the proportion is 1: 2.
Florisimo
Little water, corn is better. 1: 3, 1: 4 cook
Nadin1234
Oh, really, my lid rested against the shelf. Sometimes I push the mule out a bit, and sometimes I don’t bother, now I’ll follow it.
I went to the service center for reconnaissance, he turned out to be nearby, ordered a bowl and two silicones. rings, wait, however, a long time 45 days. I was reassured that the Moulinexes are rarely brought to them, reliable
Barom
Kind time of the day. Dear ladies, I want to give my wife a gift. She has long dreamed of a multicooker. She liked Moulinex for looking like a crochet with handles. But as I understand it, you can't buy it (the model is old). Today we went shopping and saw the Mulinex CE502832 multicooker. My wife seemed to like it. Here in your topic I read that there is the same only white with additional functions. And I liked the Brand 6060 multicooker with a smoking function. Since I am generally a complete layman in this matter, I ask your advice which of these three multicooker is better to choose. If possible, then briefly why this or that. And what else can you advise? Budget up to 10,000. Thank you.
Nadin1234
Barom, do you want exactly a multicooker-pressure cooker, and not just a multicooker? And then the wife dreams of a multicooker, and you buy her a pressure cooker
White and black models of Moulinex differ little, one might say, in nuances, so just choose the color you like
And the pressure cooker-smokehouse is an ambiguous thing, it gives so much smoke that the hoods can't cope and people wash everything after a smoking session, including the curtains.
Barom
To be honest, I am far from that at all. I don't know the difference between a multicooker and a multicooker pressure cooker. Yes, I think my wife is too, since this is the first multicooker we want to buy. What is the difference? The wife talks about a multicooker with a pressure cooker function. Here.

Mulinex 832 is a multicooker with the possibility of a pressure cooker, or vice versa.
Personally, I like it more than all I have reviewed within 10tr. One heating bottom is worth it, thick and reliable!
And now in the M-video it is at a discount. Do not hesitate, take it.
There is also such 🔗
