Vegetable sauté in a multicooker-pressure cooker Moulinex Minute Cook CE400032
Category: Vegetable and fruit dishes
Ingredients
medium-sized eggplant (more, but I don't really like eggplant) 1 pc.
large zucchini 2 pcs.
large bell peppers 6 pcs.
large carrots 2 pcs.
large onion 1 pc.
tomatoes 3 pcs.
tomato paste 1 tbsp l.
sunflower oil
paprika
black pepper
salt
Cooking method

Pour some oil into the pressure cooker.
Cut the eggplant into cubes and fry on Frying vegetables for 5 minutes. After frying, pour the eggplant into another saucepan.
Put chopped zucchini and peppers, grated carrots into a pressure cooker and fry them on Frying vegetables until the vegetables are soft and almost cooked. After frying, pour everything into the eggplant.
Fry the chopped onion with tomato.
Pour all the ingredients that are in the saucepan to the onion.
Scald the tomatoes and peel them off. We cut and add them to the dish.
Salt, pepper and mix everything thoroughly. You can also add minced 1-2 cloves of garlic.
Close the lid, check that the valve is in the Closed position and set the High pressure mode. If you want the dish to be in pieces, then for 5 minutes, and if a homogeneous mass - for 10 minutes.
If the pressure does not build up, then turn on Frying vegetables for a couple of minutes, and then again High pressure. If the pressure does not build up again, then repeat the action with Frying vegetables. It makes no sense to add water for pressure, because then there will be a lot of liquid from vegetables and this water will be superfluous.
After the end of cooking beep, release steam. If there is a lot of liquid in the dish, then put on Frying vegetables and evaporate the liquid.

Note
In general, as it turned out last night, my bow ran out at home. And while my husband's brother went to buy onions, I fried everything separately, as I do on gas, only fried in a skimmer on Frying vegetables. Then I mixed everything and set the VD for 5 minutes. But the mule had little liquid and it turned off ((I played around with Frying and Frying and the pressure still got built up. It turned out delicious, but I like it when sauté like porridge, and not in pieces. So next time I will set the VD for 10 minutes.
