Girls here and I became the owner of a mule, but it has not yet been brought, tell me, the recipes that you write here, are they displayed somewhere on one page or do you have to skip all 70 sheets and write them out?

I am spreading the recipe for the promised wheat-rye bread baked in our mulineska.
Larisa, thank you so much for the bread recipe! Hands got around, finally baked one on the weekend, and on Tuesday already baked the second - the whole family really liked it, delicious! I have already bought almost everything from the recipe, but I have not yet found fermented rye malt, I replace it with dry kvass. And from the additives I pour 4 tablespoons of seeds - yummyaaa ...
I really want a recipe for onion bread yet. I threw that on the forum a few in my bookmarks, but ..... I somehow baked one in HP - it did not work out absolutely ... and in principle, I get embarrassed with a bread maker every other time - we wait and wait for bread 5 hours , do not look, and then it turns out. that I didn’t put the spatula in the bowl again and the family was left without bread ...
and also, the first time I made your bread with baking yeast and put it on the stove to rise - it turned out to be a fluffy dough, and the second time I made it with saf yeast and put it in the oven with a light bulb - it didn't rise at all, put it on the stove with the comfort on - rose a little. For the sake of fairness, I note that both the first and second bread after baking were the same in height and internal baking. Thank you!
(I took pictures, but haven't taken them off yet)

I didn't get jellied meat, don't be ashamed
I took 1.5 turkey meat, and poured it up to the max mark, this is clearly a lot, then I played with gelatin. Now I'm waiting for it to get cold or not

Did the stew - excellent

Thank you, Larochka, for such a flattering review. Broths in a pressure cooker really turn out to be very rich, both meat and vegetable.
To your health))) Truthful feedback is always pleasant. Of course, broths are very tasty. I somewhere here gave a recipe for borscht, everyone who cooked, they say delicious. It's a pity I don't know how to draw up a separate recipe, so that it was for our model, and not flip through the topic pages.

Larisa, thank you so much for the bread recipe!
On health, we also like it very much, the last two times I did it with 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds and with prunes, and once with prunes and raisins, very tasty, additives, in principle, can be changed as you wish. By the way, it turns out great in a bread maker, I have a friend from him who bakes in a bread maker, so I took the recipe from her and adapted it to the mule. One of these days Panasonechka's stove should come to me, then I will bake in it, or I can knead it in it and bake it in a mule or in the oven. So bake for the joy of everyone)))

Larisa, you can draw up your recipes in our general section. On the page of recipes for mulinex multicookers here there is a link on the right new recipe... It's not difficult at all there. Try it.

Thanks a lot for the tip. I will study and try. If it's not too confusing, you can try)))

Glad I helped. And the bread recipe is very interesting! We will definitely try to bake ..

What is the difference between white and black? I'm in thought ...
the difference is in two programs, in the little white one there is still languor and roast, but to my mind there are no separate subsections of "vegetables", "fish", "chicken", "meat" in the modes of stewing and a double boiler. It seems that that's all, maybe someone else will add something ...

Girls help! I put the water with lemon on the soup mode, I just closed the lid and turned it to the left, a dotted line began to run around the rectangle, 30 minutes have passed, and it starts to hiss, steam comes out of the valve, I keep the lid! I hear the water is boiling, I canceled! Is this how it should be?
Olёnka
Good afternoon, members of the forum! So I became the owner of the miraculous saucepan CE 503132. I just bought it recently, so there is nothing special to brag about. A question arose, please tell me girls, can I put a small silicone mold in the bowl and bake? The instructions say that you cannot heat an empty bowl ...

Bes7vetrov
irina05021985, good day! Yes, it should be so. The water will boil, steam will start to build up inside the pressure cooker, until it is a little - there is a whistle and hiss, as soon as there is enough steam to lift the valve, the whistle stops and the pressure cooker is blocked, gradually goes into working mode. Until this moment, dashes run on the display, when the set temperature and pressure level are set, the time starts counting.
Do not be afraid, you will succeed.
Bes7vetrov
Olёnka, I think you can put a mold inside the bowl and bake in it, make portioned porridge, omelet. The bowl is not empty.
This year I baked cakes in paper tins in a mulechka for Easter this year - everything turned out well.
Olёnka
OK !!! thanks for the answer. So we will experiment
formochka
Larra, Larissa will have time, throw off the recipe for onion bread in a slow cooker ... (by the way, in a bread maker how to bake that rye with seeds?)
formochka
Agata21, I also had torments about this. took the black one and is happy. The functions (fish, vegetables, meat) are clearer there, and longing (the difference is white) I do not need, because in the modern rhythm of life, waiting for porridge for 8-12 hours is horror.

Girls tell me what and how to wash at multi? Ring, lid, bowl?
Bes7vetrov
I wash the bowl with my hands, with an ordinary dish sponge and detergent (I have an amway), the ring and removable lid are often also washed with my hands, sometimes I put them in the dishwasher. I wipe the cartoon inside with a damp, not very wet rag, I rarely moisten it with dishwashing detergent when I think it smells (after disconnecting the mule from the network). If crumbs or cereals fall under the shadow, I tilt them to one side and blow them out. Well, I wipe the outside with a damp cloth, and wash the condensate receiver with a sponge with dish detergent.

Thank you! And the valve?
Larra
Veronica, only today I baked onion bread, if in the evening something remains of it, I take a picture and post it with the recipe (or at least the recipe, and the pictures next time), very much nothing happened))) And in a rye bread maker, we just put the products in in the order as indicated in the instructions for your bread maker, select the "basic" program, size - medium, crust - medium. And that's all))) I also want to try baking on the "rye" program, to see which program works best. A friend of mine bakes it in HP (she took the recipe from her), and as I wait for my stove (I should come in a week), I'll try)))
Bes7vetrov
And the valve: I disassemble everything that can be understood, rinse it under the tap, sometimes with a dish sponge. And that's all.
After a couple of valve sticking (escaped porridge), I removed the inner lid with a ring, poked holes in the valve with a toothpick, and wiped it from the back with a cotton swab dipped in boiling water, looking into the hole and checking the result visually.
formochka
Larissa, Thank you. It's great that your HP can also bake rye bread. In mine, you can use wheat for "basic", and mixed for "dietary", but with rye flour, only dough is allowed to knead. And yet, I do not have a compartment for additives (seeds, raisins) and in general they are allowed to add only two tablespoons after the signal (and I liked the fact that I put four tablespoons of seeds in a mule and everyone gets a piece with seeds). I didn't even do anything with additives in HP. A! though on this site I was tempted to try onion, but it didn't work out for me at all. All hope is for you so that my family can eat onion bread ....))))
Here, today I pampered a chocolate biscuit, now again rye bread is being baked ...
formochka
Larochka, I will definitely report back!
Larra
Veronica, maybe I'm wrong, but I can still bake rye in any bread machine, even on the main program, my friend bakes this bread on the main program, and as soon as I wait for my stove, I want to try it on rye. So try it, I think it will work. There are exceptions to any rules))) In the meantime, I am writing a recipe for onion bread, though there is nothing to take a picture, one crust is left, in two days I will bake, take a picture and insert it into the same message.

Onion bread in a multi-cooker pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, premium quality - 250g
Wheat flour 1 grade -200g
Salt - 1.5 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Dry yeast (I have saf - levure) - 5g
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons l in the dough and 1 tbsp. l for frying onions
Onions - 2 pieces (medium)
Flax seeds - 2 tbsp l (you can without them)
Water - 250ml

Preparation:
- fry the onion in oil until golden brown, put it on a strainer to drain the excess oil, let it cool;
- pour warm water into a deep bowl, dissolve yeast in it, stir in 100 g of premium flour, sugar, salt, mix thoroughly;
- then gradually add all the remaining flour (be sure to sift), and knead the dough (we monitor the consistency of the dough, so the flour can be of different moisture content, etc.), you may have to add a little or, on the contrary, not sleep enough (I added 1 tbsp. l);
- at the end of kneading, add the fried onion, oil, and flax seeds, finally mix well and put it on the table sprinkled with flour, knead well, shape the bun, put it in a bowl and put it in a warm place for proofing for 1-1.5 hours;
- knead the bun, knead a little (after proofing, the dough should be soft, but not sticky to the hands), again form the bun, put it in a greased bowl of MV, set the "yogurt" program;
- after an hour, turn off the "yogurt" program, carefully peep into the bowl, how the dough rose there, carefully close it (without slamming the lid);
- we set the "baking" program - 40 minutes, at the end we turn over the bread and bake the other side for another 30 minutes;
- cool on a wire rack, it is better to cut it in two or three hours so that it matures.

Veronique, write later as a result, like it or not. In my family, he took root, they often ask.

I cooked steamed vegetables twice for salads.
Quote: V.S.B.
I steamed vegetables for a vinaigrette, put everything at once and on the function of a double boiler for 15-20 minutes. Everything worked out well.
The first time I did it for vinaigrette, and because of the beets (in theory, it cooks for a long time) I set the chicken on a double boiler for 25 minutes. The potatoes were medium in size - they burst, the carrots were overcooked. The beets turned out well.
The vinaigrette is delicious, the taste of vegetables differs from boiled ones, I also put fried onions in the vinaigrette, instead of the usual.
Yesterday I made potatoes and carrots for mimosa, put vegetables on a double boiler for 20 minutes (changed the time with the texture). Again the potatoes burst, next time I will put them for 15 minutes.In both cases, she poured 2 glasses of water.
formochka
Manara, water two multi-glasses or ordinary? here, I wanted to ask a question about the peel. that is, put vegetables in the peel? And thank you Marina for sharing her observations. I conclude that beets with other vegetables cannot be cooked for salads in the MC.
Manara
formochka, two glasses of ordinary water and vegetables in a peel - cook in a peel for salads.

Good evening, I did steamed vegetables: 20 minutes for beets, 10-12 minutes for potatoes (medium), and 7-8 minutes for carrots:
formochka
mega.kissa, that is, for each vegetable did you set the regimen anew and gain pressure?

Girls, help, please, I don’t understand something. Today I use 502832 for the first time. I set the frying mode - asks to close the lid, but in the instructions do not close the lid. I closed it. Then I set the SOUP mode-written in the recipe for 15 minutes. Doesn't allow to set 15min or 12 or 30. Left 12min. The display shows a running line along a rectangular perimeter. What's this???? Thanks to those who answer

Polga, first take it easy.
If 00:01 and went up, then the multicooker has switched to heating mode. Click the button reheat / cancel... A red dotted line will appear on the display, the multicooker will enter standby mode. Then you can continue studying the device.
formochka
Polga, they are right to calm you down, our multicooker is elementary and intuitive, you just need to exhale and start creating.
and how did she ask you to close the lid?
just with the open (folded) lid, select the fry-start mode.
for your soup:
press the warm / cancel button = the heating mode is reset (any mode)
then select the desired mode, the minutes for which the dish is programmed will appear; then press the delay / timer and use the "+", "-" buttons to dial the required minutes; start.
Polga
Girls, thanks who responded.formochka, In the FRYING mode with the lid open, I pressed START and on the display EO and the signals
Polga
Vasily K., Thank you, I later figured out that the heating is on
Polga
And why did not the minutes appear on the display during the SOUP, but a running dash went?

Tell me, did someone fried potatoes with mushrooms (champignons), if so how

Quote: irina05021985
Tell me, did someone fried potatoes with mushrooms (champignons), if so how
if you just cover the lid, there will be a stewing effect + mushrooms, the potatoes will release moisture and it will turn out "in their own juice" (I do this very often: with the lid open (folded back), frying mode for 10 minutes 160 * I throw it into the bowl and stir the onion, meat, mushrooms; during this time I cut the potatoes and throw them into the bowl there, close the lid, block and set the stewing-vegetables mode for 8 minutes - start).
In your case, if you want to fry potatoes with mushrooms, the principle of cooking on a stove in a frying pan is suitable, that is, do not close the lid at all, but just set the time in the frying mode, for example, 25 minutes and throw everything in turn according to the list. (don't forget to stir the food)
Polga
formochka, Please tell me, why does not I turn on the Fry when the lid is open? Knocks out EO on the display, maybe I'm doing something wrong?
Larra
Polga, and what kind of model you have is black or white, maybe in a white one differently the frying program is laid down? and in the instructions, see how the frying mode is indicated there (with an open or with a closed lid), in the table? I have a black one, so the instructions clearly indicate that the "frying" mode only works !!! with the lid open. If yours is not so, then some kind of malfunction in the programs, which of course I would not want ...
Polga
Larra, I have a black one and in the instructions (that's the point) with the lid open. I would not like it to be a failure, otherwise there will be a hassle in the online store.
Polga
Hurrah! It works! Everything is in order, the FRYER is working with the lid open! Thank you girls and boys for your support!

formochka, good evening, carrots and potatoes can be together, only the carrots will be a little overcooked. I have two steam plates, I put them in two rows, on one carrot, on the second potatoes. The carrots did not spoil the salad.

If the mushrooms are frozen, then we simmer them until the liquid boils out and then frying (or stewing) is already underway, and if fresh, then I always fry them raw, I cut it and that's it, you don't need to boil it))) They cook pretty quickly, 15 minutes is enough.

Girls, help me out, who made the ear in Mulechka ??? and how to fry carp, cut into portioned pieces, just on the "frying" mode ?? does it turn out like in a frying pan, or are there other cooking options ??
