Ingredients

Chicken ventricles 700 g
Cream 200 ml
Cognac 4-6 st. l.
Tomato paste 2 tbsp. l.
Carrot 2 pcs.
Onion 2 pcs.
Garlic 3 cloves
Flour 1 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper

Cooking method

  • 4. Add carrots with garlic to a slow cooker, season with salt and pepper, fry for 2 minutes.

  • 6. Pour in the cognac, wait 1 minute, pour in the cream and put on a quick cook for 7 minutes.

Note

Sprinkle the finished dish with finely chopped cilantro (I didn't have it). In order to lose weight, you can serve it with Iceberg salad, carrots, tomatoes, olives, seasoned with homemade mayonnaise with capers and garlic.
