Yesterday I was preparing a quick dinner (it turns out three portions somewhere - once for my husband to have dinner and double with me to work the next day).
A pack of frozen green beans and 6 sausages lay in the freezer.
A little vegetable oil in the bowl, put the beans in the bowl, added half a glass of water and poured soy sauce so as not to salt. Observations: you can not pour water, soy sauce will give liquid both in frozen vegetables and liquid in frozen sausages too.
