It is more convenient that you do not fiddle with the nozzles, it whips up much faster, especially if you whip a kilogram or two at once, you cannot compare it with a live one! But when I tried Albufix, it was a delight! It whips up even better, very stable. And even when you work with dry ones, the base does not soften when it just stands, but it feels like it becomes denser. Apparently, the protein is still swelling a little. And the smell is immediately pleasant at albufix. Albumin is not very appetizing)) you need to add vanilla. Although, when dry, the smell of dry protein disappears too. We take Albufix in Almaty, there is a packing of 5 kg, we cooperate with the girls, we buy how much to whom, the local girl takes, packs up to whom how much, half a kilo to whom, 1-2 to whom, and sends it.
