It may also be that it is very hot and the icing has already dried out, not only outside, where it was touched with a finger, but also inside, but the icing itself for pouring was quite liquid, when it dried it was matte, not glossy. When dry, it absorbs paint like blotting paper. Well, as if on a blotter, it diffuses, as it were. Well, or another reason - the gel dye is too diluted. For inscriptions, it is better to dilute not in water, but in alcohol or in vodka as a last resort, it dries faster. Well, analyze, based on all these possible points, what influenced you.
