Lean wheat-rye buns with raisins

Ingredients

Wheat flour, premium 240 gr.
Peeled rye flour 60 gr.
Warm water* 200 ml.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l
Salt 1 tsp
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp
Seedless raisins 75 gr.

Cooking method

  • Rinse the raisins, soak in warm water for 10 minutes. Drain the water, dry the raisins with a paper towel.
  • Put all the ingredients in a bucket of HP, except for the raisins. Yeast dough program (add raisins on signal)
