Vadim Solynin
A bit of history and facts (this is pretty boring, but for those who need to understand, it will be interesting)

1. The multicooker Brand 502, which had 5 generations in its development, in our opinion, has an ideally developed mode of "milk porridge".
When developing the Brand 701 multicooker, we made the "milk porridge" mode identical to the mode from the Brand 502 model.

2. Not a single manufacturer, today, can clearly, degree to degree, catch the temperature in the multicooker bowl. To do this, we would have to bump the entire bowl, from all sides, with sensors and create a VERY serious unit for analyzing the behavior of the temperature of the contents in the bowl. I will not "load" with technical details, I will say that any (!) Specified operating mode temperature has technical deviations of + -3 degrees.

3. "Milk porridge" mode most difficult to execute. When a hostess or host prepares milk porridge on the stove, the most important thing is to catch the moment of boiling and have time to remove the pan from the stove. A slow cooker performs the same role, but it is much more difficult for it. The multicooker can NOT remove the pan from the stove at the right time and it (the multicooker) has to prepare for the moment of boiling in advance in order to avoid the inertia of the heating element.

So, conclusions from the theory. NONE of the multicooker can catch exactly 100 degrees and remove the bowl from heating. To solve this issue, manufacturers turn off the heating in advance. In models where the program is tuned more precisely, the temperature stops rising in the range of 95-98 degrees, where it is worse tuned, it flies out of these limits either down or up.

This is how the realities of the multicooker world look like today.

Let's return directly to the Brand 701 multicooker. As I said above, this model is based on the company's experience. This multicooker has undergone multiple tests and improvements before launching into mass production. To date, sold a large number of copies of this model. There are very few complaints about the problem of the "milk porridge" regime and it is NOT worth talking about the serial presence of this problem.

Now directly to the comments:

Zhenya, I am sure that the Brand company will replace your multicooker with a correctly working one and you will still have reasons to write in this thread about the merits and advantages of this model I will wait for good news

Of course we will replace, and we will also wait for good news.

Quote: MariV

To admit that there are unsuccessful copies, to make a replacement - there were no problems, and this earned great authority.

We admit that there are unsuccessful COPIES.
We will definitely make a replacement

I consider my testing of the multicooker over - the daily use of the multicooker for two weeks allowed me to draw my conclusions.
...
And now the general conclusions:
the multicooker works well, all programs correspond to the set parameters, and very tasty dishes are obtained in it.

Expressing my subjective opinion, I want to say that I am quite happy with the multicooker and did not have any disappointments in the process of working with it.

For the further development of this model, I would like to express my wish:

in the EXTINGUISHING mode, set a step-by-step change in temperature, as well as adjust the porridge program for the convenient use of any cereals, including cereals, in order to completely exclude them from boiling;
to make the coating of the bowl inside and outside more durable, eliminating defects in new products.

Thanks for the excellent report and the time spent. Studied in detail, took into account wishes

Yeah, no, for the place of two unnecessary ladles, put one silicone spatula in the kit ..., but no, they still shove plastic ... Please scratch the bowls, they are always on sale, if ...

Trust me, please, this is not a worldwide conspiracy of spare bowl sellers ...
This is commonplace economics and logistics. Plants pour ordinary plastic spoons themselves, and silicone ones need to be purchased on the side.
But we will still try to resolve this issue with factories

Girls, this is the point. How many REAL users do not like this multicooker? How many people who bought it and regretted it? Is there someone who wants to and hesitates to say: "Don't take it, this is g ..."?
It's just that those who just read and don't use cannot be objective, because they did not hold it in their hands, they did not cook themselves. If there are some points that you don't like, you can unsubscribe from the topic and read about other options for multicooker (and they are, small 3-liter, and also not bad). Talking indiscriminately, it's wrong

With two hands I join the thought Aygul

Quote: MariV

Denis, and the clumsy bowl outside?
...

The remark is accepted and sent to the factory. The external deformation of the metal occurred from the stamping of the level indicator inside the bowl. Since this was not reflected on the inner surface of the bowl, this moment passed our control. We will definitely take this into account in the subsequent production, but now you can completely safely use the bowl, this does not affect the performance of the multicooker in any way.

...
And about the bowls. I also prefer a good non-stick coating, ceramic does not impress me at all.

Aygul, we have already sent a request for the production of bowls with a non-stick (non-ceramic) coating. I am sure that the answer will be positive and we will bring such spare bowls. After New Year (Chinese), we should get an answer on this matter.

I apologize for the long post, but now I do not have the opportunity to devote much time to the forum and I have to put everything together

Next Bake 1 level 30 minutes. The potatoes are completely ready, the one that fries well from below. Delicious!

Vadim Solynin,
Thank you for your appeal to us, the people! We are finally glad to hear from you.
If the coating of the bowl improves and the bowls can be bought in addition to the already purchased multicooker, then it will be great. I have been using the device since mid-December and am very pleased with the software functions. I gave the same slow cooker to my best friend, warning that the bowl was unsuccessful and that I would look for an alternative. You saw on the forum our ladies' attempts to pick up a cup from another manufacturer. For the most part, housewives will not want to solve this problem on their own, but will turn their eyes to a device of another brand, albeit with simpler "brains". The quality of the multicooker bowl and the ability to replace it play a critical role in your purchasing decision. After all, a multicooker is, in fact, a saucepan with a processor. And the quality of the pot is just as important as the electronics.

Barley porridge with dried porcini mushrooms Fry-1 (vegetables), Groats-2 (Standard), Heating

Studying the multicooker and what it is eaten with, I picked up the book by A. Kitaeva "I and my multicooker", found in it a recipe for barley with mushrooms. In the recipe itself, she uses champignons, and in the note indicates about replacing with dry ones, indicating the quantity. The same recipe is in the Brand 701 Recipe Book on page 59. The ingredients are the same, except for the carrots. Go
Pour 2 m / s (240 g) of pearl barley for 1 hour with cold water.
Multicooker Brand 701Pour boiling water over 40 g of dried porcini mushrooms, let stand, squeeze (save water)
Multicooker Brand 701Peel and finely chop onions 70g (~ 1 pc) and carrots 50g (~ 1/2 pcs). Pour refined sunflower oil 2 tbsp into the MV sachet. l., add vegetables, turn on the Fry-1 mode.
Multicooker Brand 701Chop mushrooms, add to vegetables. It turned out that I added mushrooms in 4-5 minutes (out of 15 by default)

Multicooker Brand 701Rinse the groats, drain the water, add to the bowl of MB with 2 tsp. salt
Multicooker Brand 701It turned out just above the 3 cup mark
Multicooker Brand 701But then I faced a choice. At Kitaeva, for 2 m / s of pearl barley, she pours in 5 m / s of water, or even 4.5, provided that the mushrooms gave a lot of juice. In our recipe book, they write about 8 m / s of liquid (proportions 1: 4). I filled in 8 m / s, of which 2 were liquid from mushrooms, it turned out almost under the maximum mark. Krupa-2 mode and immediately pressed Heating

During the work, the steam walked strong, but there were no attempts to escape. When the beep sounded that the Krupa-2 mode was over, Heating started and it was necessary to add 40 g of butter to the porridge ... I opened the lid, and there was a lot of liquid. Well, a lot. Heating, of course, saved ... most of it was absorbed, or maybe something evaporated ... But the porridge turned out to be snotty.

: hi: Absolutely correct point. What is the essence of the problem? When we cook porridge in a 5-liter bowl, according to the set algorithm of the program, the temperature sensor catches the allowable limit of 98C, then the heating turns off, but, cooling down, continues to heat the bowl. The porridge does not run due to the size and capacity of the bowl. In a 3-liter multicooker, the heating power is less, by about 200 W, and the bowl is smaller - but the problem of complexity is that when the temperature sensor catches 98C, the heating element turns off, but catches up with the temperature higher. For, for perfect control, several sensors would have to be placed around the bowl. "Milk porridge" is the most difficult mode, here you need "understanding" with a slow cooker. It is impossible to cook different porridges on the same algorithm, so the idea of creating sub-modes for porridges becomes relevant! Tell me, if you make an algorithm up to 95C, and then languish - we, of course, can cook any "not running" porridge! But certain cereals require boiling milk. In this situation, there are no wrongs - the consumer needs problem-free modes, you can cook on "Manual", I agree that this requires additional programming, but I have not yet seen multicooker with a broken porridge sub-mode.
Quote: Manna

So we have everything ahead
Quote: BerryRaspberry

I read and am amazed, but do ordinary users really need this information, I personally would not want to hammer in my head with this, what do we, ordinary users, need? It's simple - for the pan to work well, but how, then, multicooker from other manufacturers successfully cope with this task. something new
And our multicooker successfully cope with this task, like many others (5-liter) in 3-ka everything is a little more complicated. Agree that it is possible to simply simply hammer another temperature algorithm - up to 95C, and not 98C. No porridge will run away! But at 95C - milk does not boil. I agree with you that the consumer simply needs a good result, not technical details. But maybe anyone is interested in this?)
Quote: RepeShock

In the little Panas, no porridge runs. Well, and, as everyone knows, there are the most delicious cereals and side dishes from cereals.
I suppose there is just a different algorithm of programs that takes into account the Holy Island of cereals, milk, and so on. For example, first a little heating, the cereal absorbs the liquid, and only then more intense heating. This is just my guess from observations.

By the way, milk porridge in the 502nd model is not very good. it turns out good, in 6051 it is better.
Quote: Olya_

We would be very happy if such a MV appeared faster, it is very relevant now. Honestly, I would acquire it in the forefront and would be happy to test it. And they cope because the volume and power are correctly selected. MV Panasonic 10 - power 490 W with a volume of 2.5 liters; Redmont 01- at 2 HP In none of these MVs did any porridge run away from me.
In our MV 655 W, it may be powerful for such a volume, but I don't want to make any discount on the volume, we want to cook porridge without problems. And if it doesn't work out, then make us a sub-mode. We will only be glad, and we will tell all our friends that there is such a wonderful MV.
Quite logical thoughts, but at a lower power, the "Bake" and "Fry" modes may suffer. I am sure that we will find a middle ground. The point is that you need to play on algorithms. Break the porridge mode - for some, set the limit at 98C, for others - 95C.
Quote: Larssevsk

Olya, it's not just about power. I have 3 years. Binatone power 640 W. Not once did anything run away. So it is possible to adjust the "porridge" mode even with this power
Bravo! In the small "Binaton", thanks to the power of 640 W., they realized "Roasting" ("Roasting"). I am sure that in Panasonic it is possible to fry on Baking - but it will be a little harder to do than in a more powerful multicooker. And "Porridge" can be adjusted, and you need to improve in this. The first multicooker with the modes of "Milk porridge" were "sharpened" for rice and buckwheat. The Chinese cannot understand the rich Russian cuisine in the field of cooking porridge with milk! Therefore, the regime needs to be improved, although in 701 there is a ready-made alternative for porridge made from chopped, for cereals that produce gluten - "Manual" mode - 95C.
Quote: RepeShock

So, following the users' tastes, you then have to puzzle over how to make all modes ideal)))
While roasting could be easily done on baked goods. But give us fried cutlets ....))))

By the way, I never understood why I needed a frying regime, because MB, by definition, should make dishes more useful. But, there is already personal preference. Give our hostesses one device for everything.
Thank you for your interesting answer. I will divide my thoughts!
Quote: MariV

I have a 3-liter binatoshka, and a Panas 101 for 900 rubles - also a 3-liter one.

In the binatosha, the milk porridge did not run away; and there is no separate program "Frying" - it is recommended to do this on "Rice", that is, at max. T; in Panasonic, where the power is 750 (this, as indicated by the manufacturer, on the max. prog "Rice"), slightly increased on milk porridge, but not critical.

Yes, DenisYou are absolutely right - all this cartoonish technique was originally "sharpened" like a rice cooker.
MariV, and so, by common efforts, by trial and error (not without them!) - we will adapt the "Milk Porridge" mode for rich Russian cuisine. All thoughts have already been announced to the development department. We will communicate with Chinese engineers. If in 701 they were able to "catch" the exact temperature on "Yogurt", "Sour cream" and "Curd", then why not "conjure" over porridge? Believe me, the people we work with are very talented and capable engineers.
Quote: MariV

Denis, well, of course we believe that good specialists are involved! This means there is hope, and there is no limit to perfection!

maybe someone is interested? Personally, I do not understand why all these temperature explanations are needed to blame the poor performance of the device, manufacturing defects (and it doesn't matter at what stage they appeared, during programming, assembly, etc.)? I don’t want to think about the modes again, I have a small multicooker from another company that perfectly cooks any porridge, for many years, and over the years it never occurred to me to learn something about its temperature (!), And I sincerely don’t understand, why the models discussed here cannot do this well
I agree! The task, which is not at all trivial, is to make a universal multicooker so that no regime will suffer. Our culinary demands are growing and the development of multicooker will always continue! Agree with the simple truth that initially, the multicooker was a modernized Chinese rice cooker, which we (together with you) are trying to bring to mind, adapt to Russian cuisine! Today, there are no ideal multicooker products. Even in an ultra-modern appliance with induction heating, which provides the most accurate thermal control (the voice guide tells what needs to be done and what happens in the cycle of work), it is problematic to cook milk porridge, because induction provides the highest efficiency, and porridge needs to be cooked on " manual "or" multi-cook ", setting the temperature 93C-94C. I'm not trying to defend myself or make excuses, but wasn't Brand the first to implement the "manual" mode with a step of 5C? If porridge, which produces gluten, will try to run on automatic mode - use an alternative! The most ideal option is to make an automatic porridge algorithm: 98C and 95C - two sub-modes. Provide the convenience of programming by minimal pressing of buttons. And if it hadn't happened, such confrontations - there would have been no development! We always carefully study your answers, and for several years we have been making our models for you, taking into account your wishes, (requirements !!!), complaints. We would never put a "raw" product on the market.

I am very interested in the technical details. Algorithm of modes, temperature, time - I want to understand everything. When preparing dishes, I am guided not by the name of the mode, but by the parameters of the program. Thank you for explaining how and what was conceived by the developers.
I would like to be able to reduce the temperature step to 2 degrees in manual mode (over the entire range of 25-150 deg.). Now the step is 5 degrees.
When is it needed:
- proofing of the dough 24-42 degrees;
- preparation of fermented milk products 30-40 degrees;
-technology su-vid 54-86grad .;
- temperatures close to 100 degrees. in the range of 94-106 degrees, so that it is possible to cook any porridge in milk, to achieve an almost boil, low boil.
As you can see, up to 106 degrees. there is this need, and at higher temperatures, in principle, a step of 5 degrees. quite satisfied.
Perhaps this will duplicate the preset modes to some extent, so be it!
Who does not want to think or in the case of simple dishes, he uses only the modes. But I need more freedom of choice. I know of an example of multicooker where the developers thought in this direction, but, unfortunately, did not cover the entire temperature range. This is Shteba, this is Polaris 531.
The preset Kasha mode at 95 and 98 degrees, I agree, is also needed, because the Manual mode does not control the temperature switching depending on the reached.
And about the step! A 2 degree step is easier to catch with induction heating.
Quote: Zinfandel

I know induction Cook. She is from a different price segment. With the word "Induction", the words Cooling, Ventilation, Abrupt heating, High power immediately pop up in the memory ...
Quote: Zinfandel

Here's a copy of the instructions for Polaris 531: "To set the cooking temperature at the selected stage, touch the“ TEMPERATURE "sensor. Each subsequent touch of this sensor increases the temperature by 5 ° С (in the range from 30 to 90 ° С), by 2 ° С (in the range from 90 to 110 ° C) or by 10 ° C (in the temperature range from 110 to 160 ° C). " What am I doing? She gave an example of temperature regulation 2 degrees. at 90-110 degrees. It is clear that an error is acceptable. It is around the boiling point that a complex problem most often needs to be solved. This will be used by most users. What I need is what I wrote above. I am probably an advanced user.
Of course you are an advanced user! The very variation of programming in our devices was specially thought out in 2 versions. Automatic modes for "beginners", comfortable use. But as they gain experience, users tend to use "Manual" mode - who likes what! I repeat that development does not stand still.Together we create useful ideas for future improvement! )
Quote: MariV

Still, the majority of users have slightly different interests than being in the kitchen.

Therefore, they use kitchen appliances to speed up and facilitate the process.

The technique must be reliable and easy to operate.

Although" You must love what you eat. Or love the person you are cooking for. Cooking is an act of love ."
Quote: Zinfandel

I would add: to facilitate the process and provide an opportunity to cook even complex dishes at home, previously available only to professional equipment based on production and restaurants.
Quote: MariV

How is the restaurant? - then on a good stove and with a good oven, with cast-iron pans and clay pots.

No self-respecting restaurant will use pressure cookers, although rice is already cooked in large rice cookers. multicooker.
Quote: Zinfandel

Here we are talking about a multicooker, not about a pressure cooker. Sous-vide meat is a restaurant technology. Sour milk products are no longer cooked in a thermos. We bake bread at home (a labor-intensive and knowledge-intensive process), and do not eat it from the bakery. Yes, we can do a lot of things ourselves. We want one small household appliance to combine the functions of various specialized equipment.
Serious statement!!! Technique "Brand" definitely does not "bite" on prices, but what We are trying to implement and offer you for a reasonable price, today you rarely find. We would gladly realize many possibilities if it did not affect the final price! (although we already keep our faces, having our own development department, not plagiarizing) In the modern capitalist world, every step and sigh requires payment! Agree that it is wiser to invest the "extra" cent - in technology and innovation and offer the consumer a broadly functional device at the best price!
Quote: MariV

Very happy! And also the fact that you really do not lose face is to the fact that they changed the multicooker to me. I washed it, stands with the lid open until morning!

Thank you! And keep your brand!

Couldn't wait to see if everything was okay
White! I like this color of the case. I like that it's not creamy.

Completion according to the list. Order!
All rubber bands are in place: on the "heels" of the multicooker, and at the stand-steamer, and in the filter.

I immediately began to sniff at the bowl. Yes. There is a slight plastic smell.
I have not yet found the smell of the container and the steamer stand.
Check when heating.

The length of the cord is 1 m.It seems to me that it can be a little longer (for those who have the outlet far from the device and located to the left of it)

I checked the bowl itself. The bottom and walls are smooth, without damage.
I still found only two scratches closer to the side (1mm. And 2mm.)

I tried to attach the spoon holder. The hook is taut, I was afraid to break it. But still I did

I checked the removable cover plate. Sits plump. I tried to take it off.
QUESTION: to remove it by pulling on the two protrusions on the sides?

I washed the bowl and all the accessories.
I poured 0.5 liters of water into the bowl, cut 2 small slices of lemon into small pieces, put in a double boiler, turned on the function Steam.
Waiting
It took about 5 minutes. The case on the sides became a little warm. The lid is still cold. Steam with the smell of plastic and lemon came out of the valve.
The display shows the time of 15 minutes - the countdown has started
8 minutes passed. It seemed to me that the pair became smaller. I decided to look in and check the amount of remaining water.
Pressed STOP... I open: there is water. I close it. The time was again set to 15 minutes. And I need the remaining 7
I set it up manually. It is very good that there is such an opportunity.
The signal sounded for the end of the program. Left to cool

QUESTION: the bowl has markings for measuring cups and liters.
The upper value of liters is 1 L
I poured 0.5 liters of water, but this mark is far away.
What is 1 L bowls, if the volume is 3 liters?

Yes, Irish, fries faster with the lid closed. But it burns faster And in general ... frying on a unit has a low temperature, therefore it is possible with a closed lid (like Baking).

Mannochka, Can you please tell me if you can immediately throw frozen vegetables in the cooking process?
Or should you wait for the temperature to drop? And how long to wait?
This is for those in a hurry Multicooker Brand 701
It depends on what to throw into. It is not worth it in an empty heated bowl. And if in broth, soup, vegetables, then you can.
Quote: Irina Dolars

So in my case, with a small amount of onions, it is better to wait?
Yes, it's better to chill the bowl. You can remove it from the case - it will cool down faster. The bowl should not burn the hands, otherwise there will be too much temperature contrast.
Quote: Irina Dolars

Yes Yes. I took out the cup

Mannochka, what does the topmost risk of the scale look like? This value 1,0? And on top of it CUP and L. Right?
What point to align? I want to cook soup with a large volume.
Quote: Irina Dolars

I poured 2 liters of water into the bowl. It is slightly above the mark with the value 1,0
And this amount of liquid is not enough for me.
Where is the mark to align with?
I want a LOT of soup
Irish, if the soup is not foaming (like mushroom), then you can pour it a little above the maximum mark. And one more thing ... in this case, before turning on the "Soup" mode, the bowl must be cooled down - otherwise the soup may rise too high (if, say, it was roasted before, but the bowl was not cold)
Quote: Irina Dolars

Manna, it's late

I sautéed onions and carrots. Has cooled the bowl. They put the fish and poured water.
Will be ear

Say: WHERE is the maximum mark? At division 1.5?
Quote: Irina Dolars

Mannochka, poured water 3 cm below the edge. Is this normal or a little drained?
Something I am very late today with answers 3cm below the edge - everything should be prepared without incident.

Yesterday was the first acquaintance with the work of the multicooker.
Mode check Frying and partly Extinguishing

Poured oil into the bowl and turned on the mode Frying (1)... Heating is almost instantaneous.
After two minutes, I put the chopped onion. I watched the process. The onion warmed up quickly. In order not to overcook, turned off at the ninth minute (on the display). But the teng continued to warm further. Next time I will turn it off 4-5 minutes after falling asleep in the bowl: the onion will reach its condition.

Next, I needed to add the chopped frozen vegetables. So that there was no sharp temperature drop, I took a short break by taking out the bowl onto the stand (so that it would no longer warm up).

She replaced the bowl. I poured vegetables and, adding water, turned on the mode Extinguishing.
Silence ... What's there? Interesting
I waited 10 minutes and opened it. There vegetables are stewed, as they should.
I checked for readiness. You can also add 4-5 minutes.
Added sliced cheese, spices. She did not extinguish, since the water did not evaporate with the lid closed. how it happened on the stove.
Therefore, I decided to turn on the mode again Frying (1)... Excess moisture quickly evaporated. Four minutes was enough.

Some were transferred to a tureen, some remained in the multicooker bowl.
Then quickly warmed up on the mode Frying.

1. Frozen vegetables.
2. Adyghe cheese.
3. Spices

After Extinguishing condensation was in the silicone rim of the lid and a little in the groove.
The valve and the cover plate were removed and washed. Today I noticed that there are streaks on the case. Apparently, excess fluid spilled out of the valve when the cover was open.

I really like the program "Stew" - for meat - perfect!
Manna
Yes, I also really like the "Extinguish" mode. I cook meat regularly on it.

I also did stew of beef and pork on the "Soup" mode 6 hours (salt, pepper, coriander, rosemary, bay leaf). The meat was ok. 1 kg. Nothing ran anywhere.
Multicooker Brand 701

I think Anechka started to run on the Soup just after Stewing, when the bowl was already very hot and the broth was boiling too much (and of course she had meat to capacity). In general, all this I mean is that if there is a lot of meat, then you can safely stew it on the "Soup".
Manna
Irisha, the soup is wonderful Apparently, the "Soup" mode does not bring the liquid to boiling point every 15 minutes. The program is very delicate. I like it that way. But the "Extinguishing" mode constantly practically maintains a temperature of approx. boiling point.
Irish, maybe you can put the soup in a separate recipe?
Irina Dolars
Girls, everyone in the MANUAL has a description of the mode DOUGH?
I have not found . What page should I look for?

Also ... we usually put the dough in the preheated oven for baking.
How about in the cartoon? Cold?
Manna
Irish, the baking dough is laid out in a cold bowl. It warms up quickly.
And the "Dough" mode is intended for proofing yeast dough. Installation principles are the same as in other modes.

It seems that these two programs are confused, because, as a rule, it is from stewing that we expect delicate cooking, and the soup can boil more actively.
Irina Dolars
Mila, I agree with you. Also such a thought was
Lud-Mil @
Irina, in Laretti, this is exactly how Stewing works - it brings it to a boil, and then maintains a temperature close to it, the surface of the dish practically does not sway. The meat can be stewed without adding liquid, in its own juice, it turns out very tasty, I like this setting of the program. Judging by the reviews, Brand's Soup is programmed in the same way.

It seems that these two programs are confused, because, as a rule, it is from stewing that we expect delicate cooking, and the soup can boil more actively.

And I would not want my soup to boil as actively as on "Stew". Yes, "Quenching" shouldn't be very active either, but here, firstly, who likes what, and secondly, the main thing is that there is a choice. And in many MVs "Soup" and "Stewing" are generally one program.

Rick
Quote: Lud-Mil @
Irina, this is how Stewing works in Laretti - it brings to a boil, and then maintains the temperature close to it

Mila, well, somehow 90 gr. - not very close to boiling temperature. Maybe I'm wrong
Lud-Mil @
Zhenya, where there is soup with Stewing on one button, and there are no questions. But in those cartoons where these programs are separated, Stewing usually works more delicately than Soup, in Brand, judging by your tests, on the contrary. Therefore, Irina and I had the idea of confused programs.
And where is 90 degrees, something I did not understand? It's all right! Well, maybe I’ve got 90 or a little more, I didn’t measure the temperature, I only know that it boils on the Stew, and then it languishes like that.
Rick
Mila, judging by the instructions, that's how it was planned. Stewing - 98-100 gr. during the entire time of the program.
Lud-Mil @
Zhenya, well, maybe that's right, of course. I just build on my experience. By the way, my Marusya's stewing is more active, so I almost never use it, I like this program in its delicate version more, then nothing boils away and does not burn on it, and the dishes themselves are tastier. For example, baked milk turns out great, but you can't make it in Marus, it boils very much.
Rick
Well. Well, I say, the main thing is that this cartoon has a choice
