Porridge in 701 should be cooked on Multipovar 95 degrees, then the quantity and quality of cereals and milk does not matter.

Only with a delay will not work, so you may not get the porridge for awakening.

Actually, neither I nor my husband are fans of cabbage. But I simply could not pass by a beautiful picture and a loud BEST. The cabbage is cooked, fried. bread crumbs in butter and garlic were very successful. .. the rest is not for everybody. As for me, it (cabbage) is bitter. Perhaps this is how it should be, perhaps the joint is in the recipe and it should have been previously either blanched or soaked.

Here I wondered how many tests can be used to the maximum in this MV. For testing, I took the dough with which I am best friends (cupcake) and rushed.
Chocolate muffin with nuts
Multicooker Brand 701 Multicooker Brand 701 Multicooker Brand 701
Ingredients
butter 225 g (room temperature) + for lubricating the bowl MV
sugar 200 g
a pinch of salt
eggs 4 pcs
baking powder 1 pack (10 g)
wheat flour, premium quality 275 g
chocolate 75% 200 g
nuts 150 g (I have a mixture - hazelnuts, almonds and peanuts)
milk 70 ml
Preparation
Beat the softened butter, gradually add sugar, add eggs one by one, beating well after each. Pour in flour sifted with baking powder, mix until smooth without lumps.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave at 450 power for a minute at a time, stir after every minute. When the chocolate is almost melted, put a glass of milk in the micra for the last minute to warm it up. Mix milk with chocolate, stir until smooth and cool to room temperature.
Add cooled chocolate and nuts to the dough. Mix. Grease bowl of MV with oil. Transfer the dough to the mold. It turned out very high, almost to the maximum mark.
I set the Baking mode for 80 minutes. At the end, I opened the lid, the top was clearly wet, the dough rose almost to the edge of the bowl, set it for another 20 minutes. After the extra time had elapsed, the top grabbed, but it was clear that it was not baked yet. Flipped the cupcake with a double boiler and an additional 20 minutes. Ready!
Cool on a wire rack, cover with glaze if desired.
Total: the cake is baked throughout the entire thickness, but still the part that was on the bottom for 100 minutes is noticeably drier and slightly crumbles. You can either soak or still take a smaller amount of dough Height 8.5 cm
PySy: cupcake is sooooo delicious

Milk porridge with a guarantee that it will not run away, in this multicooker it is better to cook in Manual mode within 95C. The problem of the impossibility of putting the porridge on a postponement in order to get it in the morning, I decided for myself as follows: I turn on the multicooker before going to bed, in the Manual mode I lay the principle of languor. For example, for a large portion of rice porridge 30 min. 95C, 40 min. 75C, 40 min. 55C. The stage variations depend on the cereal and its quantity.
Rick
Zinfandel, and the porridge does not cool by morning? For me, the meaning of the postponement is to get up in the morning and get ready-made porridge in the heat of the heat. With languor, I tried to put the porridge, however, in Shtebe, but such a porridge did not make an impression on me. And at 95 gr. just what you need turns out, I really like it. But the sad thing is that you still have to wait until it is cooked in the morning.
Zinfandel

Rick,
The porridge does not have time to cool down completely, it is like in a thermos. The husband gets up early and eats warm porridge without warming up. I get up late, warm up right in the slow cooker or in the microwave.
Rick
Pasibki I'll try this too. And then in the morning you sometimes wait, wait for her. Maybe lay out a separate recipe?
Zinfandel
Was it a separate recipe to make it easier for people to find? I'll try, I haven't posted the recipes yet.

Two thoughts came to my mind.

Thought one: if the night is long and the porridge cools down, then use all five stages. The first, second and third is cooking porridge, the fourth is for 25C for the duration "all night minus cooking the porridge minus heating", the fifth is heating the porridge for the duration of "all night minus the first four stages." Select the heating temperature according to your preferences.

Second thought: if we are not afraid of souring milk or in the case of foaming porridge on water, then we put the first stage 25C with the duration "all night minus the cooking time", and the second, third and fourth stages are the porridge itself.

So we solve the issue of hot running porridge for breakfast.

Stewed potatoes in a creamy sauce on SOUP mode

Potatoes 1120 g
Onion 1 pc (105 g)
Sour cream 15% 150 g
Milk 3.2% 150 g
Butter 20 g
Salt
Caraway

Cut the potatoes into circles.
Lubricate the bottom of the bowl with MV oil, and lay a layer of potatoes.
Above - onion rings.
Season with salt, sprinkle with a little caraway seeds.
Then again repeat the layer of potatoes, onions, spices and salt.
The last layer is potatoes.
Mix sour cream and milk, pour over the dish. Put a piece of butter on top
Multicooker Brand 701 Multicooker Brand 701
SUP mode, time 1 hour. This time for the readiness of the potatoes was enough for the eyes, but it will boil / gently stew without frying. When they warmed up the potatoes in the morning and fried them - that was the song. Therefore, I think that you can either try stewing ... or increase the time on the soup

I already thought about it, but I am afraid of sour milk. But you can take a chance to try)
Manna
Girls, I just wanted to propose an option with a "postponement" for the morning - it's 25 ° C on the "Manual". Why should there be sourness? This is the normal room temperature. If you are afraid of souring, then you can lay frozen milk - as many do in the summer.
Rick
25 degrees is already warm enough. It's always cooler in our kitchen. Therefore, I am afraid of souring. You just have to try

Here, I am reporting. Put the porridge overnight "with a delay" at 25C, cooking from 95C and below 1.5 hours (languishing). Running porridge - instant hercules, UHT milk, a little boiled water, salt. The milk did not turn sour, the porridge did not run away, it turned out great.

Steamed broccoli for 5 minutes, cooled, sprinkled with grated cheese.

The top is pale as always. Slightly baked in the oven.

Manna,

right now I'll write on the merits
I have had a multicooker since it went on sale. Very good thought-out flexible functionality.

My wishes to the manufacturer:
- BOWL! Gentlemen, order high-quality bowls from the production, please! I understand that pricing policy and all that ... But the earned authority of the company is easy to lose with this approach.
- decide on the regimen of milk porridge. Alternatively, make it possible to delay in the Manual mode, so that you can cook porridge at 95C in the morning.
- to make it possible to change the time and temperature (in those modes where it is regulated) on the fly, i.e. without resetting the mode. This will be a tangible advantage of the multicooker.
