Idaho Potatoes (Philips Air Fryer)

Ingredients

Potatoes young 1 kg.
For refueling:
Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
Fresh chopped dill 1 tbsp. l.
Fresh chopped parsley 1 tbsp. l.
Ground paprika 1 tsp
Red Tabasco sauce 1 tsp
Fresh garlic 3 cloves
Salt 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • I washed the potatoes (I took oblong tubers) thoroughly, even scraped them with a knife in places. I dried it with a towel.
  • Cut each tuber in half and cut each half into another 4-5 pieces. (If the potatoes are not large, you can cut them into quarters.)

  • The air fryer was turned on for heating at 180 * C for 5 minutes.
  • Refueling: in a bowl I mixed olive oil, garlic (passed it through a hand press), chopped dill and parsley (I didn't have it), added paprika, Tabasco sauce (I forgot to put it) and salt. Mix it thoroughly.

  • She poured the chopped potatoes into a bag and added dressing there. I gathered the ends of the package into a bunch and mixed the potatoes with dressing.

However, such a potato is prepared as a whole, and the world-famous dish in question is prepared from potatoes cut into large cubes, so it can be assumed that such a dish as Idaho potatoes is a supplemented and modified version of the dish that is prepared in the state of the same name.

We urgently need to buy young potatoes and make the same. But I don't seem to have a temperature regulator in Tefale. Everything is prepared by turning on one button. I think it will still take 35 minutes.

The stirrer does not chop potatoes. I don't use the airfryer often, only when we are resting in the village. I like that the potatoes are soft inside, and the outside is crispy, ruddy.
