Yeah, that can be very handy. Now such multicooker has appeared on the market. This is really their advantage.

As it turned out, the bowl from Zigmund & Shtein MC-D31 fits this cartoon.
MariV
Gaidamak, have you measured? Where are these bowls sold?
Gaidamak
I did not measure, I inserted. Rises like a dear. Sold here:

Tell me, what is the coating of the Sigmund bowl: Teflon or ceramic?
Do you have the opportunity to take a photo, it would be nice and next to the bowl from Brand. I will be very grateful!
Gaidamak
Sigmund doesn't have pottery. I can’t take a photo nearby, Brand took his place in the country

Sigmund bowl dimensions 111 mm high, upper rim diameter 208 mm, inner diameter 192 mm in the upper part.

Zinfandel
Thank you so much! And then I was upset by the unsuccessful selection of the bowl.

As far as I understand, Brand has been sent to the dacha, and a three-liter Sigmund is being used at home?
In your opinion, what are the advantages (disadvantages) of one multi over another?
Gaidamak
Siegmund does not have touch programs and multi-stage manual mode, but in the plus there is 3d heating, better materials and assembly. Brand's metal plate of the lid is removed in a very strange way, it needs to be pulled out of the latch with force, as far as it will be enough, interesting.

Among the disadvantages of Sigmund, I would also include ergonomics - it is very inconvenient to press the control buttons on the lid when cooking with the lid open.

Milk porridges 1: 5 do not run away in either Siegmund or Brand.

What are you talking about? If about Sigmund, then 3D heating is stated here:

Gaidamak, thanks for the link!

Just in case, I'll make a reservation, I haven't tried cooking in Brand with a bowl from Sigmund. Theoretically, there is a small chance of a loose rubber seal due to differences in the shape of the upper rim of the bowl. Anyway, I'm planning to buy a spare bowl for Sigmund and then everything will be 100 percent clear.
MariV
It is not always worthwhile to completely trust what is written. In this MV it is stated that the case is metal, and the user writes that no, plastic. And I will not dare to buy a cup in absentia either - it must be measured, it may not fit the inner diameter.

I inserted a bowl from Sigmund. Rises like a dear. The sizes are the same. The sensor is pressed fully. The lid closes. I will somehow buy another bowl for Siegmund (the supply will not hurt) and will definitely check on Brand.

By the way, the manufacturer also talks about 3D heating at Sigmund (see the video review on the model page). If the manufacturer is lying, then you need to file it with the FAS
Manna
3D implies the presence of a flexible thin spiral heating element in the lid, which allows drying condensate on the lid when baking. This "snake" is not capable of anything else.

And it would be nice to look at the bowl and find out the exact dimensions ...better height to the side and girths under the side and closer to the bottom + bottom diameter
Then we can speak in essence, but the fact that it enters the body does not mean anything yet. It also has a different bottom geometry.
Gaidamak
The shape and geometry of the bottom are all the same. There is little doubt about the shape of the upper rim, it is slightly different for Sigmund. In theory, the rubber ring on the lid should fit tightly on this bowl, but only cooking will show for sure.

About 3D heating - these are not only heaters in the lid, some manufacturers also have them on the sides. But in what models where exactly - this will only be said by the manufacturer, if you ask him very well.
MariV
Some producers are silent, like the Cambodian guerrillas, no matter how you ask.
Manna
And they are trying with all their might to hide certain inconveniences in using their devices, praising 3D-heating and other advertising "husks" And the real user is interested in the subtleties of use, and not advertising slogans
Gaidamak
Measured Brand's bowl

Height - 111
Top rim diameter - 206
Inner diameter - 191

The same measurements at the Sigmund bowl - 111 - 208 - 192
Manna
The rim diameter and the inside diameter give nothing. You need the girth of the bowl under the rim, the outer diameter of the bottom and the girth of the bowl at mid-height.
Gaidamak
Both bowls are the same shape. The question is clear to me.
Zinfandel
A Zelmer bowl with a convex honeycomb pattern almost the entire height of the bowl. So, because of this, the bowl clings to 4 protrusions on the edge of the multicooker and is inserted with difficulty. You have to press on it so that it drops all the way down. As a possible way out, for example, file these protrusions by at least half a millimeter each with a file.

And what happens if you cut the cover of the bowl with a file? I just fell for the MV 701 because of the bowl - I thought that it would fit my favorite binatoshka - I didn't.

And what happens if you cut the cover of the bowl with a file?

Yes, no, not to file the bowl, but the multicooker itself "to finalize with a file"!
I can’t take a photo of the multicooker, it’s in the country. Girls, please take a photo of the multicooker with the lid open, from above.
On the edge of the bowl hole (where condensation collects on top) there are four small white plastic protrusions directed towards the sides of the inserted bowl. Here they slightly interfere with the free passage of the bowl with the ornament.

Manufacturers! Hey! This is what the people have been brought to with their ceramic dishes!
Manna
These protrusions are visible here (pictured above)

Maybe, maybe ... It's just that the functionality of the multi is good. I do not know which replacement is possible from three-liter.
Manna,
In-in, here they are, these protrusions. Of course, this is not the case, but do not buy the same Brand native bowls as consumables every three months. I've bought two in stock, one of them is used for milk, because the smell eats into these bowls. One is on the shift. I took the multicooker to the dacha precisely because of this. There, the exploitation is not so intensive.
Manna
Yes, it has really good functionality, but because of the bowl, I use it much less often than I could
MariV
And I bought 502. In terms of functionality, it is like 701. But the bowl is.
Manna
but the bowl is 5 liters ... and ... outwardly different ... I have 701 outwardly more ndravizza, and a cup for 3 liters ... I'm still thinking, we can give the cup to restore the coating is expensive, really, but not nothing suitable
Manna
Carmina
A bowl from Sigmund, although suitable, but not all. The native bowl, supplied with Sigmund, is inserted into the Brand with little effort. But for the bowl, purchased separately, it took a significant effort. Strange ...

I did not check the size of both bowls, there was nothing.

Hercules porridge from a 5-minute cooking runs out of both bowls in about the same way, filling the valve.

But, to be honest, 25-30 minutes would be just right
It is a pity that the program does not match the declared one.

15 minutes after the end of the program Steam checking the beets: a little harsh.
I bet again on repeat. But this time was not enough ...
For beets, 30 minutes is not enough. I would like to add another 20 minutes
I like it when the vegetables are softer.

Ira, isn't it worth 15 minutes by default on the "Steam" program? There was an error in the instructions, it was already mentioned, but in reality, when the water boils and the time appears, then 15 minutes by default. And when you set the program, 15 minutes before pressing the "Start" button is displayed on the display.

When you just select a program without launching it yet (that is, just once by pressing the "Menu" button), then 0:15 is displayed on the display. Then you already press "Start", and the rectangle runs.

Happy
Good day girls! Maybe someone will answer, now in many stores this MV is sold in two versions, in the second version a recipe book is attached to MV. The question is that many managers claim that in one of the options there is an updated model, but for some reason in different stores they indicate which one, in different ways. So which model is updated - with or without a recipe book? And what, in fact, have been updated?
I would be grateful for your answer.

Quote: MariV

Happy, is there anything new besides the recipe book? And what are the markings for these multicooker?
Quote: Manna

Perhaps this is just the second batch of the same multicooker, but with a recipe book

There is no updated model of this multicooker yet... I think this is some kind of marketing ploy from some stores

outwardly, the multi looks completely identical and the name is the same - Brand 701. I opened it several times, twisted it THERE - I did not reveal any external differences at all. In one of the stores, the manager said that some modes were updated / improved, which he has no idea, in other stores they just say that the updated model, BUT ... everyone points to different models, that is, who says that the updated one is the one with the recipes, and the other, on the contrary, is the one without ... that's what confused ...
By the way, today and in the internet on "OZONE" I came across this MV and there, too, surprisingly, two models, with and without a book, but not a word about any update ...

does it mean that an updated version is really planned? and when (tentatively) will it be?

Good day! Thanks for the detailed description of the cartoons and pictures! I got Brand 701 just recently on the advice of your forum. Prepared Zebra cupcake, boiled pork, pilaf. So far, everything is working out and I am happy with everything. I will share photos too!
Obloka
Good day! I prepared a cottage cheese cake according to the recipe book attached to the multicooker. I didn't bake it a little ((Maybe it's the cottage cheese and flour? The flour was not very good, and the cottage cheese was low in calories. Or maybe in time? The Zebra was baked, and it stood 20 minutes longer according to the recipe from the book.

Quote: Elena Bo
Obloka, always check that the baked goods are ready. Add time if necessary.

Elena, and if the bottom is already well browned, and the top is not baked, still add more time? Will the bottom burn?
Quote: Manna

Catherinethe dough may have been too wet and therefore not baked. Add more flour next time.
Quote: Anka_DL
Ekaterina, after I had several recipes from the book, they obviously did not go ... I threw this book away. Only the recipes are unverified, they were only written not for this multi.
Anya, thanks for the answer! I haven't thrown it away yet), but I've already found some inconsistencies! Although the boiled pork directly according to the recipe is delicious.
