I take out the meat from the broth, try another couple of bowls of broth from the pan (well, if you just want to sip it with green stuff, go to beshbarmak). Then I add a little water to the pan, add some salt, and cook in this: first, some potatoes, in small pieces (yes, don't fight, I love when a couple of potato pieces come across in beshbarmak), put them on a plate and throw layers of dough into the broth. Then I put them on a large, deep lyagan, scatter potatoes on top, then - meat, decorate with an onion on top and pour a little oily broth from under the onion. At the very end, I lightly sprinkle it with freshly ground pepper and chopped herbs - purely for decoration, so that the besh does not look pale. All.
