Dough for noodles with herbs and beet juice

Ingredients

egg (1 cat) 6
salt 1/2 tsp
flour, premium 330 g
whole grain flour 150 g
Rye flour 50 g
bran (a mixture of rye and wheat) 1 tbsp
small beets (juice) 1 PC
chopped greens (dill and parsley) 2 tbsp
sunflower oil 1 tbsp

Cooking method

  • 1. Grate and squeeze the juice out of the beets.
  • 2. Chop the herbs (dill and parsley) very finely.
  • 3. To prepare the dough (in this case I use a bread machine): eggs + sunflower oil + flour + salt + beet juice + greens = knead.
  • 4. Using the Noodle Cutter, roll out the dough to a minimum thickness (2 mm), then cut the noodles.

  • For these noodles I made a sauce of sour cream and mushrooms. Therefore, I boiled the noodles until half cooked and put them in the sauce. I cooked in MB, so after making the sauce, the MB was turned off and the noodles were cooked along with the sauces when the mode was turned off. The noodles themselves cook very quickly, after boiling no more than 2 minutes.

Note

After reheating the noodles, they did not stick together and did not become sour, warming up the MV on the "PAR" function.
