Good afternoon everyone! I plan to buy myself such a slow cooker. But confused by the size of the bowl, especially the height, not small? 4 liters is the total volume, please tell me, what is the useful volume of the bowl? And what is the diameter of the finished baked goods?
Helenka
Well, my first cooking decided to make pilaf. First I boiled a lemon for steam, everything steamed normally as it should. Then on frying (it took 42 minutes at once) I fried the meat onions and carrots for about 25 minutes. Then I added rice and topped up water. I canceled the frying and set the rice program. All pilaf turned out super excellent. I decided to bake a zebra cake with a recipe from a book. I put the pastries, after I got ready I looked in, just a handsome man rose, closed and left on the heating. But the cake upset me, it was badly fried and somehow heavy or something. I will try other recipes. Top not fried at all, at all.

Good afternoon, happy owners of 65 Deksika))) Tell me who has a multicooker in the "buckwheat" mode without glitches? Or does everyone have such nonsense? My husband really loves buckwheat
marianna55555
I cooked buckwheat like this:
1 multi-glass of buckwheat in the evening fell asleep in a slow cooker, poured 2.5 glasses of water, added salt and butter to taste. Turned on the heating program (72-77 degrees) for 6 hours by default. In the morning, delicious, crumbly buckwheat porridge. All vitamins should be preserved in it, since it was cooked at a low temperature. Try it, you will like it.

Is there a glitch in normal mode? Or haven't you?

Top with a sponge cake and will not fried. This is not an oven. I get out of the situation like this:
1.Put the charlotte sponge cake (underline as necessary) under the grill for 1-2 minutes for quick browning
2.turn onto a dish light side down (mask)
3. Close on top with cream, mastic, glaze. I do this with a biscuit. It is usually baked on cakes, so you don't need to fry it.
4. Gently turn the biscuit-pie-charlotte (underline the necessary) with the upper steamer light down into the multi saucepan and put the "baking" for 10-20 minutes. In dex, I have not done this yet, but in panasik I set 20min, but panasik is weaker than dex, so it's better to try with 10min ...
Actually, don't be afraid to master it, girls. I really liked the cartoon, even in comparison with the Panas. Although I like the biscuit more from Panas, please do not throw slippers at me, it's just that our family has been spoiled by Panas for 6 years, soon 7 will be. So I compare all the time ...
Helenka
THANKS to the girls for the advice, the first fear is already passing, so I will adapt, I do not have an oven and baking in a cartoon is important for me, I will learn how to bake air pies, maybe I just shifted something with grams, here in the Desa recipe book there are glasses for baking glasses with multi or regular
Shapulka
And I liked the pastries. I baked charlotte like in a regular oven. On the baking mode for 1 hour, then it was heated for another 20 minutes, all this time I did not open the lid. The difference from the oven is still there. In the oven, the crust was jarring and always on top it turned out as if a thin layer of meringue (the proteins probably floated up), and here the top looked like yeast baked goods, in a hole. But the cake turned out to be lush.
Yesterday I was preparing stuffed cabbage rolls. On the mode, extinguishing for 40 minutes, then left it on heating so that my husband would not cool down. It turned out as usual, delicious.
I just warmed up milk with active yoghurt and poured it into a thermos. But I just think, how am I going to get yogurt out of a thermos? After all, it should turn out thick, and the spoon will not reach the bottom of the thermos.
Shapulka
But with buckwheat all the same disagreements. I just put 1 glass of buckwheat and three glasses of water (for the experiment). The program shut down after 13 minutes. Buckwheat is a little harsh and there is still a little water at the bottom. I left it hot. Buckwheat will come, but there is a jamb. I don't see a problem for myself in this and I'm not going to change the cartoon because of this. How am I going to do without her now.
Alisa-Topol
I agree, "buckwheat" is very strange, but everything else is great !!!!!
And in time for me - I was just looking for a cartoon with normal fry (now just a bastard), yogurt and proofing at 30 degrees. And I'll create buckwheat in Panas, and in dex on "milk porridge", and not only buckwheat, by the way, but also wheat and millet, and barley all the same on "stewing".
By the way, from "frying" I immediately translated into "rice" and "stewing" - everything is fine, without stopping. I cooked for a couple - nothing fogs up!!!!

Cook buckwheat on the "Rice" program, and on the "buckwheat" program cook pilaf, buckwheat with meat, such dishes that come after stewing and frying.
Selnatka
Girls, and I have adapted to cook buckwheat this way. I put to cook buckwheat with a time margin of half an hour. At first it boils strongly (I dropped in), and then it is infused for about 20 minutes and it turns out an excellent product, well steamed. I also put the usual oatmeal, on the water, at night, with a delay of time, and also with a margin of time. If I have breakfast at 7.30, then I set the timer to be ready by 7.00. Experiment. Bon Appetit!

Girls, very grateful to everyone involved in this topic, learned a lot of interesting things
Yesterday I bought a cartoon - while the flight is normal.
I cooked pilaf (chicken fillet + onion + carrots on the "Fry" mode for 20 minutes, then added rice and boiling water and on the "Stew" mode for 1 hour) - crumbly, tasty, tender. Also, immediately after pilaf, I baked charlotte (beat 5 eggs with 2 m / st sugar + 2 m / st flour + 5 apples on the "Baking" mode for 1 hour and baked a little more 15 minutes - it was just very late, and there it was possible to leave slightly heated) - high, baked, tasty.
Now in the process of cabbage soup)) Here, due to the fact that there is no broth and the cabbage needs to be boiled, I had to use the stove - so, now meat with onions, carrots and tomatoes is stewed in the cartoon, and cabbage is boiled on the stove. I will extinguish it for an hour, add cabbage and water, in which it was cooked, and potatoes and extinguish for another hour. I hope everything works out.
Thanks again. I have not seen such a detailed "debriefing" for Dex on any site
Helenka
girls I'm shocked, I bought it for baking (I don't have an oven) and the first one was a zebra according to the book recipe, but at least they ate it, but yesterday I made a banana one and threw everything out. baking works, and I work for the trash can, all according to the recipe and whatever !!!
Lole
Oh, I liked the recipe book exclusively for the quality of the printing. There is only one recipe for Uzbek pilaf (I wonder if anyone did it according to this recipe). Someone wrote on the Rosette - throw out the recipe book right away - I support it. I cooked according to ideas from my head and look at recipes on the internet. I baked the charlotte twice - yesterday I handed over the apples, they settled, I baked because of this for 1.5 hours - normal, but next. once I reduce the number of apples. I also cooked milk rice porridge - the result of MEGA - 1 m / stk. Pour 1 liter of cold milk + 0.5 tsp of washed round rice. salt + 4 tbsp. l.sugar + 20 g of butter + I also smeared the edges with butter (I was afraid at night the milk would not run away) and on the Simmering mode, respectively, for 5 hours + 15 minutes I was on Heating. Cool, silky gruel
Helenka
I did pilaf from the book it turned out great, everyone ate it. But with baked goods, maybe I have a problem with the scales - a glass of flour, it's different everywhere, it's about how much flour?
Lole
And I read that so little meat is cooked there and could not believe that during the cooking it would get to a normal state. There, like 20 minutes roasting and Rice mode. That's how it is!
And the glass, as I understand it, is a multi-glass from the set for the multi.
Helenka
yes, I somewhere like that and fried on the fry for 20-25 minutes and then a glass of multi rice according to the recipe 4 glasses so everything was put it turned out very tasty
Lozja
Helenka, take the recipes from the forum, they are proven. The dough for all sorts of cupcakes in the slow cooker should be a little thicker than for the oven. In general, everyone has different flour and glasses, then you will understand what consistency the dough should be for a multicooker according to most recipes. Yours is not baked because the dough is too thin, there is not enough flour. I believe that according to the book, but I explained the reasons above. Even when you take a recipe proven by many on the forum, you often need to adjust the amount of flour, because if the flour is more moist than that of the author of the recipe, then it needs to be given a little more. In general, be guided like this - for all kinds of cupcakes like Zebra, etc. the dough should be like thick sour cream. Then everything will rise and bake normally. Cheer up! Baking in a cartoon is such a thrill, you just need to get a handle on it a little.
sparta
I support Lozja, baking in a multi-buzz! Mixed, set, shook out, rinsed the saucepan - and that's it!

Helenka, I used a glass for the first time 230 grams, for the second - 280 grams (I don’t know how many ml. I’ve now poured water into the glass and checked it). The first and second time it turned out great !!!
Don't be sad and don't panic, the first baking in my cartoon also left much to be desired ... I was disappointed, but then ... !!! Then off we go, the pastries turned out

For myself, I concluded that all the time that a cake, a cupcake, a cake is baked, do not open the cartoon at all, for the last. do not open for 30 minutes either ... then arm yourself with a toothpick, pierce the cupcake ... if anything, leave it on the baking (but I didn't have that)
Don't give up, everything will work out!
Lozja
I propose to check for readiness as soon as the program is over, if it is not yet ready, start the program again for 20-25 minutes. While the program is running - do not open the lid, the pastries are very sensitive, they may fall.
Well, why do I propose to check it right away, and not keep it heated first, because if the cake is not baked and it’s heated for half an hour, it’s also not buzzing, it’s not a fact that it will come if it still needs to bake, but it can fall. Continue baking immediately after the end of the previous cycle of the Baking program.
Lozja
In general, to be honest, I do not see much sense in leaving the baked goods on the heating, even when they are ready. We don't leave in the oven. Baking needs to be cooled down immediately, and not steamed in a closed cartoon. The main thing is that the cake is completely ready, this is checked with a dry wooden splinter (skewer, toothpick). Happy baking everyone!
Lole
Girls, yesterday I was in one of the online stores, took away the equipment, I see there is a mountain of toons 60 and 65. I ask - why do you have so many of these multicooker? The answer is - now the most popular model. And I was sure that the leader in this price sector is Panasonic, although it is a little more expensive. No. Dexes are taking more now.
sparta
Oksan, I disagree a little with you about baking. Even in the oven, it is advisable to leave baking biscuits, yeast or pies with soda (baking powder) on heating, do not immediately pull them out, otherwise there is a possibility that the product will "fall off". Or, gradually lower the baking temperature. I have a super-oven, I bake very often, I noticed that if you immediately take out the products, or after keeping the oven door completely open, then the product will not be lush and porous ...and if you turn off the oven, slightly open the door (convection quickly lowers the temperature), consider that the same heating in the multi is the key to success! But these are my observations and my secret ... others may not
Alisa-Topol
I also leave the baked goods on the heating for 20 minutes in the multitask, but first I check for "baked". It's a habit since Panas, now I'm doing this on the machine. But I take out the yeast pastry from the oven immediately and under a towel ...
By the way, I made the Pie "Kolobok" in our dex
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=69956.0
It turned out to be 6-7cm high, the roof is a little with a hat. The color was dark (plum jam) so I did not turn it over and fry the top ...
It bakes wonderfully, tastes a little damp ... And excellent disposal of jam residues ...
Lole
I'll tell you about my experience of cooking on the Buckwheat mode. Poured 2 m / stk. buckwheat + water up to risks of 2 cups. After the end of cooking (about 12-14 minutes), it was heated for 40 minutes. The result is that there is no water, buckwheat is half-baked. Topped up the water, once again set the Buckwheat mode, again 12 minutes in operation + 30 minutes on heating. Everything came through, but a little more. For myself, I concluded that if the program is sensory and focuses on boiling water, then in the next. once I will try to add water, and if not, I will try on stewing in a proportion of 1 part cereal to 2 parts water.
But again in the morning she was tormented by milk rice porridge - beauty and yummy. The plans for today are curd casserole.
Alisa-Topol
Yes, "buckwheat" is a fig, forget about it!
At least I made such a conclusion for myself. I cook the buckwheat itself for a side dish on "rice" (crumbly and dry), and if you need porridge - then on "milk porridge" - even on water, even on milk. And not only buckwheat ..., wheat and millet cereals were normally cooked on the "stew".
I found one more "jamb", rather even an inconvenience in work. When steaming, the upper basket gets stuck. When heated, it expands and gets stuck very tightly ... It is taken out, of course, but .. I need it urgently: girl_sad: Again - I am spoiled by a Panasik, there is no such thing anywhere.
But there are no complaints about the proofing of the dough !!!! Holds 30 degrees perfectly, measured with a thermometer !!!!! My HP is now a little freer, but I'm more comfortable - I don't have to break my head how to free HP from the dough, if it's time to bake bread ...
Lole
To be honest, I don't really need buckwheat in the cartoon (I can handle it on the stove in 20-25 minutes), so I'll forget about it with ease. It's just interesting to try what and how. I wanted to steam the beets - but what is the best way to do it - cut into cubes or just put them on the wire rack?
Alisa-Topol
Steamed beets take a long time - like in water. I usually put beets in a cartoon, fill them with water, and put a basket on top and put potatoes and carrots in it. I bring it to a boil "for a couple" for 5 minutes, and then transfer it to "stewing" for an hour. After 20-30 minutes I take out the potatoes (when ready), then the carrots ...
It is important for me that I can not follow the saucepan, it will not boil away, it will not run away, the gas will not flood ...
You can steam the ready-made cubes, if the combine is suitable, but I don't like the size, so I first steam the vegetables, and then crumble them with a small nizer.
Alisa-Topol
By the way, when I just got Panasik - almost 7 years ago, I cooked one dish, after which my husband became an active "multicooker" -agitator. Then he treated the cartoon more like a toy - no matter what his wife was amusing herself ... and then his eyes opened.
From the very early morning my husband and I drove to Rostov, both on business and shopping. I cooked something, I was even sure that we would eat 5 liters of borscht and cutlets in a 3 liter saucepan for a week ... And the children took advantage of the moment, named the guests, and relaxed. In a word, by 18 o'clock, even with a ball, they came and almost fell ... And by 18-30 we went to school for a meeting ... In 12 minutes I spread the chicken fillet, wrapped fried mushrooms in it (not eaten by children), salted I peppered and wrapped each roll in foil, put everything in a double boiler, in the saucepan itself - buckwheat and on the "buckwheat" mode ...
We arrived in 1.5 hours ... The children put things in order after the "relaxation", and we ate deliciously ...The rolls gave juice, the foil did not allow the juice to flow out, buckwheat was boiled and infused ... Lyapota!
After that, my husband became the main agitator of the toons, with his suggestion our relatives, friends, neighbors "got into a crap" ...
sparta
Hurrah!!! Congratulate me!!! Wait!
For those who have followed my story ...
I'm telling you ... Yesterday a boy from an online store called me and said that the service center had confirmed the breakdown ... and they would return the money back to me within a few days. And just returned !!!
In short, girls, if the equipment you bought from the online store is faulty ... don't be afraid to send it back! I sent my cartoon on the 10th ... in 10 days the issue was resolved. The store turned out to be normal!
Wait, I'm choosing a pressure cooker. I don’t know which one to stop, mine decided to shower me with equipment for the New Year ... he’s nervous ... he’d already run to buy, but I still cannot choose ...
I won't buy the cartoon yet. But if, after all, the pressure cooker is not enough, then I will definitely go for DEXIK! Or 60 or 65! Only now I will look in my city!

I took in abo with free shipping to Mariupol. I took 3 pieces at once - for myself, for relatives and for a gift. Got it with juicers. In none of the problems, except for "buckwheat". And even then it's not a problem for me - Panasik does an excellent job, and the rest did not understand that this is a jamb - the first cartoon ...
Again, the main thing for me was the presence of 30 hail and yogurt. I was aiming at the dex-60, but here such a joy! And when compared with analogues in Russia, it is very cheaper!
If finances allowed, I would take a Panasika with a multi-cook, wow, I am not indifferent to Panas, I am spoiled by them !!!! But the difference in 2 times slowed me down. So far I do not regret it at all !!!!

Hello! While no one is there, I will try to explain from what I remember.
The steam valve is removable and fits correctly into the groove. The open position is the open lock, the closed position is the arrow on the closed lock. The valve must always be in the closed position!
yes, but the arrow is neither on the open lock, nor on the closed one. it moves, but does not match these locks.

Alisa-Topol
In my valve, the arrow is at 5 o'clock, the groove at 6 o'clock. Does the valve fall out when the lid is opened? If he holds up well, then maybe this is not critical?
It is necessary to cook something on stewing or on milk.

yes no, it seems to fit tightly .. but it is not visible whether it is closed or open. I will pull it constantly, check (not much convenient) I think everything should be visually legible

Girls, yes, it has been written more than once, the valve is a purely decorative element. If it is Open, it can be pulled out, washed for example, and if it is Closed, it cannot be pulled out and it will not fall out when the lid is opened. So if it is normally held in one position and removed in another, do not pay attention to these locks. Well, this is my opinion, but of course you decide.

Most likely the rice was washed badly. It is necessary to wash it not only to pour and drain the water, but also to hang it with your hands in water in order to wash it from the white flour. And so on up to 7 times.
