Here on the forum I read that there are often cases with poor quality plates. Is it related to specific batches? How can this be recognized / prevented when buying?

In the summer I love to add a slice of tomato on top. I tried it inside, but they get some kind of steamed.

But with vegetables I missed. Warmed up for 5, put pepper. Then I reduced it to 3. But the pepper burned so well. Apparently it was necessary to initially warm up to 3. It turned out all the same delicious.
True, after the pepper, I just wiped the grill with a napkin and put the meat. For myself, I decided that I would not do this anymore.The meat came out with a smack (we didn't like it). Moreover, the burnt pieces of pepper apparently remained. In general, when changing products, you probably need to wash.

The coating is still good (pah-pah), and on the GF Gril there are some scratches in some places, although I work with the same silicone spatulas. I alternate cooking on one, then on the other. The family is small, the husband only eats breakfast at home, so there is no point in cooking a lot. The only thing is that the plastic on the indicator cracked, but I think that I myself am to blame for that - I shoved it with force into the balcony cabinet, I could knock it accidentally. I don't regret it at all!
What are the problems with Ozone? The girls write that, on the contrary, they make a refund without any problems.

But I rarely have pork, mostly chicken, turkey, fish, beef after sous vide. Pork should cook faster than beef, but it is softer and juicier. Try it, experiment. Adjust over time. I don’t make a fried crust either - no way to me. And so you want at times!
