Three days of operation showed that nothing sticks to the plates, everything is perfectly washed with just water and a soft cloth. I will hope that the problems described above with devices of this brand will bypass me. I have a few questions. I would be very grateful for your help. At 4 heating, the crust on the chicken thighs is already very fried. In five to seven minutes everything will simply burn out from above. Is my grill too hot? Has anyone had such problems?

Chicken, usually takes about 15 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces, sometimes 20 minutes.
Meat_beef steaks, from 3 minutes and more, depends on the degree of roast.
Pork steaks, about 10 minutes.
Meat should be fried at the maximum temperature so that it is sealed and the juice does not stand out.
Chicken can be placed on heated platinum at level 4, and then converted to 3 and toasted.

I don't use any Fary, I wipe the hot grill from above and below with such a wet sponge cloth (soot and grease collects on it), then I rinse the grease tray - and voila! You can continue cooking! I also do this between cooking - for example, between frying portions of meat, if a lot has leaked onto the plates.
By the way, I do not grease the plates with oil at all - none! Nothing burns, now we have almost all food - grilled. But I still have four children, I cook a lot.
