Instant heating, approx. 40 sec. high temperature, energy saving compared to conventional grills, panel cleaning is simply unrealistically simple and quick, you can use any metal spatulas, cut with a knife directly on the glass surface, and the most important thing, of course, is glass without any coatings that burn out and fly off, to which everything sticks judging by the complaints of the forum participants.
