The coating is normal, the weight of the bowls is the same. It's just that the pressure cooker bowl (original equipment) has a more matte and rough finish. In separate bowls, much nicer.
Alisa_t
excellent thank you. True, they said it was impossible to pick it up from Foxtrot, but they would bring it to Novaya Poshta.

Hey.
I have a question about stewed meat. We're going to nature tomorrow with an overnight stay. I want to take a jar of stew with me. Who did it? So for sure.
While I'm inclined to this option: put in jars + salt + pepper. Tighten the lids completely, pour water to half the cans and use the Jellied program for 1 hour. Tell me what?
Zhenya I
Svetlana, in the recipes Natasha described how to cook stew. Look there, otherwise I can't insert the link.
sveta.khm
Zhenya, I saw this recipe. But I wanted to do it in jars right away. And then I don't know how to close it after cooking. Just put them in jars and twirl? Natasha used a microwave, I don't have one. Or you need to somehow process it. I found a couple of recipes that are done right away in cans, but in other pressure cookers. I remember the topic of stew was already discussed here, but I can't find it. I thought maybe someone else was experimenting.
Nafanyaf
I experimented. In clean jars (doused with boiling water both the jar and the lid) on the bottom a few peas of black pepper, 1-2 allspice and a piece of bay leaf. Meat (made pork, and beef, and chicken, and fish, and milk "a la cod liver") Cut into pieces that are not very small, so that it is convenient to put in a jar and stack tightly. Salt the meat and place tightly in jars. Close the lids and on the "meat on the bone" program 2 times for 60 minutes, pressure 3. Perhaps it is possible and 1 time, but I was reinsured. Store at room temperature - normal flight.
If I make fish or milk, add a pinch of coriander to the bottom of the jar and add vegetable oil.
Alisa_t
my bowl arrived on Saturday afternoon, so I didn't have time to pick it up yet

but with the old bowl some kind of nonsense. I put eggs in it. Just put it down, temporarily, there was nowhere else to put it. Then I put it in the refrigerator, and the small scale stuck to the bowl. I didn't manage to rip it off. Already 1 time I stewed cutlets, and 1 time zucchini with potatoes, and the white shkarlupka stuck tightly.
Alisa_t
made stew in jars. Oh, and she is capricious ... I do not advise you to do it without cans, and then I do not advise you to decompose, blowing cans. At least for me so. I would be reinsured like Nathanaf.

bought a dryer for everything this year. I'm going to the village, so I want to dry the meat, I think it will be much safer and more convenient.

And how many cans and how much are included in the bowl?

I specifically beg the banks for my acquaintances. I choose about 0.4 liters low. Then they fit 3 or 4 pieces (I don't remember exactly). 0.5L only 2 pcs. And, actually, by the method of "scientific sticking".
There are also low jars of Santa Bremor (from under cod roe). They can be placed in 2 tiers.

And how many cans and how much are included in the bowl?

jars of 0.33, they are narrow and high, includes 5 pcs.,
or 3pcs. 0.5 / 0.65 each
this is from the standard

that is, your lower tier is completely submerged in water? or top without water?

When the cans are high, the valve interferes
Nafanyaf
Completely. I close them immediately.

it does not bother me)
0.33 jars do not protrude beyond the edge of the bowl, but I put 0.65l so that the valve is between the jars

How is the quality of the coating?
I have perfect. And the cake was already baking in it - it flies out, nothing sticks. I am very pleased.

True, they said it was impossible to pick it up from Foxtrot, but they would bring it to Novaya Poshta.
Foxtrot is annealing as always. I took it from the store myself.
Girls, I made stew according to the recipe that we have here in our section. I put it out for an hour on a slow cooker, then put it in sterilized jars and twisted it. Stands in the closet, will not blow up anything. All OK. And the recipe is very cool. The meat is very tender.

Lena, I ordered it at the foxtrot, I was told to pick it up from the nearest store. I came to the store: they say - this is a gift option - we cannot sell. We have them for 1 UAH. They only sold the pressure cookers, but the gifts, these bowls, remained.
I dialed the operator and had a fight. They found out something there for about 15 minutes .... In the end, they gave me both bowls. Everyone at the checkout struck. )))

Probably the action has already ended. Bowls for 100 UAH - it's a gift .... Well at least I managed to take two. ) Thanks to Zhenya!

I am reporting, I did almost as Nathanaf described. I just cooked it for 1h 35min. on D2, but only due to the fact that time was running out and we had to eat it in a day. I also wanted to go to D3, but I was afraid that the banks would crack (thanks for sharing the information, now I will do this).
And at the expense of the slow cooker - I was afraid to do so. I read about botulism. Everywhere they write, to kill him you have to cook at a temperature of 120 degrees. at least 30min. Something like this.
Alisa_t
I took my cup yesterday. What can I say, this bowl is coated, which is much better than the previous one. I would say that they cannot even be compared. True, I have not tried it in practice yet.

Girls, I want to cook "beetroot" or what is it called correctly? A dish from childhood, I don't even really know how it is prepared. I remember from my childhood memory that there were potatoes, beets in the plate and I don't remember anything else ... But we ate the dish at Granny STE's by both ears. Tell me the recipe.
Alisa_t
I did this. Several cucumbers, some boiled beets, meat (I had a smoked dry-cured chicken breast), eggs. I cut everything, threw it into a saucepan with boiled chilled water. Salt, herbs to taste. Added sour cream.
Slavutchanka
Alisa_t, this is a cold beetroot. And there is one that is boiled
Natalie@
Girls, I cooked yesterday. Yes, Slavutchanka, I just wanted boiled. I cooked the same way as borsch, only instead of cabbage I crumbled beet tops and a bunch of stalked celery. It turned out very tasty, everyone dared me, I didn't even have time to take a picture for the recipe. I will repeat my success, I will post a rehearse. The taste turned out to be very interesting, something between red and green borscht. The beet tops tasted sour. I never thought that when cooking the tops have such a taste. But the color is ... burgundy. I have never gotten such a rich red borscht.
Slavutchanka
We are waiting for the recipe!
fox
Girls, in many s / v there is a program for vegetables - so that vegetables would not be boiled, but what program can replace it with our polka?
Natalie@
I think with the program "Extinguishing", but put the pressure 1.
Well, if you need to boil them, then just use the "Steamer" program
Anechka85
maybe someone needs to see the bowls on sale for our multicooker 🔗 .

Dear Polarisologists! I have, so far, one question, although I salivated, reading reviews and recipes, how about electricity / gas consumption? I understand that time is more expensive, but money is not in the nightstand.

I didn't, but the light bills remained the same. He cooks fast. Doesn't eat too much, I would say not much and not much. It's my personal opinion. Let's listen to the others ...
Yuri198
Good. Two more questions, is it possible to cook pasta and make ghee? While I was writing, the third one has arisen, now a model with "Multi Chef" PPC0505AD appeared on sale, manual adjustment, 7 pressure levels, but the lid is not removable, the cup without handles, what to do?

There was a lady on the forum who bought a 0505 pressure cooker and somehow quickly sold it. She explained simply: I didn't understand the 5 types of pressure.
Yuri, are you sure you can handle the 7th?
In my opinion, for the first pressure cooker 0305 is an excellent option: both the lid is removable, and you can buy spare pots, and 3 pressures (which is quite enough).
Read the topic, look at the recipes, try to understand the principle of cooking in a pressure cooker, and then make a decision. Happy choice!
Yuri198
Yes, I think I'll stop at 0305, although I like Redmond350 with my face, but the price is 2.5 times higher. They also write that bowls deteriorate quickly, but where can you order an additional one?
olga4166
Yuri, everyone is here...

Yuri198
Thanks Olga! I understand that you need to order in this-Bowl for 5 liters (Teflon, YBD) and, like this, Bowl for 5 liters for YBD (ceramics). Only now I did not understand how to order from them. Yes, Kazan is closer to me.
Shelena
Yuri, read this post:

Yuri198
So far, I just ordered a pressure cooker. Today I will call Kazan and find out how to order a bowl. Here, on the forum, someone from there can help.
olga4166
Good luck!
Yuri198
Now I’ll ask questions and transform some thoughts into letters (but what to do - I’m lying, I’m sick):
I read about other skoromulti on the forum, so they cook in them for 30 minutes plus pressure relief !?
If our model cooks that fast, then we can cook every day, huh? Or can you prepare second courses, desserts, and then just heat it up? In general, the frequency of use of this wonderful machine? There are three of us, for example, my son and I are more porridge, pasta, wife potato soups. My wife, however, does not really like my cooking, although she and her son carry pastries only on the way! My son especially loves my cupcakes and, if it is especially sweet, then in the evening he finishes and his wife takes them to work. By the way, I also bought a mixer on a stand, otherwise the Soviet was going to his brothers, now I think, buy a couple more bowls, while something gurgles in one, then the second will wait for its turn, and after what time can we start the cartoon? I don't like washing dishes! I love to work while sitting! Bread from a bread machine.
Who hasn't cooked condensed milk?
Did anyone make preparations for the winter, then to banks?
In general, I lie, I read on.
P.S. Kazan called, bowls without problems, maybe the congress itself.
Slavutchanka
Cook all day at least. I cook the soup for 20 minutes (the pressure can be manually relieved if in a hurry). It's with meat. If vegetarian or with meatballs 10-15 min.I put the vermicelli when the program ends and leave it on the heating for 10 minutes. Preservation can be done
olga4166
Yuri, everything is allowed! And cook several times a day, and every day too, and do the preservation! I didn't cook condensed milk ... she needs to boil it, but everything is hermetically sealed. Although ... I often bake in it ... the quality of baking pleases. I have 2 cups for her. Prepare, in saucepans and in the refrigerator ... only gray. I don't take breaks between cooking, although it is recommended to let it cool. For a quick set of pressure, I do not use cold water, but boiling water. Before forced release of pressure (if the dish is liquid: porridge, soup, compote, etc.) wait 5-7 minutes ... checked! .... if you don't want to wash the lid. I put raw rice in stuffed cabbage ... boil it. I played with a delayed start for a long time! In general, the NECESSARY THING!
Shelena
