Ingredients

Flour 1 1/2 cups
Corn starch 1/2 cup
Corn flour 2 tbsp. l.
Baking soda 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tsp
Eggs, divided into yolk and white 3 pcs.
Granulated sugar 2 tsp
Milk 1 3/4 cups
Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
Butter (unsalted), melted 1/2 cup

Cooking method

  • RECIPE FOR COOKING CLASSIC WAFERS. (to the VITESSE waffle iron)
  • The recipe came with the waffle iron.
  • Sift flour, cornstarch and cornmeal into a large bowl, add baking soda, salt and stir well, set aside. Then beat the egg white, add sugar. Mix together the egg yolks, milk, and vanilla powder. After that, pour the milk mixture into a bowl of flour and stir until the mixture is smooth. Add melted butter. Pour in the beaten eggs and stir. The dough is ready to bake. This is the original.
  • How I did: mixed dry ingredients, quenched soda with lemon juice. Added yolks, milk. Stir until smooth. Added melted butter. Stirred. I added whipped whites, mixed. She baked.

Note
