Fried, stirring for 3 minutes. poured salted boiling water over. slightly interfered and closed it with a lid (valve closed). The pressure builds up instantly and the lid is blocked. Cooked for 4 minutes. The scoreboard lit up 2 when I turned off the SV. I waited 2-3 minutes and relieved the pressure by covering the valve with a towel. Rigatons were thoroughly mixed with a silicone spatula. And voila ... The pasta came out different in color ... depending on the degree of roasting.

You can fry the pasta less, you can more ... as you need it.
After 4 minutes of boiling, al'dente is obtained ... if you want more boiled ones, add 30-60 seconds.
For every 100 grams of pasta, you need to take 1 m. Glass of water (boiling water).
The recipe is universal ... for any macaros, except for spaghetti.
