Girls, help urgently !! The mother-in-law bought a pressure cooker, cooked lemon soup, and now she put the biscuit in her own saucepan, placing paper on the bottom. After 10 minutes the pressure cooker switched to heating .... What to do ??? Pressure cooker glitch or something wrong ?? Who baked with a piece of paper? Oil under a piece of paper? I bake in a dex room without papers and everything is fine ..
Yu l and @
Baking with paper, oil greased the side walls of the bowl. I don’t know what happened. Option - missed the program, the finger trembled. Try again.

Lyudochka, to health. You see what a dark borschik - probably the beans darkened it so much, I had a red one.
Thank you for the meat, I also took note of this recipe, you were the first to try it, tell me - there are so many enthusiastic reviews, so why is this meat so tasty, your impressions?
lyudo4ka
Quote: Lud-Mil @

so why is this meat so delicious?
Well, first of all, it's meat (and for us and the kids, this argument is already enough, because we love it Pts, but not very often there is an opportunity to cook it, with our salaries)
Secondly, meat cooked in this way produces exactly the "meat" taste, without any additives, but the yushechka that remains after it is something. I will add it to the puree today.
And the last argument in its favor is that it is dietary.
Lud-Mil @
I will definitely cook it, we also love meat.
Luda, what program did you do it on and how long?

Please tell me how to cook yogurt from store milk in Saturn? And then I look at the forums, then they just make milk without sourdough, then some dry sourdoughs, then something else? Interested in from and to, namely what mode, how long, in what containers (closed open), how many cycles, etc. Thank you in advance.

I did in Saturn. Vivo sourdough, I put four regular half-liter jars at once (2 bottles of sourdough). The only program suitable for preparing yoghurt is defrosting, but its maximum time is 25 minutes. Therefore, I heat the milk to 40 degrees, put in the starter culture, put the jars in the CB, turn on the program for 25 minutes. I set the alarm for 40 minutes (the pressure cooker keeps warm for some time after turning it off). In total, the process lasts from 4 to 6 hours, I check it - I turn the jar. If the yogurt sticks, then it's ready. We cool it down, leave it in the refrigerator overnight, and in the morning we pop it for a race.
I wrote this on the previous page. I can clarify that I covered the jars with pieces of cling film to prevent condensation from entering, after 40 minutes I switched on the defrosting program again. Store milk, the cheapest of ATB 2.5%, I do not boil. I think that the secret of success is Vivo's leaven (I bought it in Metro, 32 UAH 4pcs, one bottle per liter). Before that I took the leaven at ATB - I did not like it. With Vivo - yogurt AbAldet !!!!
Lud-Mil @
In the same way, you can ferment with store-bought yogurt of the type of activation - you need to take natural, without additives, so that it says on it that it contains live bacteria.

Luda, what program did you use and how long did it take?
On "Beef" 30 min. True, after opening, I drained part of the liquid, and in the rest I put potatoes, meat on it and another 10 minutes. under pressure (I don't remember the program exactly ... well, I don’t bother about this)

There are a lot of options here: store, pharmacy starter cultures, natural yoghurts (only the duration of preparation and usefulness depend on these starter cultures - on shop yoghurts, such as Activia faster, on average about 3 hours and less useful, on dry starter cultures 6-8 hours) ... You can cook both in jars (this is more convenient and the consistency of the yogurt is denser), or in the pan itself (with this option, you can immediately cook a lot, but when you pour it over, it loses its consistency). As written above Yu l and @, the only suitable program for this is Defrosting, it can be turned on periodically in order to maintain the required temperature (the pressure cooker holds it well, like a thermos, so you can not worry too much and not turn it on directly each).
And yet, if you have never prepared yoghurt, the milk should be 36-42 degrees (depending on what kind of leaven), only after that we introduce the leaven and cook.

Was it cooked in 30 minutes?
So I have already overexposed the meat twice ... I must try now for 30 minutes ...
And today I "baked" the whole chicken in Saturn. True, I put paper on the bottom, because everything is sticking with me mamadaragaya ... but I needed foil, because the paper stuck to the chicken and the whole skin was peeled off along with it And the chicken turned out, well, oh-oh-oh-very juicy truth, not at all rosy, now I think I should experiment with foil
Lud-Mil @
Maybe a better baking bag to try?

Can! Only I really don't like pushing a chicken into it
Lud-Mil @
Yes, you can not push, but cut off a piece and lay on the bottom, and on top the chicken.

Here's a fantasy - a wonderful thing, but I'm used to using it only for its intended purpose
Aina
Mila, how does your saucepan look like new at the bottom? I have some spots formed, like a plaque in places gray, and in places brown. No damage to the touch, everything is smooth and clean, and the view is how dirty and everything is completely burnt.
Lud-Mil @
Well, I just thought that he should not stick to the chicken, so you can lay him instead of paper. And I am somehow afraid of the foil, you never know, the coating is not very good, but what if the heating is wrong from the foil, it will completely deteriorate. I prefer not to take risks.
I have a few specks of brown, it’s probably something fried, it doesn’t wash well. Then I rub the back side of the sponge, where there is such a hard thing, I do not specifically throw out one old sponge - this side is soft there, but still harder than the sponge itself, it wipes off better. You can try to boil some water with soda, then rub it with vegetable oil - I've read such advice somewhere.
Aina
I tried to boil the soda, and left it overnight with detergent ... and rubbed it with oil ... it doesn't help. If you fry in a large amount of oil, it's okay, but if you like to bake, it's a problem ... Maybe this is my unsuccessful copy.
But now I appreciated my cartoon, what a smart girl she is and she is not sticky, and a super baking dish, and a tomilochka and a steamer Oh, I love both of them, as I used to live without them
Lud-Mil @
I have the same thing - when I fry in oil and stir in time, everything is fine, but if you bake it, it sticks. But from this I love Saturnichka no less, I need to make him a new thing, then he will not have a price.
Of course, I have nothing to compare with, this is my first pressure cooker, I only had a multicooker experience, but I don't find jambs in Saturn's programs (pah-pah-pah !!!), he makes me very happy with this that with such a budget price it is so good the programs work. And a saucepan is a real deal.

bait something, but I certainly do not want my own. So I think that to pick up only 6 liters of quality is very small, maybe it will fit from Mulinex
Lud-Mil @
And you, in the Mulinex topic, ask the girls the size of the bowl (maybe they even posted them already), compare it with your own. Over time, I, too, will have to look for such a saucepan for my sister, she has a six-liter one.
something, but I certainly don't want my own
I have never met any relatives. But here's the thing, I noticed a long time ago that many multicookers have "native" bowls that come with the kit, and those that are sold separately, are very different.
I've already told you that I saw a Redmond saucepan just awful, with some kind of bloom, just crusts, and in some topics the girls scold them, but Lyudochka (if I'm not confusing) bought herself a Redmond saucepan and is happy. The same bowls from Polaris, how many were scolded, and then they buy the same bowls, and they have good reviews.
It seems to me that cheaper bowls are given in the kit, and you won't find fault with this, this is the same type of consumable. But bowls of rather good quality are sold separately, because when the bowl is sold by itself, then it seems like an independent product and you will have to answer for its quality. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's my impression.
Here, I also remembered, someone scolded Marusya's Teflon bowl, and my Marusya was sold with a ceramic bowl, and then I separately bought my own Teflon bowl for her, an excellent bowl! Nothing sticks, does not burn, but browns - it is lovely to look at it, I now cook in it more often than in ceramics, and I am thinking of buying another one, although I have two new ceramic bowls in stock, and there is one more slightly worn one.

Well, the Chinese, damn it .... I have baked goods without pressure! I did a chicken yesterday, there was even a little bit of soup, Saturn puffed and hissed, but he was gaining pressure
sima12
It turned out full crap with this bread. While I was walking around, I got up well, I was all bubbling, I made the dough for a long fermentation. When, after baking, she released the pressure (and the pressure was full, let it down manually, hissed thoroughly), opened the lid, the bread was fallen and all wet. The bottom is baked, and the top seems to be baked, but wet-wet. I quickly put it in the oven under the grill. In short, it was not bread that came out, but high lavash Now I cut it, the crumb is porous, but at the same time dense. In short, eat-eat, but I won't do this anymore

I also tried several times to bake bread in a multicooker and bake a loaf in satrun - I don't like it. I don’t have AG, so the top remains very unattractive and damp. My family is not happy, so I postponed the experiments until buying a normal electric oven

And you take the bread out of the saucepan and turn it over, put it back and bake for another 5 minutes. The girls told me this, now the bread is crispy on both sides.

I have the same story! I tried a couple of times in each cartoon - no ice, this was the second time I baked in Saturn, it was just too lazy to turn on the oven. And so usually only in the oven, I haven't baked in a bread maker for two years, even if I knead in KhP, then I put a bucket for baking in the oven

Saturn, although he cooks great, but simply mechanics cannot think there, so he cooks under pressure on any prog if the temperature allows, baking works differently for me, depending on what to cook, if mannik and charlotte do not have time to block, there after all, the countdown immediately goes without a set of pressure, but baked a potato casserole with cheese, the pressure was prepared for 1.5 hours for 20 minutes before the end, all the same, it was dialed and blocked

It seems like the bread is baked like that, the countdown goes right away, and after 15 minutes I checked it - the lid was blocked

Hello girls. I'm afraid to sound incompetent, I didn't read the instructions very carefully, but the valve on the baking must be open, how then can pressure build up?

Of course, if the valve is open, then the pressure on any program will not be accumulated, the trick is that with the “closed” valve on the “Baking” I did not have enough, and the girls are gaining Boom to experiment further

Yulechka, I tried that, but I don't like this hard, fried crust. Out of the oven, the tops are so ruddy, but crumbly, but here it doesn't work out, maybe that's the way I do. I carve everything - he copes with this wonderfully

For a month and a half I have Saturn, and I only learned about the topic yesterday. I have already learned a lot of things that interested me from you, experienced pressure cookers. Thank you! Girls, I wonder when we cook yogurt, put the jars on a rag ... Don't pour water?

Lenusja, you can prepare yoghurt both by pouring and without pouring water. I've tried it this way and it works. But I read somewhere to see prices on the forum that heating with water is more uniform.

SOS! I just don't have enough nerves. I bought a silicone mat today, I’ll say right away - super, nothing is burnt. I decided to make a curd casserole. The dough itself turned out to be a class. With the valve open, I turned it on for baking for 50 minutes, then for 50 minutes on the heat, then turned it off and for another 20 minutes it cooled down. Opened, about horror - the whole middle was fallen. I pulled out this pancake, I won't say anything, it tastes delicious. Well, what else do I have to do so that I don't settle? How many times do I make baked goods, everything is so What am I doing wrong?
