Girls, thanks a lot for helping the newbie! ,,,
jaconda
Good day! After reading the reviews about the pressure cooker, I already caught fire. from today I am also "saturned" I have already managed to cook soup on chicken patrashki and millet milk porridge with pumpkin. My husband told me to throw out the cauldrons and buy new pans for Saturn
Now I will re-read Temka and write out recipes
Lud-Mil @
jaconda, congratulations on your successful purchase! Delicious dishes to you.
What a fine husband, he quickly realized where it tastes better! And there was no need to persuade. You tell him that it is better to buy one more cartoon right away, so that they can cook for you in two pots at the same time.
Lud-Mil @
Girls, and I'm in a hurry to brag - I received pots from Land Life today for our Saturnichka!

🔗

The sizes matched completely, I put the pots to each other and this and that, in all places, everything coincides. Our own pot is a little lighter.
Already slightly tested the new one - poured water to the first mark, turned on Rice for 5 minutes. Everything went well, the pressure built up quickly, the valve closed, the program ran out of time, switched to heating, everything is OK! So you can safely buy five-liter bottles, I will refrain from drawing conclusions about 6-liter ones, I will give it to my sister, she will then say what and how, but it seems to me that she should also do.
They also have silicone rings, I also ordered them, but the manager told me at first that they might not fit, since LL they do not put on the plate, but are inserted directly into the lid, I refused them, then I really regretted it, I think it was necessary to take at least one for trial. But the manager turned out to be a fine fellow, his thought went in the same direction, he still put one ring in my package. But I didn’t understand how the rings of 5 and 6 liters differ between them, for Saturn, after all, the difference is only in the height of the pots, I got a ring for 6 liters. The ring looks the same as ours, I tried it on a plate, it even sits a little denser, mine is looser (maybe it's already stretched out?), but I didn't dare to try it right away with the saucepan, I decided to try one thing first.

Tell me, no one knows if such a saucepan from Redmond is suitable 🔗

definitely not. this is a multicooker bowl, it is narrower and higher, its side is formed differently.
redmond has pressure cookers, models 4506/4507 fit exactly, tested.

Lud-Mil @, congratulations on your purchase! the saucepan cost you cheaper than buying from dex40? can you link to this wonderful cup?
Lud-Mil @
paula - Irina, we don't have dex, I'm from Russia. And you probably don't have Land Life.
I don’t know, links should probably not be put, but if anyone needs a saucepan, type “land life showcase” in Yandex search and the first link drops out exactly the Internet store in which I bought.
Oh, girls, I pranked me yesterday with a new pan!
Well, you know that it's almost impossible to bake in my own bowl, so I immediately decided to test a new saucepan for baking. Kneaded cheese pie, although there was no normal cheese in the house, there was a piece of sausage, and I rubbed it into the dough. She greased the bowl, poured the dough into it, poked the button and went off to rest. After 25 minutes I went into the kitchen, the pressure cooker was gurgling so much, it was gurgling in the valve, I was still surprised how actively the process was going. After another ten or fifteen minutes, I decided to see what was going on there, I opened the lid, the cake is so lush, it's already baked.I began to shake it out - and it stuck tightly, I almost cried, so I bought a bowl, at least the first times in my family the pastries popped up, but this time it was welded on. But you really want to hope for the best, I began to think, look for reasons, at first I thought about cheese, sausage - it's kind of strange, sticky, maybe because of it? And then, while I was shaking the pan this way and that, something vaguely dawned in my brain - did I press that button? Well, for sure! The pastries are on our left, but I poked (I don't know with what fright) in the right side, just in Frying, that's why everything sounded so loud for me! That is, my pie was not baked for about forty minutes, but was fried, well, it was fried ... True, we must pay tribute to the new bowl - it did not burn a bit, although you yourself know that frying, for example, on this prog and burns in 10 minutes can. In general, I somehow tore off my pie from the saucepan, poured it with warm water and detergent, rubbed it with a sponge ten minutes later, everything was washed. Now I put the milk porridge on half a glass, let's see what happens.
sima12
Just think Lud-Mil @, did not bake a cake, but fried
And as a result, how? turned out to be baked, as expected?
Lud-Mil @
Yes, it was baked well, it even rose so magnificently, but it was fried hard.

I forgot to say - bowls with YBD mark are suitable for Saturn 9184, there they also have a five-lined bowl with other letters, that will not work!
lyudo4ka
Lud-Mil @, with a new thing !!! But in Shteba girls bake bread on a roast in 25 + 10 minutes. So, who knows, maybe this mistake was the first step towards a new experiment (just if you take a chance next time, you just need less time).
I cooked a soup the other day, it turned out very tasty: I fried it on a plum. butter onions + carrots, added salmon trimmings and millet flakes (there was no millet, because I don't like it, but for some reason I wanted the soup with it), salted it for 7 minutes. on "Soup", the pressure was forcibly lowered, added greens and Usyo, everyone liked the soup, I think next time at the end you can add chopped eggs and eat with sour cream or mayonnaise.
Lud-Mil @
Lyudochka, thanks, while I don’t dare to bake at all. Yes, and there is no one but me, we have severe frosts now, my son rarely looks in, and I, alone to eat her, have extra calories.
Yesterday I wanted to boil barley milk porridge - again failure, milk curdled. But here the cup is definitely not to blame, the milk came in. Then I put everything in the box (I only poured 2 m / glass out of it), put it to a boil in another cartoon, but it warmed up a little and immediately curled up. But although there was porridge with flakes, and nowhere did not a single grain stick to the bowl, then I simply ran a sponge with detergent along the walls and rinsed it with water.
I put potatoes with chicken steaks and sour cream on the baking, wanted to see if it would be fried or not. But then the son came (she would have known that he would come, as if he would have baked something, even a charlotte!), Asked for food. I looked into the saucepan (20 minutes passed from the beginning) - there was still broth at the bottom, it had not completely evaporated, the potatoes were still damp. But there was no more time to wait and experiment, it was necessary to feed the child as soon as possible, so I switched to the Bird, 6 minutes. It turned out very tasty, too, nothing stuck anywhere.
Since the potatoes were all eaten, I decided to boil pea puree - the same thing, nothing stuck. It remains now to check the baking once again, if it does not stick there, then I will be very pleased with the new pan.

Girls hello everyone! I became the owner of this miracle pressure cooker. I have not yet had time to appreciate it, I understand. If anyone can help, I will be very grateful. And yet, thank you all for sharing recipes and experiences.

Sorry I didn't write, I have a pressure cooker Saturn 9181 for 6 liters. Tell me, what bowls are suitable for our pressure cooker in Ukraine? Are Brand 6060 pots suitable? (6 l.)
lyudo4ka
Lanach, congratulations on Saturik. A bowl for 6 liters of Saturn can be bought from Polina (I saw you have already contacted her), wait, she will definitely answer and, if available, will send everything. If anything is not clear, please contact us, we will definitely answer.
Natka8
Hello girls. I am tormented with cottage cheese pastries in Saturn - it falls off at the end and that's it. The first time I baked the famous curd soufflé from our forum - it was baked, but it turned out in the form of a cheesecake and fried heavily, today I made a type of cheesecake with a shortcrust pastry substrate: I thought the dough would serve as an insulator and the curd filling would not be so hot - the same story, a failed middle I bake it right, I don't open it right away, etc., such casseroles in Panasonic turn out like cakes for me - even, high, and I'm experimenting with Saturn for my mother - she has the same. Help with advice from whom it turned out, and another question, can a silicone circle be cut out and placed, has anyone tried it? Sorry for the many beeches ...
paula
Natka8, I bake everything in Saturn, I do not fall off. and now I have a silicone mat there. I bake for 60 minutes, and take out no earlier than 40 minutes.
Natka8
Thank you, I also bake everything and do not fall off, only curd pastries fall off, and there was a question about it. Do you get curd cheese? And baking curd on a silicone mat? Just put a rug on the bottom, and not grease with anything under it?
paula
Yes. I bake cottage cheese casseroles, on a silicone mat, I do not grease it under it, I only grease the sides of the pan. maybe a little eggs and beat badly? good luck to you.

Lyudmila, congratulations on such a necessary purchase

And I have a question about the regime Defrosting - who uses it (I read that the dough is proofed and yogurt is prepared).
Yesterday I decided to distance the dough, I turned on the Defrosting so that the saucepan would warm up (well, so that the dough should not be put in a cold saucepan). It's good that before plopping the dough, I tasted the saucepan with my hand - I put the oven thermometer in the saucepan, covered Saturchik with a lid. The result is a good 50 C.
Who will say what about Defrosting

Congratulations on joining the ranks of the Saturn Owners May Saturn become a reliable assistant
If you have questions, then
Natka8
Ira, I made yogurt while defrosting until MV Delfu bought it for these cases, measured it periodically during the Defrost cycle - the temperature did not rise above 37, but I measured the water with a temperature probe, but even to the touch it was not 50. And the dough was defrosted by my mother before baking the rolls in it - everything was normal.
Natka8
Paula, thanks for the advice on the rug, I'll try, about whipping, in Panasonic according to the same recipe they turn out perfectly well, but in Saturn
irysska
And I always shoved the dough for proofing into MV Dex 60 for Yogurt. And now the cartoon is in the closet in exile. Therefore, I thought to distance the dough in Saturchik.
But with such a hot saucepan, what kind of proofing is there It turns out that this program works clumsily for me
Natka8 thanks for the answer
sima12
It turns out for me too, it works clumsily, it's hot for proofing the dough. I turn it on, warm up the bowl a little, and turn it off immediately, literally 2 minutes. Then I put in the dough, close the lid, and then it seems to be working at a distance.
Sone4ka
I didn’t measure the temperature, but once I defrost the meat and noticed that the protein curled up on the piece, in the place where it was adjacent to the bowl, the meat turned white.
at 35-37 degrees this would hardly have happened.
Natka8
hello girls! I cooked milk rice paste (the one in the form of rice). I tried it on different programs, today it turned out the most: 2 cups of milk with water + 1/3 cup rice (or your proportions) + sugar, and for super - 10 minutes
Laodika

more or less like this:
Quote: lyudo4ka
Then I decided to experiment with yogurt.I had 1L of milk and the leftover (glass) of yoghurt prepared earlier. I boiled the milk on the stove, cooled it down (while the puree was cooking), added yogurt from the fridge and ... it turned out that my mixture was too cold to ferment. I poured it into jars, put a rag on the bottom and put it in SCV for 7 minutes. on heating, then switched to the defrosting mode, since I was in the kitchen, repeated this procedure 2 or 3 more times after a while. After 2 hours, the yogurt was ready.

it took me a little longer, about 5 hours

yes, at temperatures up to 40C this would not happen
apparently, not only my defrosting program is hot
this is certainly upsetting, but not critical - after all, this is a pressure cooker with all that it implies, so I still love my Saturchik

girls, if it's not difficult to throw, pliz, a link in a personal where and from whom to buy spare pots for saturik. Thank you in advance
jaconda
I share my beginnings in cooking. I stewed cabbage (I had already stewed the meat, put the beef on stewing for 20 minutes - it turned out like a jellied meat), and then threw the cabbage with tomato and closed the lid badly, of course, steam went from all the cracks, I got scared, opened the lid, and my cabbage is already ready Here is my "guy" hot
lyudo4ka
jaconda, with the purchase. In order to answer you about the saucepan, you need to know where you are from (country).

where and from whom to buy spare pots for saturik
Here 🔗 you can buy a DEX DIP 4 pan. Perfectly fits Saturn ST-MC9184 and the quality is better than native (thicker walls and better non-stick coating).
Lud-Mil @
I took a 6-liter saucepan from Land Life to my sister, compared it with my own Saturn one (9181), the dimensions are all the same. There was no time to check the work, but I think that everything should be fine, since the pots are identical.
lyudo4ka
That's great, now a sister with a spare saucepan
Lud-Mil @
Lyudochka, yes, now we are both with "spare", but I still do not understand what the new sticky saucepan is. Yesterday I put a cottage cheese casserole in it, the portion was small, everything was baked well in 25 minutes, the baked goods left the walls, but the bottom seemed to be stuck. I left the saucepan on the table for 1 - 2 minutes, literally, then covered it with a cutting board and turned it over. The casserole popped out, but it all broke into pieces, although here, I think, it is not the saucepan that is to blame, but the method of extraction, it was necessary to wait until it cools down, then put a suitable plate on the casserole and take it out on it, I was impatient, so it turned out that the casserole simply fell in free flight from the saucepan onto the board. Today I want to test the baking again, bake a Minutka cupcake, and see how it will be removed.
But in any case, even if the baking in this bowl does not work (although I would very much like it), the spare saucepan will not be superfluous. So whoever needs a replacement bowl can order, they have a stainless steel there.
paula
I defrost yogurt and let the dough stand, thaw the meat, everything was ok

Lud-Mil @
My defrost is not very hot, for Yoghurt it seemed cool to me. I tried to make sour cream on it, I thought that the temperature would be just right, but in this case, you need to turn it on again every time as soon as it turned off. I was not in the kitchen in the process of cooking, I went in periodically, about once every 50 - 60 minutes, I did a restart, but that was not enough, the bowl practically had time to cool down during this time, which also confirms my impression - the heating was not strong. This is a good program, the dough is perfectly melted on it, it is a pity that such a short time was laid for it.
bakhtiarochka
Girls, maybe someone will come in handy.I was looking for pots and came across the saucepans to remove the stars
Lud-Mil @
She baked bread again in Saturn in a new bowl. I kneaded the dough in HP on whey, instead of sugar, honey, poured flour over the eye, kneaded the HP, and I added it until a nice soft bun was formed. The dough stood in the HP for a full cycle (I have the Dough program there for 1 hour and 30 minutes), then I put it in a greased bowl and put it on a delay in the morning, I did not include any proving programs, I just left it to stand at room temperature. I like it when the bread sours longer, for my taste it becomes better from this.
I started it all late in the evening, while this and that, it was already nightfall, as a result, the delay was 4 hours and then another 50 minutes. Baking. I woke up, Saturnik was already heated, began to get it - the bread does not leave the bottom. She left it to cool in a bowl for 2-3 minutes, then shook it once, popped out. There is some sticky dough left in the bowl.
There was no time to wash the pan, I was going to work, so I just put it aside, I didn't even soak it, so that I could take a picture and show it to you later.
🔗
I put the bread in the AG, in about seven minutes it turned brown there.
🔗
Very tasty bread turned out, I can not help but boast.
🔗 🔗
After work, I began to look at the bowl, the stuck dough, almost everything easily bounced off, it was enough to hold a finger. I wiped it with a sponge and detergent, everything was washed without a trace.
In general, it is possible to bake in this bowl, although I cannot say that baking jumps out of it. I really have doubts that there was a slight adhesion because of the dough, after all, there was honey in it, and it stood in the bowl for a long time, but maybe such a coating. I also want to try the non-stick mixture, somewhere I came across a recipe, then I will report back.
sima12
Today I conducted an experiment in my Saturn on defrosting - I poured water about a little more than a liter, set it for 25 minutes, then measured the temperature at 39.6 °, set it again for 25 minutes - 38.7 °. So it is good for yoghurt, but a lot of dough for proving.
Lud-Mil @
Sima, earlier, when I did not have Saturn, I did proofing of the dough in cartoons on Yoghurt, so there I felt the heating was a little stronger than in Saturn, nevertheless, the dough was proofed perfectly. Even if we assume that in your copy of Saturn the temperature on Defrost is slightly higher than in others (you have it, I noticed, not only differs in this), then all the same it is about the same as in my cartoons on Yogurt, you can safely to stand the dough, especially since this program is short, the dough will not overheat in 25 minutes.
Aina
What a beautiful bread !!! And I fell behind normally!
Lud-Mil @
Aina, Thank you . I like the way Saturn bakes, the bread is very tasty in it. In general, now I like bread from multicooker more than from KhP, I have already put my sister on such baked goods, she also bakes more often in the multicooker, in KhP we only knead. I would like the pastries to pop out of the saucepan better, but it's not bad anyway.

[on Yoghurt, you can safely stand the dough,

I did this purely for the sake of experiment, I distribute the dough in the oven with a light on or in the microwave, I make yoghurt only in a yoghurt maker, where I get the best, and in a multi mode yogurt I make fermented baked milk, because it is at least 2 liters do it at a time.
Somnia
Hello everyone! I have been using this multi-cooker for a week and I can say that I am very happy! I have such a question for connoisseurs: when I put a delay in the start, I cannot select any other program except "beef" in the menu. And I want "soup". On beef, of course, I cook soup and borscht, but I still wonder where I miss.
The second point: I put a start delay when I have meat, water, and vegetables in my pan - is that not a lot?
