I also thought about this at first, especially since there are a lot of such PMMs, but it seems to me that there is not much difference, except for the presence of additional space in the lower basket, where there is a basket with devices.

Quick wash is super: in my Boschka, 29 minutes with minel washes the dishes with a bang for the usual dirt. Well, there are a few drops, but for such a time then.
And the half load is as anyone: on weekends I understand the drive, and on weekdays we are only going to have dinner (a family of two adults and a child). Not three plates on the table, obviously. Since a salad is required for dinner. And so on, so on. The truth is, I cook mainly in a cartoon and a pressure cooker. And I don't always stuff the bowls in the dishwasher.

I really like the delayed start. After supper I put on a reprieve and let myself work at night. In the morning you get ready-made dry dishes.

Recently I was visiting Germany in, one might say, an average family. So their PMM caused me genuine bewilderment. While they could easily afford to buy Kuppersbusch, they end up using Whirpool. In which there is NOTHING !!! Typewriter 60 cm, built-in with front panel. Which has two buttons: "Network" and "Start". There is also a handle for selecting programs. There are as many as THREE of them !!! "Intensive", "ECO 50" and "Glass" EVERYTHING! Then take any parameter from the description of dishwashers from us and put the value "no" in front of it. No salt / rinse aid indicators, no beam on the floor, no delay start, 3in1, VarioSpeed, no folding baskets / height adjustment / half load! Whoa! How have they been using it for two years now and do not notice the complete inferiority of the machine? He asked, how was she chosen at all? It turns out not. It was just the cheapest in the furniture catalog.

Half load is probably not so important to me, since there is VarioSpeed. I choose the Auto and VarioSpeed program (there is also a half load). It's just that if I have dishes for half load (and these are most often cups, glasses and a couple of plates), then you can start a quick wash.

Here I have just Kuppersbusch. So what? I have been using it for 11 years. There are favorite programs - AUTO and just rinsing. Occasionally included Intensive.
The PMM launch delay has never been used! Probably depends on the way of life. I'm not a lark, I turn on the wash myself at the night rate. Apparently this German family also copes with it. Personally, only AUTO would not be enough for me in this Whirlpool.

On the other hand, they were surprised by my bewilderment. They have a choice of dishwashers, probably how we choose a kettle. It is difficult to imagine a mountain of broken copies in the topic about choosing an electric kettle. "If there is a kettle, then only the kettle of the Koryukov Tea Factory!"
The machine washes dishes perfectly. Very quiet, why do you need a timer if there is no multi-tariff meter? Roomy, the dishes were literally thrown into it at random, about my "45 cm Tetris" no idea.

Why then do we need a timer if there is no multi-tariff meter?
I’ll explain it for hours. When you work and come home at 8 pm, in order to avoid the protection in the electrical panel, you cannot turn on the kettle, multicooker, washing machine, dishwasher and TV at the same time. But there are three more points besides that. In the summer, in the heat of the day, the lights are often cut out - this time. In the mornings and evenings, the voltage is low (180-200 volts) - two. A more normal voltage in the outlet occurs only at night - three. Therefore, we do this: the start of the dishwasher is set for 24 hours, the bread maker is set for 2 hours, the washing machine is for 3 hours, the multicooker is set for 5 in the morning. In the morning we put food on, quickly shove clean dishes and hang up the linen, have breakfast (the leftovers in the fridge for dinner), cooled bread into the bread bin, and leave for work. Fortunately, now there are no such problems, but the habit of leaving everything overnight remains

larissa Thanks, very helpful, let me quote:
...... what is the salt for, you ask YOU, I will answer in order to bring the resin softening water to its original state during the last rinse, the resin is in a non-separable container, the essence of this is at the end of rinsing the machine sprinkles the dishes with water passing through the resin, thus removing calcium from it, but then in order to pull this calcium out of the resin, salt is launched there, if you follow this and constantly add salt by adjusting the feed positioner once, then there will be no problems with this, in fact I was faced with the fact that these innovations in the form of tablets 3 in 1, 5 in1, 6 in1, etc. lead to the fact that housewives stop pouring salt, but the manufacturer is not a fool and not for nothing installed a positioner, because the water is different for everyone. Advertising for dishwashers says forget about everything in the tablets everything is there, well, the tablet cannot work the same with different chemical compositions of water. This time. Secondly, the last washing takes place with cold water directly from the mains, by the time of the last rinsing, there is no chemistry on the dishes, and what does this have to do with super pills? There is another huge disadvantage, during long-term operation of the machine without salt, the resin in the container is sintered together with calcium into the stone and stops letting through, thereby, bringing this unit into complete disrepair, the problem of replacing the container with resin is solved, the price for an electrolux is about 100 euros, here You and a miracle of economy, here is a miracle of convenience for you. SALT SHOULD BE BIG !!!

... now everyone is doing shit, unfortunately, and the same Polish motors can be found in AEG and in some unnamed thing. The question is that AEG is "responsible for the market" and if this motor breaks down, it will change it, and an unknown company will not change anything. That's all science, paying for a brand you buy a thing from a company that is not indifferent to reputation, which means there will be good service. Do not take BECO, it is Turkish, there are no spare parts, while it works - well, a small figurine will break, you will wait a month for the master and then he will come and say that there are no such spare parts. In terms of the availability of spare parts and the quality of service, I would recommend Electrolux, AEG, Zanussi, Siemens, BOSCH ... I understand that I have named not cheap brands, but cheap and rarely seen well.

.... there is a quick wash in any PMM, and this does not mean that it will wash off the stuck eggs as everyone thinks. A quick wash is intended for example, if you came to a dacha where you have not been for a year, and the dishes are all dusty and need to be washed, or you wash 20 glasses after champagne, but if you think that a quick wash will wash your greasy plates faster, than it should be, then you are mistaken, if it were possible, why then would you need a long wash, for special lovers of chtoli? QUICK WASH is again a marketing ploy, according to the correct description in the technical documentation for services, this function is called washing lightly soiled dishes
Taken from here
TaTa *
I don't agree with the quick wash. I repeat - I have a 60-degree quick wash, it washes everything very well (I always rinse the dishes before loading). I used long modes to wash pots when I just bought PMM. And now, with regular use of the PMM and pots (not too dirty), wash them at a fast pace. I rarely use long programs.
Alenka212
Probably the contamination of the contamination is different. It's one thing when there were macaros with light sauce and steamed meatballs on the plates, it is quite another thing for a pork knuckle, baked or some other fatty dish (everyone wants to live long, but not all eat the right, healthy food).
So when you start, you have to take into account the dirtiness of the dishes and make a choice between quick and regular washing. And the quality of washing also depends on the detergent.
I used a sink at an elevated temperature only at the beginning for pots a couple of times. Now fast (but I don't rinse the dishes) or auto.

Dear PMM users, help determine the necessary functions
1) 3 extra cutlery basket - is it convenient?
2) Night wash of 50 degrees is especially quiet or what?
3) steam treatment - what is it for?
4) antibacterial program - for what cases?
5) half wash - is it necessary?
6) independent washing function (upper or lower basket) - why?
7) indication of the progress of programs - what's this?
8.) Does anyone have a PMM Whirpool? I only had a refrigerator from this company, I lived for 7 years, in my opinion it is not enough, so I doubt about the PMM. Maybe there are more positive examples? Thank you in advance.

1) I now have a PMM with 3 baskets - it's convenient, but I don't need to put it in often.
...
5) - at will, slightly reduces washing time and saves water and energy a little (sort of like).
6), 7) - garbage IMHO
8.) Before Bosch, there was Whirlpool, it suited it 100%, soaps are definitely not worse than the current Bosch, (the baskets still seem more convenient to me), but died a brave death exactly 3 years after the purchase ...

I recently watched PMM There, the functions were painted on the typewriters and for some reason in the models I selected it was indicated that there was no function for washing pots. Then what are the machines for? Something I'm confused. (PMM I don't have yet, I choose)
Alenka212
Albina, pots and regular programs wash well after normal use. And you will wash off the stubborn carbon deposits several times.

Yesterday after dinner, the following were put into the dishwasher:
- plates after spaghetti with olive oil and cheese and French meat;
- salad bowl with cucumbers, eggs, onions and mayonnaise;
- a bowl of multi after burnt pork in French;
- cups after tea and farm milk;
-cutlery.
A quick wash was started (29 minutes with Minel powder). Voila .... Nothing was rejected and returned for the wash. Everything was laundered.

And if on the weekend I collect the dishes (if not cook), then the Economy is long so that everything that has dried up is also washed off. I tried to start rinsing before starting, but then I refused, because it copes well anyway (in more than two hours).

This is an additional program, which, by and large, is not needed, since, as Alenka correctly said, pots and pans are perfectly washed in the usual mode. The difference is that in the program for pots the temperature is 70 degrees (at least for me), and in the usual program it is max 65 degrees.

Not a bad article about new items from PMM. - 🔗

“Has brought together the most“ fashionable ”and efficient dishwashers (PMM) - with three pull-out baskets for dishes. The presence of the third basket is a current trend in the dishwashing market.

The main advantage of such machines is that a basket with forks and spoons does not take up space in the main baskets for dishes, and cutlery in a special tray (basket) is washed better. In our review - four "triple" models of different form factors and price segments.
Siemens SR65M081RU TimeLight

Dishwasher selection (2)
Let's open an overview of the narrow (width - 45 cm) fully integrated dishwasher Siemens SR65M081RU TimeLight. Suitable for kitchens with a shortage of free space. Capacity - up to 10 sets of dishes * (practice shows that this capacity is adequate for families of 2-4 people who eat regularly enough at home). She has a so-called "closed" control panel - located on the "edge" of the door. When the latter is closed, the panel is not visible to the user. In addition to the "third shelf" itself - a pull-out tray for cutlery and varioDrawer small kitchen utensils - it has other advantages.

TimeLight. Everything is pretty simple here. Since the control panel with the display is not visible to the user during the washing process, but access to basic information about the operation of the machine is still desirable, it is provided. Basic information is simply projected onto the kitchen floor. Moreover, this is not just a "ray on the floor", it is its logical continuation - data about the stage of washing, about the selected program, about how much time is left until the end of washing is projected. Moreover (we were convinced of this at the IFA 2012 exhibition in Berlin), the projection is visible on any surface: parquet, laminate, tile, linoleum.

If you need clean dishes quickly - Siemens SR65M081RU has the varioSpeed Plus function for this. Washing, if activated with one of the standard programs, will take about three times less time. This result is achieved by changing the washing algorithm: the number of rinses, the intensity of water supply to the dishes. The hygienePlus function implemented in this PMM is needed for washing children's dishes (food bottles, etc.) and sterilizing canning dishes. If the intensiveZone mode is activated, you can load very heavily soiled dishes into the lower basket - everything will be washed due, again, to a more intensive water supply. At the same time, ordinary dishes with a medium or light degree of soiling can be washed in the upper basket - they will not be damaged and will be thoroughly washed.

There are five washing programs here: "Intensive" (for heavily dirty dishes, water during the main wash is 70 ° C), "Auto" (water - 45-65 ° C, depending on the automatically determined degree of soiling of the dishes), "Eco" (increased cycle time for medium-soiled dishes with less water heating - up to 50 ° C), "Fast" (water - 45 ° C, for lightly soiled and fragile dishes), "Pre-rinse" (without heating, to wash off the main contamination from the dishes which will be washed later). The upper basket can be adjusted in height here (three rack levels, even when fully loaded). For better distribution of water inside the working chamber, a twin rotating DuoPower rocker is installed in the Siemens SR65M081RU. Noise during washing - 45 dB. Washing class - A. Dish drying - condensation (class A). Energy efficiency class - A-10%.Cost - about 24 thousand rubles **.

pros

third pull-out basket

projection of washing data onto the floor

Minuses

Hansa ZWM 476 SEH

Dishwasher selection (2)
The next participant in the review of dishwashers with three baskets for dishes is Hansa ZWM 476 SEH. Capacity - up to 10 sets of dishes. Six programs for washing dishes: “Daily” (maximum water temperature during the main wash - 55 ° C, for medium-soiled dishes), “Intensive” (65 ° C, for heavily dirty dishes), “Delicate” (40 ° C, for glass, porcelain dishes with a low degree of contamination), "Eco 50" (50 ° C, medium and lightly soiled dishes, an extended cycle with less heat), "Hourly" (62 ° C, for light and medium soiled dishes, lasts 60 minutes) , "Pre-rinse". Washing class - A. Dish drying - condensation (class A). Energy efficiency class - A.

Other functions of Hansa ZWM 476 SEH. Half load mode - for cases when there are not enough dishes (water, electricity is saved). The machine is prepared to work with detergent tablets (“3 in 1” type). The middle basket for dishes in this "dishwasher" can be adjusted in height. She and the lower basket have folding shelves, dish holders - you can, to some extent, simulate the space of the baskets when loading. There is protection against leaks (AquaStop). Electronic control, carried out by buttons, there is a display (LED-indication of the selected program, activation of the "Half load" function, the presence of water softening salt, rinse aid in the respective tanks). The maximum noise during operation is 49 dB. The cost of Hansa ZWM 476 SEH is about 13 thousand rubles.
HANSA ZWM 476 SEH
pros

third pull-out basket
availability of most of the required washing programs

affordable price

Minuses

no automatic program

Miele G 4210 SCi

Dishwasher selection (2)
The next "dishwasher" is significantly more expensive. This is Miele and, accordingly, the “premium” price segment. Built-in (with open control panel) full-size (60 cm wide) dishwasher G 4210 SCi. It costs about 50 thousand rubles and is far from the most expensive Miele dishwasher. But even for this "ridiculous" money for Miele appliances, the user will receive a good, durable dishwasher.

And roomy. Miele G 4210 SCi. can wash up to 14 sets of dishes at a time (also suitable for fairly large families). There are five washing programs here: "Automatic (main wash at a water temperature of 45-65 ° C, depending on the degree of soiling of dishes, the degree of load, which the machine determines independently)," Intensive "(for very dirty dishes - washing at a water temperature of 75 ° С), "Delicate" (for not too dirty, fragile dishes, 45 ° С), "Eco" (for washing moderately soiled dishes, increased cycle time, water - 45 ° С), "Light" (for slightly and moderately soiled dishes , the shortest of all, water - 50 ° C). There is a "Turbo" mode, which is relevant for some programs - to reduce the duration of washing (by changing the washing algorithm, more intensive water supply to the dishes). The upper basket for dishes (in fact, it is average, if you count the pull-out tray for cutlery, which of course is in this model) - can be adjusted in height. The crockery baskets have foldable shelves and holders for crockery items.

The quality of dishwashing here, of course, is high - class A. Drying with warm air supply to the dishes by means of a fan (noise - 44 dB) is also good - class A. At the height and energy efficiency - class A +. The circulation pump with heating (the company promises 20 years of service) provides economical power consumption, fast water heating. The machine is prepared for use with detergent tablets (automatic recognition of the type of detergent). For smooth closing of the door, the ComfortClose technology is implemented here - the door will close “quietly”, without a loud sound. The door and control panel are locked - "child protection". Leakage protection is provided by the proprietary Waterproof technology. Control panel buttons, LED indication, small display. There is a delay start timer (24 hours), as well as an indication of the time until the end of washing (on the display). In case of malfunctions, the user hears a sound signal (the same applies to the end of the wash, but the signals are different). Noise during washing - up to 48 dB. High quality German dishwasher. Recall that the cost of Miele G 4210 SCi is about 50 thousand rubles. She, by the way, has a "sister" - a fully built-in (with a closed control panel) model G 4280 SCVi. Their performance is almost the same. The prices are the same.
MIELE G 4210 SCI
pros

third basket for dishes
large capacity
automatic washing program
wash acceleration option
turbo drying
low noise level
high energy efficiency

Minuses

high price

Gorenje GV65324XV

Dishwasher selection (2)
The next dishwasher is fully built-in (closed control panel), full size. Meet Gorenje GV65324XV. It also holds 14 sets of dishes. She has a pull-out tray for washing cutlery ("third basket") - otherwise she would not have been in our review. In addition, it features nine more dishwashing programs. Such as: "Cold rinse", "Auto" (water 60-70 ° С, for medium and heavily soiled dishes, automatic detection of the degree of soiling of dishes), "Intensive" (70 ° С, for very dirty dishes), "Bio" ( 55 ° С, for medium-soiled dishes, a special cycle for using detergents with bio-additives), “Delicate wash” (45 ° С, slightly soiled, fragile dishes). These programs belong to the main ones. But there are also additional ones: "Fast wash" (55 ° С), another "Auto" (55 ° С), economy cycle (50 ° С) and "Fast intensive" (accelerated cycle for medium and heavily dirty dishes, 70 ° C). Washing class - A. Drying class (condensing) - A. Energy efficiency class - A.

Management of "washing processes" in Gorenje GV65324XV is electronic. On the control panel (it is on the "edge" of the door) - buttons, indicator lights and a small display. There is a delay start timer (up to 24 hours). There is a "Half Load" mode. The machine automatically recognizes the type of detergent (tablet or powder). The middle basket is height adjustable (three installation levels). In baskets, folding plate holders, cup holders. There is a rack for long cutlery. At the end of the wash cycle, the machine beeps. The protection against leaks, as well as the service self-diagnosis of the machine, are responsible for safe operation - in the event of a malfunction, an error message is displayed on the display. Noise when washing dishes is about 44 dB. The cost is about 25 thousand rubles.
GORENJE GV65324XV
pros

third basket for dishes

automatic recognition of the type of detergent
variety of washing programs

Note that the dishwashers presented in the review, in fact, have no competitors. Not yet, of course. First of all, because the models under consideration have a pull-out cutlery tray. This is the main thing that distinguishes them from other models with similar "dishwashing capabilities". However, this year the situation should change - the appearance of such dishwashers is expected from several other well-known manufacturers of household appliances. Also, it can be noted that there are no obvious flaws in the considered models, with the exception of the high cost. This is due to the fact that the considered models are top-end, both in quality and in price in their market segments.

* - A set of dishes, in accordance with EU regulations, includes: flat plate, deep plate, dessert plate, glass, cup and saucer, knife, fork, tablespoon, dessert spoon and teaspoon. Pots, pans, baking trays, and other kitchen utensils are not included in the "set of dishes".

** - All prices in the material are indicated based on the results of monitoring of Russian online stores for March 2013. Depending on the region, the cost of the equipment may vary.

Hooray I have a Siemens dishwasher SR 66T093EU, I chose from two twins (Bosch and Siemens) I chose the name Siemens, I already have Bosch, a washing machine. The third basket is cool, it's just a pity that I have a 45 cm VarioDrawer without a plus sign, in narrow ones, as it turned out, they do not lower it, and in my furniture it fits only 45 cm.It is very convenient for forks, spoons and other little things, there is even a corner for coffee cups (there are some in everyday life for a granddaughter), and you can put a large ladle there, great. Convenience is added by the third level and other bells and whistles of this model. I was personally bribed by the possibility of lowering the dividers in the baskets (three in the upper and two in the lower basket), so as not to put the pots on the pins. Because of them, we bought this particular model (programs and additional functions were also arranged in cheaper models) I recommend it to everyone

I also have 3 sections in Milka (the third, the upper one is for cutlery). And what I like most is that the lower one is incredibly spacious in height. What just does not fit in there!

Auto mode 65-45 (time 2.20), + additional functions 1/2 (full load) time 2.15 + add. function Intensive Zone (for fried) time 2.20. ALL WASHED OUT
I THOUGHT-DREAMED for two years, I wanted it after the renovation and then I spat. My husband is a diamond. remade the table under the sink, changed the countertop, the old one rotted in the area of the sink (the edge along the wall was not processed). The connection was also easy without global changes. I'm happy as an elephant. When choosing, it turned out as with all other equipment. I liked that the first thing in this model is there is a third pallet for forks and other little things. There were also two coffee cups (I have just two of them). And the second is the drop-down dividers in the two lower baskets. The rest of the "baubles" such as a display on the floor, lighting inside, a watering can for trays and a bunch of programs and additional. functions were not in the first place, but now I will use it once I have it. It's just that the spouse again found the most expensive model (novelty) at a price cheaper than a simpler model, this sometimes happens on the internet. I certainly didn't refuse. Now I'm jumping on my heels, it's so lovely - my nerves and nails are saved.

Congratulations on your purchase! When choosing the third basket, I did not consider - as I did not really see the point in it. For so many years of communication with PMM, I realized that the main thing is to put everything together correctly. And forks-spoons, in the absence of free space for the basket, can be put in the upper one on the side shelves and there will be an excellent result, there are also coffee cups (of which I constantly have a lot).
This third basket significantly increases the cost of the PMM, since most often it comes with such a set of functions!
When we sold the apartment with all the appliances in the kitchen, my mother was very worried that I would not be without a refrigerator, but without a PMM

I really like new models, progress does not stand still
By the time I have a large kitchen with room for the PMM, there will probably be more.
