Please tell me where in Moscow you can buy an Isidri electric dryer. Thank you.
vernisag
Girls, can you say anything about such a dryer? We have a very small choice, I really liked this one, my mother really wants it, I would buy it for her on March 8. Electric dryer for vegetables, berries, herbs, herbs, fruits (general questions)
Tessie
Good evening girls and boys! :)) I am to you for advice - how to order a dryer from Ukraine to Russia? that is, order and pay through Ukraine (maybe we live in Ukraine), but receive it in Russia (a gift for mom, she is in Russia)?
fugaska
negotiate with the seller, the money can be transferred by contact or any other banking system that suits both you and the seller. but be prepared for the fact that not all sellers in Russia will agree to this option, they mostly prefer to transfer money to a current account, and this entails an increase in overhead costs (your expenses).

And even not all Ukrainian sellers agree to issue and deal with delivery, sending their goods to Russia, they don't really need to bother. The question is not even about payment, but about the delivery procedure itself.

She was convinced of this herself
fugaska
so they do not need to arrange delivery to another country! they need to find a Russian seller who will agree to accept money from Ukraine in a more convenient and cheaper way! they will pay for the delivery themselves (they certainly have mom's address)
and if you bother with Ukrainian sellers and sending goods to Russia, this is a big headache and a solid blow to your wallet. I would be looking for a Russian seller, it's easier.
Admin

So I didn't read well what and where to
fugaska
so maybe I didn't read it well

Maybe it will be easier for you to do it yourself, living in Ukraine: buy it yourself, make a purchase and send it by Ukrainian mail to Russia, pay for delivery by mail.

I wanted to order goods from Moscow in Ukraine, pay and for the store to make mail delivery to me at my expense.
The store did not want to bother with delivery.

Am I getting it right now?
Tessie
fugaska, Admin - thanks !!!!!!!! You have interpreted everything correctly! It is desirable for me to find a no-store in Russia, which will make delivery in Russia, but payment for the goods will be made from Ukraine .......
Can someone tell me with a link to a store where there is izidri - preferably in Kazan ... the gift will go to Yoshkar-Ola

alas, the timing is short! d / r is on the way!

It seems to me that you just need to send money to your mother, find and order a dryer, and your mother will pay off upon receipt.
Tessie
Well, this is not an option, maybe mothers (many) will never take money from their children (even for a gift)! And then the children decided to give a dryer (maybe somehow my mother let slip that she was looking after, but did not decide on the choice), and not cheap ....... but the trouble is, the children are in Ukraine, and the mother is in Russia and will see relatives not earlier than summer, and d / r is about ........
Tessie
Thanks to all! Found a store that makes deliveries across the CIS

And I already gave my mommy a gift in the form of a supra dryer on March 8, though I bought a round one. Well, we have no others, let's see how long it will last and how it will work ...

Ladies, I just wanted to ask about Supra. Thinking about SUPRA DFS-311. Or the same, but model 301. There are 6 pallets and a power of 600 watts, but the pallets are low. And in 322 there are 5 pieces, but they are high (adjustable), however, the power is only 300 watts. Which one to prefer?

First, read carefully the topic Choosing an electric dryer - recommendations, what to look for when buying https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=143202.0 , including the capacity of the dryer
Nathalte
I've already read this. But the fact is that the instructions say that it is suitable for drying meat, and at the same time the power is not very high (for the one with the higher pallets). If the height of the pallets was combined with good capacity, I would not ask. But the opinion of those who actively use it is interesting.
nila
Girls, I came to you ... do you accept? I undertake to thoroughly study in the near future, but now a couple of questions. I understand that this has been discussed many times, you can send me to the address.
Yesterday they brought me a Veterok 2 dryer for 6 pallets. Immediately I loaded 4.5kg of strawberry chips into it. I suspected that they might stick, but I didn’t immediately say how to cover the pallets. Now I looked, naturally they stuck ... not fatal, but muddle .... have to work. What can you think of, how to cover it optimally? Diameter of trays 39cm.
And another question)) can I put fewer pallets to dry, not all 6, if I do not have enough products? Or let's say you dry chamomile-mint with green onions (on different pallets), they can smell from each other?
Admin

Drying grids and pastille plates - what can be replaced? https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=146043.0

Yes, at least one pallet can be put!
nila
Admin, thanks! It's just that my strawberries are stuck on the pallet, so now I'm thinking what to do
Maybe the chips were just juicy ...
I bought a nylon tulle mesh, I will try to cut and put it on.
Slastena
Hello girls, so I became the owner of a VES VMD-5 electric dryer, I just got a brake today I had to buy bananas, otherwise my hands are itching to dry, but there is nothing yet. I'll go for some recipes while I study
nila
Slastena , Congratulations ! Electric drying is a thing! And why I realized this so late! My tomorrow is only a week, and I have already dried so much, and there is still the whole summer ahead ... there is no end of work
Admin

Girls, dry everything that comes in sight, in winter everything will go into business (if it survives and will not be eaten earlier)
Slastena
Thank you girls summer is ahead, the dryer is waiting for the recipes, I ran drooling

Admin, can you ask a question? Do you dry medicinal herbs in a dryer? Dried rose petals, linden, mint, medicinal chamomile. Now nettles are drying and now I read on the internet that it is better to dry it in the air, gradually drying it, and now I have doubts.
I also dried strawberries, pitted cherries and mulberries. Cherries and apricots are already ripening.

I do not dry herbs, it seems there was no need for this. And you still need to look for "clean" grass, but in the city there is no such.
If we talk about isidri, then it has a 35 * C mode specifically for drying herbs and herbs. And the manufacturer himself writes about this. The air there is very weak, not hot at all, quite suitable for grass.
nila
Admin, Thank you! Dried at t 30 * -40 *, but doubts overcame. The herbs were dried for my daughter, they were not collected in the city.

Nelya! What a fine fellow you are, you've already dried so much of everything !!! I also dried chamomile this year.So in dryers there is "drying in air", because there is air replacement, because the fan is running, meaning that you cannot dry in ovens, this is my personal opinion. And the instructions for Isidri, in particular, say that you need to dry in a well-ventilated place, this is the whole point, it seems to me.
And I dried the chamomile at the lowest temperature, as Tanya says, and, by the way, dill as well.
nila
Natusichka, you probably reason correctly! Then I need to get stuck less and read what I don't need. After all, medicines are painted on the lid of my dryer. herbs and t 30 * -40 *.
I watched the program where they told about medicinal chamomile. It turns out that you should drink it like tea. It is very useful ... and even the prevention of cancer, it helps to endure chemotherapy.
I was going to dry the green onions, and my husband was surprised))) why? grows on the windowsill in winter. She said something like a bow.
Natusichka
And I really wanted to dry rose petals, but I can't buy them anywhere ... so I love an hour with them and with mint ...

Yes, I'm afraid it's too late ... we have already cut off the faded buds. 5 days ago I saw grandmothers selling at the bazaar and I am very sorry that I bought more.
Her petals were only enough for jam with strawberries and a rose, and she dried it a little. But Dotsya did not wait for winter either, she is now drinking chamomile-mint-linden-petals tea and she really likes it.

I will duplicate the question in this topic, like it is often visited:
Owners of ezidri ultra, I have a question for you. Who has experience drying pastilles on more than 10 pallets? Ezidri Snackmaker has enough for me for an apartment. But my mother has her own house with a large vegetable garden. I bought her Ultra, hoping that she would be able to dry and dry on at least 20 pallets at a time, but when the dryer arrived, then according to the instructions: no more than 10 pallets for marshmallow and no more than 12 for fruits and vegetables can be put at a time. I am upset, because in Snackmaker-e it is the same and the point then was overpayment. I decided to consult with you - is it possible to use more pallets than stated? We don't need so much greens to put 30 pallets straight, but vegetables and fruits are in abundance and just put these 30 pallets under them))))

So I understood the same thing when I received my Ezidri Snackmaker, I was also lost which one to buy, her or 1000. And when I received it, I read everything thoroughly, I realized that I was not mistaken that I had bought the Snackmaker !!!

The fact is that I kind of knew that there were only herbs on 30 pallets, but for some reason I was sure that at least 20 pallets could definitely be dried vegetables and fruits. And here they specifically "cut" (((
Of the pros:
- slightly larger pallets
- temperature control

But with the same opportunities, there are more disadvantages:
- the cost is really higher than both the dryer itself and the accessories
- the cost of electricity is twice as much

Girls, well, who has Ultra, answer me, pliz !!! Maybe I'm in vain all the same upset?

Well, the manufacturer does not hide that the 1000 model is not intended for industrial drying.
I sometimes dry immediately on 10-12 pallets, I have a model 500.
And then you have to track, change pallets, dry longer - after all, it takes more time to remove moisture in large quantities. And I learned to combine the temperature at the beginning and end of drying, it also helps.

Look through the entire topic in a row by isidri, here they wrote and showed how the dryer is loaded onto all 20-30 pallets.

Admin, thanks for your reply. Yes, it seems that I have already learned the topics about the dryer by heart. But I'm not interested in the upload photo itself - I can watch it at home))) I'm interested in experience)))

And at the expense of industrial drying: so it is not industrial) Just recycle your garden and garden, and not throw it away annually, which is gone.
Here's what I read before buying:
"Ultra FD1000 is the most powerful Ezidri device. Basic components - trays (5 pcs.), Mesh (1 pc.), Pallet with loading up to 6 kg of products (1 pc.) - can be increased by purchasing additional nets, trays and pallets. This will help to significantly improve the performance of the dryer, since the existing configuration can be increased with 30 trays and 30 nets, 15 pallets with a loading of 20-25 kg of products. The temperature range gently varies from 35 to 65 degrees, the diameter of the tray is 0.39 m. The power of the device is 1000 W, in the operating mode - 500 W. Warranty - 24 months. "

I was drying the marshmallow for now on 10 pallets. It dries perfectly in 12 hours at 50 degrees. I haven't changed the trays yet. Just as it dries, I take off the lower ones, leave the rest to dry.
I didn't dare to put more trays ... I just can't find at least someone who has more experience with Ultra.

milka80, and what kind of marshmallow have you dried already?

milka80, and what kind of marshmallow have you dried already?
Pure strawberry. She is an amateur, sour. And they made a mix with my mother: strawberries, cherries and a little banana for sweetness. It turned out great, and the taste and texture are smoother)

They also poured cherries, strawberries in several versions and dried strawberries.

On the way, cherries, currants. The harvest for apricots is big every year, so I started thinking about how many pallets the marshmallow can be made on at a time.

Oh, you do not look at the place, my position))) my mother is from Ukraine, I visit her every summer) And in Moscow I dry modestly, while on 6 trays)
Natusichka

We are in the old fashioned way - all through a meat grinder with the smallest sitichk
Natusichka
Tanya !!!! And I was intuitively drying !!! I was just afraid to admit ...
AlKA
Good day!
I have Ezidri Ultra 1000 since 2009 - 25 trays.
According to the instructions, you can 30, but this is really a lot, so I did not buy more.
I dry a lot and almost always at full load, a large vegetable garden and a large family.
The other day I finished drying strawberries, put 25 trays once and the second time - 20. The first time I put them in
12.00, turned off at 04.00 in the morning. Is it 16 o'clock? I dried less the second time. I practically do not rearrange the trays, I can take 10-12 upper ones and change them with the next 10-12 places. The temperature was set at 60 degrees this time. This year I made a strawberry-banana mix, that is, I dried another 5 kg of bananas, cut them into 10 trays. And mixed with strawberries, looks beautiful in a jar. My dried strawberries do not live up to the new year, I have to hide it.
I remove 1.3 three-liter cans from 25 trays, that is, I ram 1 can and 1/3 of another one. From two full batches, less than three cans are obtained, but I tamp, shake, etc. Thanks to the vacuum lids, it does not get damp and does not stick together during storage. But the melon sticks together a bit, evident from the sweetness.

Apples, mushrooms, carrots, sweet peppers, peaches, melons, nectarines - I dry to the end and store everything in three-liter jars under vacuum lids. For two years now I have been cutting Hungarian plums into quarters, dried without sugar in a dryer, that is, I do not completely dry them, and then I store them in bags in freezers. I also made apricots, very cool taste in winter. I have no time to bother with 10 trays. Therefore, purely for myself and my needs I chose a large one with a large number of trays. At first I made a lot of marshmallows. Then she stopped due to lack of time. I have 10 pallets. Now I went on a well-deserved rest and I hope that I will catch up with everything .... It's very tasty in winter. I always did it without sugar. I didn't make strawberries, I think it will be sour. I added bananas everywhere, chopped almond petals.
I have almost all dried garlic, chips and ground, different in use. This year, the fresh one lasted until March 8, then it began to deteriorate (I plant a lot of garlic), I peeled it, made chips on Zelmera and put it in the dryer in the evening, took it off in the morning. At first, the smell pestered, then I got used to it, because it was drying in the house. And in the fall, when I dry a lot, I put it in the summer kitchen ...

Dry girls, very useful and practical.
milka80
Alla, thank you for such a detailed answer! Now we will boldly use more pallets, otherwise we really won't have time to dry everything for 10)))))

By the way, on the contrary, I liked to harvest the marshmallows more, for reasons of time expenditures: I went through, made mashed potatoes, poured them onto a pallet. And for drying, while you cut everything, while you spread it
Pure strawberry marshmallow is sour, very grainy due to the seeds. But in combination with sweet fruits it is the most! I also never added sugar, I prefer natural.

Thanks for the idea ! I really want to try. I have never made pastila in my life, I have only superficial ideas about cooking. Now she drove her husband up a tree for cherries, and my daughter is going to the market for strawberries and bananas.
It is possible for stupid inept with all the details!
How to prepare a sweet cherry (there is already a worm in it)?
How to prepare pallets? Can I cover with baking paper?
I would be grateful for any feedback! I'll go look for where you can read the cooking technology!

For inept and other experienced and not so!

Let's not sculpt all the recipes, questions and answers into one topic !!!!!!!!! Themselves then it is difficult to search !!!!!

We have a section "DRYER RECIPES" - REMEMBER! https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=174.0, where there are many questions and answers that interest you !!!!! By types of fruits and vegetables !!!!!

So let's accumulate information on each type of drying there !!!!

There are a lot of pastilles !!!!!
For example, a master class on apricot-peach marshmallow https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=175304.0

I threw a request here, because the person specifically prepared this marshmallow! Let her then lay out a separate recipe ... I beg you!

Even if he does not lay out (and we have no right to force), the principle of preparation is the same for all types of pastilles. Therefore, we take any similar recipe we like and prepare it by analogy. And we ask all additional questions of preparation and preparation in the same topics - everyone will be interested to know how this is done

I ask you to do this with separate recipes for each type of berries and fruits.
