Baking very smoothly picks up temperature, water boils only after 30 minutes ...
Mila1
I am reporting ... Mom cooked pasta on baking for 30 minutes. I poured Makfa pasta, not completely filled it with water, but to make it visible, I salted it. put the butter. I mixed it a couple of times along the way. At the end of cooking, I put meatballs ready from the refrigerator to warm up. She said that everything turned out SUPER! But the time could be reduced by 5 minutes, or maybe 10 minutes, because then on the heating, if you can still hold it.
ALL the girls who share their experience in cooking in this cartoon THANKS !!!
petu
Ludmila, Luda, I don’t remember where, who, but someone cooked pasta on * cereals * -45 min. At the bottom, oil 0.5 tsp., Top 1 cartoon. a stack of pasta, cold water 1 cartoon. Art. ... (maybe for a long time, but you can try ....) - maybe the result will be better than on baked goods) ...: girl_in_dreams: Mummy thanks for the * experiment * ..

Mila1,
Thank you! Useful experience!
Let us know that 30 minutes for Baking is enough. So I shouldn't have doubted
Blueberry-Masha
Mila1, I will report too. Respect for the meatballs and the sauce for them - it turned out just super. The smell throughout the apartment and a very delicate sauce, though smooth and smooth (I did not put the frying, I managed with seasonings and dried garlic).

And about pasta, can you clarify? That is, fill it with cold water so that the pasta sticks out and 30 minutes is enough for the water to evaporate? You don't need to drain anything?
Mila1
Blueberry-Masha, I am very glad that I liked the meatballs and the sauce. I also really like it. And most importantly. I wanted me to feed my little granddaughter with them and, again, less body movements
About pasta. I called my mother (she cooked them for me now), asked again. She said she poured boiling water over. All the water has evaporated, but you can reduce the time a little. She also does not know how much to reduce, but perhaps by 5-10 minutes. Not quite al dente said, a little overexposed.
Blueberry-Masha
Mila1, ABOUT! well then this is an option. Boiling pasta for 20-25 minutes is fine. Interestingly, does it depend on the quantity? Or pour any amount of boiling water and truncated?

I think any important thing is not completely covered with water. sticking out a little. But I didn't cook myself. so I can't tell you exactly

Wondering what I did wrong?
Milk 0.75 l MILAVA selected plus half a pack of ACTIVIA, YOGURT program, time 8 hours.
After 4 hours, the mass thickened and a small amount of serum appeared. If I left it for 8 hours, would my YOGURT curl up, or not?
While I put it in the refrigerator and I think, I should be upset, or not in a hurry. The milk seemed to be from dry
I chose it specifically because of the excellent yoghurts. In front of me, a man bought as many as 3 such yoghurt to make

For yogurt on ready-made yogurt, 8 hours is very, very much, it would be sour and the whey would be even more.

About pasta
For 100 g of pasta, 200 ml of cold water is taken. I cook like this in a rice cooker on the touchscreen until it is completely evaporated.
MANNA has a video where she prepares macaroons for the Philips 3060 multicooker, maybe this will somehow help determine

About pasta

Girls, with the advent of multicooker in the house, they stopped cooking pasta on the stove altogether

I do not like the stove, boiling pots and draining water from them

Until recently, I cooked macaroons in Redica like this: I poured some water into a saucepan, put it on "steam" until it boils (warm up the saucepan), fill in the macaroons and add boiling water from a kettle so that they are only covered with water + salt, stir. All this time Redik stood on the "steam", again until it boils. And on "rice-cereals" for 15 minutes. No oil, no stirring, etc.
Of course, you need to adapt to your macaroons / multicooker, you may have to correct how much time / water is needed ...
Mila1
brendabaker, I make fermented baked milk on a prog yogurt no more than 4 hours. After 3 I start to look and, having caught the moment, I pull it out.
ket66
Mila1, but how to make fermented baked milk?
petu
ket66, Lena, pour milk in the cartoon - mode * baby * food from 4 to 6 hours, then cool it down, add sour cream when it cools down (the larger the amount of it, the thicker the product at the exit *, mix and * yogurt * - when * ready *, the more sour cream you put, the faster it will ferment .. (I mix it with a silicone whisk right in the bowl, but I don't write about scalding everything with boiling water ...) If you need straight drinking fermented baked milk, then 2 tablespoons of sour cream per liter and 4-8 hours. This is me, and Lyuda will write you her experience ... Lena, another cartoon gives an error E, if you pour cold milk straight after a while (I was really scared ..., and then read it - for girls the same way), don't worry, turn off and set the program again, well, or slightly warm it up, then everything goes without error ... ...
ket66
petu, thanks for the recipe, otherwise I heated the milk in Electrolux slow cookers, and I don't know what to do next.

Olga has already written everything ... I do the same. I put milk to heat for the night, and in the morning I cool it and ferment it with sour cream for 3-4 hours, then in the refrigerator. Vkusnoooo

Are there no foams at the bottom at the end?
I do not have
petu
I have. Is that very scary? We drain the milk - my pot and that's it ... And, to be honest, it depends on milk, if you take it in soft bags - there is, if I take an ultra-pass. - no ... But, I also have froths in Panasonic10 (on * stewing *), and in File 3060 -on * manual * -90 *, and in Shteba2 ... (so that I don't fool ...)

I take it in hard bags and, to be honest, I don’t pour it anywhere, but I just mix the sour cream well in it with a silicone whisk and I don’t see any foam
petu
Ludmila, Luda, this is Ophelia about * drowning * milk in a slow cooker, at the end, at the bottom of the pot, a milk warbler ... Aha ..
Ofeliya
I wanted to stop milk and ferment right there ... but the foam .. ((

So what ... foam? After cooling down remove the skins of milk, add sour cream, stir and put on fermentation. When fermenting fermented baked milk, froth will not form

Where does this information come from? And what is the temperature in the pan when cooking broth, when it boils? Or when cooking porridge, when it boils and boils? Isn't it boiling?
Oh, do not lead people into a stupor from such statements. You can easily check with an ordinary kitchen thermometer
selenа
And I really like these ghee, while the milk is being heated, I "write" once I remove and eat those foams

When we cook broth or porridge, the bowl heats up gradually. And when we scald cold boiling water or pour cold water into hot water, this is no longer gradual, but abrupt.

I agree with that.
But where is it written in the instructions for the cartoon that you can't pour boiling water over it? Is there such a warning?
Rick
In the instructions for the multicooker, maybe this is not. This is described in the instructions for non-stick cookware. And here, too, this issue has been discussed many times.

Zhenya, I'm interested in the opinion of the manufacturer of this multi model, and the pans for it.
Something should be written in the section "preparation" and "care".

At my leisure I will take up instructions

I have a diet of 5. Today, 3 potatoes, 150 grams of pumpkin put in a bowl, poured about 180 ml of milk. She put in a double boiler, on it cutlets from breast and onions. Steam 15 minutes, after disconnecting 1 hour for Baby food. Tomorrow I'll try, whether it is necessary to salt, or it will do
Blueberry-Masha
And I just have a diet - proper nutrition. I try not to eat fatty, starchy and sweet foods. Here's what else to cook dietary in a mulechka? I cook porridge, cabbage and cottage cheese casseroles, meatballs carcass ... and the team bakes biscuits and cakes ... I lick my lips, but not yet_
Mila1
Blueberry-Masha, Mash, how did you get pasta yesterday?
Blueberry-Masha
Mila1, yesterday I cooked on the stove because I was late, my husband wanted to eat, he stamped his feet, but the cartoon was busy. In short, he would not have appreciated my experiments. How to weld, accomplish your goal.

Girls, help with advice. I bought baby 011 yesterday, it is similar to 01, only in black, I decided to cook buckwheat in it today, I set the rice / cereal menu, the timer shows an automatic time of 45 minutes, I set 40 minutes, I press "start", and the timer starts countdown from 45 minutes, and not from my set 40. I fought with the buttons for 15 minutes, so, anyway, after my setting, the countdown starts from the automatically laid down 45 minutes. I decided to try setting the time on other programs and this is what turned out to be, if the automatically set cooking time is less than what I try to set, well, for example - soup is 1 hour, I set 1 hour 20 minutes, the countdown starts from my set 1h20min, and if the automatically set the cooking time is longer than what I need to set, milk porridge is 30 minutes, and I put it 20 minutes, the countdown still starts from 30 minutes. Is this a problem with my multicooker or am I missing something?
Admin
Check out the instructions!
There are programs on which the minimum cooking time is set, below which it cannot be set.

For cereals and buckwheat, 45 minutes is optimal, the cereal turns out to be well-cooked and tasty.

For milk, 30 minutes is also optimal! Try standing over a saucepan and watching the cooking - very interesting to understand the process. First, heating, boiling, boiling-boiling is strong, then a decrease in T * and insisting alone ... that's 30 minutes!

It seems to me that you are trying to set a cooking time when the Delay start function is active. In this case, a clock is visible on the left side of the display and the inscription "Installation" appears. It turns out that the delay is less than the cooking time itself, and the program starts immediately, and with the default settings
When choosing the time for cooking directly, the clock on the right with the inscription "Timer" should be lit.
