I put yogurt in a binatosh, the time is set to a minimum of 6 hours, a maximum of 10 hours, a step of 1 hour, after six hours I did not switch to heating, I put it on at the same time in a raidmond70, I looked at the yogurt today and it turned out equally well.
So, we conclude on the program yoghurt in binaton 2116-the program does not go over to heating.

Good day everyone. Acquired in 2116. The size is what you need a family of 3 people. I doubted for a long time I thought it would be small, and when I started to cook, I realized that I was not mistaken. porridge all turn out with a bang. Yogurt, stews, vegetables, cabbage, fish, pastries. I use it for a little more than a week, I forgot about the stove.

TAA7, "porridge mode" - what is this mode?
TAA7
porridge mode, I called it that - it's cereals
Manna
TAA7, why I asked ... In the photographs there is no porridge ... it's cereal for a side dish ... You cooked them on water, right? And in what proportions cereal / water?

Porridge - this is most often understood as porridge with milk. You cannot cook such porridge on the "Groats" mode - the milk will "run".
TAA7
On the cereal mode, I cook in water in the proportions of 1 measuring cup of cereal for 1.5 or 2 glasses of water, I do it by eye so that there is 1 to 2 cm of water above the cereal,
on the heating mode or broth on milk, the proportions are the same
Manna
Oh, warm-up, right? Somehow I didn't think about it at all. Very interesting
TAA7
Pea and lentil porridge turns out very tasty on the cereal mode. But there is one nuance after boiling, add a little milk or water, which is better, smoked meat oil and leave the heating in the mode for another 5 minutes, then it will be super
TAA7
All cereals that were cooked in the cereal mode with a delay of time require a final stage. In the morning you get up, your porridge is ready, in the heating mode, add a little water or milk to the butter and leave it for another five minutes. The whole family is eating on both cheeks.
Manna
Yes, that's right, you can boil the cereal in water, and then add milk and keep it heated. It turns out porridge

Mannochka, why is Binaton better than your radish? Why do you wish you took Beanaton?
Manna
Veechka, so I have already spoken about this ... I like sensory programs. I like the shape of the binaton bowl. I like the location of the panel on the binaton (on the lid of the Redmond - it's inconvenient for me).
Vei
Hello everyone!
I really want to know about the sizes. I am now in front of choosing a small multi.
Is there enough volume of 1.6 liters for everyone? What fits there and what doesn't?
I don't even have such a microscopic ladle in my house to feel such a volume ...
And how much liquid you can pour into it, in the sense of milk for porridge, water for soup, cake dough.

I have been reading the topic from the first post, how it appeared, and therefore, if they talked about it, then I don't remember where, but I can't reread everything. The Internet has been very slow for me in recent days.
Manna
Veechka, I told you about the volume in the topic about redmond 02.
And this is about the size of the binatoshi bowl:

diameter 14cm.
Based on a volume of 1.6 liters with a bottom diameter of 14 cm, the height is no more than 10 cm.

I ordered a cuckoo 1055 and what day I think, why do I need a big cartoon if I have a lot of panasik 10. And at first, on the website of the store, the eye caught on a binatosha, then I looked for a topic on the forum. and that I am tormented by vague doubts that it is such a baby that I should nadot, and not smear porridge with an omelet for one person in a 5-liter pan. My husband said that if I pester him with pots, he would turn it over. I put it in the basket and I think I need it, or I really need it. And the price is straightforward, joyful, 3565 + 95 rubles delivery.

And the question is - how is the quality of the bowl, otherwise you will not find such a baby
Manna
Stafa, if I didn't have redmond 01, I would take this
Stafa
I ordered it, this little one. In 10 days I will have it. But an omelet, small and tall, tilted me in his direction.

Shl. I haven't given up the cuckoo yet.
Stafa
And follow-up questions - the depth of the baby confuses me - they write 30-35 cm - wow, baby, I have a 30cm deep air fryer and I consider it a bandura. Or at the binaton, the handle protrudes at the back and can it be lifted up when parking to reduce the depth of the multi?
shelma
Svetlana, the handle protrudes from behind and rests on a small ledge, the handle rises upward. How many cm I don’t remember, I wrote before, now I’m not at home

Well, what to do, to rush about late! I will master this - it seems like nothing, it remains only to bake a biscuit in it! Everything else you need - has already done, like nothing. The fact that there was no display with a countdown was, of course, a very unpleasant surprise for me, I never expected it! There is no instruction! And the recipe cards that look like tarot cards don't even know where to fit them! It's good that the experience of using multicooker is available! And add. I can't find the cup anywhere. A big plus for me - the weight and the presence of a handle, that is, one left - easy! Well, and in appearance - wow!
But I'll wait for the brand's three-liter!
There is no theme for your saucepan, so I'll ask here. What are your impressions, is it worth buying this? I want a 3 liter one, I will soon burst from the choice.

And for cooking, there will be a comparison. I'm still all in doubt and expectation.
My first impression of the dimensions of o1 is smaller when I put it on steam for 15 minutes, time has passed and the water just started to boil, set it for 15 minutes a second time, then I didn't have to do such manipulations in the binatosha, I just put the steam and start, and it seemed to me binatosha I coped with this task faster (well, maybe at the expense of power)
And on cooking, a comparison - if only later, now a lot of things have piled up - I have a kindergarten here, sending to Belarus to my grandmother, work, I don't promise, but if possible I will share my impressions.
I will say one thing that I agree with Mannochka's sensory programs as something more to my liking, initially I didn't really want 01, but how to skip such an action
The husband laughed for a long time in the phone on the telephone at my weakness: spiteful: Well, I could not resist

Svetlana, the last question for the size of the bowls - are they the same at the top in diameter? From the photo there was such an impression.
shelma
Svetlana seems to be the same, but strangely the bowl from the binatoshi falls into the bowl of the ridik, and the bowl of the ridik sinks slightly into the binat one, but the diameter seems to be the same - look

I immediately liked Svetlana Binatoshka, my husband did not even argue, he said that she was also cute to him. When brought the whole family was delighted. Now my husband says, this is my personal cartoon. * JOKINGLY * But the ridic didn’t inspire us, I took it purely because of the action, now everything is needed in thought - not needed, at work everything is in turn - sell. Maybe I'll make friends with him, we'll see.
Svetlana can still be ridiculous ?! There is a milk porridge program, many praise.

I take the baby for the second cartoon for several reasons - if I put the fermented baked milk in the cartoon, it’s busy for almost a day, but I’ve lost the habit of cooking on gas and I don’t want to, I cooked the soup on gas yesterday - I’ve all digested, I ran away a couple of times.
I really want a smaller volume and diameter of baked goods, omelets, casseroles ... too much for two of us, we eat all this for 2-3 days. And so you want to cook at a time, eat at least twice.

Shl. And if milk porridge does not work out, or will run away in the baby, I will cook in Panas. There is always a test porridge.
hybrid
Divchata, there is such a slow cooker, I tried to ferment yogurt 2 times, it didn't work. Both times with zakava vivo, the first time the milk was super pasteurized 1l. , I poured boiling water over everything, warmed the milk a little (barely) added a sourdough, the second time with ordinary pasteurized milk 1l. , boiled it, let it cool to room temperature and fermented it similarly. Both times the multicooker worked for 8 hours, after which it turned out to be a liquid substance and water on top, which tasted sour. I'll try another leaven today.
Manna
Pasteurized, super ... and so on. You don't need to boil milk. It needs to be heated up to 38-40 ° С, stir in the sourdough. Ferment for about 8 hours. If whey appears during this time, it means that the temperature was too high (temperature and / or milk, and / or multicooker). If the multicooker overheats, then try to put a napkin, silicone mat, etc. on the bottom of the bowl and ferment the yogurt in a jar. You can also pour some water into the bowl over the shoulders of the jar.
Manna
hybrid, do you already have experience in making yoghurt? It is not at all necessary that the multicooker overheats. It can be blunders on your part. My first yoghurt in a slow cooker was far from perfect. Serum, however, was not, but it was, how to say, a little liquid Try to make yoghut strictly according to technology. So, heat the milk to 38-40 ° C, add the starter culture, mix (everything is sterile). DO NOT add anything else to milk! Pour milk with sourdough into a bowl and turn on the "Yogurt" mode for 8 hours. Do NOT stir anything during cooking! Check after 8 hours. If the yogurt thickens, put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to ripen. All additives (sugar, honey, jam, fruits / berries) can be added to the finished yogurt.
Manna
I haven't tried Vivo's leaven. I can’t say anything about them. Maybe try another starter culture? Or ... if you have a thermometer, pour water into the bowl and turn on the "Yogurt" mode. In an hour, measure the temperature, you can take another hour and another ... Find out if the multicooker is overheating.
hybrid
Probably I will change the starter culture and try to put a glass jar in a multicooker and fill it with water until the middle ...... On multicooker, they write that it still overheats = (It's very sad.
P. Pendurina
hybrid, I made yogurt in such a slow cooker and just from Vivo starter cultures. I didn't like doing it in a multicooker, these are my reviews, on a multicooker. ru, what overheats and what is inconvenient. You can check overheating yourself and know for sure whether it is overheating or not. I made yogurt a couple of times in a slow cooker, got disappointed and bought the simplest yogurt maker + a separate thermostat (since yogurt makers also overheat) and immediately everything turned out without whey.
About Vivo starter cultures. This is bifivit cooked in a yogurt maker Multicooker Binatone MUC-2116 Multicooker Binatone MUC-2116... Bifivit is more capricious than yogurt, and its structure is more creamy and overheating has a stronger effect, you see the result. I have not tried other leavens (not vivo), there is nothing to compare with.
Regarding the sour taste - well, there is no sugar there, why would it be different? It didn't come out very sour for you, did it, slightly? If I add jam, it no longer becomes sour. And I keep the finished yogurt in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours - the consistency becomes more pleasant. But it still doesn't look like store-bought yogurt.
hybrid
This morning we got yoghurt, so:
1. I changed the sourdough, on Ekokom from the ATB market - 8 UAH a pack per liter, Vivo cost 32 UAH. 4 capsules;
2. UHT milk Farm Frenzy, just left it in the kitchen to reach room temperature;
3. He took 2 small ceramic cups, put them in a multicooker saucepan, poured milk, and poured the contents of the bag onto the eye, so that it would be equally divided (although it is designed for a liter of product), mixed thoroughly;
4. Poured water into the saucepan so that it does not reach the edges of the cups;
5. I put the yogurt mode at 8 o'clock, opened it from time to time, looked what happened, after about an hour or two (I don’t remember exactly, it was late in the evening), the leaven thickened, checked the temperature several times with a baby bath thermometer, dipped it into water, the temperature was about 38-40, the accuracy of the measurements was extremely doubtful, I did not hold it for a long time, it reached 35 quickly, and then slowly crawled to 40, and the device itself does not cause much confidence;
6. Either at 6m, or at 7m (it was already late at night) I checked the yogurt for the last time, he slowly slipped off the spoon and it was decided to round off the process, left the cups in the refrigerator until morning. In the morning I mixed it with strawberries and sugar, it turned out very tasty.
Conclusions:
1. Possible reasons why yoghurt was not produced before?
- poor quality milk (most likely)
- bad leaven (unlikely, because everyone praises Vivo)
- mixed poorly before fermentation (doubtful)

2. The multicooker Binatone MUC-2116 does not seem to overheat.
Thank you all for the advice.

Temperature in yogurt mode - today I took measurements with a sensor on a long wire with a closed lid of a liter of water in yogurt mode, stable in the first hour up to 43 degrees, the second hour is stable at 42, then I did not measure. For lower temperatures, you can cook in glass containers by placing something on the bottom of the saucepan. But even at 42, some crops turn out well.
Bunny
Oh, I want myself such a manun !!! True, we are 4 people in the family .. and 1.6 liters is the volume to the maximum, or even the whole bowl?
Manna
Bunny, this is the volume of the entire bowl. Redmond 02 has the same volume.
Bunny
I bought such a slow cooker and am very pleased with its small volume. Well, the talking function is bullshit, of course ... As for me, I don't need it. Disconnected immediately.
P. Pendurina
And on the contrary, I like "talkativeness", even from a purely practical point of view. My husband can easily choose a mode and forget to press "start", he has already "cooked" in Panasonic several times, but you won't forget in a binaton, because the slow cooker will say "not all the data has been entered ..."
lisa110579
Take in the ranks. I also bought Binatosha, I really wanted little Radik, but here in Ukraine it doesn’t smell and will not smell soon, but I don’t have the strength as I wanted the baby was brought today - soup with lemon for the first, for the second curd casserole from what was (cottage cheese 200, beat 2 eggs with 3 tablespoons of sugar, 30 grams of flour and a pinch of homemade baking powder) the time was noted for 45 minutes. Slightly fell off, but I did not wait to open the lid immediately. I'm happy with the resultMulticooker Binatone MUC-2116 Weight nearly 400g
lisa110579
I also leafed through the recipes - for beginners it is categorically impossible to look there, or divide the portion by 3-4, but understand what we want to get at the exit, otherwise there are liquid levels
But there is also such a recipe as Steamed Cauliflower, so it is recommended to cook it on the Preheat mode for 20 minutes. Tomorrow morning I'll cook a hot milk porridge, check it out.
Manna
Irina, with the baby you! As far as I remember, someone was already cooking porridge on the warmer (Rogue, I think). But I don't remember the result. Maybe I confused that Is there such an intense heating that it reaches the boiling point?
lisa110579
So I went to put water on Heating ...
In general, the initial water temperature is about 20 degrees, after 20 minutes on Heating - 54, after another 15 minutes - 72.4, after another 20 - the same 72-73.
I think Using pasteurized milk, you can steam quick flakes, which are boiled for 5 minutes.
lisa110579
I measured the volume of the bowl to a maximum mark of 1120 ml, so the Redic 01 will be bigger, if anyone is interested in this moment for buying.
Although the pictures looked at comparisons, it seems not very much and more
Manna
Of course, 01 is larger (it is for the full volume of the bowl 2l), but 02 is the same (by 1.6l). Comparison reviews contain this information (there are links on the first page).

73 ° C ... somewhere I thought so. Usually in a multicooker on the Preheat about 70 ° C. As an option "with tambourines", you can boil the porridge in any mode, and then forcedly to heat it.
