And somehow I will not make friends with this regime. I have everything ready, and she puts everything out ...
Katena
I usually do not wait for the end of the regime, I turn it off when I need to
Ofeliya
So this is just an electric pan ... It is important for me to turn off the mode on time. And when this Extinguishing turns off, I have not yet figured out.
Katena
then it was necessary to choose another multicooker, for which you can set the cooking time
the instructions say that the mode extinguishing from 1.15 to 2 hours
you can try stewing on mode bouillon, it lasts less, from 35 to 50 minutes
Ofeliya
I didn't ask for advice on choosing a multicooker.
I have never turned off this mode myself. For vegetables, 2 hours is a lot. Therefore, I am interested in how to get to the minimum 1.15. I don't add water. You may have to try extinguishing in other modes.
Manna
In this slow cooker, I used only two modes all summer: cereals and steam. Cereals for rice, and steam for heating.

Olgahow are you getting on with stewing? Did you find out what the algorithm is?
Ofeliya
I only use Baking and Porridge. But mostly just Baking, for omelets and casseroles for a child
I have not figured out the extinguishing. Tired of tormenting and turning off the timer, freaked out and bought a new 02 (the previous saucepan was damaged). No problem at all now. I bake at 2116, and everything else at 02. Beauty!
Manna
Yes, I also tried stewing and broth a couple of times. There was no time to deal with the algorithms. So I didn't use these modes anymore. Maybe, as time appears, I'll try them again. Or who will solve this riddle earlier.
Manna
Yes, because in the soup mode, the time is regulated. One could try to extinguish on time in this mode.
Ofeliya
In principle, you can extinguish in any mode. But I would like to understand the work of the Extinguishing mode. So ... some modes in 2116 are programmed for a specific time. These are Meat, Broth, Reheating, Baking and Stewing. The last time is 2 hours. There is no less. Unless something starts to burn and the cartoon turns off. I stewed cabbage, did not add water or tomato juice. It worked for exactly 2 hours. So it turns out that in this multicooker you have to forcibly stop some programs. In principle, it's okay. This I have already been spoiled by other models and this one seems to me very poor.
Larssevsk
Olga, I have a Binaton 2130 (almost the same, but 3 liters). Almost all programs in it (except for soup and baking) are sensory, that is, before the liquid has evaporated. Including the extinguishing program. That is, as soon as the multicooker considers that enough liquid has evaporated, it turns off. Because of this, I really like to stew some dishes in this particular multicooker, namely meat with potatoes, mushrooms with potatoes and stew with potatoes (in general, everything with potatoes). The potato turns out with a light golden crust and you don't need to bother. And 2 hours, apparently this is protection "from the fool", for example, if you put a compote on the stew, then by default, regardless of whether the liquid has evaporated or not, the multicooker turns off. I don’t know if she explained clearly the principle of operation of the “stewing” mode - it is simply touch-sensitive and is not suitable for all dishes.
Ofeliya
Larissa, I know what touch mode is. Quenching in 2116 is not one of them. This is the conclusion after many attempts to understand this regime. You should have seen what kind of crumbly cabbage came out of the declared 1:15 in it. But Rice / Sushi, Steam and Groats, yes, they are sensory.
Laslovna
I bought myself this Binatoshka, it became very interesting to try sensory modes such as baking, broth. And also attracted the price of 1200 rubles, how not to buy a baby for such a price. She frankly pleased me, milk porridge does not run away from me, the broth on the program slightly stains the lid. I cook the meat in soup, there you can set the time. The baking is perfect, although I don't understand a bit how the sensor works there to turn off the mode. Kashki also pleased. Yogurt no problem. She is such a nimble straight fellow, I and Redik have it, but the pastries there are very long. So I recommend it even more for this price. I took it for my grandmother, she is also delighted, you do not need to think how many minutes you need to set for cooking porridge or, for example, a cake.
Larssevsk
Oksana, Congratulations. For that kind of money, I would not even think about it. Now a simple bucket is more expensive

Yogurt no problem
can you give a recipe?
I have never made yogurt
Laslovna
There is a lot of information on yoghurt on the forum. I make with Vivo sourdough. You can use any classic (sugar and fruit free) yogurt as a starter. For example, 1 liter of pasteurized milk, 100 grams of yogurt and for 6 hours in a multicooker for the yogurt program, I do right in the bowl.
Here is a topic about yogurt

I do it right in the bowl.
that's what I like
I did it in Panasonic, but it's problematic, you need to pour water into the bowl, put the cans in it and turn it on for 15 minutes every hour, I did it once and I don't want to mess around
but in this one, if everything is so simple, I will definitely try
I'll go for milk right now
Laslovna
Good luck! If yogurt is prepared from a ready-made sour milk product, the fermentation process is reduced to 5 hours, and sometimes after 4 hours the yogurt is already ready.
Katena
I will try to make from activity and milk for now
Thank you
Katena
Yesterday I made a thermostatic activator and a liter of milk from the package, it turned out to be a thick curdled milk, it does not look like yogurt at all
cooked for 5 hours
Laslovna
The multicooker is small and remote, too much for its power volume, it can overheat. Try to reduce the time. Although, on the other hand, a temperature rise above 42 degrees makes yogurt just a fermented milk product, and not yogurt with beneficial bacteria, when the temperature rises above 42 degrees, bifido bacteria die.
Yes, I also get yogurt in record time. Here's four and a half hours:
Multicooker Binatone MUC-2116

Today I specially measured the temperature. 41 degrees. I think that with periodic heating, overheating of the product is still possible.
There is only one conclusion: pour water into the bowl, and put the milk with sourdough in the container, you will get a better product in terms of usefulness and consistency!

I will try at the bank if I find a suitable one
I still think, maybe I took the thermostat activation in vain, I needed the usual
Katena
in your photo it is homogeneous, but I got it in lumps
Laslovna
Unfortunately I have no idea what thermostat activation is.

yogurt like that
composition - milk, ferment, bifidobacteria
Laslovna
I know what actinia is, but the term thermostatic ...... thermal eski processed ???
Katena
I do not know, I seem to have read in the topic about yoghurts that they also make from it
Laslovna
I know that anemones should be classic, without sugar and fruit. Well, if the girls wrote what can be used, then it is so.
Katena
it was not very fresh, maybe because of this
next time I'll take the usual
Laslovna
Take fatter milk, the yogur will be thick. Fermenting yoghurt in an extra pot has its advantages. You can immediately put it in the refrigerator in this dish without shifting it, thereby preserving the jelly-like structure of the yogurt.

took the fattest
they also advise adding powdered milk for density, I will also try
Laslovna
Are you sure that milk powder is natural?

So the price attracted me, though a little more - 1600. Oksana, please tell me, what porridges do you cook in broth? In the sense of what cereals. And how many things. I can't find a program for myself. Unfortunately, there is no specific regimen for porridge in this baby ... Our favorite is wheat porridge.
And how polite! "Good day!" "Let me help you" "Caution, hot!"
Laslovna
On the broth program, I cook rice milk porridge: 1 multi-glass of rice, 2 glasses of water and 3 milk, lard, sugar, butter. I put everything in at once.
Irishka CH
Clearly. I will try. Thank you!

In this case, it is generally dangerous to ferment on it - it is not known what can grow there. Better to use specials. sourdough. After all, over-starter culture is recommended only within 2 days after the primary culture when stored in a sterile container in the refrigerator. And how many are these ready-made yoghurts and under what conditions were stored ...
Katena
I didn't seem to be poisoned, I ate one glass of jam, baked pancakes for the rest
I saw sourdoughs for only 600 rubles, it's a little expensive, but what if I don't succeed or I don't like the result

there was simply no other

Try buying fresh classic yogurt. I can't recommend anything about the starter cultures, they bring me from Ukraine, you can store them in the freezer for up to a year. Maybe the girls will recommend something, go to the yogurt topic.

from the purchased ones - look for Mechnikov's curdled milk. In general, leaven is better, since they are sold everywhere now.

Hello, today I could not resist and bought myself this baby. In our city now there is a discount on it - it costs 999 rubles. Taking into account the accumulated bonuses, it cost me 699 rubles. My husband, of course, once again laughed at me, but allowed me to buy. I read the whole topic and found a lot of useful tips for myself (thanks to everyone who unsubscribes about their impressions), but still there are a few questions about the modes. What is the specificity of the Meat mode, should the meat be fried or stewed on it? If extinguishing, then how does it differ from extinguishing? For example, I need to make goulash or meatballs, so that there is also gravy. Which mode should I choose for this? And what is the difference between Rice / Sushi and Groats modes. Which one is better for cooking pilaf?
alsou8987
I am quietly mastering my Binatosha. I really liked the baking in it, baked charlotte and a couple of muffins, MV bakes for about 45 minutes. During this time, everything is perfectly baked, and the size of the baking is just right so that the leftovers do not hang out for several days.
I tried to make barley in meat broth on the Groats mode, it turned out well, but it got a little hot on the bottom. I made pasta for the child in the same mode, the foam rose to the inner removable lid (after cooking it washed it without any problems and wiped the seal), the valve was clean, the pasta was also slightly fried from below. I think this mode is more suitable for pilaf, so that at the end the dish is slightly browned. I'll have to try Rice mode, I wonder how it differs from Groats
She made meatballs on the Meat mode, poured them with gravy so that they would just be closed: it took about 40 minutes to cook, the gravy remained somewhere about 1/5 of the original volume. Next time I will try to make them on Extinguishing.
But I jumped with milk porridge Still, the mode of Milk porridge is not declared here, you have to arrange dances with tambourines. I usually cook porridge in the evening and leave it warm until morning. My milk ran away on Broth and Soup with Stewing.I adapted to cook it like this: I bring the porridge to a boil in Soup, cook, stirring it, for 10-20 minutes with the lid open (depending on the cereal), then turn off the mode and put it on heating until morning. It turns out an excellent porridge!
alsou8987
By the way, this MV is now my son's favorite (he is two years old). When he hears her talking, she runs to the kitchen at a run. Calls her "aunt", asks her for "yum-yum" My husband and I lay under the table laughing on the first day
Ofeliya
Has anyone come across a pan replacement for this binatoshi? Can you order through the service? Or buy it somewhere else?
ket66
I bought a baby for gifts for 990 rubles.
alsou8987
Purely out of sports interest, I made veal goulash using the Stew mode (meat, some water, tomato paste, sour cream, salt and spices). The program lasted 2 hours, the meat was ready, of course, but still harsh for my taste. I switched on the Broth mode for about 20-30 minutes. The meat became softer. I think this mode is suitable for chicken, but for beef you need to select a different one.
If we compare in Panasonic 18, then in 2 hours of stewing I got an excellent goulash without additional time.
Ofeliya
Maybe the beef failed? I stewed beef for the child and the meat was soft.
alsou8987
Maybe I cooked this batch of meat before only in a pressure cooker. There, of course, everything worked out.
alsou8987
Three days for this MV promotional price of 500 rubles. (at your local store your home). You can also pay 30% with bonuses. I think I'll take another one for the extra. bowls.
