: girl_skakalka: girls! Today I bought a binatone mac-2116. Small, pretty, she does everything and pretty quickly. Made today super rice, broth too. A girl speaks and music plays, just a toy! I have a Bork u700, but I needed a small one. The plastic looks good, the book is fanned out - 47 recipes are pretty good, not exotic as in others. Pretty !!!

I thought this baby was cute!

And she also talks!

sola19, we look forward to hearing from you about her.

The bowl is quite decent, considering that it all weighs 2kg 350g, it is clear that it is not bork, but the coverage is quite ... Only 10 built-in programs, no free mode (for setting time and temperature) Each mode is described in the instructions and the book time. There is no clock, but in the modes you can set the time yourself. For example, a yogurt program is designed for 6-10 hours., You can set 8 hours - who likes what - sour, normal or at least fermented. This can be done in all modes except three. The heating mode can be switched on separately. The built-in sensors, as I have understood so far, determine the cooking time themselves (sort of like in bork), because I put some rice. - She cooked it not for 45 minutes, as in the plate, but for 30 minutes. But it is written there, so far it seems that the characteristics correspond to those stated in the description. The lid is inside and the valve is easy to remove and wash. How else will I prepare something, I will write. What's interesting - ask.

I'm immediately interested in PORRIDGE in this mule.

Please cook me porridge, preferably rice, in this baby.
Yeah, I'm also wondering, for 0.5 multi-glass of rice and 2.5 milk and after how long it will be completely ready, whether heating will be needed after the program to thicken the porridge ...

And you are guerrillas of mulberries, your men only cook nada in 6 liter multi!

Well, to be honest, for one it is ideal, for two it is not "bigmouth". In it, by the way, there is not a basket, but a plate for a double boiler on silicone legs. Colonel, spoon and glass included. But I only use silicone spoons !!
vernisag
Yeah, I even presented one portion of porridge, a casserole from 1 pack of cottage cheese, a biscuit of 2 eggs, an omelet of 2-3 eggs ... my daughter doesn't eat all this and I have to take half (of a large multi) to work, in general product translation ...

Oh, why cry, a little? I just dreamed of such a volume ...
I'm not used to cooking in such volumes, the family is big ... even scary ... maybe I bought it too small ... even my mother is still in shock. She also cooks for her grandchildren with basins in the country. But I seem to be happy ...

In, in and I about that! In general, we go to small volumes! I have already bought a small bread maker, now I need small pots ... (I already started giving out large ones to relatives)

sola19, and I wonder if this girl's voice is loud? Not sharp? Don't you flinch from the sound if you're standing next to me?
The voice is very pleasant, of medium volume, but when it finishes cooking, it does not speak, and the music plays ... 4-5 seconds ...
The cupcake is ready! Diameter 10 cm, height 8-9. Cooked, delicious ... but added 10 minutes. just in case, it seemed that a little is needed ...
I bought it in the techport online store for 4290 plus 400 rubles shipping. Everything on time ... brought, checked, opened the lid inside, the valve, showed how to wash .. well done. I would be afraid to open this cover myself, after the boring it seemed at first weak. But no, then I realized that there is no condensate collector, this is what is needed to make washing convenient.

So then you need to buy a raclette ... at the dacha we are famously sitting in a gazebo with our family or friends ... we cook ... each in his own frying pan, meat on top ... bowls with ingredients on the table ... class ... cheap and angrily...

Marble stone for meat, under it there are 8 frying pans ... the hostess must cut vegetables in advance: onions, peppers, mushrooms, in general, something who loves ... the cheese must melt well. People are sitting around, chatting, each of them has meat, fries chicken on a stone ... vegetables, mushrooms, etc. are baked in a frying pan under cheese. But if you come to such a party hungry ... you will die of hunger ... while you eat ... but interesting, unusual reception of guests ...

So I thought that most likely this function would have to be turned off very quickly. Then is it worth paying money for it? And as I understand it, it is she who increases the cost of this multicooker ... significantly ...

Girls, instead of millet porridge, mom decided to check hercules ...
tin ... the porridge mode is shorter, suitable for hard-to-cook cereals, the mode lasts 55 minutes, the oatmeal is baked with a casserole during this time, you need something else for the rolled oats, you can just pour boiling water and heating? there is no one to ask .... But I read on the forum that some did this, but you can't put it on the timer. In short, you need to experiment .... But by the way, there is no Hercules even in the recipes for this mule.
One of these days I will cook another one, nevertheless, probably millet, while something is upset ... The mood has dropped.

Natasha, do not worry.
You can adapt in any multicooker. Try, first of all, another porridge, rolled oats are still, in my opinion, not quite for a multicooker. Many adapt to cooking oatmeal, in my Brand 37501, oatmeal also works, but again, not in all mules. Perhaps another program will do, maybe extinguishing, is there such a program? or heating. In general, I personally cook oatmeal for five minutes on the stove and I do not want to cook it in a mule at all, but my daughter is happy to cook it in a mule.
We are waiting for your results!

Is the Milk Porridge program in this multicooker not sensory? Ie.is it strictly 55 minutes? Well ... it's about that time for all the crumbs and crumbs. And the flakes ... I cook rolled oats only under supervision. 20-30 minutes is enough for this porridge.

Control panel programs And cooking time range:

Sushi rice. 20-45 minutes
Double boiler. 18-25 minutes
Meat. 35-1.20
Bouillon. 35-50
Soup. 1-4 hours
Quenching. 1.15-2 hours
Groats. 55-1.10 hours
Yogurt. 6-10 hours
Bakery products. 40-1 hour
Warming up. 15-20 minutes

In these ranges, you can set the time for soup and yogurt, the rest of the programs are a sensor from the volume, as I understand so far ...

Manna
I think he will run away. And not because oatmeal, but because milk at 100 ° C will constantly overheat. Milk needs about 98 ° C so that it does not boil.

Girls, finally have something to tell about this mule ... After long and hard work, my mother and I learned how to cook porridge in it ... 98 degrees. They cooked rolled oats and semolina, turning off the porridge mode after 20-30 minutes. And lo and behold! It turned out Hercules! But you will have to turn off the mode yourself ... The second joke, the puncture was with millet! Mom decided to do it without me and it was just Mishka's porridge production! Took a recipe from a book from our mule:
3 cups of millet for 5 cups of milk ... It was under the full volume of a lilliputian saucepan, respectively, when I opened it after 1 hour 10 minutes ... Nothing boiled, the millet is raw, there is no water ... I put it aside, refilled it, cooked it .. Tin .... I stuffed all the pans with porridge and threw the muck into the trash. Mom already wanted to throw out Nyusya (this is her first mule) .... but the second attempt was super !!!
Rinse half a glass of cereal,
3 cups of milk
1.5 m glass of water (who loves dairy, then milk)
Sugar salt
As a result, two servings of wonderful tasty porridge !!!!
The volume of the saucepan is slightly less than half.
We will continue to master ...

Here, but I just thought today that the silence, nothing is heard ... I wanted to ask myself.
Still, I think that Brandovtsy are great! They do not cheat, they give equipment for testing; people are connected and things are moving forward with joint efforts in favor of buyers and of course the company.
And then when one ... no one will tell you, no one will throw up ideas, and there is no company representative on the forum ... sad.
Natasha, I wish you good luck, I hold my fists for you and the mulyu and look forward to further victories!
Manna
These are the crooked instructions that scare away the discoverers of multicooker with their results. I do not look at all recipes in the instructions. And for mom, it's probably better to prepare your own recipes (in proportion to such a small volume) so that she no longer has such punctures with porridge
sola19

Hello girls! Something in my regiment is not adding to the people ... I tried new mule modes:
1. Fillet steamed chicken breast. I poured water to a plate of steam: first I put one breast - the mode lasted 20 minutes - everything is ready! For the experiment, I put two breasts of 300 grams each for the second time! Fitted! The built-in sensors were apparently "weighed", because the mode of the steamer's peaks increased by itself and as a result lasted 43 minutes! Fillet is soft, completely ready!
2. I decided to make yoghurt in a multicooker bowl: I warmed up 1 liter of 6% milk, added a tablespoon of sugar, Activia natural yoghurt, mixed it, set the timer for 8 hours. Voila! By six in the morning, the music had played ... The alarm clock was at half past six, lay for half an hour, opened it, the yogurt was thick, warm ...The only inconvenience is that I did not want to put the bowl of yogurt in the refrigerator and poured it into a saucepan (I used to put it in a plastic liter bucket in my yogurt maker right away - an even "crust" freezes on top, but this is not here). But in the end, the yogurt turned out to be good - thick, not sweet, because everyone in the family loves it differently: who adds jam to their cup, who eats it without additives, who just cuts canned peaches or berries ...

sola19

And that in 8 hours, no whey was formed in the yogurt? Great!
[/ quote]
No, I always put on a liter of milk for 7-8 hours in an ice cream maker (there is a bowl for 1.2 liters) and there is no whey either. I've read here on the site that they overheat, but thank God, it didn't affect me.
The only thing in the slow cooker, it seemed that it was a little sour for me, next time I will put it at 7 o'clock.
Manna
It should remain on the rim of the silicone gasket on the lid, the excess flows down to the sides around the bowl, and if there is a lot of condensation, then into the bowl.

My cabbage rolls on the "meat" mode also burned a little, probably something is wrong with the sensor. There is also a m / in Panasonic, nothing burns in it.

Galaxy, do you have experience in multicooker cooking? Tell us exactly how you made the porridge and omelet. Let's try to understand what is the reason
No, this is my first slow cooker. Cooked rice exactly according to the recipe on the "cereal" mode. I made an omelet in the "baking" mode, turned it off after 10 minutes (opened the lid, it was already ready) and left it in the off position. In the morning I cooked millet - I added 2 times more water than according to the recipe, the result is the same as with rice, everything boiled away even before the end of the program. I cooked the broth on the "broth" mode (it turned off itself after 40 minutes), a small piece of meat remained tough. In general, while some frustration, I thought to go to take it, but there are no compelling reasons for returning
Manna
Galaxy, You and two other forum participants have this slow cooker, the rest have no instructions. We cannot understand what you are failing if you do not specify the proportions exactly.

So, you write that you cooked millet. According to the instructions, as we found out earlier, it is recommended to cook millet porridge in a 3: 5 ratio. You added 2 times more milk. This means that they cooked millet porridge in a ratio of 3:10 or 1: 3.3. This is a very thick millet. Even I (I like thick cereals) cook millet milk in a ratio of 1: 4. I will advise you to cook milk porridge (rice or millet) like this: 0.5 mst of cereal for 2.5-3 mst of milk.

Broth in 40 minutes? This is what you can make a broth from in such a time? The mode is clearly for finely chopped meat (chicken, for example) or fish.

Cook broths on the "Soup" mode for at least an hour, and preferably 1.5 (after all, the time can be changed there).
Manna
Girls, I just thought ... is there a boil on the "Broth" mode? Maybe try to risk cooking milk porridge in this mode. The mode is suitable for the time, but I don't know the temperature

Manna
It just seemed to me (theoretically) that the "Broth" mode is similar in parameters to the "Milk porridge" mode. Only I'm not sure if the temperature is below 100 ° C.
That is, this does not mean that this is a regime (what did you say there?) Soup-porridge-baking. I hope this slow cooker is not one of those

Mannochka, I have 508 in Polaris, these modes are in one program, in Panas it seems almost the same too, if I'm not mistaken. so it seems to me that we write / think the same thing.

I cooked millet in the following proportion - a glass of cereal, 2 glasses of milk, 2.5 glasses of water. Turned off the "cereal" mode ahead of time, it turned out dry and slightly burnt. I expected that the cartoon would cook myself, but here I have to constantly open the lid and check the readiness of the dish. It turns out that in order to cook porridge, you need to interrupt the mode in the middle. And a question for experienced ones - is it possible to open the lid often during cooking or is it not desirable?

Take the ratio of porridge 1: 5 (6).
It is better not to open the lid on touch modes.

When the broth was boiled, it boiled, and when the porridge was boiled, the water comes out until the water boils away, the regime ends, as I understand it?

I'm not talking about that ... It is important that after boiling the temperature drops, otherwise the milk will "run."

Panasonic has a separate "milk porridge" mode. I think, maybe you can try the milk on "stewing", there definitely shouldn't boil anything, but turn it off depending on what is being boiled: cereals or flakes. A problem with this milk porridge!
Manna
Well ... that means ... the "Cereals" mode is not "Milk porridge" ... I think this is just the mode for side dishes, because the milk burns. And the "Rice Sushi" mode is more suitable for milk porridge, because sushi rice has a viscous consistency. But I still think that the porridge on the "Rice" will be too thick. I would try the porridge on the "Bouillon" - there should be more liquid left - so it shouldn't burn.
