Albina, I have two pressure cookers - one Liberty, the other Saturn. Satisfied with both. Choosing SCV and knowing that they all work according to the same principle, I proceeded from the price point of view. And one and the other of the cheapest. And to Liberty also a spare saucepan is inexpensive. So decide quickly, they are all good and join us.
KEI
to mary_kyiv, yes, thanks, I also have such a saucepan, I first bought a saucepan ((I thought I was buying it for Orion), and then I bought Liberty so that the saucepan would not stand idle.)) I wanted to buy on taobao with honeycombs and thickened upside down, it seems, they write in advertising that in such pans everything is "fluffy", but our size is definitely not there
mary_kyiv
with honeycomb and thickened bottom

I have such a saucepan for a multicooker. as for me, it is not very strong, there, its honeycomb affects the taste, but, it is inconvenient to bake in it, you need to put silicone paper. It seems to be warmed up somehow differently, it is good for stewing and porridge, but not particularly for baking (biscuits casseroles).
By the way, I bought such a saucepan at Tao for a long time already.

And for the pressure cooker, I first bought a handicraft pot, looked what was good and then bought a pressure cooker for the pan.

The girls need your help .... if the dough for a biscuit is divided into two parts and two cakes are poured out, then the time for dumping is also 2 times less ??? or how?
fronya40
no, it takes 30 minutes :-) at least a little, at least a lot :-)

Girls, hello, but I have not pestered you yet?
I squeeze the circle of choice of SMV (soon a multi-purpose). I'm from Ukraine, it's still really possible at the moment to buy it in our Internet and just stores, and at the same time a ring and a cup (smart, I read the topic from cover to cover), what would it be without any tao bao ... is all this dreary and wait a long time? And if suddenly there is a SC?
There is no yogurt function, I understand correctly?

RIGHT!

why did she burn, and did not turn off herself

Girls, a huge request - please measure the tehmag saucepan - height, diameter with and without sides and "waist". Really needed.
Thank you in advance.

Still need measurements?

and what does it mean sinks ?? I seem to be fine ...
fronya40
I’ll explain it to you - we just put the valve in the closed position, right? Put the milk to boil ... and the valve turns out to be on an acre, literally half a millimeter didn’t, but I don’t see it visually ... and milk poured through the valve ...
that's why I'm always on the lookout, until the pressure builds up, and then I can move away :-)

Girls, can you bake such a plan in our soon-miracle? https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=163004.0 it is clear that it is round, but the shape is not important to me)

breaks and bakes?
fronya40
well, yes, everything is as usual with the dough - you kneaded it, the dough stood, then put it in a bowl, heat it up a little, and then turn on the pastries and bake.
lambada
Girly hi someone baking a classic 6-egg sponge cake? How long did it take you? I still can't figure out when the biscuit is already ready and so as not to dry it out, so if it springs when pressed with a finger, the dough does not stick to the toothpick, but the toothpick itself seems to be a little licky or greasy, can you turn it off or add more time? ??

So far I use only one gray one, it seems normal, but the biquits even burn a little on paper, I haven't used black yet

This is the third time I've made soup with dried mushrooms. It turns out very very aromatic.
The recipe is the simplest. so

Mushroom soup
Soak dried mushrooms in hot water for about half an hour.
Cut the potatoes into cubes. Finely chop the onion and carrots, as for frying. (I shredded everything in a meat grinder literally in a minute). Preheat a greased pressure cooker in any setting. Pour in the onion-carrot mixture. Stir, lower the valve and cook at high pressure for 2 or 3 minutes, release the steam, open the lid and continue to fry to remove excess liquid. Pour potatoes into a saucepan, add any broth (I had chicken), add soaked mushrooms along with liquid. Salt, pepper, no more seasonings are needed, since mushrooms give a very strong aroma. Close the lid and cook at high pressure for 10 minutes.

and the fish is delicious and soup

Girls, your prodigal daughter, returned to the Libert family
Only this happened not with the aim of taking away the beloved fast food from relatives, but by acquiring it from Tanyusha-Froni, who acquired a bunch of Polaris and I offered to send it to me, because this is my first pressure cooker lyuboFF and I have the warmest feelings for her, not looking at the second follower Vimar who feeds me delicious yoghurts.
And they also say that things and equipment have no destiny, this cartoon, in less than a year since its sale, has decimated 3 corners of Ukraine - western, eastern and mine - almost northern, because initially it was intended for Zoya-drakusja, and then did not live with Froni
In general, here is the first blank in the native SV

chicken liver for a quick PATTERN from julifera
Then I will expose the result, and now I waited on the onion on Rice, added the liver, closed the lid, because in the pan it shamelessly shoots, but here such beauty, a couple of minutes and the liver is fried and stewed, then I put some liquid on the beans to evaporate

Liberty has been living with me since March, I can't even imagine. as I used to do without it)) Thanks to the girls for the advice when choosing, I have never regretted the purchase and did not put it on the far shelf - I use it all the time. And on my tip, 2 more people got this SV - they are also happy. Convenient with a spare pot. So who else doubts the choice, I advise you to take it, because for little money this is a good assistant in the kitchen (and mom has more time for herself, dad or children)
annnushka27
I subscribe to every word! My pressure cooker works several times a day.And the spare pan directly replaces the second one.
fronya40
Ruska, hiwtttttt :-) it's so good that everyone is happy! and I will see you more often!
if not for you, porridge for cats would have been cooked in it, because I am a plushkin, I collect everything, and they stand unclaimed under the table, and the CCS is so good, put both on gas. stove, but I remember Liberty and I think it's good that to Rus, it's all its own, but I would never let go ...
fronya40
Russia, Polaris is also good, but all the baked goods in Liberty are much better!
but my trips to the store for Polaris did not end, yesterday I ordered a comfy for my daughter :-) here she cannot have a pressure cooker, she will forget to close the valve at a stop :-)

This is not the first time I have experimented this way, for rye, where sourness is needed - just right and instead of pure honey there was honey with foundation.

Girls, I seem to have a problem: today I cooked soup and all the time until the pressure was set from under the lid (in front, where the display is), steam came out. I turned it off, checked the ring, everything seemed to be as usual, turned it on, and again the same nonsense! The pressure built up, the countdown started, but steam came out from under the lid all the time. First time like this, I was upset. What could it be? do you need to contact a service center, or can someone fix this problem themselves?
rusja
I also had this several times with the last SV and with Fronina, I can’t point out the reason, if steam already starts to leak for some reason, then it leaks out during the whole cooking. But next time it doesn't happen. Therefore, hope for the best and there are unidentified phenomena with SV.
lambada
I do not seem to have this yet, but it happens that I open it, and the inner lid lies on the pan, lags behind, you need to buy a spare ring, it can be seen that it already does not fit well and does not hold
Alice's mom
Hello, I also bought myself a pressure cooker, already cooked a borschik, and stewed cabbage, I really liked it. : girl_dance: Now I want to try chicken jellied meat, can someone tell me in what sequence (should I cook the meat separately to remove the foam?) and when to add spices? Thanks for attention
fronya40
Alice's mom, I first boil the meat on the stove, drain the broth, pour it on a new one and into the well.

about the falling off lid, there is a rubber pip, it probably is on the wrong side, I changed places and stopped falling away.

Svetylic
Yes, it was still an unidentified phenomenon! in the evening I cooked buckwheat - and everything was normal, no steam

Good day to all! Girls, they are praising the Liberty pressure cooker here, I've read a lot and I'm going to buy :) Although there are not enough modes, later I want to pick up recipes with the help of the forum. Only I doubt about the volume, whether the 5L bowl is too big for a family of 3 people (me, my husband and 1.6 years old son). Honestly, there is no time to look through all the correspondence on the forum, therefore, help me determine in some points:
1. Is it possible to somehow prepare in it for a child for 1 small portion 250-300 ml?
2. Considering that under pressure I am afraid to leave the saucepan on and go for a walk with the child, is it possible to cook dishes, the same milk porridge, soup or vegetable stew without pressure?
3.and also, I really like potatoes with liver, can the liver be cooked under pressure, does it not explode, or is it better to try without pressure, or is it not worth cooking the liver in a multi-pressure cooker at all?
Please answer who can. Your advice is very necessary !!!
rusja
Alex30
Of course, we must take into account that the Liberty model was a year old and pressure cookers at that time were not very good on the market. a lot, but this one appeared at a reasonable price, so everyone was happy with this one, for a change, take a closer look at the Polaris, they are now leading the market in terms of functionality.
Now for questions
1.a small portion can be cooked either in the SV itself or in a smaller bowl for a couple of Marie Kiev here wrote how she cooked
2. Almost all modes with pressure, without it just Baking, if you cook all the time without gaining pressure, the saucepan will simply burn out from overheating. And this is in all SV. Therefore, if you are afraid, buy a cartoon of them very much now than SV.
3. The liver is preparing perfectly ANY - nothing explodes !!
