Well, I'm afraid to let off steam. Or rather, I don't know how to do it. I put meat and beans on borsch to cook in the "Legumes" mode. It sawed through, I wrapped a towel around my hand and released the valve. This is kapets! Should it sizzle for so long?

if there is a lot of water and, accordingly, steam, then YES
nelya
Opened ... phew! So what? the beans are not cooked I threw potatoes and sauerkraut. Which button to press
mary_kyiv
The steam will go down on its own, but it takes some time.
If you immediately release the pressure by turning the valve knob, it will sizzle and even splash with boiling water. it is better not to do this, because then you will have to wash both the lid and the valve. Especially do not do this with milk or milk porridge.
It is best to lightly turn the valve knob and slowly release the pressure. It will only take a couple of minutes more, but everything will be neat and there will be no gushing jet of steam.
And you can't hold your hand over the valve itself, you have to grab the lever from the side so as not to scald your fingers ..
nelya
Thank you for your advice. I see that I will cook the borsch until the morning. I put the meat and beans ... pressure is gaining, cooking, steam is squeezing. I dumped potatoes with cabbage ... pressure is gaining, cooking, steam coming down. Then I'll add borscht dressing ... maybe without steam, but

Do not be afraid, just don’t need your hand ... And I covered it correctly with a towel.
I turn the valve handle on the Brand 6050 with a wooden spoon with a long handle. In our topic about 6050 girls came up with, however, I do not remember where it is written.
Maybe you can do that too?

Why take so long? I fry (onions, carrots, beets, tomatoes), pour them into the CB, then I put everything else - cabbage, chicken, sweet. pepper, potatoes, celery, boiled beans (which I previously cooked a full cycle on Legumes), a bed of grass, pour hot water - and soup for 13 minutes (you don't know which mode). Everything is cooked, especially when you consider that celera, chicken, sweet. I can put pepper straight from the freezer ...
If beef, then in borscht with beans it is necessary to lay down immediately with beans, you did everything right!

and I decided to cook cupcakes , and then I think, I'll cook it in the borehole, poured the dough into a silicone mold and put the oven on, so don't repeat my mistake. first I set it for 30 minutes, then another 20, and it was all raw, then I psychonula-turned the cake over, took off the mold and put the oven back on. so don't do that!
nelya
It's just that I'm not patient, and this is the constant descent and collection of steam during cooking for me ... And how does it work in the "multicooker" mode? Do we leave the valve open? but doesn't she, too, "think" before starting cooking?
fronya40
well then you should have bought a slow cooker.
if you keep the valve open, it will sizzle.
Why are you so upset, everything is prepared quickly and you don't have to let off steam all the time.

I have a slow cooker, Panasonic I am wondering how to quickly cook borscht, for example. I didn't know all the nuances: dial-lower ... Well, nothing, I will learn and I will do everything quickly
And if, for example, the "Soup" program, and I'm all 15 minutes. is not necessary, and less is not done, can you stop work? Well, for example, I threw the greens and I need them to "gurgle for a minute." What buttons should I press this "minute"?
fronya40
there is a plus sign and a minus sign at the bottom.
I was taught to do borscht like this, put everything in the broth, and 30 minutes and everything is ready.
fronya40
tomorrow I will also try to cook borscht in it. I can’t make up my mind. When I cooked it, pour it into a saucepan and bring it to a boil, that's when I throw the garlic and herbs.

This is the beginning of borsch. Veal and not soaked beans were cooked. Then potatoes with sauerkraut in soup - 25 minutes, and then with borsch dressing and sour cream in soup for another 15

Anyway, this is a lot, try to cut each tab in half in time, while it is gaining steam, the time goes on and the products are cooked, and then while it is bleeding off, too. Therefore, vegetables need no more than 15 minutes and throw the borsch dressing along with everything - believe me, it will not get worse and nothing will be hardened

Thanks, I'll try:)
And on what program and how much per minute. Do you stew cabbage? common cabbage, white cabbage
rusja
I didn't stew cabbage, I like it the old fashioned way in a gosyatnitsa
Nelya, but about the borscht, if I cook it beforehand, not immediately on the table, then I let the steam go down completely myself and then all the vegetables are moderately boiled and not like porridge in the soup. Therefore, I put it on for 10-12 minutes, after boiling the meat with kvassol on Okista or Legumes.
fronya40
Nelya, I was cooking cabbage just today. fried carrots, onions in a pan, there (I had the remainder, neither here nor there) dry sausage, there, and bell peppers. poured the chopped cabbage into the bowl, mixed it with salt, seasoning in a frying pan and turned on the RIS program for 12 minutes. everything is ready. delicious.

Total cooking time: frying onions in a high pressure cooker in a pressure cooker for 2 minutes + 2 minutes + 8 minutes for stewing bush with sausages. The cabbage was ordinary, winter white cabbage.

Today I was sorting out the remains of vegetables on the balcony and found a lonely buryachina there. I decided to make borscht.

Apparently, you can say goodbye to the hope of spare pots. Well, if only there are deposits somewhere.Today I spoke with a person who works directly with suppliers, I wanted to ask him about Liberty 860, I need a cartoon. So he said that there will be no more Liberty. Advised to take Orion.
It’s strange somehow, they’ll bring in, they’ll sell the ambassador too ...
drakusja
The Hilton 3909 cartoon is still very much praised, it has a ceramic saucepan. And, even with yogurt jars. And in Orion, many complain about a weak latch, which breaks down very quickly .. And the question of choice, as always.

Tanya, how's the pie? How long did you bake?

means tse so. I put the pie yesterday for 50 minutes, poured the cabbage, poured it with dough, and my cabbage was charred so cool. then you must first pour the dough, then the filling and the dough on top. and the cake itself is delicious!
Anyuta, congratulations on your purchase!

When I bought Liberton the same thing, they sold it out, and then they said it was removed from production and will no longer be, and now it turned out that they will soon be delivered.
As for Orion, I have been for two years now, I'm very happy with it, when I have to, I'll buy it, especially since here on the site I bought a stainless steel spare wheel and Teflon for it.
There were jokes with a latch, but it's easy to fix it yourself, they tell in the topic.
about the Hilton, I don’t know, but I have a friend, for a month to change two Hilton kettles, they will work for a week and burn ...

and I still cooked last night mushroom pickle ... very tasty, 20 minutes on the soup, threw everything and got everything ready. recommend.

Girls, and I have an epic with a lid, which ended in victory :-) After reading about Zoya's torment, I decided not to remove the lid at all, but she took it and took off herself. my heart almost stopped. I began to dress and freak out. and then my husband came into the kitchen, and he put it on so cleverly once :-) it turns out, there really is no mechanism, just put it on the runners in one position ..... that was the fear. phew :-)

Girls, yesterday I so wanted to express my delight from stewed cabbage with sausage for 12 !!! minutes. Mom could not brag, she does not know about my next acquisition - she will not understand))) How delicious it came out))) And in such a time. A lot of joy! Thank you very much!!!)))
There is no Internet, nothing is visible (pictures) only takes anger. Tomorrow from work I'll look at your goodies)))
fronya40
Nelya, congratulations! I, too, was so delighted with this cabbage! why so fast. it is, of course, watery, unlike the one in the pan, but how fast!

and I put the borscht, cooked the beans separately in the borehole, and now I threw everything and for 15 minutes, let's see what happens. I was going to try everything in a slow cooker, but nothing ...
annnushka27
My today's biscuit, from 4 eggs, 1 st. sugar, 1st. flour. I beat the eggs badly, since there is no mixer, therefore, she insured herself and added 0.5 hours. l. baking powder. My child spent the whole evening arranging "concerts" for us, so I didn’t trick with decoration and cream, smeared it with peach jam, I just wanted to check the Baking program. I am happy with the result!

I want to try this NEW BISCUIT ... really interesting recipe?
I noticed that the biscuits in it are super-duper, but the cake was baked, though I moved away from the recipe - it turned out to be "thick". and the cottage cheese casserole in a slow cooker was better .... or maybe it just happened?

nelya
Oh girls, pretty girls Anyutka, well done! I'll try to bake a biscuit too. Sorry, no photos, I'm completely out of time
Stewed cabbage I have never been so tasty. I just added a good portion of cream there. Probably because of them, she came out so tasty.
And yesterday the little ones at 21.00 wanted mashed potatoes ... I got angry, because I had already done my manicure and did not want to touch the kitchen. But then I wondered how quickly the pressure cooker would cook potatoes. In 10 minutes. cooking on the "rice" program, everything was cooked (the truth was letting off steam, otherwise they stood over the pan as if they were starving for centuries).
Today at work, everyone's ears were buzzing, so pleased

And I pour boiling water over the pasta and cook, if usual, then 2 minutes, if hard varieties, then 4 minutes on high pressure. I fill it with water, right? just to cover. Then I drain the water, add the trade wind and rub the Parmesan directly into the pan, there are a couple of basil leaves, mix and for 1 minute VD. You can also add fried minced meat or chopped sausages or mushrooms to the cheese. Awesome paste comes out. so fragrant, straight italy.
I have never been able to get such a gorgeous pasta in ordinary dishes as in a pressure cooker.

Girls, I have a question: how did you get used to our steamer? I cooked vegetables for a vinaigrette, peeled and directly on this stand, well, and then I did not know which side to approach them in order to get them - I almost burned my hands. Or maybe we have steamers in Ukraine with handles, like girls in Russia (silicone chamomile steamer)?

You just need to boil it, when the valve closes, everything is boiling there. Where does steam come from? The valve has closed, you don't have to wait a minute, just press Cancel. And it can take longer to taste melted.

Today I cooked Artek porridge with fried onions. Fried the onion, added 3 tbsp. water, 4.5 tbsp. cereals, 1Ж1.5 is shorter., salt. Rice program -12min. Usually I also add chicken meat, but today it is. Photo immediately after opening the pressure cooker, and after stirring.

Sho you have become so nervous, a passionate week in the yard, on the contrary you need to reconcile
And today I have another pea-barley porridge
/]Multicooker-pressure cooker Liberty MP-900
For a glass of both cereals - 6 glasses of boiling water (1: 3), chicken offal from home brew and zababahala for the whole clip 99 minutes - porridge like fluff
Only the camera does not convey the color, it is much yellower
From this proportion, a lot is obtained, for those who have few eaters or lovers of pea porridge, you can safely make half a portion
rusja
apparently, everyone has different pasta, I took spaghetti from the KMZ (Kiev Pasta Factory) in Fore, and so they had 15 minutes and it was not enough, I added 5 more, and the spirals, "Prize", were already ready for 10
rusja
Yes, Oksan, it's delicious, peas for some reason combine well with the yachka, it softens and otherwise saturates the pronounced pea sweetish taste, such a recipe was even on the package. I didn’t fry it and didn’t put in oil either, the fat was released from the cockerel and that was enough, even though it was pretty
Sandy
It is clear, it will need to be done, and I love peas and yachts, but I would never have thought of mixing them
rusja
Try it abusively, I put peas on the bottom, and without stirring the yach on top, they then cross themselves during the cooking process
I either soak the peas overnight or when there is no time, I pour boiling water over them and let them stand for minutes. twenty
