Hello girls!
Please measure the size of the bowl from the tech shop.
Outside height, diameter with rim, inside diameter at the top, outside diameter at the bottom until rounded at the bottom.
If you use a construction tape, then it has a tip that moves 3-5 mm to compensate for the thickness of the tip when it stops or snags. Put the bowl on the table, firmly rest the tape measure with the tip on the table without trying to move the tip and see the height readings. I suppose it was because of the tape measure that there were different readings of measurements of the height of 135-145 mm.
ElenaMart
My measurements are 140mm. Are you looking for a spare saucepan for Liberty?
Zebop
Thank you ElenaMart!
While choosing what to buy. In the liberty, the presence of an LCD screen is scary (there was a sad experience with a multicooker), I tend to lean more towards scarlet, but they used to intend 145mm and at the same time wrote that a bowl from a liberty = technical store is suitable. Some kind of complete confusion. I will also ask to measure the scarlet.
ElenaMart
A bowl from a tech shop also fits Scarlett, only it does not have a recess for inserting a double boiler, as in a native Scarlett.
Zebop
Have you personally seen how it fits?
Maybe it just intermeddle, and under pressure siphonite from all the slots, since 5mm is too much to compensate with a sealant, especially since it was pressed against a larger pan. Maybe, again, an error in measurements?
ElenaMart
I have a scarlet, the height of its bowl is 140mm, like the tech shop.
Zebop
OOO yes you are an expert !!!
Thank you very much !!!
And in your opinion, which one is better in exploitation and why?
plasmo4ka
I have SQ Scarlett. Extra pots from Liberty - no problem. A problem is brewing with the silicone seal ring - it stretches, and original spare parts cannot be found for it. Scarlett is not a bad SCV, but now she would buy one for which her own spare parts are available.
Zebop
Arinna on the old multicooker broke the screen, the warranty has passed, and so no one takes it. As a result, it is impossible to set it up normally, and it works in the country by the method of scientific plugging with an alarm clock nearby. And on the scarlet, as far as I understand, you can run without a screen knowing a simple algorithm, yes, and the probability of a LED indicator breaking is many times less.
plasmo4ka ring can come up from comfort, maybe even on liberty, strangely no one tried it, but it seems to be not expensive (55 UAH). In the subject of the scarlet, Zabel seems to have ordered, but has not yet unsubscribed whether it came up. And so these wonders of Chinese technology cannot be guessed, today there are spare parts, and tomorrow, when it is needed, the company may no longer have such a thing in this country.
dashata
and that the rings are different? I ordered the ring from Polina without even thinking if it would fit. I went to both Liberty and Alby. I think most pressure cookers have the same inner lid diameter. And where are the rings for 55 UAH? I bought at 25, and if you figure out the joint venture, then generally a penny will come out. It makes sense to take several at once, because over time they darken and accumulate odor.

Girls, I'm in your Temka for help.
I am looking for a Brand 6051 pressure cooker bowl.
It seems to fit in height, if of course it is accurately measured. I tried a bowl from Panasonic, then it sat down perfectly, but I could not turn the lid on the pressure cooker, literally 1mm in height is extra.
Help who can with other sizes of your bowl. Is it sold separately?
Looking for:
Outer diameter 24
Internal 21.6, but I think 22 will do
Height 13.9-14cm
On the bottom, the diameter is 19-20, it is impossible to measure exactly
And the circumference under the top edge is 69.5cm

if n / w, then Polina has one cup that could fit. It is slightly higher than the dex one, by 4 mm, I will not say more precisely, it did not measure.

Roza_Irina
I accidentally bought such a stainless steel from Polina. I took it for shteba, there is a height of 13.5 cm, but it did not go there, but it fit for Brand 6051. And I am looking for a non-stick one.
And from the liberty, I understood that the cups are not for sale, I was so hoping for something.
Thank you, I went on looking for Temko.

From Liberty, the bowl can be ordered in the store
Roza_Irina
Girls, thanks! Who has this bowl, please measure the rest of the parameters.

And today I made my own in Liberty DUMPLING SOUP, which I made in Vimara, only not with rice, but with yachts and added grated celery.
And what is most interesting, maybe due to the fact that there is 100 W less power in Liberty, but instead of 5-6 minutes, I cooked 15 dumplings! And they didn't boil at all, some reinforced concrete ravioli got caught

Good evening, and in our Liberty, how to implement the "Slow cooker" mode? Thank you.
rusja
no way, he's not here
rusja
our theme gradually turns into a technical department - lids, silicones, bowls and zero recipes
IgorP
if so, here's a recipe for you: put sausages with cheese on a wire rack, steamed for 4 minutes. With paprika sauce and loaf, just right! :-)

That's for sure! We must improve! And this despite the fact that it works several times a day (I'm talking about mine)
mary_kyiv
and in our Liberty how to implement the "Slow cooker" mode?

It is possible, but not for all products. In the heating mode, you can, for example, cook meat using the sous vide technique.

in the absence of a sous-vid, we adapt pressure cookers, multicooker in heating mode or on a multi-cooker
rusja
That's bungled today BAKER pasta with cottage cheese and nuts.
Take advantage of
Multicooker-pressure cooker Liberty MP-900

Can you get more details?
Pour water into the saucepan of the pressure cooker (approximately to the middle) and put on heating.
Wrap the meat (pulp) tightly in plastic wrap, then in a zip bag, squeeze out excess air and place in a saucepan. And then leave to cook for a few hours. And, I also cover the meat with a plate on top so that it doesn't float.

And in terms of temperature, there are two options, with a closed lid on heating it will be 71-73 degrees, with an open lid 63-65 degrees.

It turns out tastier what was cooked at a lower temperature. And it's good, even after cooking, to immediately lower the bag of meat in a bowl of cold water.

You are just a storehouse of information !!! so many new discoveries for me ... BRAVO

Chicken sous vide is especially good. It turns out much tastier than, for example, steamed or boiled fillets. The meat comes out extremely juicy and soft.
Sprinkle the file with herbs and salt, pack and cook on preheat with the lid open. Enough 1 hour. Most importantly, after cooking, immediately immerse the package with meat in cold water and wait until it has completely cooled down.
Agata21
And I'm with a technical question. Maybe someone will come in handy. I was in a hurry and poured 1 liter of hot water from the pressure cooker without a saucepan, the water poured onto the table. I turned it over, shook out the rest of the water and put it on the barrel near the battery. Turned on after 30 hours, it works!

and I distinguished myself a little differently, in the morning I did not wake up, I was going to cook buckwheat porridge for the little one and did not look that there was no saucepan and poured the cereal right there, let’s turn it over to shake it out ... I didn't think of the morning either ... the result was such that water got on the display and the wet spot began to increase, after which the entire display screen became wet and the E4 error was displayed, dried on the battery for a day ... wait, thank God everything works

Girls, of course, I understand that everyone basically praises their own, and I love my filichka, but the question was to buy my mother, but the Phillips are expensive, now I can't decide between the models, tell me which multicooker is better Scarlett SL-1529, Liberty MP-900, REDMOND RMC-PM4507
lyudo4ka
And you are not considering the Saturn ST-MC9184, an excellent budget SCV. Although whatever you choose, you will still be satisfied.
olga74600
Thank you, I need to think about Saturn ST-MC9184, another question is, how long does it take to cook jellied meat in Saturn ST-MC9184 or Liberty MP-900?
rusja
olga74600,
it is cooked almost the same everywhere, depending on the quantity and quality of meat from an hour to two
olga74600
Liberty MP-900 recipes can be trusted, so what about the book that is attached?
rusja
yes, the book is not bad, I used it to make an omelet

At one time I chose Liberty (and I chose for a very long time, I tortured everyone here), because of the opportunity to buy a spare pan without problems and inexpensively, I believe that it is inconvenient without a spare wheel, and my family may become unusable. I don’t know how it is now, but six months ago there were no supplies at all to Scarlett, and the bottom was there in "honeycombs", I don’t like it. I don't know about Redmont, but I didn't even consider it when choosing. Liberty is very happy, after I was bought by friends, about 5 people already. By the way, I also bought it for my mother, and she was very skeptical about this technique, she praises it all the time, only yesterday she called and boasted about her honey man.
olga74600
Thank you, your answer put the last point on my doubts, and today I ordered my mother a liberty, now we look forward to it and will be testing it very soon, so there will be more questions. Thank you!!!!

Well, finally, this wonderful device is still in my kitchen, while the water has just boiled, I think where to start trying what to cook. And here is the question on what program and how to cook porridge, for example, milk pumpkin or buckwheat, arnautka? Jellied meat on what program to cook and how long?
annnushka27
olga74600, congratulations on your assistant! I cook all the porridge on RICE, sometimes I reduce it to 10 minutes, water: cereal 2: 1. I don't know about jellied meat, I don't cook, look in the topic. I take many recipes from other pressure cookers, everything is about the same everywhere.
olga74600
and how long does it take to cook charlotte in my Phillips, I bake 59 minutes with the valve closed, here I stood for half an hour as advised here with the lid closed, damp, put the lid closed for another half hour, the valve was open. What is the right way then?
olga74600
so it is clear that 45 minutes is enough for charlotte with a closed lid and an open valve. Pretty boy
annnushka27
When baking, no matter if the valve is open or closed, pressure is still not built up.
dashata
I cook jellied meat on the "menu" program 99min Immediately put meat, salt, black peppercorns, bay leaves, a cut onion and pour boiling water over to cover the meat.
olga74600
girls tell me how you cook pilaf? I did it today, it turned out very tasty, first I fried meat, onions, carrots with the lid open, then stewed it in meat mode for 20 minutes, then added rice and rice on the program for another 15 minutes. Maybe someone makes it easier?
rusja
it's easier that after frying, I immediately put the meat, rice on top, pour boiling water and put a full cycle on the RIS program.
