Lean pickle with mushroom broth (Brand 37502)

Ingredients

Dried mushrooms handful
Bulb onions 1 PC
Carrot 1 PC
Potatoes 2 - 3 pieces
Pearl barley 1 m / st
Salted cucumbers 2 pcs
Cucumber pickle 300 ml
Lean oil 3 - 4 tbsp. l.
Fresh herbs (parsley, dill) taste
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • Soak dried mushrooms overnight. On the Baking program, we fry (onion + carrots), when the onions become transparent and the carrots color the oil in a pleasant "carrot" color, add the mushrooms and continue frying. When the onion is fried, pour in the mushroom infusion, put in the barley, potatoes, chopped as you like, add boiling water to "almost full volume" and set the "Soup" mode for 2 hours. Half an hour before cooking, add chopped greens, chopped cucumbers and pickle. When the program is over, you can leave it on "Heating" to simmer for an hour or two. Bon appetit in the post!
