Quick cabbage pie in the Brand multicooker

Ingredients

cabbage (young) 300 g
hard cheese 100 g
medium onion 1 PC
dill bunch 1 PC
salt 0.5 tsp
vegetable oil 2-3 st. spoons
thyme 1 tsp
sesame 1 tsp
oil drain. or margarine 3-5 gr.
FOR FILLING
flour 1 glass
kefir 1 glass
eggs 3 pcs.
baking powder 1 tsp
salt 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Preamble, my husband gave Anna Kitaeva's book "Me and My Multicooker", began to master recipes, simple and, as experience shows, very tasty, this pie can be said for the lazy)))
  • - Peel the onion, chop the crayons and sauté for rast. oil until transparent
  • - chop the cabbage, it is desirable that the cabbage was young, if not, then stew for 10 minutes with onions, adding a little water or milk, I had a young one and I chopped it thinly on my favorite Berner grater, kneaded it with salt and let it stand gave juice
  • - then add cumin and sesame seeds to the cabbage
  • - grate cheese on a coarse grater, chop greens, mix everything with cabbage and put in a pan greased with butter, just do not tamp it and in your experience ......... it is better to lightly sprinkle the bottom and walls with flour so that it does not get hot
  • -Now pouring, beat eggs with salt, then add kefir and beat again, then add sifted flour and baking powder, the dough should not be too liquid
  • -fill the filling with dough

I baked this wonderful pie in the oven, with convection 180 degrees C.
I don’t lyu, boiled cabbage in pies, so I fried the cabbage until golden brown with onions, in my khalkhoz such pies are not stale - sooo delicious, thanks Vikus!
