nasty25 on the left shows the time (hours) after how long the cooking will start, and on the right you set the cooking time (minutes), for example, you need rice to start cooking after 4 hours, set 4: 8
use the timer button to set the time "after how long will the cooking start"
plus or minus "cooking time itself"
I hope I explained clearly

Everything in it is !!!
fronya40
Thank you, everything is clear. but I also asked if there was a clock there like in a multicooker. but I realized that there is no, but there is a timer and now I understand how to set it. Anushka got it right.

Girls, yesterday I didn't cook anything, while I'm reading, I don't know from which side to approach. I boiled the lemon and that's it. I understand, just press the button and that's it? there is no start button? and more .. I boiled water, I did not put this little thing on top - a valve. as it buzzes, I turned it off and mustache. washed and left to dry - there is no smell in the morning. a little bit scary, but let's break through!
rusja
Tanyusha, with initiative
The valve must always be set, only when baking it is not needed
fronya40
Rusik, thank you) I'm not so scared with you! I knew exactly what YOU would answer. That is, I press the button once - and that's it, cooking starts? I'm looking forward to...

Well, yes, you either press the + button or the corresponding program and start cooking
yarli
Girls, well, you arranged a Liberty boom. Where I don't call, it's over. Will be in early May. ABIDNA YES?

I studied the whole Temka from beginning to end. But, you see, I still missed it. Tell me. Baking can be done in manual mode (for example 50 minutes) simply without turning the lid Or is manual mode intended only for high pressure?
fronya40
Girls, a guest will come to me in the evening for tea, in 30 minutes I will bake some kind of cake?

My mom bakes a biscuit in 35-40 minutes.

in a pressure cooker?
Well, of course, in this one, she took it from me. And so you can look at recipes for other pressure cookers.
rusja
I think the most common biscuit, if not heavy and not wet, is exactly 30 minutes - the standard baking time and you can bake

Personally, I only make baked goods on Baking, this is the ONLY program that does not gain pressure
rusja
Today I dabbled with hot sandwiches with cheese all day, but since access to the microwave is temporarily unavailable, then by advice mary_kyiv I made them in our Libertika on a double boiler for 3 minutes. under pressure.

Do you need to press the button 2 times?
rusja
yarli
no, the button, you need to press it once, only by starting the program, and you can decrease and increase the time on the manual program with the + and - signs
yarli
I've read it

"rice = 12 min. range 8 - 15 min. step 1 min.
meat = 15 min. range 10 - 20 min. step 1 min
soup = 25 min. range 15-40 min. step 5 min
baking = 30 min. range not adjustable
legumes = 30 min. range 20 - 50 min. step 5 min
okist = 35 min. range 25 - 60 min. step 5 min
manual mode 1-99 min "
rusja
Well, if you want add time, to the already preinstalled programs, then you press these buttons several times, on Baking, everything is AUTOMATICALLY and the time is not added. Clicked ONCE and mustache
Sandy
yarli if you need more than 30 minutes of auto for baking, then after the end of the cycle you press the button again and bake for another 30 minutes ... and so much as you need, depending on the test, if you need 50 minutes, then just turn off the second cycle for 10 minutes before

I made fish and barley today
Multicooker-pressure cooker Liberty MP-900
it turned out very cool !!! Barley was made using the RIS program.
Girls, tell me about baking. I made a biscuit, pressed pastries, just closed the lid (without turning it, I did not close the valve). 30 minutes passed, I left it on heating for 20 minutes. And the biscuit turned out to be low and wet inside.
What should be done correctly? Close the valve (to bake under pressure)?
rusja
And the fish was fried separately or did it come out so fried in a pressure cooker?
nasty25

did not fry separately.
Bighead fish
At the bottom of the saucepan, onions, then carrots, then fish, poured a little tomato, spices. I set it manually for 1 hour. The bones are soft, and the carrots get such a roasted color)

Girls, I'm back to my sheep. rummaged through the whole Temka barely found ...

Quote: mary_kyiv

Yes, after you put the pot of dough in the pressure cooker, you just need to lower the lid. And here the baking time is easier to set with the OKIST button there the timer starts from 35 minutes... To increase the time, you just need to click on the plus sign and it will be added for 5 minutes 35-40-45-45-50 minutes, etc. When the cooking time expires, the stove will automatically switch to heating mode.
If you do not need heating, but for example, you need more time to bake, press the PIDIGIV / VIDMINA button, and then select the mode you need in time, or simply press the button + the number of minutes you need (the pressure cooker is designed for cooking from 0 to 99 minutes ).

So you can bake on Okista? So she can also work without pressure ??? I am in confusion ...

I baked on "bean" puffs, everything was baked, but mary_kyiv I measured the temperature on all programs without pressure
Quote: mary_kyiv

I recently bought a thermometer for the oven and decided to measure the temperature in the pressure cooker, that's what happened.

Pressure cooker modes and heating temperature
Heating from 68.5 to 72 ° С depends on the heating duration. Heats up, by the way, for an unlimited time.
Rice 128 ° C
Meat 118 ° C
Soup 128 ° C
Baking 142 ° С
Legumes 150 ° C
Okist 138 ° C
If the pressure cooker cooks for more than 30 minutes, the temperature inside will be about 150 ° C in any of the modes.

Svetylic
Even if the valve is closed during baking, the pressure does not build up, it will bake as usual, I baked with the valve closed (the black valve is in the lock position), but the lid did not lock, the "pimp" did not rise, I don’t know what to call, sorry, that is, the pressure did not build up. This means that she herself recognizes whether there will be a set of pressure or not, if there is little liquid in the content (as in the dough, for example), then it will simply bake like an electric pan. Correct me, if not, but I baked several times - and the valve is always "locked", it turned out well

maybe it was necessary not 30 minutes, but a little more ... like if under pressure it will be low,

and today I have a meat roll with a steamed egg

so, me with an initiative! I baked an ordinary biscuit-4 eggs, beat it with a glass of sugar until a creamy state and a glass of flour there, I did not put the baking powder. 30 minutes for baking. the bowl was greased with the vegetable. oil. in general, the biscuit after the multi I had a little wet upward, but here it is dry, instead of 75 minutes in a multi, thirty minutes in a pressure cooker. it was not taken out as easily as from my multi-slightly stuck ... I wonder if the bowl from Orion will fit here? I bought from Polina, she has a perfect surface ... in Orion does not become from liberty, but in liberty from Orion yes.
rusja
and tried to put a stainless steel in our Liberty? at least externally, do not cook first

Girls, and I was preparing lentil soup (with red lentils) with veal.

I cut the meat into portions, potatoes, carrots, cut the onion not completely crosswise, lentils, herbs, bay leaf, salted and poured boiling water. Beans program 30min. It turned out very tasty, the lentils were boiled in mashed potatoes, and the potatoes remained in pieces

I know that it is recommended to salt lentils already at the end of cooking, since lentils take longer to cook in salted or acidified water.
fronya40
By the way, red lentils boil very quickly, even on gas, 15 minutes is enough for it, it is always like mashed potatoes.
today I will also cook such a soup, it looks very appetizing.
fronya40
Yesterday I didn't cook anything, the migraine cleared up in earnest ((((, and in the morning healthy and full of energy started the morning with cooking fish. video, where everything is clear and understandable, so I put everything together, fish hake, set the time to 50 minutes, and now I'm waiting.
fronya40
the fish turned out to be cool, but something is not of the same color as it was written above, maybe the carrots should have been placed on top, but it did not taste like that, very tender and somehow airy in appearance. then I realized the joy of the second bowl, I chopped cabbage there, fried and ten minutes on rice. Timed the time, seven minutes the pressure was gaining, in ten minutes everything was ready. I can't even believe it. delicious!
I remember how at first I tried to persuade myself - I don't need MV, then I tried to persuade myself - I don't need a slow cooker for a hundred years. then, do not need a pressure cooker. Now I think, how are women deprived of all this!
rusja
Tanya, malAdEts, cooked so much
And the fish, it is fried-baked in color, also depending on its own properties and fat content
fronya40
she let me in so much water that she did not fry. What program do you use to cook fish?

just now I was putting the fish into a saucepan, I deceived you, it is very beautiful color, ruddy!
rusja
I just set it to 60 minutes in manual mode and bake it. and if there is a lot of water, which is natural for frozen fish, then it can be drained and baked later.
nasty25
Yes, I had a fathead
I lay carrots under the fish, pour tomato paste on top (about 100 grams of water, 1 tablespoon of paste). Then a fish of such a beautiful color comes out)
fronya40
in the evening I decided to torment my pressure cooker, decided to cook a charlotte with apples, this time I did not turn the lid, but closed it, 30 minutes was not enough, then I closed the lid and baked for another 20 minutes, I will tell you, I like biscuits in the pressure cooker, so dry, I I like these more. fine.

Well, I'm very happy with my Liberty! just don't know what else to cook? I understand with my head that I need to eat at least something that is already ready, but I really want to do something else :-) probably in my past life I was a cook :-)

Didn't you soak the beans? In short, are you happy with the pressure cooker?
fronya40
Anh, did not soak, did not have time. you need to soak so that there would be some kind of substances to come out ... if this is true, of course. everything was ready in time.

really like. I just heard that it pairs strongly, it does not steam for me, everything works quietly.

It seems that this only concerns red kvassol, there are some carcinogens, but about white, it is not necessary
fronya40
so, the acquaintance continues! in the morning I cooked potatoes with mushrooms, onions, fried carrots, soaked dry mushrooms there (my daughter brought a whole bag of bukovel to a broken leg in addition to her broken leg), potatoes, a little water and put them for 20 minutes. every time I am more and more happy with our pressure cooker. about the spare wheel, super-duper, nothing sticks to it for baking ideal, I marked it on the outside, I confuse them, they look completely the same. my dear is also cool, but the pastries still stick a little.
I advised my daughter's girlfriend for the new year and she bought a Scarlett squash and will not master it in any way, now I can and will start teaching her.

Health to my daughter, did she ski like that in Bukovel?

yeah, they had an operation on March 14, April 12 already on their own two. said, skiing over my corpse, I can no longer!

but my color does not differ at all - I had to scratch the saucepan))))

By the way, the potatoes boiled in 20 minutes, it turned out like that with a yushechka, this is achieved by long stewing. Well, there are simply no words. it’s good that I decided to buy, that Azazka persuaded me for over a year!
and what a charlotte !!! without any baking powder, such dry, wet apples - well, just grab them!
