Beef ribs marinated in beer

Ingredients

Beef ribs 1,5kg
Ground black pepper 1h l.
Ground red hot pepper 1h l.
Ground red sweet pepper 1h l.
Dry granulated garlic 1h l.
Salt 1h l.
Bay leaf 3 pcs.
Juniper berries 5 pieces.
Beer (I have light) 0.5l.

Cooking method

  • Mix all dry seasonings and salt.
  • Rinse the ribs, dry, cut. Rub with pepper mixture, place in a container, pour over with beer. Put a broken bay leaf and crumbled juniper berries there. Close and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
  • Drain the marinade. Put the meat in a slow cooker (I have a Sybarizka). Put foil under the lid. High mode - 1 hour, Low mode - 4-5 hours.
  • For the oven: put the meat in a mold, cover with foil, put in the oven for 4 hours at 150C. At the end of cooking, remove the foil, let the meat brown.
  • Very tasty and aromatic meat turned out !!!! You can eat with your lips !!

I prepared these delicious ribs - everyone liked it! The only thing I first fry them from the meat side a little (without fat) in a slow cooker, and then stewed them for 3 hours. It turned out soft and tasty. But then we decided to make them sweetish and I poured them with soy sauce and honey - stewed it a little - it is also very tasty, but of course it would be better to caramelize it. And the mustard has gone sooo to them. Thanks for the delicious recipe and not at all confusing.
