Bunny, there is a question

I read the instructions for Moulinex 5004 (there is it on the site) and noticed that there is no division by weight of products!

In Panasonic it is divided into 3 columns and for each weight of bread products are indicated, how much and what ...

And here only the output is written - this bread will result in 990 grams or 1250 grams ...

This is true? a real one-on-one instruction?

So, tomorrow I will call all the shops in the morning and order Moulinex 5004, but for fun I read the instructions for Panasonic ...

It looks like the Japanese are more practical ???
Bunny
This is not an instruction on the website
but who knows, there is some kind of table with a weight, but I have not yet delved into it, it is not in a color recipe book, but in a black and white user manual.
dad just arrived and took the buckwheat bread - it also turned out great, soft, loose, fluffy, but not so high ... 8) I will post pictures in the Moulinex branch, in my topic about Moulinex 5004, so as not to repeat themselves, otherwise they swear ...

PS will now bake a baguette with sesame seeds - in the amount of 4 pieces.

Andrey, have you already decided to take Mulinex ??
I'm happy with the stove - honestly.

And I even think that it was fate that there were no Panasonic ... nevertheless, I hesitated a lot ... Therefore, the choice was made for me

I think if you bought a stove from an unknown company, you would also be satisfied, you cannot be dissatisfied with the stove in principle

Celestine, Well, I was absorbing something between these two ...
so everything is clean here ... it turned out like lot
and now I sit and rejoice that it happened ... 4 baguettes - no joke!
Andrei
I came home - there was no electricity ... and could not answer ...
Just turned on

Andrey, have you already decided to take Mulinex ??
I'm happy with the stove - honestly.

Yes, I called all the stores again - there are only moulinexes, in one place they said that it would be possible to have a Panasonic 255 and any other only in at least two weeks, but maybe the rest say that they don't know when they will be delivered ... ...

In general, I'm tired of waiting and there are no prospects ...

Celestine also did not say anything encouraging So, tomorrow we need to decide which moulinex ...

I've already decided that 5004, but now I doubt if we need such large loaves of bread? Or still buy OW3000 .... The choice between these two furnaces has become, Panasonic has disappeared, it seems, they are not useful to us

Are there ingredients in the recipes for the 3 weight types? For example, I want to bake rolls of 500 grams each (we eat little bread and there are two of us), that is, will it just be necessary to divide the weight indicated in the recipe by two, or is it still the French have painted by weight?
Bunny
but follow the link that I gave above ... maybe you can think of something (this is me about the link to the topic about Mulinex)

and L.G. also has the Kenwoods

about weight:
I haven't found it yet, but if something can be divided by 2 ingredients for a kilogram, you will have 500 grams
baguettes generally 100 grams each
Andrei
Already looked

Beautiful baguettes

So what about the recipe book? You can throw at least one photo with a recipe for regular bread, I wonder, you haven't bought anything yet

To assess the situation ... I'm going to order tomorrow
Andrei
Quote: Bunny

and L.G. also has the Kenwoods

No, I don't even want to ski and delongi

And at the expense of weight, I realized that the Japanese are just more practical and clearer working out the instructions

The French in a creative flight and do not pay attention to trifles as always
Bunny
I added ready-made baguettes there ..

and what do you mean? what picture? there is exactly the same recipe book, and also an instruction manual ...
I can tell you how I made the first bread ...
there the recipe was per kilogram ... but actually I think that this is not a problem - you can take a recipe for 500 grams from another bread machine ... although there is a minimum of 750 ...
by the way, there are two mixers - that's cool.
Celestine

Two mixers, not because this is the idea of this particular model for better mixing than in other ovens, but because the bucket is long and one mixer simply would not reach the edges of the dough
And in other stoves, the bucket is narrow, so 2 mixers simply would not fit.
Just do not forget to insert them, otherwise it happens
Andrei
Bunny, again there is a question

At the OW3000 employee, she put it on baking in the evening and says that the stove buzzes quite hard when the apartment is very quiet ...
In general, it is not very pleasant to sleep under such a sound.

Bunny, how are things with you with the 5004? there is noise from it (constant hum from the transformer)?

And it is interesting to know if Panasonic is the same chip with noise or is it a Moulinex chip?

Yasnenko, thanks, at the expense of Panasonic I understand I understand that I am losing a lot ...
But I couldn't find it, nowhere, I called different cities - nowhere ...

Now it remains to find out about the OW5004 model, how it behaves in the kitchen, is it rowdy or not
Okssi
Yes, that's for sure. In my Panasonic I hear only during kneading as the dough flops against the walls))))

Hmm ... But my stove beeps every time I press the button SO that the drivers of mining trucks are jealous!

wow, what a PR for delongue
Is it about a signal, or what? Yes, I was joking. What kind of PR is there - it beeps very loudly. And it's just laziness, well, that's just laziness to disassemble and solder a resistor into the piezoelectric emitter circuit so that it peaks quieter ...
Andrei

I'm talking about it
Mams
Funny you, right word. Doesn't the dough flop into the delongie? And what happens to him there
Yes, the bread makers are not working loudly. There is nothing to rumble there. The mixer turns, the dough is mixed, for a few minutes, then it rises quietly, then it bakes, also quietly.
But my downstairs neighbor comes to complain that my children are walking around the apartment! So the noise threshold is different for everyone ... I have an ordinary oven in the stove, when it heats up - you can hear it! buzzing, infection. And the bread maker is not even heard at night. You just need to place it on a flat surface. And that's all - any will work quietly.

My employee has a stove from Germany of some unknown company, with two blades, without a dispenser. So everything in her kulich was ground and it turned out to be a dirty gray color. Very unappetizing

Perhaps the 2 blades are grinding the additives? Although I have not seen the two-blade stove in operation .... just guessing

In general, you can fall asleep after 5 minutes after the start of kneading, the dough will be kneaded qualitatively, and the additives will then intervene there calmly
Bunny
so there must have been dark raisins?
3ay4ik
I agree, we must do so. I, too, have to add them to the delicacy rye (with raisins, nuts, dried apricots and seeds) in the process, since the dispenser works only in the basic white program with raisins. You can immediately fall asleep, but the raisins are crushed, but you want them to be whole.

I ordered myself Moulinex OW5004

Since Panasonic is not achievable, let it be a mega-moulinex with 4 baguettes!

Tired of calling everyone 2-3 times a week and expecting almost two months

Patience is over

But it's not a fact that they will deliver, on Friday 2 stores were refused, after 2-3 hours after ordering by phone, then it turned out that they ran out of stock ...
Bunny
Andrey, try it on BT. Kiev. SA
Andrei
So they didn't have it 2 hours after ordering the stove and in some other ...
Bunny
Andrey, it means they didn't lie about the excitement on them !!!
I'm lucky, chtoli?
Judging by their forecasts, the trail of the party will significantly deteriorate ...
Andrei
yes, it looks like a rush .... I don't know about the rise in price.

But the fact that only such are left is a fact ...

In foxtrots there are another 5004 in a normal amount, but the price there bites more than 1300 UAH - in my opinion this is too much, so I'm waiting for an order

This weekend I ran around many shops in Kiev and found binatons, kenwoods, lies and delongues mostly, but did not see the 125th delongue live. As I said, I found a good batch of Mulinex 5004 in the foxtrot and that's it ...

Not any Panasonic !!! As if they never existed, so there's really no point in waiting

The main thing is that the oven works! and even more so the 5004 is a fairly well equipped model

Bunny, what else have you tried? still happy with everything in the stove?

I am interested in how the future owner of 5004
Bunny
I also baked Auverne rye bread (I also went to my dad's) with a delayed start, 200 g of wheat flour and 500 g of rye flour (I have a photo, I'll post it tomorrow) without gluten it did well, but the bread is moist. blushed well. while I'm happy with everything.
ah, I made quick bread (1 hour 20 minutes) I didn’t like it, but my daughter was delighted ... he somehow didn’t rise .. it tastes a bit like lavash
Andrei
OK

I have already bought several types of flour at the buffet table, to evaluate different yeast. In general, I prepared myself and wait for the stove
Bunny
I hope you won't have to wait long ...
Good luck1
immediately unsubscribe how they will bring you.
Off. Where do you live in Kiev? I am Kharkiv
Andrei
Of course I will unsubscribe

They should bring it on Tuesday.

BARBARISKA
Hello everyone.

Suddenly, a week ago I got the idea to buy a bread maker. And in search of a model, I searched the entire net. So, quite by accident, I found this wonderful site. Now, first of all, I am a happy owner of Moulinex 5004 (by the way, I was looking for it right away, since they seem to be the most popular), and secondly, I am very glad to become a member of the forum.

Bunny - you are just super

Such cool pictures !!!

From my short, but 0-0-very active experience (a user (three different breads every day), I can add the following to the information about Moulinex:

the oven is very easy to use and bakes well in all sizes indicated. It turned out delicious and well-baked muffins (I took the recipe on the website "Cupcake with apples for tea" from Olga) and the original English muffin from KhP recipes. An absolutely magical loaf of "Stagnation Times".

The baguettes did not work out (the dough did not fit), but I did not leave them for proofing, and they turned out like gingerbread, and not like yeast buns. But for fishing everything goes with a bang

Bunny, tell us how you rolled them, rolled them out and so on after you took the dough out of the bucket. And how long did they wait for your baking. So they (baguettes) are pretty you turned out

Bunny
Barberry, yes I didn’t do anything special with them, I didn’t roll it out too much, I just divided it into 4 parts and formed 4 sausages and that's all ... the only thing - my dough came up above the norm, because I mean opf, skf by 1 hour exactly ..
and having formed the sausages, I immediately put the baguettes into the oven ...
and everything actually .. if anything - ask
Andrei
It's already terribly interesting to try baguettes
Bunny
Panasonic may not be the best option ...
BARBARISKA
Thanks everyone for the answer

I'll tell you how I made the baguettes, maybe this will help someone avoid my mistakes.

After I took out the dough from the bucket, following the instructions (very detailed by the way), I rolled and rolled the unfortunate baguettes so diligently that they were probably offended

In addition, and I think this is the main mistake, I managed to knock down the program, and baked the baguettes on "just baking" for 40 minutes. Can the baguette baking program contain time for the dough to grow and then bake?

Now I try again with oatmeal and prunes. I hope it works.

And about stove models and selection, I think it's like dog breeds -
there are no bad ones, just a matter of taste or chance. And over time, your own - the best, especially if you love her.

Probably the difference is all-such, if you take for Elenberg or Binatone and compare it with Panasonic and Moulinex - I think the difference will be significant, even if you do not pay attention to the cost (although the cost is very different)
If you read reviews on stoves from different manufacturers on the forum, then you get just such an impression
BARBARISKA
Well, I was right

Oat baguettes are what you need. I didn't roll the dough with a rolling pin,
I didn't roll it mercilessly, but just rolled it up like a regular roll, moistened it with wet hands, rolled it in oatmeal, put 2 prunes in the cuts on top and put it in the oven. After 20 minutes, I pressed the start - woo-a-la, they warmed up a little and began to bake. Pretty ... !!! Wow.

Thanks to Zaykin's photos. They inspired me to a new experience. And he seems to have succeeded.

Oh, how I already love this wonderful stove !!!

Rustic stove, thanks for the link. Very useful.
Bunny
CONGRATULATIONS!!!
glad I could be useful ..

by the way, yes, I really didn’t roll them out, but just gave them the desired shape ... I must say it was negligent ...

So so. The stove is good

The first impression of the assembly - well, it can be a little better (there are small flaws), but in principle, normal. The stove is made in China, but designed accordingly in France. Our meat grinder Moulinex made in France - assembled a little more accurately ...

As for the functionality - it works well, the background hum from the transformer is very small, the noise during mixing is much greater, it is heard in another room (with a delayed start, you can hear it if you sleep, and even squeaks well).
The LCD screen, in my opinion, should have been given a different slope, something is not convenient for me to look at)))))

The only thing that confuses it in my stove is a slight tremor (it becomes lighter or darker) of the picture on the LCD screen, which is very strange ...

The first batch went well. I put the first regime (regular bread) per kilogram and with a medium crust. I filled in the ingredients for dairy bread and forth. Then the stove squeaked - added raisins.

Then there was a good approach of the test, then the cap fell, it just fell through ... Then it was baked. I didn't like the color, put it in baking mode for 10 minutes - then I liked the color
Both stirrers remained in the bucket when he took out the bread.

Here are pictures of the first bread:

Here, the first pancake is lumpy ...

But the taste is excellent, baked.
While the bread was hot - the crumb stuck together under the knife, when it cooled down - no longer.

Weighed everything on a scale and measured it with a measuring spoon ...
There is definitely no puncture in weight.
Here is the recipe from the recipe book: Milk 315 ml, drain. oil 70 grams, salt 2 tsp. lod., sugar 3 tablespoons. lod., wheat. flour 555 grams, dry yeast 2 tsp. lies. and raisins 70 grams.

Flour - "Spikelet of Bilotserkovske vishchego gatunka"
Yeast - Dr. Oetker

Why the hat fell - I don't understand

Probably less yeast is needed ... although it was poured according to the recipe
