There are Kenwoods, but reviews for them are meager. And can they be put on the same level with other HP.?

If there is an opportunity to buy Kenwood, buy, the 350 model with convection is especially good. My girlfriend has, bakes for half a year and does not complain

Yes, this Kenwood was on sale in the Metro. But I didn't like the appearance so much. But if it bakes just as well, then based on its low price, we can call it very economical. Has your friend already baked cakes in it?
Sveta
Photinka! Take any Kenwood and you will be satisfied. I have a 250 model (no convection), so you can do everything in it. Go to the gallery and see the photos fugasks... The bread is all good. She has a 256 model (it differs from mine only in the color of the case).
In mine, I baked in the main mode, French. Baking cakes - I liked it. Everything works the first time. The main thing is before baking, read the basic topics on baking and you will succeed.
And one more thing: there are very few negative reviews on Kenwood, and everyone praises the 350 model.
If you want, I will e-mail you the instructions for my stove, and then decide whether it is suitable or not.
Photinka
Light, of course I want !!!! If fate, tomorrow I'll buy it. To only be available. And help me find recipes for it. I am still poorly guided by this site. Mom screams that only nonsense is so cheap. After all, the difference is 900 UAH. And I read the reviews here and calmed down.
Sveta
Fotinka, leave your email - I'll drop it in the evening. There are no instructions on the website.

Andrey, if I were you, I would not risk buying the brand's equipment a second time, which has already let you down once ...
Have you tried to call the Panasonic representative office in Ukraine and find out where you can buy or order a stove? I even found some contacts for you:
Panasonic, representative office
The address:

Sveta arrived upset. We have already bought the stove. Only in vain wasted. : - \ The consultant said wait. What will they bring - he does not know. I called another store, they said Mulky would be. The head is spinning. Already printed everything on Kenwood, tuned in. Now what? Take what is, or what? Well, Donetsk. No choice. They buy everything from the counters. Oh, I feel I'll run into Mulinex .... it turns out you need to take everything.

And what did Mulinex not please you ??? Great stove !!! Or did you initially want it? I have 5002 ... happy with it ...;) What's good is good ... And what's important, it's very compact !!! And so smart ... But this is my opinion;) and I do not impose it on anyone ... I just wanted to show off the stove ...
Photinka
Well no. I am not at all opposed to the Mulinexes. Just a friend scared that they are not durable. Yes, and here I read that the screw still needs to be tightened. And many are not content with it alone. And I would not want to run to buy again after a while.

photinka, and you most importantly do not tune in to the bad! If you can't wait - take what they bring, but if not, wait for your stove.
Photinka
Well, that's where the Mulinexes are praised, and here it is vice versa. But it has already happened ... I brought Mulinex 5002 today. And I am already baking bread.I will say later. Only a little embarrassed by inexperience. It's impossible to re-read the entire forum, so I immediately bake a little according to the recipe from the book that came with the stove, but I've already heard from Peta, if I'm not mistaken that there are many flaws in the recipes, I would like to know which ones.
Photinka
Uraaa! I finally bought a stove. The seller called and said that Moulinex 3000 and 5002 were on sale. I chose Moulinex 5002 and asked to postpone it. In general, I bought it and am already baking it ... I hope I will not regret choosing this model. Although, there was nothing else to do. I could wait a little longer, but there would be Kenwoods and LG. And no one knows when. And I wanted to have HP now. Sveta, thank you for your participation. It is a pity that it did not work out with Kenwood, the fate of Mulichka is evident to acquire. I'm a little worried - if I was in a hurry, not cheap after all. Now I am intensely looking for recipes for her. Can the owners of Moulinex 5002 help?Panasonic or Moulinex and - general questions of choice

Fotinka, I congratulate you! A good choice ! I also have a 5002, I'm very happy with it !!! And about the flaws in the recipes ... I don't even know ... From this book, I have only "Omega 3 with fatty acids" left unbaked, and I have baked all the other recipes many times, and I have never added any flour from myself, no water ... And so everything turns out great. The only thing is that I leave the cupcakes in the "Keeping warm" mode (topping off), and even then, only so as not to accidentally run into a raw middle. And bread, and muffins, and jams ... Yes, everything is 5 +++. Instructions cannot be different for everyone. So bake boldly and confidently! Good luck with your bread!
Photinka
Krosh, thanks! Yesterday I baked Basic bread. There was a little lack of salt and the top didn't rise, but my mother really liked it and cannot be compared with the smell of store bread.
Tanyusha
Photinka all the recipes that are on the site are suitable for any bread maker, choose any one you like and bake. Good luck.

Oh, girls, well, I completely tortured you with my questions. But I am interested in two signals in Mulineshka5002. The first is distributed almost at the beginning of the batch (three long ones) and the second, almost at the very end (also three). The first signals for filling raisins, etc., as I understand it. And the second one for what? It seems like I read the book, it is not written ... Maybe at this moment you can spread the tip with an egg. By the way, following the recipes strictly, I realized that there is a CATASTROPHIC lack of sugar. If I arbitrarily amend the recipe and increase the amount of sugar by two, or even more, will this greatly affect the rise?

How is this "missing"?
Is the bread not sweet enough or does not rise well?
On Panasonic 255 French bread (no sugar at all) rises to the top of the bucket. Good flour and good yeast = works wonders.

You can add sugar or honey to any recipe. If a little - the bread will rise better. If you overdo it, the roof will fall off or the bread will not rise well (baking is a heavy thing).

Plus, the crust on the sides will be very fried until brown.

I didn't like the unsweetened dough in the baking at all. Apparently, the recipe will have to be adjusted. But I see it will be off-topic to talk about recipes here.Panasonic or Moulinex and - general questions of choice I'll tell you a little on the topic. I didn’t like one detail in Mulineshka (or rather, two), the oven during baking has a peculiar plastic smell (no burning plastic, of course) and an overly light roof in bread with dark sides (Mulineshek's disease, as I understood it). I read for cogs, but my husband does not want to go there. Therefore, I will humble myself.Panasonic or Moulinex and - general questions of choice.

Hello, comrades forum users!

I want to buy a bread maker home, to make the household pleasant. But I cannot decide on the manufacturer and the model. Panasonic or Moulinex? I broke my head. On one of the forums, a friend wrote that only Panasonic is better. And so far I stopped my choice on two models:
- Panasonic SD-254WTS
- Moulinex OW5004 XXL Baguette

And I just can't make a choice. Or maybe you can recommend a different model? I would like more functions, well, a combination of quality and price.
bakun
Three months ago, I also considered choosing between the Moulinex 5004 XXL Baguette and
Panasonic SD-254 (255). I chose Moulinex 5004, but no luck - the bread maker turned out to be defective (it turned off in baking mode). After a month of operation, at the conclusion of the service center, I returned it to the store. I already wrote about this on the forum.

I have been using Panasonic SD-254 for almost two months now. Very satisfied. I realized that it suits me better with the size of the loaf and the peculiarities of the work.
Compared to the Moulinex 5004, Panasonic is quieter, does not buzz when plugged in, the stove lid is held securely, heats up less, there are no problems with the color of the crust, with removing the stirrer from the prepared bread, and much more, which you can read about on the forum. I did not find any fundamental differences in the taste of bread (with similar recipes) in these ovens, but in Panasonic, in my opinion, the bread turns out to be more airy - even with a small loaf, the bread almost always rises to the very lid.

Moulinex 5004 also has certain advantages - the presence of a window in the lid (useful for beginners), making baguettes, rye and Borodino, the largest loaf size.

Decide what is more important to you and whether you are ready to take risks. However, they say, and Panasonic breaks down.
In any case, you will need to go to the store and look at both stoves. You might like something different, but don't trust the sellers too much. Better read the forum.
Svetlana
I also opted for Panasonic. And I'm very happy. The forum helped, I read for 2 weeks and gradually came to the conclusion that I needed to buy Panasonic. They write that all ovens bake well, but you must decide for yourself. And whichever stove you choose, it is guaranteed that the family will be very happy. Have a good choice. Write we'll wait.
Nighthawk
Apparently better than Panasonic. And the price for the 255th model is too high! At first, I was very surprised to see the price of 9000r. There is cheaper, but all the same, the toad strangles to overpay when the stove in Eldorado was over 5000. Maybe you should wait until there will be no deficit for this model?

And one more thing: what can you say about the quality (or lack thereof) of LG products? Functionally pretty tempting.
Nighthawk
Hurrah! Panasonic SD-255 appeared at a real price - 4922 rubles + shipping.

Good luck to you. I myself was tormented by the choice between these companies, and chose the Panasonic SD 255. And I hardly regret it. The bread bakes awesome. Everyone at home is delighted. I bought a week ago in St. Petersburg, in Telemax on Narodnaya for 5989.

Good afternoon, Night taxi driver, I would like to recommend you to opt for Panasonic, just like you did for a long time with the Panasonic or Moulinex model and settled on Panasonic-SD255, and at a normal price, I liked the build quality and the number of failures played an important role Moulinex 5004 and cover fixing

I have Mulenex 5004, I took it because of the baguettes, though I only have it for a week.
Works fine, no complaints.
2 tena gives good baked goods.
In our city, I did not see Panasov vaaasche.
I heard that there are many fakes of Mulinex 5004.
But I have instructions in Russian. and in ukr. And in addition, there are a bunch of stickers in different languages, even Uzbek is.
Maybe you should pay attention to the completeness.

They brought me a Panasonic SD-255 today, delivery cost 5172r in total. We are already making our first attempt to bake bread, we decided to start with French Zhdems ...

Congratulations! Our regiment has arrived! Now we are waiting for the report. The next one I recommend to bake is milk, this is the third recipe on page 16. Our favorite, we have probably tried everything, but we always return to dairy, very tasty. Successful baking and bon appetit!
Emirel
Moulinex 5002 and 5004 are completely identical except for the possibility of baking Baguettes (that is, there are special trays for them in 5004), and the programs are absolutely similar, so that rye bread can be baked in 5002 both on program 9 with or without sourdough)) ))

The 5002 model has one heating element, and the 5004 has 2 heating elements, and the bucket capacity is different

Special thanks to Elena Bo for help in choosing a stove

Well, now the report. To begin with, I baked just milk. But due to the fact that he used a measuring glass, which shamelessly deceived me, he poured more flour than necessary. Because of this, the bread turned out to be dense, but still very decent. The next one was French. Although I used the same glass, the bread came out better. The guys at work appreciated.

Now I use electronic scales.

Baked and regular bread, and with cheese and smoked sausage ... In general, great! Satisfied.

And today I also made jam. In this regard, a small question arose - if a bucket of sugar is scratched, then what kind of jam can we talk about, if it (sugar) needs to be poured into it for almost a pound? What will happen to the bucket then?

By the way, after the jam, I didn't get a bunch of scratches. But, however, I noticed several vertical stripes. It is not clear where they are from. The last times the bread itself pops out of the bucket if you shake it a little. And there were a couple of times when the bread did not want to get out of the bucket. Then I "squeezed" it from the walls with a special plastic spatula. Because of this scapula, scratches should not appear, they are specially for Tefal dishes. I am slightly bewildered.

Overall very satisfied with the purchase
Thanks again to everyone!
yatak
Hello everybody. I have Moulinex OW3000 since June. I spend the third month in unsuccessful attempts to bake a ciabatta in HP or similar in taste and structure to bread. In my understanding, it should be very coarsely porous, lightweight, with an elastic, but thin crust. I tried different recipes from different magazines and from the bread machine forum. ru, so to speak, shoveled it all over, but there is no result yet ...
As a result of the analysis of many recipes, as well as empirically, it was found out that the dough should be sufficiently liquid with a lot of yeast. The bread rises well, large-pored .... BUT! rubber ... with a thick crust
I think it's time to radically change something in the approach, but what ... I don't understand ...
But I can't give up trying ... I really want a decent result ...
Share your thoughts on this.
Thank you in advance

Here is the last recipe I tried:
200 ml of water
1h l. salt
1c. l. olive oil
300 g flour
2.5 tsp yeast
1 tbsp. l. dry milk
shade
Peace be with you bakers!
yatak multiply your recipe by two \ excluding yeast \ and you get
recipe for ordinary white from the book to 5004
and by doubling the yeast you won't achieve anything
to get how you want it is necessary to let the test rise for 3 hours
yatak
Thank you Shade! I will try to increase the dough rise time

I really am still confused by its rubberiness ... how to make it softer?
shade
Peace be with you bakers!
yatak and on what program do you bake?
this also matters a lot
yatak
2nd, for French bread.

in it, of course, the lifting time is not 3 hours, apparently you will have to combine the programs.
shade
Peace be with you bakers!

yatak try on the first
I noticed that for 1 bread it turns out more airy, although in theory
2 should be more porous and crispy
but for you the way out is simple knead the dough on the program then give
stand up to condition and then bake on pastries only here
you will have to look all the time so as not to overexpose
tenidia
I like program 1 best: regular bread. I think you have a lot of yeast for that amount of water and flour. For 750 g of flour I take 440 ml of water, 2 tsp. sugar, 4 tsp. salt. 1.5 tsp. yeast. Instead of rast. m. began to put margarine, on the eye, became even tastier. Gentle, comes in. The loaf turns out to be 1250-1300, quickly ends.
yatak
there are no visible results yet ... with an increase in the rise time, the loaf is the same as in the program. We tried the first program - the result is the same as for the second. The crust is thick, the bread is rubber. We tried both simple bread and simple bread with milk, the olive oil was changed to butter. The bread is very beautiful, but not very tasty.

Exactly! I already here in some of the topics could not stand it and complained about how I baked cake with dried (not "stone") lingonberries in an accelerated mode, and a spatula dragged this lingonberry along the bottom during kneading so that there were slight scratches in the form of circles. So I think, but what about other bakers bake with additives - really scratches will all add up ?! I try to "not breathe" on the cover of the bucket anyway ... what to do? ...
