I now have an ordinary white one in the morning, as soon as we finish eating it, I will immediately "without a crust" try.

Ah, I see, thanks for the answer. And I also survived the "boom of sandwiches", even bought myself just such a thing in the summer (see photo). But now I mainly fry steaks on it - super! One and a half - two minutes on each side and that's it!

And how to make bread without a crust, write here how and what - it will be interesting.

It says "2 kneading hooks for kneading a large amount of dough", but you need "2 kneading hooks ...". Fix please.

I also paid attention to this joint,
but I think it's still not 10 tsp. , but 1.0 (i.e. one) ch. l, and not 15 tbsp. l., and 1.5 (one and a half) st. l. Like the comma was forgotten.
And yeast in grams probably (7g seems to be normal for such a weight)

Of course there are typos. I downloaded this book from 5004 back in October, but I will not bake anything according to these recipes in the near future. I have not yet mastered the "native" book from 5002. By the way, there on the same site there is a separate link to the allegedly "corrected" recipe for "Borodino" bread. Raises great doubts about the liquid / flour ratio. It is not clear why this is. The old Borodinsky recipe from 5002 is quite normal.

to chaos

If you plan to use H.P. for several months and bake bread according to the recipe from the attached instructions, then believe me there is not much difference what kind of H.P. to buy (from those listed by you)
But if you plan a long and creative work, then there is no better programmable bread maker.
Panasonic, there are no words a good stove, but up to a certain level, of course, you can work with it according to the program, but you have to do it manually, which takes a lot of time, but the result is worth it.
A big plus is the window, control over the dough, you can of course open the lid, but this is not good.
And in conclusion: for example, DeLonghi BDM 125S has two temperature modes, including residual mode, emulation of a cooling oven, which allows you to get the desired moisture content of the bread.
What kind of bread you will have primarily depends on your hands, and the bread maker only helps, remember this.

Explain what do you mean by the words "have to be done manually"?
The only thing I had to do manually on Panasonic was to sculpt pies and dumplings, because Panasonic (a non-creative parasite) kneads the dough, but I CAN'T roll it out, cook the filling and mold the pies :)))

Shl about the programmable capabilities of the delongues, it's all true, but the author has a choice of the two above-mentioned models.

Manually - that is, increase the dough rising time, baking time (the temperature also changes, slightly lower)

If there is a choice of good and good, then you need to choose the excellent.

less1, don't confuse the topic author)
In Panasonic - it is impossible to increase the rise time, temperature, etc., this is an AUTOMATIC bakery (this is exactly what it says on it).
On automatic programs, you can only select the size of the bread and the degree of roastiness (not at all, French and rye breads are generally baked on a full machine, without any choices).
And the baking time can be set ONLY in the baking mode.
Mulyasha

to Rustic Stove

Possibility to select the time for raising the dough and the baking time

1 Pizza + Baking program

2 Accelerated baking (disconnect from the network for the right time, but no more than 40 minutes is true for Panasonic)

And finally, on Panasonic, you can get the effect of a cooling stove, although this is quite primitive, but what is it.

Based on the above, I will repeat once again that Panasonic is a good device, but up to a certain limit, programmable H.P. is needed to expand the capabilities.

This topic has already been discussed, if I am not mistaken in the summer.

I'm going to make a present in the form of a bread machine, but I don't really know anything. The forum read and stopped that, in principle, if you choose one of these two models:
Moulinex 5002 and Panasonic 255.
Question to the owners of Panas. I read that after 3 months the wall starts to burn out (a yellow spot appears). This is true? And what will happen in a year then?

Moulinex. I found a flaw on the forum, then the crust (light) turns out badly, but as I understand it, this thing is eliminated by tightening the screw. Although the number of posts about this shortcoming is depressing, let's face it.

But I'm still leaning towards Moulinex and here's why.

I liked the design. Panas looks like a box.

The most important thing is why I'm going to buy Mulinex. In the complete set, according to the links that I brought to Moulinex, a book of recipes is attached, but not to Panas. Here is the question - is it a typo or is it attached. And in general, is it a book of recipes in Russian? I understand you can download it somewhere, then this, but it is important for me that it is already attached.
Management instructions in Russian?

Moulinex has a heating mode. I think this is important. In general, there are 14 programs against 9.

And general questions: where to put the bread maker? Stationary somewhere or when to bake, we take it out of the closet, and then we remove it. I saw pictures of someone standing on the countertop. Something needs to be placed down and against the wall? And if you put it on the floor (linoleum is laid) - will it not burn? How are you?

Interested in the question of Moulinex and Panas - how to transfer there is something to take on? I will buy for an elderly person as a gift and you need to take this into account too.

And another question for the owners: does it consume a lot of electricity? Who pays for electricity does it really feel that they are paying more? You know how our elderly grandmothers cherish every penny. If you buy it like that, it will gather dust in the closet.
Hope
A yellow spot does appear in Panasonic, but this does not affect the operation of the stove in any way.
I have to carry the oven for baking on the table, as it costs me low. Considering that it weighs more than 6 kg, then it will be difficult for an elderly person to do this. But even when kneading the toughest dough, it stands and does not move at the very edge of the table.
It is not convenient to carry, there are no pens.
Instructions with recipes in Russian are attached.

Just now such a topic of choosing between mulineshka and Panasonic was discussed, look here: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&Itemid=26&topic=2179.0

From myself, I can add about the notorious yellow spot on Panasonic. PLASTIC DOES NOT BURN OUT !!!! I have the same stain on the tile near the hole from which hot air comes out, and the tile is certainly not plastic. The fact is that flour gets on the ten when kneading, and it burns, and after that, on the "exhaust" near the stove, soot settles, as it were. It can be erased simply, either with a cloth or with soda.
There are no handles for carrying the stove.
You can put it on any hard, even surface, you need a socket with grounding.
I have it stationary, on the desktop, because it is used very often (at least once a day).
Panasonic has excellent instructions in Russian and Ukrainian, with excellent recipes (for Easter cake and rye with bran, adjustments are needed, but you can easily check them out by searching on the forum)
Panasonic has a mode of keeping bread hot, without dampness - 3 hours.

Both stoves are good, whatever you choose - the gift will be great

Happy choice!

:) Bake-bake ... but - HANDLES..... not bread, pies, rolls, cheesecakes .... I wanted my own bread for something suddenly, after throwing out another tasteless smelling on the second day from buying a store loaf ...

I fired up to buy a bread maker for myself for the New Year. I found this wonderful forum, fortunately it turned out to be easy - Yandex was the first to issue it when searching ...

I read the forum ... I narrowed the selection list down to Panasonic SD 255 and, presumably, Moulinex 5200. I called the shops of the city, whose phones I had. Panasonic 255s turned out to be nowhere to be found, sold out, Mulks said there is. Let's go. What the hell ...

Well, then everything is fun ... The cartoons turned out to be with additional numbers after OW 3000 or OW 5002, I was not ready for this (I honestly wrote them down on a piece of paper so that after asking on the forum, chichazz rushed to look for a piece of paper ... it turned out - the son did the New Year's cleaning on the desktop, and ... my piece of paper has already been taken out with the trash can ...

Panasonic SD 255 was accidentally found in one of the stores, with a lost recipe book and something else that they promised to "restore" ..... BUT it also turned out to be with additional letters, something like Panasonic SD 255 WBT (or something like that , this info was also written on the piece of paper that my child carefully threw away). So, this Panasonic 255th and add. letters turned out to be WITHOUT DISPENSER... Perhaps there are some other differences in the set of programs, I didn't ask here.

In short, I returned without shopping and now I understand that I finally don't understand anything

To explain why I finally get into my eyes honestlyABOUTTo my people, I tell you: I fell for Panasonic, because in addition to the fact that I will be happy to bake bread for my family, I would also like to make dough for dumplings / noodles, because I can’t stand kneading tight yeast-free dough, and we love dumplings. .. That is, this moment is important for me.

Moulinex designs are prettier, again the window is useful, but either they knock when kneading, or the crusts are not baked ...Panasonic seems to be more reliable in the reviews, again, yeast-free dough can do how often this option can be used - does the motor work when kneading such a dough "at the limit"? Should we have hopes of cracking not only bread, but also dumplings regularly? ... or is it like a video function in a digital camera? or photos in a camcorder? That is, if I buy a bread maker, then you need to understand that it will cope with bread perfectly, well, a couple of times a year - with dough for dumplings?

Well, in general, if I managed to buy, I would already be here with might and main.YUI smeared the shki with jam, and since it did not work out, it was grinded for the holiday all the more costly from the store shelves ... then the flour of choice again rolled on a new high-quality round

As it turned out, Panasonic 254th can also make dough on dumplings, but without a dispenser .... ...

After the holidays I will go to buy, as the new product will be brought, and I still have to decide on the choice.
Do not disregard, experienced owners of bread makers! Here, on the forum, both to bread - only with good, and to people - with understanding ... it's very great, I hope, you will help me too!

Yana
Don't worry, if you haven't bought it, then it's not destiny. Before the new delivery to the stores, while you read everything on the forum, listen to advice and already decide on the purchase for sure.

Hello, Boyaka's cat!
You are very thoughtful about buying HP, I envy you! I first bought my Moulinex OW2000 oven, and then I found this forum in pursuit of new recipes. I just liked my stove in appearance and dimensions - it will come in handy on the farm.
So with regards to your questions:
- on the forum everyone uses the abbreviations of the bread maker models. Mine, for example, is fully named Moulinex OW 200030 / 3Z1, and with other ovens.
- all HP programs are absolutely "working" - these are not photographs in a video camera. I have had my stove for three months and all this time I have been using it mercilessly, bread of all kinds is baked every day, I also make dough quite often. And the dumplings dough is obtained with HP very easily and quickly, it remains only to stick the dumplings - the most labor-intensive HP does for you. Less commonly, only the "jam" program is used. Perhaps my 3-month experience with HP is not an indicator, but judging by the forum, many have been using HP continuously for more than a year and during this time they have completely lost the habit of store-bought bread. This, by the way, is happening quickly.
- Panasonic is praised on the forum and there are quite a few of their owners, but this does not mean that they are perfect - maybe they simply did not use other models. My oven makes me very happy, but I have not used others, so I have no right to compare and I will talk about Moulinex. The owners of Panasonic, I think, will certainly answer you too.
- HP Mulinex is really distinguished by its interesting design, the presence of a large and convenient viewing window, and you will want to look at the batch more than once! Model 5002 differs from mine in size, the presence of additional. programs (Borodino bread, etc.), as well as the ability to bake a loaf weighing 1.5 kg. Be sure to make both yeast dough (with a rise) and dumplings. The 3000 and 2000 models can do the same. Even though there is no "Borodino bread" program, I bake it on my model. He is our favorite in our family. The Mulinex have a choice of three crust colors (light, medium, dark) and three bread weights (OW 2000 - 500, 750 and 1000g; OW 3000 and 5002 - 750, 1000 and 1500g) in all bread baking programs. There is no dispensary, but I don’t think this is a disadvantage of CP.
- To study the HP models more specifically, read the instructions for different models on the website - there are a lot of them here! Then in the store you will know everything better than the sellers!
-Buy a New stove in the New Year (maybe they will even become cheaper after the New Year's sweeping of goods from the shelves!) And in the New Year eat homemade bread, you will not regret it! Of course, it is better and more pleasant if the oven is brand new, not from the showcase and in a complete set, the first bread is always better to bake from the "native" instructions, so make friends with HP faster and easier, without "the first pancakes are lumpy"!

Happy New Year!!!

Probably you mean SD 255 WTS? This is EXACTLY the same as without the letters, these letters mark the color. This model (255 wts) with a dispenser, apparently, the store got something wrong, most likely it was the 254 model.

As for dumplings - at Panasonic, the motor copes with the dough without any stress, even if you sculpt every day

Don't worry, your stove will wait for you. Buy it after the new year, without any excitement.

So Moulinex can too dumplings dough? I just did not guess the instructions to download, I will definitely do it .... Probably. The truth is that whatever is done is for the better, and this delay in time was given to me for this Linka, your Mulechka makes dumplings simply thanks to our Russian ingenuity, right? as part of a complete program for a specific bread?

There is no dispenser, but I don't think it's a disadvantage of HP.
Your stove beeps inviting you to add a thread, right? I, too, think - the presence of a dispenser seems to be not so important for me ... I go to bed late, I can throw in a raisin-nut myself for a bread baked in the morning ...

Yes, I was upset at first, and then I also decided that I had time to "think". Of course, prices are unlikely to fall, probably even the other way around, but this is not the point of how important it is ... I'll buy it anyway, because this is a necessary thing in the household ... It's a pity that the kitchen is not attached to it more spacious; ...
Linka
Yes, yes, you are absolutely right everywhere, Boyaka's cat !!!
Does the dumplings dough require no rise? Fine! take the "dough" mode after kneading, turn off the oven - the dough for dumplings is ready! It is very easy to determine - the stove stops interfering - you can hear it, you still make the filling nearby! and the time can be viewed - all cycles of each program are scheduled in the instructions, and the time until the end of the program is on the display.
A sound signal suggests adding additives to the dough, but many solid additives - raisins, nuts, flax seeds, sesame seeds, etc. - can be thrown in initially with all the ingredients.
Link
How right you are about the size of the kitchen! My HP "lives" on the windowsill - fortunately, its (pechkin's) dimensions allow it! That's why I took the smallest one in the store, and big loaves for my family of 3 are not needed, it's always better to have fresh bread! So, as you can see, when choosing HP there is already a lot to think about!
Xenia
Boyaka's cat, I also chose for a long time between different models, in particular Panasonic and Moulinex. After reading the forum, I stopped at Panasonic 255, but I'm also waiting, since they are not on sale.
As for Mulinex, on the forum, many people complain about the light crust. My friend bought Moulinex 5002 from me in November, and I saw bread (yes, I saw, baked with her) with my own eyes - the crust is really very light - after that I finally turned my back on Moulinex towards Panasonic.
Although, in my city they are not now. I'm waiting.
The choice is yours.

Panas has a bunch of recipes (in a book)! Moulinex has few of them. I do not know about this Moulinex, but I had 3000 so it thundered so much during the kneading that I woke up at night (he is in the kitchen, I'm in the room, the door is closed!). Mostly, though, there isn't much difference.

I had a Mulineshka 3000, and now Panasonic 255 and I can compare these two ovens like this: the quality of workmanship, the quality of work and the result of baking, and even a bucket - all this in Panasonic is much better, and as for the number of programs, so why would an elderly person need it man? There are really more of them in Moulinex, but one quality of the bread obtained in Panasonic can be exchanged for all 14 programs. At first I was upset that I changed the awl for soap (and there are fewer programs and the weight and crust are not regulated everywhere), but now I realized that it was not in vain that I started fussing with the replacement. It was worth it!

I will not agitate too long ... Panasonic 255 and Moulinex 5002 (and even more so 5004) stoves are products of DIFFERENT generations.

You have to choose yourself, it's like buying a car. So choose what is better to ride for the one who will be presented with a gift - a bread maker ... (see photo)

How will an elderly person operate a bread maker (Panasonic 255), in which, with an empty display, you have to select a program, size, timer, etc., and only then press the "start" button ??
P.S. And my Moulinex OW 5002 consumes electricity (specially measured) when the TV is turned on at the same time for the entire cycle of making French bread (about 4 hours), only 0.8 kW / hour.

Actually, it's not empty. When you press the PROGRAM button for the first time, inscriptions and pictograms appear that accompany all subsequent actions up to the START button.

Having an electric stove, I did not notice an increase in energy consumption, and with the purchase of a multicooker, it decreased by an average of 150 kW.In any case, homemade bread is cheaper than store-bought bread (Moscow prices).

Owl, do you want to say that Panas is more difficult to manage than Mulinex?

What do different generations mean? As I understand it, this is almost the latest model. Do you want to say that Panas is the same "kopeck" car? )

The task of the stove is what: to bake well. I want to give one example, when a gas stove was bought, and the pies are poorly baked in the oven (it burns on one side). So you have to put a brick under the baking sheet to reduce the heat.
Therefore, I have a choice: Panas Petrovich or Mulineshka, and to make it easier to manage.

About baking: I am very satisfied with the quality of the product from my bread machine. I have nothing more to say on this subject. Here on this site is full of branches on the same topic "thinking about buying a bread machine", search and read, make YOUR choice YOURSELF!

I will add: the only model for which I would exchange my "device" is the Moulinex 5004 (I have, as you understand, the 5002 model), but when I bought mine, I have not seen the 5004 yet.

Somewhere above me they ask (not you) whether I ate bread from Panasonic 255. It's almost like a question, have I ever eaten Iranian-made Caspian beluga caviar. I answer - I ate (I mean bread from Panasonic 255), and more than once.

Question to the owners of Mulinex 5002:
1) did not find instructions for it: does the 5002 program "Homemade pasta" or something like that, well, that is, exactly like this, a program for making a steep dough for dumplings-dumplings-noodles?
I understand that we are inventive people and dough on dumplings can be contrived to make any x \ n, on another program, but the mind whispers that if a cool dough is not offered in ready-made programs by developers, then this is - motor rape That is, it will heal, but the scar in the soul will remain
2) Does the 5002nd Mulechka have "rye bread", do the Mulks cope with SUCH dough (sorry, I already have porridge from the abundance of information in my head)

Boyaka's cat, I also chose for a long time between different models, in particular Panasonic and Moulinex. After reading the forum, I stopped at Panasonic 255, but I'm also waiting, since they are not on sale.
As for Mulinex, on the forum, many people complain about the light crust. My friend bought Moulinex 5002 from me in November, and I saw bread (yes, I saw, baked with it) with my own eyes - the crust is really very light - after that I finally turned my back on the Moulinex towards the Panasonic.
Although, in my city they are not now. I'm waiting.
The choice is yours.
White bread with milk from Mulinex - medium crust (photo 1.)
Buckwheat bread on Mulinex kefir - medium crust (photo 2.) On a dark crust it turns out even darker - only I almost never put it on. Lighter than this only white French (flour, water, salt, yeast) for obvious reasons.

What kind of crust is needed more? Black or what?

Only three days ago I bought Panasonic 255, but both of my teenagers (children) are already delighted! The first bread was baked according to the recipe from the attached book, ordinary white - it turned out superb and by the evening the children were piging again Then I risked trying to bake rye according to the recipe from Dentist, I set myself up for failure in advance, but everything turned out great and very tasty !!! There are no difficulties in management! And as for the fact that someone will not immediately figure it out, so sorry - any new technique must first be carefully studied before using it, even a TV and a vacuum cleaner :. I can say that the stove is super!

Yes, quite a normal crust .... Link, did you have to twirl this mysterious screw in your Mulka? Or did it bake normally right away, or did it get hot after a few buns, like some other Mulek owners did?

Question about beforethe latest models of Panasonic and Moulinex.

Panasonic 254 differs from 255 in that there is no rye bread program and dispenser. Dispenser - okay, but do the owners of the 254 model bake rye bread and in HOW way?

According to Moulinex 5002 - I will not find instructions on it.
Instruction 5004 contains information that "rye bread" is. How about this at 5002? If there is no "rye bread", HOW do you get out of the situation?

Please, friends, post a link WHERE you can read detailed instructions on the 5002nd Mulinex. PLIIIZ!

Personally, I like the bread baked in Panasonic (especially French) much more. I can't even understand why, but he's different.

I don't understand either, for example, exactly the same bread from LG and Panas is completely different, also delicious, but not that ??? Even the smell is different.
And I still can't understand why the owners of other stoves attack Panasy in this way, mind you, on the contrary, no one said anything
I can find only one explanation - they envy Panasonic or Moulinex - general questions of choice

I have Moulinex-5002-I'm not overjoyed ... All the recipes from the enclosed booklet have already been tried, none of them disappointed ... I just would like to bake some more rye bread, but somehow it’s scary ... but suddenly it will not work ... Yes and then, in the attached booklet with recipes, there is no recipe for pure rye bread for some reason ... Maybe the bread maker was not originally designed for baking rye bread? It's a pity ... But all the same, I would not exchange it for any other model ... I really got attached to it !!!

And there is no need to change, why change what you like
And about rye, try to bake according to the main recipe, but instead of one part of flour, add rye (1 to 3) In general, look at the recipes on the forum, I think your stove will cope, everyone will cope ...

Dear Krosh! Well, how is it that there is no recipe for rye bread ?? Open the recipe book on the 1st (first!) Page and you will see the recipe for "pure rye bread" - "Borodinsky".

It's strange to hear the phrase: "Maybe the bread maker was not originally designed for baking rye bread?" from you, the baker, who (according to your own words) has already tried "all the recipes from the enclosed booklet, none of them disappointed" ...

About "Borodinsky" I completely agree with you, purely rye, but ... with additives, in the form of coriander, for example ... And I meant ... Well, the one that is sold in the store, the one we call "black" ... Just "black" bread (although it may not be pure "rye").

Krosh, please open the recipe book: page 11 - "Peasant bread", page 12 - "Country bread" (I have laid out the recipe for this "country" bread at least twice in different branches over the past month and a half).

In addition to those mentioned, there are also recipes for "black" bread: page 10, page 16, page 18. they are a little more complicated than the above, but you have to dare ...

In total - 5 great recipes. Forward !!!

Of course, everyone praises their favorite. Let's have a test drive. We will choose one recipe and weight, try to bake each one on our own bread maker, and then write reports with the attachment of photographs of the whole bread and in a section. It will be seen who is capable of what.

Not a bad idea. You can choose the most common - "French". But besides the appearance, there is also taste ... How can you check it? ..
