mish, many have scratches and scuffs, my HP has the most on the mixer, but this does not affect baking and taking out bread in any way. By the time the coating is completely unusable (and for many it did not happen in 9 years, like for Admin), many will buy a new HP model, I think ... Bake bread to your health, don't look at scratches!
mish
Thanks for the comfort. Honestly - a little relieved from the heart. It seems that I would be less worried even if I crashed the car - and my soul hurts for the stove
musyanya
mish, honestly, and my soul ached for the first two months ... Everything goes away and now I treat scratches in a philosophical way. But I will categorically never make jam - there is a negative sad experience with the first bread maker of another manufacturer ...
mish
What about jam? Does sugar really scratch the bucket? The question is of fundamental interest, since, as a rule, I cook jam in large volumes and you can't do with a bread bucket ...

I have a Panasonic-255. I somehow cooked orange jam. Nothing seemed to be scratched. Maybe the fact is that there are no seeds in oranges? Or is it that sugar dissolves very quickly?
The volume of the final product is small - 300-400 g. Enough for a week or two for tea.
I used gelatin during cooking.
musyanya
I will say about the jam, let them not throw slippers at me - this has already been written on the forum several times. Sugar doesn't scratch the bucket, actually. Hot sugar is aggressive towards the rubber seal (it quickly deteriorates) on the axis where the bucket sits. After the first jam, I had such a disaster, I was nursed by the whole forum, thanks a thousand times for the support!
I will never cook in Panasika, although I liked the jam very much, and the sealant in Panasika is fundamentally made differently ...
,
mish
Thanks for the information - I will continue to cook jam without HP, Khlebushek - so bread. And then I almost lost my mind from scratches - problems with the sealant are not at all worth it. I don’t want to take risks, especially since the volume of the resulting product is small.

I want to share my joy. Today I bought a Panasonic 255, which is very happy))) maybe my torment with a choice is finally over. I chose between Panos 255 and Mulineshka 5004. I shoveled the entire Internet, read all 36 pages of this Temka (it took a lot of time))))
I really wanted 5004 (I really liked the baguettes) and would even have bought it if not for the disassembly Andrew with her own (I never read to the end, how it ended, but she herself would not want to get there. Although it may be easier for us, the laws are different). And yet, what stopped is that she does not make dough for dumplings. Is it so? And my children love them och

And another question. Will the owners of the 255 model prompt such a thing: the bucket in Panos should hang like that? In the rest (Moulinex, Kenwood, etc.), it is fixed.
musyanya
I have 253 Vakki, and I also had moulinex. In the mulinex, the bucket was difficult to insert and remove. After it, it seemed to me that the bucket does not hold in Panasika and generally dangles - believe me, it only seems that everything is normally done there and works fine, it's just unusual at first.
And congratulations on your purchase !!! Now, as usual on this forum, walk around the forum, maybe you want to buy something else (slow cooker, etc. .. so that the bread maker does not have to be bored alone in the kitchen.

Peace be with you bakers!
Vakki 5004 makes both for dumplings and for pizza and pasta
it has 2 mixers !!!

it has 2 mixers !!!

The 2 agitators are due to the shape of the bucket, not the power. Now I have a stove with two mixers ... in Panas, the dough kneads more powerfully, it throws it on the walls and spanks it, and two twist it quietly, it happens that two koloboks are kneaded, you need to push them towards each other
shade
peace be with you bakers
that's what I'm talking about 550 Panasonic 610 Moulinex
2 spinning technically and doing their job
and in Panas one gets angry and throws the dough on the walls

Thank you, reassured :) And then we in the store called all the consultants and the administrator in addition to fix this bucket
And how does Mulieszka knead the dough for dumplings? There is a button only for pizza. I need a second cotton, for my mother, so I would take it if the dough is kneading.
And I try to read the forum, but there’s no time (I’m ashamed to say, they haven’t even tried it yet), I even found an answer just now: ((((The next purchase will be an airfryer))) when I’ll find the time to choose.

Vakki honestly I don’t know how she kneads it, I just lay food
I choose the dough program and press start

shade, press "yeast dough" and start or what other dough?

Boo Boo it would be where to put all this, the place is tight, the meat grinder has already gone to the shelf, after buying a cotton

PS Maybe someone else will explain what yeast B and R is, otherwise the search gave 28 pages, I'm afraid if I read them, then I will bake my first bread only in the next. year and in the recipe for ordinary bread there are exactly this yeast, and one hour. l., other 2 tsp.

Boo Boo,
Yeast B is when you bake non-quick bread, for example, the main program is 4 hours, and R is when quick baking, for example, in the main program, the mode is 1 hour 55 minutes.

To do this, go to the yeast topic in the Baking Basics section

then it is not at all clear why put two types of yeast in one dough? can we limit ourselves to one type? I have a saf moment, is it B or R?

I decided to bake the first loaf of bread, and then an ambush! in the simplest recipe from the book of Panasonic, two types of yeast are indicated, but I have neither B nor R, I only have a saf moment, so I don’t know what to put .. but time goes on, the younger one will soon wake up and start crying again, and then I I won't have time for anything again .. oh, my life is a tin

can someone tell me a link to some simple recipe to try a new X \ n?

Thank you all for your support, patience and understanding :))) I will study and try. One thing is upsetting that today I never baked my first bread: ((while I was figuring out the recipes, a trifle woke up) As a result, the cotton is worth it, but time goes by ..
it takes time to study, but it’s just sorely lacking now. okay, we'll wait until they grow up

Girls, tell me, some recipes for rye bread indicate kneading on the "Pizza" + baking program. This is how I understand it in Panasonic. What about Moulinex? It does not have a pizza program, which program to choose for kneading (double)? Tell me please.

Hello bakers!
I want to share my joy. Today we bought a Panasonic 256, which I am very happy about !!! (my torment with the choice finally ended).
I found this site on the Internet more than a year ago, since then and began to dream of a bread machine. I chose between Kenwood 450 and Panasonic 255, but we didn't have the wrong one, not the other. While I was dreaming, I did not forget to visit the site and read the reviews. As a result, I also wanted a multicooker, but it was easier with it. In the sense that I wanted Panasonic, and we had it. At the beginning of the month, my husband gave Moulinex to my friend, I "ate all my baldness" about this, and when on the 20th we went for a slow cooker, my husband bought me Moulinex 2000, despite my protests (I dreamed about something else!). But then I remembered the saying that a tit in the hand is better than a pie in the sky and calmed down, though not for long! When I baked the first bread, I was upset because the top crust was very white. I called a friend, she has the same, but it did not suit me! I went to the site, read reviews and advice, tried to bake 2 more times, the result is the same. I packed it back into the box and gave it to my husband with the words: "where you took it, take it there!" But I didn't want to live without homemade bread, and after calling stores in neighboring cities, we found a Panasonic 256, and in 1 eq. (I didn't like the last reviews about Kenwood, and they couldn't even bring it to us). So, my husband, almost 200 km went after her to please me "beloved" !!!! Therefore, to say that I am glad is to say nothing!
Immediately the first bread was baked in it. I was morally ready for "surprises", but in vain! The bread turned out to be very tasty, baked and, most importantly, beautiful! She didn't have time to take a picture, while she was putting the youngest to bed, the husband and the older ate more than half. And since there is something to compare with, I will note that bread tastes better in Panasonic, my husband also said, but he is very picky with me. Yes, and a slow cooker too, a wonderful thing!

Losikom, thank you. Now I have finally solved my long dilemma. buy Panasonic
Marishka *
Hello bakers. How hard it is for me to choose between the Moulinex OW 600230 and the panasonic 257 (255). For several days I have been reading messages on the forum and I just can't decide. Moulinex captivates with baguettes, Panasonic - reliability. Can you tell me if it makes sense to buy Moulinex because of the baguettes (they are very appetizing in the photos), or you can also bake them in the oven if you wish?
Rina
The baguettes in mules are very small, one might say, for two bites. It is better to buy a reliable Panasonic and baguette molds, so that, if desired, knead the dough in a bread machine and bake in the oven.
Marishka *
Rina72, and the baguettes baked in the oven differ in taste from those baked in a bread machine?
Rina
I won't tell you about baguettes, but bread baked in the oven compares favorably even with bread baked in Panasonic.
mailgor
My Mulya is about 2 years old, she has already been under repair once and asks for the second time. And all because of a flaw in the mixers. All the grease has burned out, the pins are loose. If not for these shortcomings, everything would be great. No complaints about baking. And I do not bake baguettes very often.
Marishka *
I am more and more inclined to buy Panasonic. 8600 for a not very reliable item - a little expensive
Marishka *
I made the final decision, I want Panosonic 257. There was a problem, I just can't find it in Khabarovsk.

Marishka. I bought myself Moulinex. It took a little more than 2 weeks, she broke down. She refused to fix it, decided to give it to the store. I baked baguettes once (I bought them exactly), breadsticks.Interesting, of course, but I don't think that I will often bake in it (buns and baguettes), most likely I would be used for kneading dough and baking bread. Also from the minuses: The bread was not completely baked, it was necessary to set additional time and the crust is pale (set to medium) From the pros: The capacity is the largest of all. And 2 stirrers. The dough was well mixed.
I chose HP itself (without a forum), and registered how it broke, now I re-read everything and decided to take Panasonic too
Elenka11
We came to the store today to buy Panasonic, out of stock (((. Sellers began to say that in Panasonic, plastic mixer parts, while other companies have metal parts. Is this so bad? Kenwood and Moulinex began to actively offer.

What plague you were told in the store !!! The horror is simple !!!
In Panasonic mixers metal.
They lied to you, because they do not have Panasikov on sale, and I really want to get your money.
Elenka11
When you take out the bucket, you can see the screws. I mean them.
Rina
Elenka11, Panasonic has practically no problems with this node. Now, some types of plastics are significantly better than some types of metal.

And if you compare Panasonic SD-257 and Moulinex OW 6002 in terms of power? Panasik has low power in comparison with Mule, he has 550 W, and she has 1650 W. What does power affect and is it worth it? And it's strange to me why Panasik's models do not progress in power, unlike Muli. Enlighten the teapot, please!

Itself two weeks tortured everyone with questions. Finally, I made up my mind and bought a Panasonic 257 The third day she has me, I bake the third bread. The previous two were so chic that they stunned my pessimistic households. Even my husband doesn’t get tired of praising, but yesterday he screwed half a loaf of bread. An unambiguously excellent model of a bread machine

The second ten is turned on only when baking a baguette. Accordingly, the power is doubled. Power affects energy consumption. Even by weight of bread m can bake a little more.

OOOOOOOO!
Well, this is some kind of enlightenment, otherwise I just can't understand why there is such a striking difference in power. Panasik has max. baking weight 1250 g, Mulka's - 1500 g - not a big difference :))

I have a gas oven with its own "races".
If your mom doesn't bake baguettes exclusively, buy her a bread maker and don't hesitate!
And even if only baguettes are baked, the bread maker will knead the dough just exclusively (then, however, it is not necessary to buy such an expensive one).

Some time ago I began to bake bread "on a long dough" - baked in the oven. Then there was no time for that - again I use Panasonic for a full cycle. At the dacha, I will definitely not bake in the oven (imported gas, no electric oven, and even if it does, it is more convenient and profitable in HP)
