I want to buy some kind of bread maker with such a function specifically for cooking preserves, jams, etc. on a non-industrial scale, just to the table. I want to buy on Avito, nevertheless, to take a new one for this business, but at current prices I see no point in an expensive device. But thanks to the forum, there is already a habit of not missing anything, but watching, choosing, reading reviews, comparing functions, efficiency, and so on. So I want to consult with the same as me, deviceaholics of choice exactly bread makers for these purposes - who thinks which is better? I saw the recipes, but I did not find the profiled topics for the selection.
Requirements:
- a dedicated program, of course.
-relatively large volume (there are many eaters), well, that is, a bowl for baking 1-1.5 kg, and not 500-700 gr.

I would be grateful for all the advice and feedback, opinions, experience and so on.

And, a big request - I want to discuss the choice, and not the question of whether a bread maker is needed for this at all, so I ask you HERE not to discuss the inexpediency of using a bread machine for these purposes.
