Remember the classics:
- "Mulya, don't make me nervous, ... hold your umbrella and don't get lost."
This mule is not at all unnerving, you get a predictable result (for now, anyway). I did not compare with others (pots), other comparisons never required either big or small money. In short, a good machine.
Good luck to the owners and owners!

I apologize. Hello to all Russian women from a resident of Ukraine, Kharkov, 30 km from Russia. I will not litter the topic anymore, I just share my impressions of the purchased item from the point of view of a man.
I am satisfied with the unit, perhaps because I meticulously followed the instructions. In manual cooking mode, I used cooking experience. However, I did not observe any transfusions, boilings, and other problems. It is fried well, adequately, it is cooked in time (sometimes I increase the time a little), I was surprised that when cooking various products, some, for some reason, do not boil, while others are normally ready. The taste is pleasant. In general, I will be attracted, and I will no longer bother in the female theme.

P.S. Links about brides can be sent.

Honestly, I can't say that this animal is not very accommodating .... a machine, it is also a machine in Africa .... There are many recipes in it, but there was no time to experiment with them. And with their own as it is rather for the holidays to cook. For example, porridges for a small child and a husband turn out very well in the morning ... only, again, you need to select your own proportions - whoever loves as more, either thicker or thinner .... it's all for an amateur. The soups are great too! And as already noted, products with different cooking times do not boil over at the same time, but all keep their proper shape. This is also one of the very significant advantages .... You don't have to stand over it and add everything in turn .... You can also stand at the stove. For me, for example, this is very important. I practically do not use the stove now. I didn't experiment with baking either .... I have a bread machine and an oven ..... I didn't buy a pressure cooker for baking. Purely for the preparation of first and second courses, it suits me very much - both in speed and quality. I didn't count on anything else. And in terms of money ... So there are units and more expensive ...

Hello owners of this miracle! Tell me please, is this saucepan completely pressure cooker or can it be used as a multicooker at least in some modes? And someone cooked milk porridge, how is it?
Hello. She cooked both rice porridge and millet according to the embedded recipe "Millet Porridge". Everything worked out the first time. 4 tbsp. spoons of rice and 2 tbsp. milk (I have a glass of 200 gr.) though then a little more milk gurgled from the bag, I was afraid that it would burn, but I love liquid porridge, a little salt and sugar, a piece of plums. oils. The recommended time did not change. Everything worked out great. Millet also turned out excellent, my husband liked it.

I haven't tried the omelet, but you can try it on frying .... and you can also cover the lid .... although it does not close tightly, it still cooks better ... I cook almost everything in the manual mode, because I need a delayed start. ... By the way, share your observations. I seem to have a problem with the cartoon. I want to ask everyone if steam is constantly coming out of the valve during cooking, not much, but nevertheless it comes out, and the instructions say that if steam comes out of the valve for more than one minute, then the unit must be returned for repair. This is true? Should the steam be released in portions from time to time, or should it come out in small quantities? After all, steam has to go somewhere ,,,,,

My steam comes out at the end of cooking, before the warning "whistle". In the process of cooking, only in the mode of cartoon rice drops a little steam in the process.

Hello! Yesterday I became the happy owner of this miracle!
Immediately I tried to make meat in Burgundy. As for the first time, it worked out great. True, I did not immediately know how to approach it, so I did not fry the meat on heating. But it turned out well, the meat was perfectly cooked.
Today I tried rice milk porridge in the "cereals / rice" mode. Took 200 g of rice, 2 tablespoons of water and 3 tablespoons of milk for 10 minutes. The device began to be outraged that there was not enough liquid, so I had to add another glass of water. It turned out great, even tastier than on the stove. The only thing is that when the steam was ejected, milk leaked a little, but not critical.
Today I will try to make a potato casserole.
X-Lana
I continue testing Cook4me.

I tried to cook a potato casserole according to an embedded recipe for 6 people. Where to add eggs - the recipe does not say, mixed them with boiled potatoes. Then I did everything according to the recipe. The volume of the dish is too large. The multicooker suggested baking for 30 minutes, but this time is clearly not enough, so she started it on the second round.
Verdict: I overcooked the potatoes, as a result, the mass turned out to be watery. Everything was baked, but when you tried to remove it from the pan, it fell apart. Perhaps it was necessary to wait until it cools completely, or perhaps the problem is in the liquid puree. It tastes great, but I would also add some onion to the minced meat. Time for 6 people needs to be doubled. In general, for the first time, it will do. I came to the conclusion that it's better to bake smaller portions.

Next, I tried to cook vegetables for a vinaigrette. Three potatoes in the "whole potato" mode, the machine suggested that I cook for 29 minutes, I had doubts, reduced it to 20, but still it turned out to be a bit too much, I think 15 minutes would be enough.
Then I put the beets and carrots together in the "small beets" mode, offered to cook for 25 minutes, I agreed. The result: the carrots are ready, the beets are damp. I put the beets on the manual "quick cooking" mode for 10 minutes - it turned out great.

Hello! I love the site, I picked up bread recipes, just read. Yesterday I also bought this miracle, I chose it for a long time. I am grateful for this topic, helped a lot. I bought it in M-Video for 10490r., Just was the delivery. It was a day off and I prepared:
buckwheat porridge - in two steps, that is, it cooked for 3 minutes on a fast mode (but you need to choose the amount of liquid to taste),
pumpkin porridge according to the recipe (rather mashed potatoes with orange juice and spices) - it turned out right away,
jellied meat - I used the program, but put frozen (of course, all washed and cleaned) pork leg, shank and meat, added more water than in the recipe. After the end of the program, the meat from the bone fell behind, but just in case, I set the fast mode for 20 minutes. I kept thinking "What about the foam?", But it turned out to be a transparent broth.
I am very satisfied, everything is delicious, fast, as I expected. Thanks to this topic, I figured it out faster and was already ready for the fact that it was necessary to check the readiness to my taste.
Today I wanted to stew a duck, but the family asked me to add a potato, maybe I still didn't figure it out well, but I haven't found meat and potatoes like a sauce yet. The duck was first fried in a pan to melt the fat, then in a pressure cooker, fry on frying, there duck, potatoes, water by eye and for 20 minutes by hand. The potatoes boiled well, but the most interesting thing did not lose their shape, that is, they didn’t smear, the duck was soft in the end, although the musky meat was harsh.
I have a question: what do you use when stirring - silicone or wooden spoons when cooking? And, of course, there are questions about cooking.
Thanks everyone!

My question is: what do you use when stirring - silicone or wooden spoons when cooking?

I have a silicone spatula for a bread machine, and I use it.

On the question of whether to wash the saucepan in the dishwasher: I tried it, everything is fine inside the saucepan, but the outer surface has become rougher. In general, I made conclusions for myself that it’s better not. But the lid was washed perfectly.

Hello. They gave me this miracle for the new year. I am very satisfied. I tried to cook many different dishes, soups, meat, side dishes. Everything is fine. I cooked duck for Christmas. Previously, it was marinated in a mixture of mayonnaise, vegetable oil, garlic, lemon juice, ground pepper. Cut into pieces in the morning. I fried it manually, then added small onions, cut into halves and a sliced half of lemon (more precisely, what was left after squeezing the juice). Then I cooked on fast mode for 20 minutes. It turned out very tasty, juicy.

Yesterday I cooked pork ribs with potatoes. Fried ribs, onions and spices in manual mode. I added tomato paste with some water and put it on fast mode for 15 minutes. At this time, she peeled and cut the potatoes into large pieces. I added it to the multicooker and set it on for 7 minutes in fast mode. Everything worked out great.

Braised chicken according to the same scheme for 15 minutes.

I mix everything with a plastic spoon from Ikea.

My magic pot is a great helper for busy people.

I also like my pot more and more every day .... I cook almost everything in it .... As many noted, the stove is practically no longer needed .... I stewed soups and fish and even made an omelette for a child .... though I poured it into a silicone mold and put it in a steaming basket .... three minutes and the omelet is ready ... very airy! Oddly enough, the child ate everything! I put the steam basket together with the handles - the plastic does not melt. I only use silicone spatulas in a saucepan .... since there is a wide choice of them now .... for every taste and wallet. The only thing is that I cook everything practically in manual mode ... I don't like the embedded recipes. I also really want to try to cook pilaf and buckwheat ...wondering how it will turn out? I would like it to be boiled and not stick together ... but I think that everything will be fine .... only for yourself you need to choose the right proportions of water and cereals ...

I did buckwheat yesterday, it turned out super. Before that, I was preparing barley, the cartoon wrote to me "cover the food with water", but I thought that covering it with water was too little and poured a lot of water like when cooking on the stove. I cooked the pearl barley for 15 minutes, it turned out to be soft as fluff, but there was still a lot of water.

And yesterday I covered the buckwheat with water, just so that there was a little grain on top, I chose the ingredients - buckwheat, the program said 6 minutes, I translated it into ten minutes. Everything worked out - buckwheat is soft, all the water has evaporated, but nothing is burnt. Now I will always cook like that.

And the basket for steaming is placed on metal legs, I'm still afraid that these legs would scratch the bottom of the bowl, what do you think, girls?
OksanaG

Tell me, please, did you soak the barley beforehand? How long and in what mode was it cooked?
Dina S.

No, I didn't, I just washed it. And then I chose from the menu "ingredients - cereals - millet (for some reason I didn't find pearl barley, I decided that millet is the closest to pearl barley), then the inscription lit up - put the food and cover them with water, I realized that less water is needed, The program suggested five minutes of cooking, at first I set it to ten minutes, but after ten minutes the barley was damp, I put it on for another 5. So you can safely choose fifteen minutes of cooking.

The taste was really good - soft as fluff, on the stove I never got it like that. And I also think you can cook it in manual mode, just set it for fifteen minutes and that's it, but I haven't tried that. I'll try, I'll write what happened
OksanaG

Why am I asking whether you soaked or not, I tried to cook without soaking, it was cooked for me for a long time, as I understand, I poured a lot of water, in the end it still turned out to be kind of harsh. Or maybe the barley was bad. I cooked barley on the mode (ingredients - cereals - barley, this is barley). Where did you find millet?

Good evening! Thanks to ALL for the advice.
I am also slowly mastering recipes. If someone is interested: I cooked chicken, fried it. I think I'll try further on the ingredients-meat-poultry program. Weight starts from 500 grams, asks in whole or in pieces? I chose in pieces, then she offered me frying (which I had already done), I canceled and received an offer to pour 200 ml. water and place the basket for subsequent cooking (steamed). She also canceled and put out on quick cooking. Something like this. I will know for the future. If something is not entirely clear, rescues "manually". I would like more detailed instructions.
With a bread maker, too, after all, not everything worked out right away.

Good evening everyone !!!!! I tried today to cook pilaf at last ... the sewn-in recipe for chicken and rice was brushed aside immediately, because there is no preliminary frying ... I fried onions, meat in manual mode ... then carrots in straws ... added spices for pilaf, poured rice and poured boiling water in about the proportion of rice to water 1 to 1.5 .... put it on for 25 minutes, maybe the meat turned out to be harsh .... but in the end the rice turned out to be a little damp on top .... poured another 50 grams of water and put it on 10 minutes ... in the end everything turned out well ... only I still like it more when the rice is even more boiled ... in short, next time I'll take into account that water still needs about 1 to 2 ... just like on the stove ....

I am from Ukraine, when I turned it on for the first time, I installed the Ukrainian language, maybe the versions of recipes and ingredients differ in different languages? I have this millet is the first in cereals. And the fact that barley and pearl barley are one and the same, you opened my eyes, here I am the village. Maybe you really got such barley that it didn't get boiled, even my children ate it with pleasure, before they did not perceive it at all.

As I understand it, all the same, all the recipes have to be customized by typing, I generally thought that the recipe book would be in the format: take this, press the button such and such, install the program such and such for so many minutes, etc. And for this cartoon there are only general instructions on how to select a recipe in a recipe book or how to set frying or heating in manual mode. And how many things where you have to guess yourself in the process.

But I bought it precisely because of the function of the pressure cooker, here it is beyond praise - I pulled out a frozen pork bone from the freezer, filled it with water, threw the carrot and after 20 minutes I got an excellent broth for borscht! Otherwise, you would have to defrost it - cook for two hours, remove the foam, etc. When cooking meat and porridge, you save a lot of time here, and baking can be done in the oven.

Dina S., the embedded recipes indicate the gramme of products and the sequence of preparation. The menu in Russian is exactly like that. And the ingredients have a time clue.

I like the multicooker very much))) I cook basically everything in manual mode, not according to recipes. It turned out quite tasty and simple. For a child, meat cooks very well and, most importantly, quickly. Pea soup is just a bomb, peas turn into dust (10-15 minutes), while potatoes, as many have already noticed, remain pieces !! Today I tried charlotte, for this I switched to English on the menu. language, as in Russian. and ukr. languages it is not, and cooked according to the recipe. 1 tbsp. beat sugar with 5 eggs, added 1 tbsp. flour and half a teaspoon of soda quenched with vinegar, greased the saucepan well. butter (I drove everything in a mixer), poured it into a saucepan (not all), added peeled and cut apples (5 small pieces), poured the rest on the apples. I closed the lid, cooking began, but after a while a message appeared that there is not enough water !? I again set everything according to the programmed recipe, and cooking began again. The child was dressed outside, there was no more time to wait, I had to go out with him when we returned from a walk, the charlotte was ready !!! She took it out and sprinkled it on sugar. powder. By the way, nothing was burnt, it was baked well, the child "shoved it by both cheeks", I also liked it, grandfather came home from work, he really liked it, now I don't know if our dad will stay)))

The topic included questions about the second mode, with higher pressure. I found such an option by typing - I turned on the frying mode with the lid closed. The pressure cooker cursed, pressed the return and it was possible to continue fast cooking or exit the mode. If you agree to continue the same functions as for quick cooking - is it interesting to change the pressure and temperature?

The cartoon has a manual mode and an ingredient mode. You don't have to use pre-built recipes. Cartoon is the principle of cooking on the stove. I did not cook in a pot, the principle of stewing, for example, meat with vegetables, is outrageously simple. An example is fried onions-carrots-vegetables in the frying mode, then I take out the vegetables, disabling this mode first, and fry the meat. After frying, add vegetables and set to fast cooking mode. Time is taken at the rate of 1/2 or 1/3 less than on the stove.

Good morning!
I would like to say a few words about this device. The slogan "Life gets easier" is written on the box. In fact it is,
although I understand that many do not have enough room for creativity with a choice of pressure, temperature and all sorts of other wisdom. But there are different models for every taste.
Like those who are satisfied with the purchase, it is convenient for me to put food in, set the time (press one or two buttons) and go to do other things. And indeed, as the girls said, you need less pots and pans with her when cooking. Now when I'm cooking - I close the stove with a lid and put the "Mulechka" under the hood.
Dear authors, I still had such a question: do you wash the pressure relief devices after each cooking (as written in the instructions), or is it possible after all the preparations at the end of the day?

godfather: If someone cooked a type of stew like meat in pots (Roast) share your experience. I haven’t tried it, but I think that I’ll cook the ingredients-meat- (and there, according to your choice, what you need), see what time it offers.

I think it's not in vain that these recipes are proposed. Most likely in them she does not stupidly cook under one pressure, but somehow changes it according to the program for different products. I judge this by the fact that it releases steam in different ways during the cooking process. Well, this is my personal opinion, that is, a guess. No wonder they write that there are 50 programs in it.
godfather
The fact of the matter is that there are only 50. If everything else itself, then there are no questions, but here it turns out 50 and that's it. It is clear that you can cook in manual mode, but then this is not a multicooker, but a pressure cooker with a delayed start mode. It turns out that Moulinex is misleading its customers by limiting the software capabilities of this device. That is, the device from the technical point of view can, but someone apparently with Korean roots wrote a limited program. But the design and workmanship are beyond praise and I really like the technical solutions. Therefore, I am a little pissed off and the tone of the messages is slightly nervous.
It is mainly my wife who cooks, they bought it based on the preparation of milk porridge in the morning for children. You can imagine how much they told me when there were no such regimes. The oats stated in the instructions, although in the vegetables section, are really absent. I tried to cook oatmeal in millet mode with a delayed start, but I read this topic too late. As a result, I set the cooking time to 5 minutes and the porridge burned, if I set it to 3, I think it would be fine.
A question arose - when you cook meat broth, the foam will not climb through the valve, I tried to cook the meat, while only the dog, slightly, I had to slow down the process in the middle of cooking (I did not want to digest), when the pressure was released, a small part of the broth got into the relief valve, but it was poured there were only two liters. Who cooked meat at full load?

Thank you all to me.
Scarecrow
I do not have a pressure cooker of this particular model, but I have a bunch of other pressure cookers. From my many years of experience of communicating with them, I can say that this is very possible due to the interruption of the program in the middle, when the pressure is maximum. Then, in accordance with the laws of physics, the following phenomenon occurs: the content rushes out. In all other pressure cookers - the same. If she cooks for the rest of the program or you just let her cool down, this will not happen. From a decrease in temperature, the pressure will decrease and the contents will not be pushed through the valve.

And the lid does not need to be closed when frying.
The description stated two modes of cooking under pressure, like the second one I found in the frying sub-mode, so I wrote about the closed lid.
It is clear that it is necessary to fry from the open, but I prefer to fry bork on the grill, although it is unjustifiably expensive, but a good thing. Given the small culinary experience, and the difficult relationship with the technique of the wife, I will be very grateful for the laid out recipes adapted to this device. Even simple meals.

Hello!
I read messages from people who are in confusion after buying this device, I want to say that the more I cook in a slow cooker, the more I like it. Now I only heat up the kettle on the stove

To the recipes I tried above, I want to add that I have already cooked millet milk porridge according to an embedded recipe, rice and chicken in manual mode.
I cooked millet porridge as in the recipe for 6 people, but I took 1 liter of milk, and replaced 500 ml with water. It turned out great! The millet boiled well, it would never have worked out that way on the stove. The only thing, for my taste is a little thick, next time I will add more liquid.

Rice cooked 1 to 2. Everything worked out.

It took me only 30 minutes to cook homemade chicken weighing 1 kg. First, I fried the onions and carrots in manual mode, then I added the chicken, fried for another minute, salted and put on quick cooking for 20 minutes. Then, I added allspice and peppercorns and put it on for another 2 minutes for quick cooking, the chicken was a success.

I have a question about spices. If you add allspice and peas to the dish immediately at the beginning of cooking, will it not taste bitter? But somehow I didn't risk it ...

I kept looking at this pepelats in the store, but I haven’t decided on the purchase yet, so I’m hanging around in the subject ...

What confuses me in many reviews is this: I realized that the owners of this device did not previously own a pressure cooker. All the delights are not from the device as such, but from the pressure cooker functions. Since adolescence, I have been refined (first with domestic ones, then with Tefalev ones, then multicooker with pressure cooker function), so the possibilities of a pressure cooker are not new to me, and I'm used to them. But the functionality of the device is not particularly clear to me. Conflicting thoughts. I read godfather and even more asserted that it was right, that I did not buy it right away and I look closely. I will follow the feedback further.

In general, for stewed milk porridge, the cooking temperature should be below 100 degrees. And even less under pressure, where the temperature is about 120 degrees (in my personal opinion). According to this principle, the old Soviet milk cooker was prepared (in a water bath).
helen-na
Scarecrow, in my case you are right.
I used a pressure cooker for a long time, but with great difficulty (it was scary). The multicooker Redmond M-70 has been with my daughter for more than a year now, absolutely did not inspire me. Then I thought about the function of cooking. I suffered for a long time with the choice, re-read, looked through a bunch of firms, models by function, bowls, etc. The best bowl, of course, is in Bork, but, excuse me, it all depends on the chef. In the store there was a Moulinex of the previous model, but with manual pressure release and the lid somewhat reminded of a Soviet pressure cooker and decided: I'll take a chance, I'll take a newer model.
Today I tried to cook steamed fish caviar for the sake of interest. Salted water and added salt on top, sprinkled with pepper - the taste is different from cooking in a simple double boiler (Tefal has been unclaimed in the basement for several years). now that's the only way!

For my taste, yes. It's all individual. And, in a hurry, I didn't pickle it in lemon juice. I chose fish - weight - fillet, there are 6 minutes.
Only I also have a question - do you need to lubricate the food bowl with something (in the sense of an olive oil), because it stuck a little?

I have had the cartoon since the end of November. Before mastering additional. modes-ingredients and manual-mastered three embedded recipes-stuffed peppers, vegan borscht, pilaf with chicken. It turned out, the technique is no longer afraid.

Now I have diets, food and such dishes as jellied meat, pastries, I just don't cook boiled meat, I master milk porridge for the future. I cook steamed vegetables, soups, meat / chicken / turkey carcass with different variations of vegetables, a couple of times to sample milk porridge, carrot cutlets, stewed fish with vegetables. I use the principle of cooking, as I wrote above, I select the time, too, as I wrote in the post above. I can't stand the gramme, any special proportions, special recipes. I cook, too, and just like on the stove. I select the time in manual mode so I reduce it by 1/2, 1/3 of that on the stove, and then, if necessary, I gradually increase it and already, for the next cooking, I know how much time is needed for this or that amount.

One of the features is the presence of one button with which you can select any desired mode and ingredients and a gorgeous color screen. We have already written about a wonderful bowl with handles, convenient washing of the lid. The lid does not absorb odors at all, despite the fact that I am even too lazy to wash it sometimes after each preparation as the manufacturer advises. IMHO, in order to understand the device, you need to understand the principle of operation and programming of the filling, and then the cooking will go easily and naturally.

I steamed vegetables for a vinaigrette whole and in slices, which I then fill with a variety of vegetable oils and a drop of soy sauce. No meat and fish until I tried it. I think the principle is similar to other cartoons and pressure cookers.

It is best to grease the steam basket. It's easier for everything to fall off. Or wrap the product in foil. It will not be "washed" by steam and will not taste watery, will retain all juices, salt and spices. It will be prepared immediately due to two indicators: steam and pressure. I do not wrap it mainly when a side dish is being prepared below (cereals, potatoes). Then the juices from the steamed product will not be wasted. They will go to the side dish.
