In general, for stewed milk porridge, the cooking temperature should be below 100 degrees. And even less under pressure, where the temperature is about 120 degrees (in my personal opinion). According to this principle, the old Soviet milk cooker was prepared (in a water bath). More details: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=185428.0

There are modes with similar characteristics, but they do not support delayed start. Again, the pressure and temperature is anyone's guess. I think in standard mode no higher than 115 g. or alternatively 105 gr. both characteristics indicate overpressure. For milk porridge, you can use the heating mode, 70 degrees, but in this mode there is no delayed start, that is, if the porridge is needed by 8-00, then it is better to get up at 6-00 or the loss of the meaning of the purchase. I'll bring an IR thermometer from work, although I'll check the modes by temperature.

For those who want to buy this device, I would still advise to wait for sane firmware or revision
dream
Why do you need to know the pressure and temperature to cook milk porridge? And why a delayed start, by the way is it on cereals? Will the milk turn sour during the long start? I only use non-thermally processed milk.

The porridge is cooked for 15-18 minutes, depending on the amount of cereal, and then it is automatically heated. It makes sense to pay that kind of money for a robot pressure cooker to still think about pressure-temperature-relieving pressure. With such functions, a cartoon should cost 2-3 thousand, maximum.
Scarecrow

The fact is that milk, like water, boils at 100 degrees (if very accurately, then 100.2 g.). And when the milk boils, it crawls out of all the cracks, smears the entire lid (from the inside) and becomes less tasty. The most delicious stewed milk porridge is cooked below the boiling point (like the effect of a Russian oven). If there is an appropriate regime, great. And if everything is prepared under pressure, including milk, then I'm not very healthy. A delayed start is needed because many people eat milk porridge in the morning for breakfast. I would like to charge the device and get up in the morning for ready-made porridge. And, again, stewed porridge takes a long time. Cold milk from the refrigerator in the cartoon does not turn sour. Elementary Panasonic cartoon in the mode of milk porridge has a delayed start. I use 1 week milk storage.

Loose porridge under pressure - I have no complaints. And you have to think about pressure and temperature when you just get used to the device, trying to use its capabilities and functions for yourself. I am a little friends with physics and imagine what kind of porridge I need, so I'm trying to figure out in which mode it would be most convenient to cook it. There would be a special mode of milk porridge, programmed as it should be - no one would have hammered their heads.

By the way, you only need to bother with the temperature, because it is clear that without pressure build-up, our water will not boil at 120 degrees.

I've figured out my Cuckoo. I cook milk in a mode in which the temperature is programmed from 65 to 120 degrees. Exhibiting 90-95. Or in a slow cooker. There is a ceramic pan and porridge ahoy due to ceramics and languor.
dream

I only have oatmeal when cooking porridge! on milk nothing runs out at all. If I had run out, I would have handed it over right away, not for this I paid 10 thousand.

I believe a pressure cooker should make cooking easier and less time standing next to it. If you need to set pressure, monitor and think about the temperature, relieve pressure, what is the point in this device? A good induction cooker and pans would be a great substitute.
dream
If you need a languishing effect, then you should buy a cartoon, not a pressure cooker. And I would not use cooking in milk with a delayed night start at all. This is 8 hours without a refrigerator there will be milk, what is the use of this porridge.
Gelga
In terms of porridge ... I cook hercules on a delayed start ... both for myself and for my husband and child ... only the only thing BUT, I cook it in water, and in the morning I just dilute it with milk and that's it .... but who is this as he loves .... I think that there is no point in finding fault with the device ... This is a very good thing .... as in my opinion ... I was perfectly aware of why I bought it .... to extinguish a few a couple of hours does not suit me at all ... but here everything turns out very quickly and with a huge saving of time ... and you shouldn't bother too much - pressed one button and go ahead, go about your business ...
Gelga
cooked buckwheat today according to the ingredients menu .... though I slightly increased the time from 6 minutes to 10 ... it turned out to be a good boiled porridge without water .... the proportions were 1 cereal to 2 water .... but you can, it seems to me , take less water about 1.5 ... the only thing that is bad, in this mode the amount of water is not indicated - you have to do everything by eye
dream

For cereals I take the same proportions as recommended on their packaging. I select the time individually. In my experience, it practically does not decrease with my electric stove. But I don't have a very sophisticated stove with poor temperature control. Cooking by time of mushroom soups and meat, I like soft, well-cooked, also not greatly reduced, but several times less than in cartoons. But legumes, vegetable side dishes, vegetable soups, the cooking time in the multo is halved compared to my stove.

Many modern multi-cookers have function pressure cookers. Just one of the features!... She's not a pressure cooker anytime, anywhere. She's a pressure cooker only on certain settings. Therefore, what for to bleed off pressure and so on, if in this mode it should not be accumulated at all. The function of a pressure cooker for milk porridge is not a good idea.
I'm trying to understand how successful the modes are in the new Moulinex. If she's a pressure cooker at all in all modes, always and everywhere - I don't need it, to be honest.
I have been using the Milk Porridge Delay for many years. Any cartoon has the effect of a thermos (thermal insulation), so the milk stays cold for a long time. This is usually written right in the instructions: use cold milk for the timer!

In short, I'm tired of explaining, but you don't really need my explanations, in my opinion ...
Gelga
this moulinex is exactly a clean pressure cooker .... at least it cooks and extinguishes it at high pressure .... of course not ... but the temperature is apparently not regulated .... although many note that it is not for nothing that ingredient modes have been added - there apparently not everything is the same as it seems at first glance

This is why I am trying to understand how it works in your discussions. Somehow not everything is simple for her. Moreover, the description says "pressure cooker function". Like one of a number of functions.
I don't need to directly adjust the temperature. You just need to have a suitable regime.

And nobody hates the device. I'm trying to figure out if it suits me. And I explain why I have certain claims to the device and what I want from it. Well this is very subjective.

Moulinex has disappeared from me. I ordered such garbage for myself - I would have to figure it out now. The urge to experiment will ruin me))).

According to the layout, what are the multi and pressure cookers, yes, I am no longer interested in knowing. I don't need multi functions - I need a reduction in time, matching ingi-modes - I read that there are multi-fried for baking, bake in soup, dig in, well, ergonomics - no boil-overs and troubles, convenient washing of the lid and the graduate of steam, high-quality pots with a handle, no plastic stench. Some culinary delights are not relevant.

I understand that without pressure, the frying-baking mode. The rest with the lid closed means with pressure.

By the way, milk porridge turns out delicious in it, why an hour's steam with a good end in 15 minutes. it is not clear to me. Well, this is a matter of taste and preference, I guess. We have milk in the 10th place in our priorities.

How are your scientific advances with temperature? Understood?
Nata11nata
Girls, after reading all the forums and about all the multicooker-pressure cooker, I would like to understand what to buy? I read about Moulinex, I wanted to buy, in the end I found a few drawbacks. Maybe a Redmond M-90, or this "eared" miracle, or maybe another one? It is important for me to cook 1. All sorts of different porridges, 2. I also wanted bread, for a change, you can also yoghurts, but not in principle. In general, save me, this will be my first cartoon and did not want to be disappointed! Thanks in advance for the advice!

Yesterday I thought what was better to do with chicken: bake in the oven or still ask for help from multi)). I decided to ask))) I fried the onions and carrots, added the chicken cut into pieces and also slightly fried, + pepper, salt, spices to taste + water.I put it on 15 minutes, but it could have been for a shorter amount of time. Fast, simple and tasty. It turned out to be a great dish with gravy. So far, I'm happy with all the recipes.
helen-na
Nata11nata, do not rush to buy, it is better to read about other multicooker and their functions.
I saw a new Polaris model in the store, for example, there are more functions in it than in the expensive Bork, and the appearance is nothing. Even a little "crush" on her. But the pressure cooker function I needed was not there.
Bread can only be baked in a bread maker. in the sense that you fall asleep what you need, and she already mixes it according to the program, lets it rise and bakes. And cupcakes made from ready-made dough are no longer a problem for any multi, more or less. I, however, will read the oven for this purpose.
Good luck, write what you have chosen.

Svetulichka That's how I made meat. 5+

Good day! A little over a week ago, I became the owner of this eared Teletubbie. The first day I was just in shock: I came across negative reviews, temperature conditions were unclear ... How to cook on it? Out of fear, I simply fried-cooked a kg of beef in 30 minutes (until the state of stew). It seems to have become easier. Then the husband didn’t stand at the baking test. The "chocolate muffin" recipe is ridiculous. The result is in the trash can. The recipe for mashed potatoes is anything but mashed potatoes! Fry the potatoes for 120 !!! Ml is growing. butter, then boil ... I did not sleep at night, I had nightmares. Then she pulled herself together, and decided to act wisely, and not according to hard-wired recipes. The result has been making me happy for a week! Fell in love with Mulechka (although the first days with the hope that she would be short somewhere, that she would be married and could be handed over ...) 1. Pilaf in the MANUAL MODE is simply a masterpiece! 2. While the heating is going on, a wonderful omelet is being prepared. 3. Steamed potatoes for mashed potatoes in 14 minutes. 4. Delicious millet porridge! There is something to compare with (in a pot in an airfryer and in a thermomix, even though there is languor everywhere) - the taste is completely different, milk is like baked milk.

Today I made chicken thighs:
For 1 hour for marinating in sauce: natural yogurt 130g (I took homemade), 1 hour. L. Curry and Salt.
In the ingredients, I chose chicken in pieces of 500g, fried until golden brown, pressed ok, added the rest of the sauce and a little bit of chicken broth, and under the lid for 16 minutes. I cooked rice for a side dish in a thermomix. Delicious! Husband and youngest check it out. She also baked fresh bread for them. (She also took cotton mulinex. After she made friends with this mule).

Conclusion: a wonderful saucepan!
helen-na
OlgaAlex, happy for you!
But there are still more positive reviews about the pressure cooker, thanks to which I took it. Only a few people could not "find a common language with her." I also have a food processor from Mulinex, nothing like that, it works. But I still took Panasonic's bread maker, after reading the reviews and advice of experienced bakers. I used to mess around in the oven, I even liked it. They tasted mine and this is already a duty - to bake bread every other day. But the bread maker, of course, helps out.

If you bought the Moulinex Cook4Me Pressure Cooker, then read from page 1 who cooks how, including porridge. And if there is a different model, then search the forums.

Girls and boys, hello everyone! Tomorrow I will become the owner of this cute! I read that this model is still "raw", it only started in France last summer ... Maybe more than one flaw in the "firmware" and assembly ... I have read many times about problems with the valve and with switching to portions .. Although she herself re-read all the forums about her, how many people refused her and scolded ...and yesterday I ordered it anyway)) I just wanted to say that I love technology, and she loves me)) and I'm ready that if I come across some kind of marriage, I won't change this model for another, I will try to get the same one provided in the norm ))
That's just my question: is it possible to immediately determine the marriage of "portions - cooking time" or do you need to cook completely the same dish in different portions in order to understand whether the cooking time changes or not ??

I have the same problem ... yesterday I bought an "eared" and read a lot of reviews ... upset ... X would you also want to know how to quickly identify a marriage? I switched by the number of persons: the weight of the ingredients changes, but the time is the same ... many of them give up because of this .... is it a marriage or in a sim unit the number of products does not affect the cooking time? Although you can manually change the time, for example, I looked at beef
Gelga
good day! indeed, when choosing a larger number of persons, the cooking time in the recipes does not change ... but there you can always manually add it ... it does not bother me .... if for someone this is a BIG problem, then of course you need to either hand over or reflash ... I mainly cook in manual mode and set the time myself .... in this unit there is a very big plus - this is, first of all, the cooking time ... I have been using the pan for a month now, I honestly like everything .... I practically do not approach the stove .. .. for baking there is a bread maker, by the way, too moulinex .... no complaints .... especially there is a small child - and you need to cook porridge, and a lot of steam ...
AAH
"indeed, when choosing more people, the cooking time in the recipes does not change ..."
Are the products ready as a result?
This is the main thing.

I do not understand the importance of the issue of length of time. As the number of servings increases, the food bookmark increases.
When we boil real homemade chicken in a saucepan, then at least 1.5 hours, regardless of whole or half. In Mula, I cooked homemade noodles: broth in 20 minutes, potatoes, homemade noodles, carrots for another 6 minutes. I opened the lid, it still boils usually - I threw the herbs.

We rarely eat porridge, but it turns out to be 5+, the main thing is to choose a regime for yourself.
kubelka
What can I say, I ordered this mule all the same ....... I do not know what to expect ...... I rely on my technical literacy and quick grasp in technology. There is experience with two multicooker, cool and convenient of course, but over time I came to buy a pressure cooker. Since I live in Ukraine, I have to choose from nothing, all 4-5 models, dex, scarlet, moulinex, polaris, binaton. Honestly, I wanted binaton 2180, because it was an optimal combination of price and quality, but I got tired of waiting for it and maybe it won't be delivered already .... As for this mule .... I don't understand why people are spitting, based on the reviews, everything is extremely clear.
1. This is definitely a SKIER and does not smell like an ordinary multicooker, so you don't need to hope in vain. It works at low and high pressure, which is confusing to people. It's just that many pressure cookers have a pressure regulator and at low it cooks like a multicooker, it seems to release steam faster ........there are no levers here, or as in the binaton of a scale with a pressure level of 1-5 (we choose ca). But in any case, in such pressure cookers you still can't look inside when you want. In our pressure cooker, on the manual mode, there is only a roasting mode and a high pressure mode (that is, here she herself thinks for us what pressure to select inside).
2. The usual delayed start actually exists, but only in manual mode. There is no delay on the recipes in the pressure cooker, and in the morning you will have to cook the porridge in manual mode.
3. There are no usual modes: soup, porridge, stewing, baking, etc. Instead, there are laid-down recipes that are not on paper (I think it is a huge gap, which is eliminated over a long period of time) and manual mode. You still need to use them in order to understand how she works with different products, how long she cooks. By the way, according to the reviews, the hostesses do not always blindly follow the recipe, they simply adjust their nested recipes, that is, it is not necessary to cook only mule soups, but also their own with a different set of products.
4. In general, the pressure cooker is designed completely differently from the usual models of pressure cookers and multicooker on the market, which is why people shy away from it and often give it back. But those who have had a little patience to figure it out, use it with might and main. I personally think that probably next to her, ideally, keep a simple mule in a pair. In any case, for the cost of cookies 1054, which I was also tired of waiting for a long time, you can buy this pressure cooker and wait a slow cooker and we will be happy ...

I would like to see the reaction to my feedback from the experienced owners of this pressure cooker, did I draw the right conclusions ..... I have 2 more days before delivery and I can refuse, reassure someone so that I don't tear my hair on my head later for the money spent! !!!!!!!

I agree 100% !!! Itself, after a long choice and viewing reviews, stopped at it))
I share a little experience)):

"SOLYANKA" (main courses) - for 6 persons:

Pre-roast - yes.
1. Fillet of beef - 600g
2. Cabbage (small) - 1.5 pieces
3. Sour cream - 225g
4. Tomatoes - 5pcs
5. Onions - 2 pieces
Salt, pepper, spices. + 250ml water

Cooking time - 8 minutes.

I did it according to my recipe:
-3 carrots
-2 bow
-200g pork and chicken stomachs
-5 potatoes
-2-3 spoons of sauerkraut
All this was fried in vegetable oil.
- half a medium cabbage
-100g ketchup
-salt. sugar. laurel. l., spices + water (without covering the cabbage)
After the end of the program, I added 10 minutes. fast food.

"HOLODETS" (main courses) - for 6 persons:

Pre-roast - no.
1. Beef - 900g
2. Pieces of pork, veal - 900g
3. Carrots - 3pcs
4. Onions - 1.5 pieces
Salt, pepper, spices. + 400ml water

Cooking time - 40 minutes.

I did it according to my recipe:
1/4 pork leg
1/4 beef leg
pork bone
chicken stomachs
Onions, carrots, salt, spices ...
I put everything in one layer, filled it with water 2 fingers above the meat level.

After the time according to the sewn-in recipe, I added 20 minutes. in manual mode.
The taste is super, and the jellied meat froze cool, BUT the gelatinous cartilage on the legs after cooking did not separate from the bone, as I would like ... Next time I will add more time or try to cook in a different mode ...
kubelka
But I don’t understand, why adapt to the built-in recipes and cook on them, if then you still add time yourself? What is the catch, do not observe at least approximately the weight of the products according to the recipe, or the mule cannot cope with the dish at the time of the recipe? It's also inconvenient to constantly add time after cooking, that is, you need total control. And how to adjust to the recipes to get the right result? Only in practice?
Maha-ha
Since there are no written-in recipes in the instructions, it is interesting to look through them and choose the ones that are suitable for yourself, by the way, some people use them without correcting them. And I start to cook the dish according to the sewn-in recipes, because there probably the pressure in the process automatically changes, depending on the ingredients laid down ... And there it is already a matter of taste ... who is thicker ... who is more cooked ...
nandn
I decided to make mashed potatoes, inspired by the photo above, but for 2 people. There, for 6 people 1.2 kg of potatoes, for 2 people - 800 g of potatoes. What are these two people? Someone can tell, in other recipes also strange proportions?
helen-na
kubelka, also at first wanted Binaton 2180, but since it is nowhere to be bought this pressure cooker. I have never regretted it.
When using the mule, I noticed that when cooking according to recipes and by hand, it behaves differently. It is necessary to master the recipes and then apply for similar products.
For example, I make pumpkin porridge: according to the recipe, there is very little liquid - 40 ml. orange juice and 2 tbsp. l. olive oil per 1 kg. pumpkins. Everything is great. I stewed cabbage in manual mode: fried it, then poured tomato over the cabbage and put it on quick cooking. Mulya began to swear: she didn't have enough liquid, I had to add.

It is quite easy to cook in it, at the end of cooking it quickly releases steam, keeps it in the heating mode and offers it in the same mode as it was preparing before to continue working further for the time specified by you. Reminds of the same ordinary saucepan: well, not at any time, but you can check for salt, readiness, etc.

The longer the use, the more confidence in the mule. Good luck!

nandn,
A portion of grechotto for two was also not eaten right away, although it was delicious. Probably, the point is not in the portion, but in the fact that this is the minimum volume for cooking.
OlgaAlex
The third week has gone, as I use this saucepan. Yesterday I made beef stroganoff according to a wired recipe. It's not really clear what to put in the pot. Ingredients: meat, sour cream, tomato paste, wine, salt, pepper, onion. fried the onions. It is written: add meat and spices, salt and a glass of water. I added everything, cooks for 0.6 kg of meat for 8 minutes. Then at the end he writes to me: add tomato paste and sour cream and serve. I was shocked. I wonder what wine then belongs to? If not a word about him as such ... The meat turned out a little harsh, I put it on for another 10 minutes. In the end, it's delicious, but the recipes just kill me. Mostly I make my own.
Today I was at the service center (I took the Mulinex bread maker for examination - 6 days after the start of use, the viewing window exploded; they recognized the marriage, exchanged for a new one), asked about the time and the number of persons in the recipes. They said that if the baking time does not increase when you set more portions, then this is a marriage, you need to change the system unit or something like that. Here, my time does not change: I just write "bake for 30 to 50 minutes", but after 30 minutes the program turns off and does not offer to continue further. So I think what I should do with this miracle: whether to take it for examination or not ... There is nothing to change, there are no more such in the city ...
I like that the temperature is correctly selected when frying different products: I cooked different meat, never overcooked. The potatoes in the mashed potatoes recipe fried great (although I am against frying as such, I like the process here). The husband said that she lacks USB output and renewable recipes.

Well, thank you hostess, you reassured me, tomorrow I am waiting for this miracle ..... and then I will get used to it and delve into it. Probably each technique has its own approach, I have it all non-standard, and I have an oven with embedded recipes with a delay, an alarm clock, 15 modes ....... and a double boiler is also non-standard with a Teflon profile ......... there will also be an unusual pressure cooker ........ in a cool life ..... soon we will start cutting off gas in apartments!

Good day!!!!! Yesterday I made Hungarian goulash from an embedded recipe .... it turned out very tasty! although I added all the ingredients by eye ... the only thing that moved away from the recipe was pre-fried the onions, then I added meat and spices (I have special ones for goulash, brought from Hungary), I also fried ... added water and put it on fast cooking for 35 minutes !!!!!! in the end, the meat turned out to be very soft, although beef ... EVERYONE was satisfied !!!! I also cooked pickle ... but only according to my own recipe, but on the function of pickle ...pre-fried the onion, then added cucumbers and tomato paste and a little water and left it for 5 minutes on the frying ... then added boiling water, put there carrots, potatoes and a little rice, veal meat in small pieces, salted, added lavrushka and closed everything with a lid and for cooking 10 minutes ... everything was cooked !!!! The soup turned out wonderfully well ... so I'm happy with the pot ... and it's especially good for the child to cook in a double boiler ... he threw fish fillets, potatoes, carrots, salted and set for 10 minutes ... and walk ... you come all hot and ready to eat ... For me, too, with an increase in the number of servings, the time does not change ... although I cooked goulash for 6 servings, everything was prepared wonderfully .... I also put the soup for 6 servings .... the time itself did not add .... everything was prepared ...

I am sharing a recipe for chicken in a creamy sauce. I whistled on some website. Boil the chicken (I had a large one, took all the spare parts without a ridge) in a small amount of water (I poured water somewhere to the middle of the meat level) on a fast mode (it took me 20 minutes) so that the meat almost fell off the bones. Add salt, pepper, 400 grams of processed cheese (perhaps the author of the recipe meant something like the one in jars), because I added processed cheese of my own making (and it is of this consistency), keep it heated for 10 minutes and that's it! It's just delicious! I cooked white rice as a garnish.

Once again I came to the conclusion that it is much easier and safer to cook according to my recipes.

So I, like many here, still doubt what to buy. Reviews, it seems, are still more positive and semi-positive. Very few people spoke out sharply negatively.
I am already very inclined to choose this particular multicooker-pressure cooker (I understand, of course, that for a complete picture it is necessary to try it out on my own experience). The only negative for me is the poor baking options. I understand that there is no separate baking program here? I have a house full of sweet tooth and baked goods, so I bake often. The bread maker is often busy baking bread, and in the oven it is necessary to monitor, but I somehow wanted to automate this process. After all, there are four children and there is always something to do!
After reading the whole topic, I see that after several unsuccessful attempts at baking, the owners of the "eared" have abandoned this business. Or are they simply not recognized?

Girls! I appeal to the owners of cook4me.
Such situation:
My mom and I bought ourselves a slow cooker a week ago. All this time they used it, shared their impressions. Then I come to her and see such a thing.
My slow cooker is in the "stop cooking" mode for about 10-15 minutes. Steam comes out in a small thin stream.
And mom's steam comes out in a sharp stream and all this takes no more than 2 minutes.

So I think now who has a joint? maybe you need to run and take it back before it's too late!? (
How do you relieve pressure?

For me personally, it is not at all important to have a baking mode in a multicooker and a pressure cooker. The fact is that besides charlotte, the rest of the pastries are obtained in mules so-so ..... they are baked of course, but it's still not the same pastries that are obtained in the oven. This is my personal opinion, I am not going to persuade anyone to it. I just have such all kinds of modes in the oven that baking in multicooker just rests ... From the mule, the pies are somehow damp, naturally they are not baked up, it is necessary to turn it over ... I eat, as I see a way out, bake a pie at the dacha, or if you don't have an oven at all, an airfryer. And what about DO NOT CONTROL IT YOU HOPE for nothing !!!!! You cannot leave the dough with a delay in the start, different dough behaves differently when baking, so leaving it is dangerous, unless you are 100% sure.
I myself bought mulinex today 4 hours ago and have already managed to cook rice with seafood on the sewn-in recipe, but according to my own recipe .... look further. Of course I was freaked out from the cooking time. REALLY 12 minutes !!!!!!!!!!!!! (with set and with bleed)
IF YOU HAVE A FULL HOUSE OF SWEETCOODS WHO EAT EVERYTHING FROM BUNS, BISCUITS, PIES ...before CAKES, then neither a slow cooker, let alone a pressure cooker will save you !!!! Only an oven and preferably a bread maker, the latter will give you the opportunity to prepare dough for donuts, buns, puff yeast dough, brushwood.

Forgive me for wedging in, but nowhere, like in a multicooker, biscuits are produced so ... I don't know how this pressure cooker, but usually in pressure cookers, biscuit baked goods are very good at pressure modes such as "Porridge", etc.

As I wrote earlier, this beauty was sent to me 4 hours ago. From the appearance I was simply stunned, there is probably no more beautiful one among the multicooker and pressure cooker !!!!! So high-quality assembly and high-quality materials that at least outwardly it beats back its money by 100%. In general, respect to the creators !!!!
I did not read the instructions, because I studied everything up and down before buying, for me personally everything is very clear. You do not know how to cook according to the embedded recipe, what she suggests to do, go to the targeted recipe without cooking and see what recipe the mule offers, in what ratio meat, water, vegetables, what weight and evaluate the chances that you can put less, which is more ... According to this principle, I immediately decided to cook, that is, not to be afraid of it, but immediately grab it .......
Today I wanted to cook rice with seafood, but naturally all the recipes in it are not and cannot be, so I found the recipe for "CHICKEN WITH RICE" and looked what's what:
rice-450 gr
chicken meat-600gr
bow-150
carrot-75
broth-750gr
salt and spices

I scrolled the recipe to the end, it is proposed to lay everything at once and forward for 8 minutes. It does not suit me.

WHAT I DO:

I put an onion on frying, then I throw in the seafood, add the cream and, as it were, the carcass on the same fry for three minutes. Then I go into our sewn-in recipe and put everything else in the box, but my bookmark of products
onion -1
scallops-200gr
shrimp-250gr
cream -2st. l

rice-350gr
water-400ml
salt, spices, etc.

I confirm the cooking and exactly 12 minutes later the steam has already blew off and I opened the lid, voila ..... the dish cooked in front of me and I almost fall from happiness that everything went so well the first time ... and not in manual mode, but according to an embedded recipe. So the recipes are JUST A REFERENCE, and then you can know for which products what time to use in manual mode. I think that people do not succeed in recipes, since the number of persons is indicated by one, but the bookmark of products is made by another, probably she swears therefore
And further. Many wrote that there is no recipe for pilaf. No problem. After frying the meat with onions, so that it later in PLOV will not be tough, it should be stewed, as it were, in our usual sense. I think that in this pressure cooker it is necessary to switch from frying to "quick cooking" for a few minutes, and then again, according to the embedded recipe "CHICKEN WITH RICE", put on cooking. And no problem. THIS IS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE !!!!!

As for the biscuits, I wrote: I completely agree, basically they are perfect, and not only in multicooker, but also in a bread maker. The rest of the pastries are obtained, but not perfect, tolerable. And you won't be able to bake rolls, cookies, bagels, many small cupcakes in a mulechka ... that is, no one has canceled the oven, everything has its own purpose. And multi-cookers are electric pans and it's very cool that many models also bake well, it's only +++++. I haven't checked it yet, but according to people's reviews, this pressure cooker is probably still not friendly with baked goods, THOUGH IT IS NECESSARY TO CHECK YOURSELF ..... apparently she needs to say the magic word correctly .....
Manna
In a slow cooker, you can bake bread, yeast rolls in the form of monkey bread. The rest, of course, is better to bake in an oven or airfryer.
Yes, yes, I just can't believe that a pressure cooker couldn't bake a biscuit. Gotta look for magic words
