On the "baking" program I fry the meat, then add carrots and onions to it. Then I salt, pepper and add spices. When all this is fried, I turn off the program, add rice to the saucepan, pour in broth or water, put spices and a head of garlic. I turn on the "rice" program. After the ready signal, the saucepan switches to the "keep warm" program and automatically releases the pressure. That's all.
bushmina
How much water do you fill?
Vitalinka
I pour water about 1.5-2 fingers higher than rice.
bushmina
oh thank you for putting up with us like that)) ... I think we will turn to more than once ... by the way, you can congratulate me too, they just brought my pressure cooker, I haven't turned it on yet, it's warming up for now))
Vitalinka
bushmina , Congratulations! Let the saucepan make you happy and cook deliciously!

Hello!
Also from the beginners.
Yesterday I bought the SLE, the forum is naturally studied up and down)
Girls Bravo) So much useful info. Thank you.
Yesterday I managed to cook only lemon water
Buckwheat and chicken.
Boiled chicken - I'm on a diet
I put buckwheat on soup / porridge, but it cooked faster. 7 minutes will probably be enough for her.

The most important steam is how much water to pour!
that is, it is clear in porridge - the same as with conventional cooking.

But with meat ... I can't imagine!)

p. from.
in the morning I ate the "broth", did not put salt - it is impossible - it didn’t taste good) I hope, due to the lack of salt
bushmina
Congratulations on the new thing ... I also brought mine home yesterday and only steamed water in it, I want to cook something, but I'm afraid to spoil it, I don't know the proportions at all ... for example, potatoes with mushrooms .. how? how much water? and what program?
Vitalinka
Girls do not pour a lot of water, because it does not boil away. I cook potatoes on the "my recipe" program for no more than 10 minutes, depending on the volume.
Water must be present, otherwise the saucepan will not gain pressure. If you cook meat in your own juice, then pour half a glass of water. The rest of the liquid will be provided by the meat itself. If you fry everything beforehand, then pour in the liquid as for gravy, whoever loves it. You yourself will understand later.
Vitalinka
bushmina , mushrooms can be fried with an onion on the "baking" program, then turn it off add potatoes, spices can be sour cream or just some water, but put a little on the program "your recipe" or "stew", but reduce the time. You just need to try everything and over time you will understand what suits you best. After all, everyone has different tastes and we cook in different ways and from different products. Potatoes are also different, try it! Good luck!
bisha

bushmina,
Thank you)
I think it will come with time)
The main thing is to get used to that this is not an ordinary stove.
Vitalinka,
Thanks for the advice)
In the evening I will experiment further)
Anka
I have steam again !!!!

I don’t know, maybe everyone’s like this ((The steamer mode is a chicken on the grill, poured water, turned it on and ... thinks it heats up for about 20 minutes, but the mode does not start, that is, the zeros spin and does not turn on in any way ... was (The last 2 times with the mode - steamer - trouble
Anka
the mode worked, it's strange .... I had to wait 25 minutes before it got steamy (Does everyone have it ??
LilyokYa
Anka, I have the same situation, for the third time I poured hot water, the process went faster ... as advised here.
Good luck!
Anka
Thank you) Also share the recipe for chops, or baked meat, so that it has a crust at the bottom.
LilyokYa
Girls, hello!
I've been living here with you for two weeks!
Thank you for your help in choosing a SLE-very happy!
Finally managed to register and I'm with you! Hurrah!
bushmina
Hello girls, now I cooked rice with Mexican mixture, fried it on the baking program, added diced sausages, put washed rice, soy sauce, salted a little mayonnaise, poured boiling water and put * rice * on the program ... the pressure took a long time ... the valve was lifted all the time, there was a strange hissing and water droplets on the valve, but the countdown was .. when I opened it I saw that it burned a little from below, but rice to rice, everything was cooked and it turned out deliciously ... but why it burned I don’t understand, although there is no burning smell ...
bushmina
Hello everyone!!
I continue my report on the pressure cookers, today I cooked rice porridge ... 1 glass of rice, 1.5 glasses of water and 1.5 glasses of milk ... salt and sugar to taste ... mode * porridge / soup *, the porridge turned out delicious, the consistency as I like, not thick, not liquid, and most importantly, nothing burnt and did not kill, I put the food on and left ... I like the saucepan more and more))
Yuliya-24
Thank you girls. Your advice helped a lot. The pilaf is delicious !!! I'll try potatoes tomorrow. True, I didn't boil the lemon - there was no time, but oddly enough there was no taste.
LilyokYa
girls, my head is already spinning ... how are things with the curd casserole?
How long should I put on baking?
Pliz ...))
sokolinka
Hello to all pressure cooker owners! I've been watching from the bushes for a long time. All did not dare to buy. I doubted, then I did not add up with the order. But on Monday I will receive a miracle saucepan for my undivided use. First of all, I want to make baked milk. And in this regard, a question. Is it possible in a pressure cooker, and if so, on what mode and how long. Thank you very much for sharing your experience with the newbies.
bushmina
hi ... there is a recipe for baked milk in the recipe book that came with the pressure cooker)
sokolinka
Lyubasha, thank you! So I started asking questions early
bushmina
You are welcome! No, I myself had a bunch of questions before I decided to buy my miracle saucepan, I searched the entire Internet ... I went to this for 2 months, now I do not regret it at all ... I use the saucepan for 4 days every day and never until she ruined anything ... ugh, ugh, ugh ... tasty, fast, and easy .... you will definitely love her too .... thanks to the forum participants who help with advice ..
bushmina
Yesterday, I cooked cabbage soup in it ... everyone writes the taste like from a stove, I remember this taste from childhood and the smell it was like when my grandmother poured us into plates ... I will not say that my soup turned out very much like my grandmother did from stoves, but the taste and smell were excellent, you can't cook this on the stove ... although it's still tastier from the stove))

Did anyone make jelly? If so, how long does it take and how many liters does it leave and where does the foam go? As far as I understand, you can't pour water into the SLE bowl if you don't want to?
I myself ask this question. After reading on this topic on the internet, I made the following conclusion for myself:
Before going to bed All sorts of hooves, plus a piece of meat, an onion in a husk, carrots, spices, whoever loves what. I really don't want water, up to a maximum of 4/5 mark. Custom recipe mode for 1 hour. Then the pressure cooker goes into the mode of maintaining the temperature until the morning. In the morning they take out this case, graze and disassemble the meat, put it in molds, pour it into the refrigerator.
Well, like all the wisdom.

I haven’t cooked yet, I’d find a hoof and so on.

Did anyone make jelly?
If yes, how long does it take
it turns out and how many liters
comes out and where is the foam
disappearing? I understand that in
the SLE bowl must not be poured
do not want water?

I have already cooked and cooled jellied meat))
I will say one thing - super!
First, in the evening I soaked the meat and bone potion in water)
In the morning I started. Meat, vegetables, salt, seasonings in a saucepan, water on the edge (4.5), your own mode for 90 minutes (60 minutes is enough for pure chicken) and that's it! Without heated infusion, with hot water it accelerates faster!
Garlic in a hot broth! The meat leaves the bones by itself! So at least 8 hours should usually be cooked!
8 large plates were ready by the evening!
Super! Vivat SV!
LilyokYa
... and almost no foam.
Firstly, the blood gets soaked when soaking and then a couple of foams in the top of the skins on the wall, which are easy to remove)
fedorovna1
Hello everyone!!! And today I cooked ryazhenka from baked milk. Yummy
_JuMi_
Damn, I went into the store, these hooves (well, shanks or something) are so healthy! The pan will not fit into the pressure cooker ((Why do they sell such healthy ones, can't you just chop smaller ones right away?
Lula82
I bought a scarlet pressure cooker yesterday, decided to bake a charlotte in it, and the result did not impress me, the top of the charlotte remained, well, completely white, maybe I did something wrong or should it be so?
SeredaG
In all multicooker and in all pressure cookers, the top is naturally white - the heater is only from the bottom
Usually, this does not bother anyone - you just decorate the top and that's it.
Aniuta2408
In some recipes for pressure cookers I read that when cooking pilaf, meat, carrots and onions are fried on the meat program, but generally with an open paint. So I think is it really possible to fry the meat slightly without a lid, and then pour the rice, pour water, then close the lid and put it on the rice in the pressure cooker mode?
bushmina
you can write about this several times here ... I did the same to the ssama, but it is better to pour lukewarm water so that the saucepan does not spoil)
_JuMi_
I cooked pilaf for the first time in this pressure cooker. Previously, I did not dare on the stove. It will turn out the first time, absolutely awesome, the family demanded more! And so simple.
Yuliya-24
but the potatoes stewed with meat and mushrooms upset me, maybe I did something wrong, but it darkened and was not very pleasant ... if there is any secret - tell me !!! (I myself do not really like stewed potatoes, I hoped that I would love it in SV, but ...)
bushmina
I, of course, am a beginner in the pressure cooker myself, but I think it is brown because it is stewed .. maybe you need to subtract time if you don’t like this one? Today I also cooked potatoes with meat in it, but we love the dark ones)
bushmina
I set the mode * extinguishing * for 30 minutes, which means you need even less
_JuMi_
I decided to cook something dietary and tasty. And simple (although everything is simple in a pressure cooker). Following one pretty recipe, choosing vegetables to taste, I cooked a chicken breast with vegetables. The calorie content of this dish is 90 kcal.

Layers (nothing is fried):
- A little vegetable oil on the bottom of the saucepan.
- Chopped onion.
- Chopped breast pieces.
- Season with salt, shake to taste (I am turmeric and dry garlic).
- Potatoes in large pieces.
- Lavrushka.
- Carrots in large cubes.
- Chopped onion.
- Salt.
- Frozen vegetables (I took a Mexican mixture).
- Salt.
Do not add water. It's wet enough there.

I ended up with an almost full saucepan! Well, it's 4/5 full.

Closed, extinguishing mode 40 minutes. Because of this amount of cold food, the pressure cooker took up pressure for 20 minutes. Then, according to the program, 40 minutes and still did not open the lid for 10 minutes.

It turned out AMAZING! Such a tender stewed potato with a rich meat and vegetable flavor ... Chicken pieces simply melt, lightly fried from the bottom. I want to eat the whole pot at once

Yuliya-24, it was the mushrooms that darkened the potatoes. I just stewed potatoes, everything is OK!
Yuliya-24
I thought so too, but I decided to ask you. thanks for the help
bushmina
I didn't add mushrooms, but I also got it brown ...
_JuMi_
Then, apparently, it depends on the type of potato.

definitely a lot of time. for potatoes 12-15 minutes is enough and for chicken breast 12 minutes is also enough. But the taste of the dish will be different. I know even a roast potato with meat is brought to a brownish color by specially putting the cauldron in the oven. but here it is not necessary - maybe it's good that it happened?
Unless of course you liked it. then 15 minutes. well maaaa maximum 20 is enough. it's a SUPER SPEEDER, not just a cartoon

Girls, teach me how to cook millet and corn porridge? ... I have never cooked them on the stove

bushmina , mushrooms can be fried with onions on the baking program, then turn it off add potatoes ....

Good day! For two days now we have been in the team of owners of this cool saucepan !!! Successfully cooked pilaf and potatoes for salad! But explain, please, as more experienced users, how can you DISABLE the selected mode? I did not find SUCH a button (((. And yet: the "outlet" is a little annoying, I can't let it out through nothing ... After boiling potatoes, 7 minutes after turning off the program, I forced the valve to the "open" position, through the valve I got all the steam and it came out ... is this normal?
Vitalinka
Annalina , You can turn OFF the selected mode by pressing the "keep temperature" button.
After the end of cooking, the pressure is released automatically and the release of steam is not visible, the process is slow for 15 minutes. And when we do it forcibly, then everything makes noise and hovers through the valve.

Annalina
Vitalinka, thanks a lot for the clarification! Now I will be much bolder

Today, in the evening, they brought a chyudo-pot. I washed it, admired it and put it on to heat the milk ..... curled up. It's her own fault, I had to go for a fresh one. I was afraid for the valve, but the flight went well, did not hiss, did not spit. True, when everything heated up, a smell appeared, probably the silicone is to blame. Tomorrow I'll put the jelly, I hope it will work out. Thanks to everyone who supports the newbies.

And I wanted to buy such a pressure cooker myself. It is necessary for Grandfather Frost to ask well to put such a present under the tree.

Girls, thanks for your feedback! I bought Skarlusha via the Internet and we are now rubbing ourselves in ...
On the program "Children's Menu" I received baked milk ... I set one and a half liters of homemade cow's milk for the possible 40 minutes, waited another 25 minutes, the pressure dropped during this time, the valve turned freely without steam and splashes, the milk was poured into a jar of 1.75 liters , there was a coating on the bottom of the saucepan, but with warm water the soft side of the sponge removed and washed without problems, that is, it was not burnt ...

I baked a simple manna for 1 glass of semolina on the "Baking" program by default, with a closed valve, opened it immediately without any problems ... it was baked perfectly, as you can see in the photo

Here I made buckwheat porridge by reading the recipe Admin-Tatiana in her development of the Brand pressure cooker, 2 multi-glasses of washed cereals, 3 multi-glasses of hot water from a thermopot, 1 tsp. incomplete salt (to taste), the "Rice" program, reduced the time to 10 minutes ... the pressure was recruited for 6 minutes + 10 minutes of the program + about 15 minutes of just chatting on the forum, the pressure dropped automatically, the valve was opened without steam, the clean one was removed, but with condensation of course, the lid, the saucepan is clean, the porridge is crumbly, not burnt, I also added a photo of the saucepan before washing, yeah, after I put the porridge in another saucepan ...

And the very first thing that happened was that I steamed vegetables for the vinaigrette, not yet taking advantage of the possibility of reducing-adding the cooking time, as the result testifies, there were many 10 minutes for potatoes ...

I realized that each saucepan has its own character, so I try to master it gradually ... all the same, I entrusted the lentil stew to my beloved Panasonka's multicooker ... now, at the crossroads in which saucepan to put the jellied meat ... while I think
