Good evening! I'm on this site again! I bought a Multicooker (Redmond) ... I cooked not according to a book, but according to the advice of kind people :-). Before the New Year, I bought a Bread Maker (Scarlet) ... and again to this site with a direct line
Now the new Skarlusha
Tired of rereading for three days.
There was no smell.
I cooked pork hearts for pancakes, put my recipe on for 45 minutes and concluded that it could have been 30 minutes. I made mushroom soup from dried mushrooms. Cooked chicken thighs with potatoes on the Stew, 15 min.
In the Multicooker I make fried chicken or potatoes on the Baking mode. I haven't tried it yet.
I always make pilaf in a Multicooker with not steamed rice. Here everyone writes about steamed rice for pilaf, but I don't even buy it ... I will experiment with my rice, then I will unsubscribe.
We also love millet porridge with pumpkin from a multicooker, I will also try to cook in the new Skarlusha ...
And the husband asks for a chicken stew ...: girl-q: Moreover, so that it is not kept in the refrigerator. Does anyone do this?
And another question ... How to stew zucchini so that they are soft, like caviar?

Scarlett SL-1529 Pressure Cooker «Reply # 1359 14 Nov. 2013, 10:58 »page 68

I fry on either "baking" or "heating". I do not close the lid at all.
I only bake with an open valve.
And for cabbage 35 minutes is a lot, I simmer "rice" on the prog for 12 minutes, if it's a full saucepan.

Here's a hodgepodge. Or are you talking about a hodgepodge soup?
lysi
Girls, hello! Please tell me, has anyone already changed the tiny valve gasket?
She jumped out of me, fell into disrepair. I had a spare. But the strangest thing is that I don't understand how to insert it correctly. I can't find the video and the rules anywhere, but it's scary at random, it will still explode.
Can someone tell me.

I see that the topic has not been visited for a long time, I accidentally stumbled upon and read the last pages. Suddenly, someone else is following in our footsteps)))
The question was about the simultaneous cooking of meat and potatoes. I always lay together. For me, this is the beauty of this unit, almost the very first. I cook meat on the mode - 21 minutes. The potatoes have never turned into kesi mesi. The paradox is always in pieces, albeit soft. Well, the meat has time to cook. I have had a pressure cooker since 2012 to this day. TTT TTT TTT.

I haven't looked here for a long time.
My pressure cooker works, but the bowl is scary, it doesn't rub off, the ring is brown for a long time. Rings are not sold in service centers, dogs. I'm afraid to order from other mulekas, suddenly it won't fit.

The Baking mode began to burn the product mercilessly. Is the thermoregulation on this mode stale?

If you order a new bowl, what if the pressure cooker is completely out of order, after all, it's not young already ... Is it worth it?
I thought about buying a new pressure cooker, my eyes fell on Brand 6051, attracted by the number of modes and the ability to adjust the pressure. But, after reading the relevant topics, I strongly doubt - there are so many problems! .. In the usual, without bells and whistles, everything is simple and reliable. So I am suffering in the choice ...

_JuMi_, a good reason to buy a new one. And this one, if possible, can be refurbished: a ring from Unit (sold at Ozone) fits Scarlett, a bowl on a multi-bowl. to pick up.

A year or two ago, I bought a ring from Polina and another pad, while they are still in stock. The bowl is still in decent condition, but I am not actively using it now, a couple of times a week. I also wanted to buy a cup from her, but then I could not financially, she was UAH 500. So if it's still relevant, then you can ask her. Now the technique has risen so much ...
I looked around, Polina will not suit you))) but you can find out what kind of cup and look at yourself.

I stumbled upon a robotic cook site by chance. There are so many parts! The sizes of bowls and rings are described in detail, you can measure your dimensions down to the details and compare with the proposed ones. There are even small rings for steam valves! And then a friend's silicone ring flew off the valve and she cannot use the pressure cooker, because of such a trifle, the whole thing stopped.

I ordered it at the pick-up point in my city, payment upon receipt. We are waiting, sir!

A teflon bowl (with a nice beige inner coating, with a smooth bottom), a silicone ring and a set of small rings cost 1500 rubles, well, plus shipping 360.
There are also ceramic and stainless steel. The price of the last two is 1600-1700 rubles. Outwardly so cool! But I'll get by with Teflon at 1100.

_JuMi_maybe this is due to the silicone ring. My inner lid has become very splattered. I changed the ring - everything is OK.

You should not throw away your own bowl, even a shabby one - there will be nowhere to install a double boiler. There are no alternative ledge bowls for our SCW.

As for the ceramics, I heard the opinion that it quickly breaks down in the SKV.
_JuMi_
I have a suspicion that without pressure, thermoregulation is violated, because there is no pressure on Baking. With pressure - everything is OK. The rest of the modes work like a clock with an atomic battery.

I often use the steamer not my own, but the lower one, which unfolds like a fan, is sold in any household. magician. Because it fits more.

and I tried to use it. Doesn't it scratch the pot?
_JuMi_
She doesn't jump there. Yes, and nothing will scare my saucepan, it is scary itself)))

She doesn't jump there.
Oh, the key point! now I will take it into service
_JuMi_
How can she jump, weighted with food from above? Yes, and she herself has some weight. There only a geyser will raise it))
_JuMi_
The package arrived, 4 days. Everything fit perfectly! I changed all the rings, the cup stood up like a native. Beautiful ...

_JuMi_, wow, you, class! The bottom, I see, is smooth! And then in my own more often the bottom is a disaster.
plasmo4ka
_JuMi_, super! Congratulations!
_JuMi_
Thank you!))

To match the appearance of the inside, I cleaned Scarlushe's feathers, polished the lid with a melamine sponge. Now the mulka pashtishta is new))

Most of all, I'm not even happier more often, but the silicone ring, now I can make baked milk. With an old ring, brown, with a persistent smell of soup, it was impossible to keep milk in a pressure cooker for a long time, maximum milk porridge for 20 minutes. And now!..

Girls and boys, hello! As I bought myself a multicooker Scarlett, and I read your forum. I learned a lot of interesting and useful things from your posts, thanks. I have had the multicooker for 3 months already, I am very happy with it. I read that the Christmas tree's multicooker worked for a year and a half and it became interesting for whom how long does the Scarlet multicooker work? What is her practical resource?
I have been working for 6 years, ugh ugh, I use it very often, almost every other day
_JuMi_
I don't remember when I bought it. Many years ago. Robit. She went through a lot of things, and other people's hands that turned her into such a chukhanka ... Ten was covered with a thick layer of burn-on, melted plastic parts, and so on ... Zhyf smoking room! Thu-thu ...
