What pleasantly surprised:
1. New Chinese did not smell - only the smell of novya, which passed after boiling lemon.
2. Does everything really fast.
3. Baking is good. made a cake according to the recipe Vitalinki "Nut in 5 minutes" - only raisins instead of nuts - magically simple - gentle soft - everything in moderation.
So, even when compared with the expensive Korean induction SV, I was not a bit disappointed. And it's not as scary to use it as a Korean woman - there all the time I think - what if I ruin the device - it's a pity, after all.
Only the bowl strained a little - I don't like these holes there - after baking it jumps out all the same not like from a panas, that is, it sticks a little - and if it burns more suddenly - how to pick out - the current with a brush.

It was decided to buy a multicooker-pressure cooker Scarlett SL-1529.
This is just the dream of any housewife, the main thing is not to be afraid to experiment. I come home from work late, but now there are no problems with dinner. Potatoes 10 min., Rice 12 min., Meat 21 min., Soup 18 min. (even pea). I decided to cook pea puree, turned it on for 20 minutes, boiled completely. And what amazing jellies and shanks are obtained, and in 1.5-2 hours maximum!
But suddenly I got bored. I used to take part in the cooking process, but I loaded everything into this beauty, covered it with a lid - and that's it, wait until it's ready. Okay, if you haven't salted enough, you can add salt later, but if it's the other way around? After all, you cannot lift the lid (there is pressure), you cannot add water. And thoughts about the second slow cooker, slow, ordinary, began to overwhelm me.
And then a misfortune happened to my assistant, she accidentally knocked over a bag of starch into her, the pan was removed at that moment. How could I cleaned, where with a vacuum cleaner, where with a hairdryer.After a while, she began to give error E4, and at that moment when time was running out and something urgently needed to be prepared.
My doubts evaporated at once, I went to the nearest store and bought the most ordinary multicooker for 2200 rubles, Vitesse VS-516.
First of all, I cooked pilaf in it, then charlotte. Of course, it is a little unusual to spend 45 minutes instead of 12 on rice, but the result is excellent.
And yesterday my husband disassembled the pressure cooker, we cleaned out the remaining starch from it, and today I cooked in two assistants at the same time. In the younger one, slow cooked pasta in a navy way: fried onion with minced meat, poured pasta, salt and pepper, poured water to the level of pasta and switched on the "rice" program for 45 minutes, at the end added garlic, mixed and left on heating. At this time, the eldest, quickly worked on eggplant caviar: I fried onions, laid eggplants, peppers, tomatoes, salted, added spices, closed the lid, set the “meat” program for 21 minutes. After stopping the program, I extinguished for 15 minutes with the lid open to evaporate excess liquid, add garlic, turn it off - it's done. For dessert, I chose a curd casserole, cooked in a pressure cooker on the "baking" program for 30 minutes, it turned out magically.
So today I just have a holiday, and I got ready and fed my family.
Dear ladies, if you are in doubt about what to buy, just a multicooker, or a multicooker-pressure cooker, stop at a pressure cooker, it really saves you time. And only then you can spin your husband into a second saucepan, easier.

I just released the pressure after five minutes by turning the valve and then the potatoes were at the limit ... so I'm thinking of trying on my own recipe to try to put 3 minutes and so that there is a self-release of pressure, it's about fifteen minutes with the heating turned off - thinking out loud, I just love not so soft vegetables ... in my photo earlier you can see about potatoes ...
