Baked perch with carrots and cheese

Ingredients
Perch 2 pcs.
Carrots 1 pc.
Bow 1 pc.
Cheese 100 g
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Bay leaf
Lemon juice
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Cooking method

Rinse and clean the perch carcasses. Dry the fish with napkins or paper towels. Cut it into portions.
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Finely chop the onion. Fry carrots and onions.
Grease the bottom of the multicooker with vegetable oil, put the fish, salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and grease with mayonnaise. Add bay leaves. Top with fried onions and carrots and sprinkle with grated cheese. You can add several Art. l. water.
Cook on the Jellied / Stew mode for 40 minutes. (The timer can be set to 1 hour and turned off earlier).
