I would like to ask for advice:
1. Does anyone have any recipes for soups in stock, so that, if at all possible, they turn out, like from a village stove, "stewed", boiled? If there are such recipes somewhere on the forum, then I beg your pardon for asking here, because I am not very familiar with the forum yet.
2. Several times I made pilaf according to the recipe from the book that comes with the multicooker, but I didn't impress with pilaf. Maybe there are some secrets?
3. Please tell me the recipes for steaming, so that it is not only healthy, but also delicious. And then it's time to think about health, about wholesome nutrition, etc., but when I look at the photo with boring steamed vegetables, so longing takes.
I would be grateful for your answers.
Daria, welcome
1. So that the soup is like from the stove, I leave any on the heating for 4-5 hours
2) pilaf can be made according to your favorite recipe, not necessarily from a book, look at our girls
3) it is very tasty to steam not only vegetables, but also chicken cutlets or fish - it doesn’t look boring and it tastes great

To find the recipes you need, you can look not only by headings, but also type the name of the dish in the search bar, you can choose any recipe, it does not matter if not for our multicooker)
Daria
Good day everyone!
Thanks for the warm welcome and advice.
I will share my "sadness": yesterday I decided to practice, cook oatmeal porridge in milk, with a delayed mode. I did everything, it seems, according to the recipe from the book that came with the multicooker: 2 multi-glasses of oatmeal (I was picking up to the brim), 6 multi-glasses of milk (I was picking up to the brim, but 6 was just a little short of the edge). In general, after a while in the kitchen, "bangs", I come - the multicooker is open, the lid has been torn off (thank God, it is closing / opening now), the porridge just crawled out of the multicooker bowl, the valve is completely clogged with porridge. What could have done wrong? Wrong flakes? Because there was not enough milk? Or was it not necessary to dial all the edges, but only to the top mark in the multi-glass?
irman
Daria, try changing the milk and diluting it next time with water, I do 4x2, that is, 4 tbsp. milk and 2 tbsp. water.
bolovlena
I cook oatmeal in an extra container. At the bottom of the main bowl I pour 3-4 cm of water on the bottom I put a double boiler or a silicone mat, in a separate container, I have a glass for the microwave, my friend has an ordinary enamel bowl, pour milk, sugar, salt, oatmeal into it, I pour it all on eyes, I put the container in the multicooker, I set the program. soup, the time is 1h 10m, if I need porridge by 10 am, I set the timer at 8 am, the porridge will be cooked by 8 am and it will be heated for 2 hours. If you want porridge like from the stove, then cook it in the evening and let it be heated until the morning. In an additional container, I cook only oatmeal and semolina, the rest are millet, corn, rice, I cook for the program. milk porridge with pure milk, add 1 cartoon to 1 liter of milk. a glass of cereal and never had any shoots. I always cook in the evening, as the porridge is cooked, I mix it with a silicone spoon, add a little oil, and leave the porridge on the heat until morning, and the porridge will be like from the oven. In an extra bowl, you can cook porridge with any amount of milk. and in the main bowl, milk must be poured at least 1 liter, if you cook porridge from a smaller amount of milk, then it may run away from you, since the algorithm of this program. designed for 1 liter of pure milk. And if your porridge with one liter of milk ran away, then feel free to carry your stadler to the service center, since the declared prog. does not work, the program algorithm may be broken.milk porridge, everything is repaired without problems. I repaired my stadler once, and at my request the master made me very good frying.
bolovlena
Look in the valve if you have a silicone pin in place, otherwise a friend of mine bought a cartoon without it and everything was running away from her all the time. And also very tasty porridge 1 liter of milk, half cartoon. st millet, floor. cartoon 1 tbsp of corn grits, salt, sugar to taste, do not forget to wash the millet, Milk porridge mode, cooked in the evening, added butter, stirred, and left on heating until morning. Bon Appetit!
LenokD
Good evening! Can you please tell me what to do. She poured the peas, but not into the bowl, but into the multicooker itself. do you really need to contact the service to clean it? Maybe there was an answer to my question on the forum, but I missed it? is my assistant in danger of malfunction?
vernisag
So, shake it all back out. If it gets wet, just dry it well.
Daria
Thank you all for the advice and recipes for milk porridge. I also read on the Internet on this issue, because I was not the only one who had such a problem, and found an interesting opinion that it depends on the cereal itself, if there is a lot of small "husks", then when the milk heats up, the porridge is covered with thick foam because this "husk" contributes to this very well. This foam prevents steam from rising to the sensor on the lid. More and more intense heating occurs, and, as a result, everything "runs away". I have already cooked milk oatmeal once, and it turned out without problems and perfect. But then I cooked from oatmeal from another manufacturer (import - Nordic), it was larger, without "husk", and last time I made it from another oatmeal (local manufacturer), and there really is more "husk".
Several solutions have been proposed for the problem of milk porridge "running away":
1. Pre-sift the groats to remove the "husk" and exclude the formation of this dense foam;
2. As Irman suggested, dilute milk with water, or do it on water alone;
3. Grease the edges of the bowl with oil, which sometimes holds the porridge;
4. Cook in any additional container in a multicooker for steam, as suggested by bolovlena, since the temperature in this container does not exactly rise above 100 degrees, so the porridge will not "run away".
By the way, bolovlena, silicone patches are in place, and now I'm sinning on the rump. I'll have to try again to cook on imported cereals. I think it will work. And I will definitely try the millet-corn porridge that you offered
Daria
LenokD, don't worry, I read that if the heating element gets wet, then it is dried and everything works fine.

I am still just a beginner user of a multicooker, there are also many fears and questions, but in the course of practice, I begin to understand that everything is not so scary and very convenient
The only pity is that the electricity turns

LenokD
Thanks for the advice, for the hope for a favorable outcome! But only when I begin to shake, the peas are poured inside, but not shaken out. Maybe you need to press something, unscrew something? Or will I shake it out in time? So I don't want to "contact the service"! It is very long and inconvenient. And I love baked potatoes so much!
LenokD
Can you please tell me how to check if the "baking" and "frying" modes are mixed up? I read this on the forum and thought: maybe I have this too? When I bake potatoes, they brown so well (1 hour)! But the meat in the "frying" mode is also fried (though not too much) for 30 minutes. How should it be?
bolovlena
modes are not confused, they were so conceived from the very beginning, frying is much weaker than baking. I bought my cartoon when they first appeared and were much cheaper. The company representative himself made a presentation. They showed us how each mode works and explained everything to us. So there their frying was very weak, they kept trying to fry the onions, but they didn’t succeed. They explained to us that eating fried food is harmful, and they have a program. that's what it's called, delicate frying. But I can't fried, so it doesn't bother me. And they also said about milk. There should be at least a liter of milk and the porridge should not run away.
Daria
LenokD, it seems to me that you shouldn't bother too much about this, everyone prepares for someone as conveniently and in the mode that is convenient for them, based on the result they want to get in the end. It seems to me that if you have decided how to use the modes "Frying", "Baking", and you are satisfied with this, then cook with pleasure and do not think that they are writing on the forums.
It's just that when I just started using the multicooker (I confess honestly, there are only a dozen of them in my arsenal of recipes so far), the initial experiences of using the "Fry" mode upset me, I decided that the multicooker in general, and not a specific brand of a specific manufacturer, does not justify those odes that sing about her. Half an hour on the "Fry" mode, and the simplest vegetables did not even think to fry. When I read that some of the SF multicookers may have these modes confused, then I tried it in a new way, and I was quite satisfied with the new result.

In the end, as I understand it, multvark allows for improvisation using modes, for example, the "Risotto" mode, instead of the "Pilaf" mode, etc.
irman
Our slow cooker on "Zharka" heats up for a very long time. From the beginning I turn on the "Baking" program, the heating is fast, and then I transfer to "Frying".
Masinen
Irin and what, then fries normally?
irman
Much better, especially if the meat is well wet.

Multicooker Stadler Form Chef One SFC.909

Multicooker Stadler Form Chef One SFC.909

Everything is very simple! Beat three eggs with a mixer, then add 1 multiclass of sugar and beat further, then add 200g of butter or margarine, soft or melted, and beat a little more. With a spoon or at 1 mixer speed, add 250g of flour + 2 tsp baking powder + vanilla (I have cinnamon). Put the dough in a greased multicooker bowl and frozen berries on top, bake for 1 hour, then put it on a plate, cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar for greater beauty. Well, we enjoy it with or without tea ...
Under the dough, there are strips of baking paper or, better, a sleeve for baking in strips, it is very easy to put such cakes on a plate by the long ends. I did not defrost the berries, I just washed them a little with warm water in a drushlag and, shaking off the excess water, put them on the dough.
YanOchka-
Now in Eldorado "Multicooker STADLER FORM Chef One SFC.919 White" for 4999 rubles. as I understood from the topic the price is acceptable. Someone has already used the SELF CLEANING mode, what is it like. How much is it necessary in multicooker or you can do without it.
AnastasiaK
I tried this mode :-). The multvarks are heated (empty, without anything) for several minutes, it seems like this should get rid of odors and other things, but I have no problems with this anyway. So it is quite possible to do without this regime, but if it already exists, then let it be! And so the Stadler multicooker is wonderful :-).
YanOchka-
Thank you! I will consider! Interestingly, it is impossible to ignite it simply with FRY, even with the lid closed. Like the effect will be the same. Unless it burns of course.
AnastasiaK
Yanochka, yes you can probably, but firstly, I think that heating the bowl without anything to too high a temperature is "unhelpful", they recommend at least pouring oil there, and secondly, since such a mode is provided in a multicooker, it is better to use it, and in - thirdly, if there is no such mode, just wash myself a bowl and a lid and that will be enough (I only have such a mode in one multicooker). So it seems to me just a nice addition. And the price for Stadler is very attractive, I bought in January for 7300 rubles, and for 5000 I would even take it as a gift to my parents.
bolovlena
After cooking pilaf, or fish, or stewed cabbage, you cannot immediately bake a curd casserole or biscuit in a stadler because the smell in 10 minutes. it doesn’t take time to fade away, this is where self-cleaning will help you, and if you cook in the stadler once every few days, then this program. you don't need it. But my opinion Stadler is the best among the multicooker.

Irina, and in your pie, the dough under the berries is baked or wet, it remains dull, so it is delicious and beautiful in the photo. Berries probably need 300 grams, or a lot of 300?

Under the berries, of course, a wet pie, but I would not say that it is cool. I haven't weighed for years, so I put it on my eye, about a glass.

To cook tasty things in it, to get a little distracted from your Bork?
Irin, what can you tell me?

Delicate how is it? Is it possible, for example, to fry meat, cutlets or not?

Why will it work, only longer than in a cartoon with active frying.

Thank you Irina I want to buy 3 liters worth?

After all, you lived somehow before all your previous life without multi and nothing. It is clear when it comes to years, you don’t want to wait, or some kind of medical equipment, there’s no time to wait, but here it’s an ordinary pot and wait only 3 or 4 weeks.
bolovlena
Ira! Thank you for the link, it came in handy. I have long wanted a small displacement, but I don't want to take a second stadler. and this company I have, I'm happy with it, and prgr. all you need. Thank you!
Vei
Ira, I baked for the night looking at your pie, which I did not have berries with berries, I only found 2 apples.
The cake is incomparable, I liked the pastries. Now I think this is such a trump or cartoon recipe that it has grown on the floor of my pan. Just tall and tasty above all! True, 200g of butter is wildly high in calories, but I did everything according to the recipe.
The structure of the pie is very, very beautiful, good, tastes good. I didn't find vanilla either, I was in a hurry)))
Now they are cracked like tuziki and you can hibernate)))
irman
Well, that's my pie is ready. I, like Liza, did with apples, I only have red and black currants from berries. Now it will cool down, boom to try.

And in connection with the post I decided on pies with cabbage. In general, I cooked cabbage in Stadler, it turned out as tasty as I like - slightly toasted, without worries and hassle, I'm afraid that it won't reach the filling, I'll eat everything like that!)))
First I cooked on the Fry, so that the bowl would heat up, and the cabbage let the juice go (of course, I added salt, added dill) and then switched to Express, stirred it a couple of times, so that it was fried on all sides!
Still, MV is also needed, BUT only with touch modes.

Do you like this cartoon, do I understand?

Yeah, I really only cooked rice in it twice, baked your pie yesterday, and cabbage today. I didn't know why to adapt it, I cooked everything in SV)))
But without meat, the rationer made him change the saucepan. But in principle I like her, it’s nice to look at her

Yes, I'm sure she's the same, only smaller.

And right now, almost trouble happened to me, I didn't cook all the cabbage on the Express, some of it didn't fit. So I decided to try the second run on Plov. I turned it on, looked at the time for 45 minutes and relaxed, sat down here to write my delight. And right now I looked, and my cabbage is almost burning! I quickly mixed everything up and turned it off. I'll know.
Apparently this mode is even more suitable for my taste, I fried the cabbage so cool even without soup!
That's what you need!
