Yesterday I could not resist, in the evening I did this:

Charlotte

Ingredients:
flour - 1 gr. glass
sugar - incomplete gr. glass
5 eggs
3 large apples
butter - gram 20

Preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer until dissolved
2. Add flour, beat until smooth
3. Add chopped apples, mix
4. Lubricate the MV bowl with butter (bottom and walls 10 centimeters from the bottom), pour everything that has been mixed.
5. In the Baking mode, I cooked for 60 minutes, but here you have to try it - with a toothpick, for example, poke it Bake for another 10 minutes (depending on the variety and number of apples)

Easily removed - gently turn the bowl onto a steam stand or just onto a large plate. Sometimes it is advised to hold it in the MV for another 10-15 minutes so that it does not fall out, but I like the compacted Sh.) And also - I personally like the cold one, so I immediately put it on the balcony.

When it got cold, I went for the camera, barely had time

Woffka, you have chosen a cool multicooker !!
And what a gorgeous bowl!
Congratulations!! Lots of delicious dishes for you!
Thank you! on the fourth day of the acquisition, I began to understand women who cook every day, and what is more, they demanded "something like that" ... I became a little nervous
Today I mastered the stewed liver from the recipe book - I didn't like it ... maybe because I don't eat liver? the rest ate, they said - ok
irina23
I ask to be admitted to your ranks. Today I also received a Stadler multi-line! I cook on the stove and study this agrigat. I run from my computer to the kitchen. I want to try cooking something for dinner. I cook jellied meat on the stove, bake turkey in white-sided and boil the liver for pate.
irina23
Thank you. Can the lid be opened on all programs?
Masinen
Yes, you can. But it's better not on touchscreens))
irina23
Which of the 12 programs are sensory? Everything except the programs "Stewing, double boiler, frying, and baking?"
Masinen
Sensory ones on which you do not need time to install.
All rice regimes, porridge. Express, maybe some more, I don't remember)
irina23
Good morning everybody. Happy New Year! May he bring only joy and good luck to everyone! Masinen thanks for the help. Sensory programs, I understand, evaporate the liquid to a normal consistency. That is, the multicooker focuses on the amount of steam, when there is very little left, it turns off the program. I want to try baking a biscuit. Just a question on the bottom of the paper you need? How is it extracted from there? Shaking the biscuit is not desirable, is it?
Woffka
if still relevant - Sensory: Rice, Express Rice, Risotto, Milk porridge, Self-cleaning
happy holiday everyone!
Masinen
Irin, no, no paper. Well, you can cut 2 wide stripes and put them with a cross on the bottom.
And then pull them out.
By the way, very convenient)

Good evening! Happy New Year to everyone and I want to join your friendly company! I bought myself a multicooker 919 for 5 liters on NG in an online store. Even at the very edge, 5 liters does not fit into the pan, the mark is max 4 liters. The instructions do not say a word about 3D heating, although on many sites this multi has it declared in functions. Yes, and on the official website there are only three models 909, 919 and 929, as I understood, they differ only in the size of the bowl, the functions are all the same and all have 3D heating. Maybe they gave me something wrong? The packaging is similar to the original, everything is decorous and noble, the lid was sealed with stickers, there is no particular smell, maybe a little when you first turn it on, and then from the heater at the bottom. The sticker on the bottom of the bowl says Stadler Form Chef One SFC.919, made at the end of 2012. The name corresponds to the volume of the bowl of 5 liters.Somehow all this is very strange.
Masinen
5 liters if to the edge of the bowl. And the useful volume is always less)
Alaska
The fact of the matter is that even at the very edge of 5 liters does not work. 4700 ml approximately, but definitely not five. If not for the sticker on the bottom with the name, one would think that this is a 4-liter multicooker.
vernisag
In all multicooker so, the working volume is much less
Natalia you have a big family, do you need more? Here's a 4 liter multi for me ...
Alaska
No more, it's just that every time I buy through online stores, I start to doubt))) And first I will buy, and then I already doubt This is my first slow cooker, so I don’t understand all the intricacies yet. But what about 3D heating? Is he there or not?

Honestly, I have no idea about this heating. But congratulations on the purchase, I myself am only "young" Multicooker Stadler Form Chef One SFC.909 the user is multi)))

There is, of course, the lid also heats up a little, drying the condensate during baking
Alaska
Thank you very much for your warm welcome! I chose it for a long time, maybe 2 months, I decided only after reading your thread. I made an order and went to the store to see what models of multicooker are on sale. I twirled all the pots, smelled))) I didn't find Stadler Form, but there were a lot of Polaris, Redmond and Panasonic. Initially I wanted Redmond 90, but now I'm glad I didn't. Plastic, build quality, bowl leave a lot to be desired compared to mine. Panasonic look more interesting, better quality, but still the Stadler Form is noticeably different. It is convenient that the lid is absolutely smooth - it is easier to care for, the backlighting is of a very pleasant color, a simple and understandable menu, the bowl is just excellent, well, maybe there was one better (I don't remember the company, it was heavy), but that cartoon for 12,000 rubles. - I can't handle that much. The only thing is that my soup and pilaf programs do not correspond to the instructions. As I understand it, the firmware has changed and the cooking time has changed. These two programs remain with me, as in the previous version: soup min. time 30 min (in the instructions 10 min.), pilaf min. time 1 hour. (in the instructions 30 min.). It's strange somehow - most of the modes are from the new firmware, but these two remained from the old one. There was a little smell at the first turn on, but if you sniff it, I boiled water 2 times, the second time with lemon, put it on self-cleaning, now I don't seem to smell the smell.
Alaska
The first dish I decided on was corn milk porridge. Proportions: 1 part cereal, 3 parts water, 3 parts milk 3.2%, 1 tsp. butter - greased the bottom and edge of the bowl, a pinch of salt, sugar 2 tsp. First I cooked it on the program "Milk Porridge" - it turned out to be a soup, put it again on "Milk Porridge" - the same soup, then put it on "Risotto" for 30 minutes - it was actively boiling, thickened, and became quite a decent consistency. I didn't even try to run away, the top cover remained almost clean. In general, it took me exactly 2 hours. I often cook this porridge on the stove (my husband always eats porridge for breakfast, you have to add variety). It is very capricious in cooking - it sticks together into lumps, you constantly need to stir it, and it still burns, splashes, cooks for a long time - in short, little pleasant. In a slow cooker, I stirred it for the entire time 5 times, probably, it did not burn, without lumps, the cooking process was noticeably easier. But still very long - 2 hours. Maybe I chose the wrong mode? And without stirring, it seems to me that it will not work either, so it is better not to cook it at a delayed start? Please advise how best to cook it?
Masinen
I cook all the porridge on the Milk Porridge mode.
But I never cooked corn.
In general, in the Kasha mode, it is better not to open the lid, because the automatic program. Maybe that's why it didn't cook.
Alaska
"Milk porridge" is a sensory program that turns off when the porridge is theoretically ready. But the consistency makes it a soup. I suppose that to cook corn porridge on this program, you will need cycles of 5 or 6. At the same time, at the end of each cycle you will still have to open the lid and check readiness. On "Risotto" boiling is more active, cooking is faster, but the cereals began to stick together into lumps, I had to stir. But you want to throw food, close the lid and no longer steam.
irman
I cook corn porridge 1: 5 and then it stands on my heating for an hour.
Alaska
Irina, what program are you using? And how long does it take? Are you stirring?
irman
Natasha, I cook on Milk Porridge, 1 cycle. That is, I keep it for 30 minutes and an hour on the undercut, I do not mix it. Little mistake, 2/3 cup cereals. To me on "you".
Alaska
Irina, it would be so nice. Does the cereal have time to boil? My husband is so capricious - it's just terrible. It should be very soft, viscous porridge, not thick, and not soup.
Alaska
I also have a pickled piece of pork neck in my fridge, about 1 kg. I dream of learning how to make boiled pork, but in the oven (gas) it turns out dry, and the gas stove also has typical problems - the bottom burns, the top is damp, you have to conjure with cups filled with water. I hope that in a slow cooker I will be able to cook it. If I understood correctly, the "Baking" mode for 3 hours is suitable. How to calculate the right time for this amount of meat so as not to overdry? Is it better to put the meat in a baking bag? Or stuff the meat with chicken broth from a syringe for juiciness?

Natalya, I haven't tried it in MV yet, but I do it constantly in a gas oven: rub it with pepper and salt on top, stuff (into cuts) with fresh carrot and garlic, then put everything into a baking sleeve - and for an hour (although if a kilogram - you can one and a half) into the oven at 200 degrees. Then cool it down (it is better to gently - on the balcony), it turns out boiled pork - it shouldn't be juicy, but it will turn out perfect from the neck because of the veins. If you want juicy, you can eat it hot, some like it so much)

Natasha, if you are not late yet, try to do this: first, fry your piece of meat in mv in frying mode from all sides. Then turn on the stewing mode-1.30, close the lid, you can turn the meat once. You should have tasty, juicy meat. This is how I make boiled pork in my Panasika

I constantly cook corn porridge 1 cartoon glass of corn grits and a liter of milk, late in the evening I cook milk porridge for the prgr, how to cook I add a piece of butter, stir it and leave it on the heating until morning. when I interfere with the porridge, it is liquid, but until the morning it thickens. The porridge turns out to be excellent without lumps. Sometimes I cook millet and corn, half a cup of millet and half a corn are also very tasty
Alaska
Thank you all for your answers! I'll deal with the porridge, maybe I'll try to cook it in rice. We have a gas stove, so it's not very economical, if the cartoon also works for a long time, we wind up electricity. I will also conjure with boiled pork tomorrow, while studying the theory) I am very glad that I found this forum, without it, most likely, the first acquaintance with the cartoon would not be so rosy, especially judging by the reviews on the Yandex market. People think that they bought the equipment - and now it will do everything for them, without much effort. And if you didn't, then the technique is bad ... In fact, if you understand all the intricacies, you get good, and most importantly, the expected results in most cases.

You cook milky corn porridge? Do not cook it on the Rice program! This is for cereals for a side dish, on the water. The Rice program is sensory, it works until the liquid boils, there will be a dense corn pancake if it does not run away. It is better to cook long-digestible porridge from evening to morning and leave it on heating, it does not generate a lot of electricity, and the porridge evaporates, the grains are not solid and not liquid. It is better to cook milk porridge on the Mol program. porridge or on the Stew, if you need to cook longer, but here already under supervision - so as not to run away. And yet - the recipes in the attached booklet are sane, you can focus on them, reduce or increase the number of products.
irina23
Good day to all! Thanks to the holidays, I read the entire thread. Much has become clearer. I cooked pilaf. It turned out delicious rice to rice, only the bottom got a little stuck. And in the recipe book pilaf is written for 1 hour, and after turning on the pilaf program, the time of 45 minutes was displayed on the board. Out of inexperience, I left. I also made a pie with apples (baking for 1 hour) - I really liked it, the only thing I understood now was to remove the plastic pin from the valve and leave it on the heating for 30 minutes. The pie is very tender but damp.
irina23
Now I want to cook cabbage and biscuit. You are all such needlewomen here! We will gain experience. It's just New Year's holidays, I've cooked so much, we won't eat it. And I want to try its capabilities.
AnastasiaK
On your program, Plov doesn't fry a lot at the end? I have a lot, and many people note it. So, probably 45 minutes is fine, otherwise you have to use the Risotto program for pilaf, it's also good. And about the pin - nothing needs to be removed there, the valve is always in place and intact, it's not a pressure cooker.
irman
When baking, I always take out the pimp, so there is less condensation.
bolovlena
And it seems to me there is no difference, I used to always pull out the pin, and then I began to forget about it, and it turns out the same, at first sometimes the casserole became a cheesecake, but when I stopped pulling out the pin, the casserole always turns out excellent.
irina23
I cooked cabbage with potatoes. First, I fried onions in baking, added carrots. Then I switched to frying, added cabbage, 10 minutes. Added potatoes, salt, sauce (dolmio with eggplant and garlic) and stew for 1 hour. It turned out yummy! I added a supplement to my usual portion. And most importantly, you have laid everything down and you can freely do other things.
Masinen
Today I cooked chicken noodle soup)
It turned out very tasty!
1 hour 10 minutes Soup mode. I put the noodles 10 minutes before the end !!
vernisag
Marus, why how long, I cook it for 40 minutes
Masinen
And my chicken was frozen))
irina23
Good afternoon everyone. Anastasia, at the bottom of my pilaf after 45 minutes on the program "pilaf" a brown crust formed, I collected it and threw it away. it is not burnt but fried. Today I baked a biscuit (I beat 5 eggs until fluffy, then I gradually added 150 g of sugar in portions and whipped until the mass became thick, then added 150 g of flour in very small portions and mixed with my hand very carefully) Then I put it in a greased form, the baking program 1 hour 10 minutes, and on "heating" for 10 minutes. The sponge cake itself came off the sides of the mold. The biscuit is chic with a height of 7cm. It is necessary to let the biscuit stand for at least 6 hours, or preferably a day, and then you can make a cake.I am not able to upload a photo.
irina23
I also ordered the staff's pressure cooker for OZONE. The order must be at the pick-up point from 12/31/2013 to 01/06/2014, but silence. In the meantime, I read the thread about the staff. Something I doubt if I can handle it.

Multicooker Stadler Form Chef One SFC.909
It was necessary to turn it over before loading
Good biscuit!
AnastasiaK
irina23, why was the crust thrown out? The Pilaf program is specially made so that at the end it roasts, and we lay out the pilaf in layers - meat and vegetables below, rice on top. So it was the meat that should have been browned, and not boiled. It's just that Plov roasts me a lot, it's already burnt. And the pastries are too fried for my taste. But rice cooks amazingly, and Risotto.
irina23
Good evening everyone! I want to bake a cottage cheese casserole. Is 1 hour enough for baking or more? Received a Shteba pressure cooker. Lamb is cooked in it, and in the stadler I want to try the casserole.
Masinen
An hour is enough for the eyes.
irina23
Thank you. Is it better at Shtebe or at Stadler? I just saw such cool casseroles in Stebe. But she's busy right now. Could it be as good in Stadler?
Masinen
In Shteba, the heating is not so strong. In Stadler it will be more active. I like casseroles more in Stebe.
But in Shieba the casserole is baked at 1.10 or 1.20
And in Stadler it will be faster.
irina23
The casserole is baked. Normal, but not so fluffy. She settled down a little. I'll try the next one at Shtebe
Masinen
irina23, Irina, so it was necessary to deliver 40 minutes. In Stadler it happens that she settles)
