hmm girls, false alarm! I understand that the store is some kind of left, and I marked it for myself
and I will never look in his direction again!
managers mumble there and have nothing to say! low price multi now open at twice the price!
and I (for fun) decided to place an order, and ordered self-pickup, in the basket the price was 2496 rubles, and in the confirmation sms
already stood 4990!
probably looking for suckers! so even after the cancellation of the order, they call a little later, they want to say when they will deliver to the pickup point! crazy house!

in technosile for the Swizz Style SFC.929 SS white 3399r (3999 -15%), (initially thought), so I think so far, I need it.
and that "wonderful" store accidentally caught my eye

And now I'm cooking borsch, so to speak, the most important multi test for professional suitability
After that, I will decide which one to leave this one or 37501, since I cannot cook my borscht in SV ...

While it is annoying that there is practically no boiling either on the Soup or on the Stew. By the way, the broth turned out to be cloudy (((although this is not the main thing for me.
In general, most of all I like the broth in Redmond-02 on Baby Food - honestly, I have never received the best in SV Niv, or in MVD (I generally keep quiet about MV).

Lisa, on the program soup the broth turns out to be wonderful and transparent, but it is better not to open the multicooker during this program. I only open and put potatoes and everything else that is needed for a particular soup 20 minutes before the end of the program. For me, this is just an ideal soup program, I really like to cook soup in a stager. Hope you're just not really good friends with her yet.
Vei
I put in the chicken drumsticks, poured cold water and turned on the Soup for 1 hour. I did not open the lid almost until the very end of the program (I opened it 5 minutes before the end and switched to Extinguishing). I just took off a couple of large floating films, and the rest floated in small crackers.
And already at the Extinguishing I threw everything in order, as on a stove. Every time I opened the lid (every 15-20 minutes), there was no boiling. After laying the tomato, I decided to switch to the Steamer, when 6 minutes out of the set 10 appeared on the display, I opened the lid, and there was no boiling again (((
Well, in general, it is of course already ready, I will taste it soon, it may taste good, it is just not clear somehow ...

I don't cook like that ...
Okay, how do you cook? I then tried as usual on the stove ..
vernisag
I fry onions, carrots and lay in the meat, if the pieces are small, then fry them all a little, if large, then close the lid for a few minutes, then open and turn the meat and stir the rest. When the meat is slightly quenched, I turn off the program and add cabbage (if with cabbage) and water, a couple of glasses of hot (from the cooler) and then cold. I turn on the soup program for 40-60 minutes, maximum 1.5 hours if beef, I don't open the lid, well, as I wrote above, 25-20 minutes before the end of the program, I add salt and everything else.Check out another chicken noodle recipe in this thread.

So I didn't have a boil, I was also surprised. Yesterday I cooked porridge, so the boil was strong, I almost ran away, I had to add a little water. Tell the girls how to make soup. I am also in confusion.
Masinen
There is no boiling at all on stewing. I made baked milk. And it doesn't boil very much on the soup.
And steam works like this. We set the time and when the water boils, then the cartoon will squeak and then we put the double boiler.
irman
I also love the "Soup" program in Stadler, I cook only in it.

In general, borscht tastes normal, but the behavior of the programs is not clear to me.

Hello everyone!
I am a beginner user of this multi miracle))
Girls, please, tell me how to bake bread in it?
What are the proportions, modes of time? Maybe someone has already tried it?) Please share your experience)

V-tina
Welcome I knead the bread in a bread maker, the dough in a multitude fits, for the size of a loaf gr. 500-600 I turn on "Baking" for the standard time - 45 minutes, then I check - if I add a little more 15 minutes

Thank you
I thought how to do everything from the very beginning, that is, you can purchase a mixture and knead it yourself, without a bread machine?) And then this mixture in multi and everything will work out?
bolovlena
Your top crust on your bread will always be white. When baking bread, it is necessary that the heat is around, like in an oven or oven, there should be hot air circulation, and in the stadler there is heat from the bottom and a little from the sides, so if the appearance does not scare you, then try, the stadler bakes very well, and The forum is full of recipes, choose which one you like.
V-tina
Yes, if from a ready-made mixture, then knead the dough according to the instructions for the oven, then let it come up in the multicooker bowl about 2 times, then turn on the baking). the only negative is the top without a crust, but mine is already for happiness, they love it very much from a multicooker) or you can just gently turn the loaf over and hold it on baking
Shanty
V-tina

Thank you very much for the help ! I'll take everything into account) I'll try to do it)

And if not from a mixture? can there be any proven recipes? )) I understand, it's not a problem to find on the internet, but it is for this multi that is important)
Because the curd casserole according to the recipe in the book turned out to be porridge ...
V-tina
Delicious bread !!!
Yes, at first, without any recipes, I interfered with a bun from a mixture of flour, water, yeast, sugar and salt, and everything was super) You can take any recipe you like from the site (not necessarily for multi), at first it is better simple, from wheat flour, liquid and yeast, sugar, salt, then you can experiment
Casserole and other recipes, see girls from our branch) Recipes for Stadler, checked more than once)
bolovlena
I bought the ready-made mixture several times and always gave the bread to the birds; there was never a tasty bread. Take a recipe for a Panasonic bread machine there are excellent recipes, Elena Bo has delicious bread, she has excellent pastries in general, and once ready, there were worms, this was the last mixture I bought
V-tina
Wow, what horrors .. (I sometimes buy a ready-made rye-wheat mixture, of very good quality, I have never let it down, but this is our, Belarusian, "capital mill"
bolovlena
I had a mixture of Borodinsky Pudov, where I found the worms, although the terms were normal. I not only bought bread but also pancakes and a muffin, but now I do everything myself, so it's calmer. Although all of Southeast Asia eats them, and is content, solid squirrels are said. And all the recipes for Panasonic are suitable for the stadler, I used to have a Panas so I didn't change the recipes as I cooked and cook, and I take casseroles from there, very tasty. And there are thousands of recipes for Panas on our website.
V-tina
fuu .. sometimes such nasty things .. I wouldn't buy anything else either ..
but about recipes .. I don’t know which one fits where, if necessary, I take any, only the program remains to be selected
Shanty
Thanks for the advice)
Whoa! The desire to take the mixture has disappeared completely))
Although, this can probably happen with all and other products ... unfortunately (

Girls, how to make pilaf in our cartoon? I want a round one, what proportions and do I need to fry meat?
vernisag
Ol, just like in any other cartoon, you fry the meat until golden brown, add the onion, fry it and add the grated carrot, after which you turn off the program. Pour washed rice on top (for 2 multi-cups of round rice 2.5 water), on the rice salt, pilaf spices and garlic. I cook standard rice on the program, it is possible for ave. Pilaf of course, but I have a cartoon from the first batch and when at the end of the program (after the signal) the frying is switched on, if you do not stir it will burn. Perhaps in new cartoons this problem was solved, I don't know
Vei
It's on, it's on, everything is fine, otherwise you will fry meat on the Zharka until tomorrow))))
vernisag
Well, straight, until tomorrow, if the meat is good, then it is quickly fried ...
Sneg6
Girls, thanks, it's late. I fried it in baking, then the pilaf for 45 minutes until I tasted it looking normal, soon my husband will come home from work and taste it, nothing is fried. I'm sitting all on my nerves waiting for the cuckoo, the courier failed, I wanted to get it and hide it before my husband came, probably it won't work. We'll have to invent some kind of a story.

No, maybe I went to the wrong shops, but I saw only Panasonic with 4 buttons and Toshiba, well, a bunch of different rice cookers and that's it!

And I just returned from there and brought a 1.5 liter slow-drink, as I was going to, for 399 baht (I bought it in Big-C), a waffle iron for Belgian waffles for 396 baht, and a takoyka for 599 baht. Big Panas for 2090 for 8 programs (an analogue of ours for 5.5tyr) was also in Big-S, I bought it there 4 years ago. And for 4 buttons - they sell in Tesco-Lotus, where I saw a slow one 3.5 liters cheaper than 1.5 (I don't remember exactly the price). I want back to the sea and the sun

Aaaaaaa, Anya, where have you been! I didn’t get to Big-S, but in Tesco I selected only Panas for 4 buttons, Toshibikov and a bunch of rice cookers, specially climbed all the shelves, and what were you in Tesco? I want to go back too.

In Tesco I was in both: on Sukhumvit near the night market, and at the dolphins (in my opinion, this is North Street). And this year I bought everything in Big-S. How did you not get to him? I said that you need to order a free transfer anywhere, and from there - to the store you need. Well, nothing, next. once you catch up
This year, 2 weeks seemed especially short. In St. Petersburg now there is such darkness in the literal sense of the word, immediately my head began to ache. Tomorrow for a day - and away we go ...

I'll take a note of Big C, the house is dark, there is no depressive snow.

And in Tesco I bought a large round brewing strainer - probably designed for a large teapot, and I'm going to use it for the dry ingredients of the tom-yam soup, so as not to get them out of my mouth. Didn't you buy these bags? They are sold in many places, I bought at a pharmacy on South Street on the way to Tukkom. I also bought 10 packs of coconut milk for him. I also bought spices: cinnamon, saffron, garamasala, shambhala, vanilla in pods, various teas also in the pharmacy, some dried shrimp on the market, dried chili pepper.+ fruit + 2 bottles of Aberlure whiskey bought on the way there by the order of my son - in short, 3 pants, 5 T-shirts and a transparent tunic on top were again on me. A waffle maker and a takoy-maker are in a woman's purse, a slow one is in hand luggage. This time I even took the scales for the suitcase - they found out on 4 suitcases that the scales were charged at 2 kg at the airport.

Oh, Anh, if I start listing what I bought .... in short: the suitcase is exactly 20 kg, and in my hands there are 3 more bags, the total weight is also kg. 20, but I imitated a flying gait, plus with the last money I bought perfume and dried fruits at Dyuttic. I forgot everything that I could of unnecessary and threw away.

Girls, on which program to cook pasta?
vernisag
I cook on the express. I throw in some kind of horns, for every 100g - 1 multi-glass of water, salt, butter and turn on the express. Stir in the middle or better at the end of the program. I also stuff sausages or sausages at the end of the program, somewhere on the edge, the shobs have fried a little.

Under the avatar? Yes, all mine, I love everything, I use it not so long ago, in September the year will be like. Peter, and you try to cook, for example, rice porridge, in a ratio of 1: 5 (3 milk + 2 water), 1-1.5 tbsp. l. sugar, 0.5 tsp. salt and a slice of sl. oils. Look at how the program behaves, and at the same time try how delicious it is (round rice, very well washed). Do you have this first slow cooker?

Today, according to your recipe, I cooked rice porridge, measured everything with a glass from a multicooker, round rice and washed well and added raisins, the porridge came out super, I asked for a small addition)))

good afternoon everyone! here is the third day the owner of this CF, the head is swollen from advice and recipes
experience so far:
Day 1: prepared the safest - buckwheat porridge) 1 MCT of buckwheat, 2 MCT of water, a little salt, 20 grams of oil - I threw everything on Express-rice. Surprisingly, it turned out delicious) crumbly buckwheat, classic
Day 2: roast... I just left chopped meat (400 gr), a couple of medium onions, a large tomato, medium carrots (finely chopped), 2 large chopped potatoes, salt, pepper and 70 grams of water. Extinguishing - 1 h 40 min. Once I could not stand it - I opened it, interfered) Everyone liked it
Day 3, today:
"Barbecue"
Why in quotes - well, it is clear that it is not the one on the coals, but on the internet IT continues to stubbornly call it that way. I'm afraid that marinating meat is not yet a reason to call a dish a barbecue. But closer to the subject)

Ingredients:
- pork grams 400
- large onion
- a teaspoon of vinegar
- a few drops of liquid smoke
- salt, pepper - to taste.

I cut the pig into small pieces, the onion - in half rings, mixed everything - and in the refrigerator in the morning (so that it was for dinner).
Cooking: all at once in MB, then 40 minutes in the Baking mode. Stir 2 times for even browning.
Result: not a kebab, of course, but .. Delicious! oddly enough, much tastier when it's cold
Summary: I will definitely do it again, I will put more onion - it really tastes better with it, and I will try to marinate longer, although ... in principle, you can not marinate at all)

sorry for the photo - from a mobile, next time I'll try with a camera)
